At Sanity.io http://Sanity.io, we’re building the future of AI-powered Content Operations. Our AI Content Operating System gives teams the freedom to model, create and automate content the way their business works. Accelerating digital development and supercharging content operations efficiency. Companies like SKIMS, Figma, Riot Games, Anthropic, COMPLEX, Nordstrom, and Morningbrew are using Sanity to power and automate their content operations. We're scaling fast and we need someone who can build a sales team that scales with us. This is a role for a leader who gets things done, someone who can coach a team of Account Executives to consistently hit targets, build a disciplined outbound motion from the ground up, and bring real rigour to pipeline and forecasting. Not someone who manages from a dashboard. Someone who's in it with the team. You'll own new logo growth. That means hunter mentality, structured process, and the ability to spot when something's going wrong before it shows up in the numbers. What you'll do • Leading and coaching a team of AEs across EMEA - setting clear expectations, holding the bar high, and giving people what they need to succeed across multiple markets and time zones • Building and strengthening our outbound motion across the region - prospecting, pipeline coverage, and moving deals through the funnel with consistency, whether the buyer is in London, Munich, or Stockholm • Keeping the business honest on forecasting - monitoring conversion metrics and intervening early when pipeline coverage looks shaky • Working closely with Marketing and Enablement to align on pipeline strategy, sharpen messaging for EMEA buyers, and get the team the right tools • Feeding customer and market insights from across the region back to leadership to shape our go-to-market thinking ABOUT YOU You've managed Enterprise AEs in B2B SaaS for at least 3–5 years, ideally with exposure to more than one European market, and you know what good looks like. You've seen structured sales orgs at scale and you've worked in fast-moving environments where you had to figure things out as you went - including the reality of running a team spread across different countries, cultures, and buying norms. You're direct, execution-oriented, and you genuinely enjoy building the systems that make a team predictable. You set a high bar - but you know that hitting targets consistently is about clarity and process, not just pressure. • You'll need: • 3–5+ years managing AEs in B2B SaaS or tech, with experience selling or managing across EMEA markets • Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing sales talent across different countries and cultures • A track record of building structured outbound pipeline processes that actually stick, in a distributed regional team • Strong forecasting discipline and a history of hitting quota • Comfort managing a team distributed across multiple time zones • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment • Background in developer tools, content platforms, or product-led growth combined with enterprise sales • Fluent English; an additional European language (German, French, or similar) is a plus Who we are: Sanity.io http://Sanity.io is a modern, flexible content operating system that replaces rigid legacy content management systems. One of our big differentiators is treating content as data so that it can be stored in a single source of truth, but seamlessly adapted and personalized for any channel without extra effort. Forward-thinking companies choose Sanity because they can create tailored content authoring experiences, customized workflows, and content models that reflect their business. Sanity recently raised a $85m Series C led by GP Bullhound and is also backed by leading investors like ICONIQ Growth, Threshold Ventures, Heavybit and Shopify, as well as founders of companies like Vercel, WPEngine, Twitter, Mux, Netlify and Heroku. This funding round has put Sanity in a strong position for accelerated growth in the coming years. You can only build a great company with a great culture. Sanity is a 200+ person company with highly committed and ambitious people. We are pioneers, we exist for our customers, we are hel ved, and we love type two fun! Read more about our values here! https://www.sanity.io/blog/our-sanity-values Sanity.io http://Sanity.io pledges to be an organization that reflects the globally diverse audience that our product serves. We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, or gender identity.

What do we do? Paddle offers digital product companies a completely different approach to their payment infrastructure. Instead of assembling and maintaining a complex stack of payments-related apps and services, we’re a Merchant of Record for our customers. That means we take away 100% of the pain of payment fragmentation. It’s faster, safer, cheaper, and, above all, way better. We’re backed by investors including KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North and serve over 6000 software sellers in 245 territories globally. The Role: We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to drive significant business impact by shaping our data infrastructure, developing robust data models, and promoting best practices in analytics engineering (e.g., data quality, documentation, and scalable data architectures). You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify and deliver high-value data solutions and provide informal mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and enhancing team capabilities. What you'll do: • Create and maintain complex, scalable data models in Snowflake using dbt. • Expose datasets effectively in BI tooling to enable robust self-service analytics. • Perform simple data ingestion tasks using no-code tools and ensure streamlined data flows. • Add comprehensive metadata to datasets, including documentation, data quality checks, and sensitive data masking. • Activate data by pushing it from Snowflake into other operational tools. • Proactively identify and raise data quality issues to the respective process owners for resolution. • Lead training sessions and initiatives to drive adoption and effective use of BI tools across the organization. • Mentor junior analytics engineers, fostering knowledge-sharing and professional growth. We'd love to hear from you if you: • Extensive experience in analytics engineering or related data roles, with demonstrated expertise in advanced SQL, dbt, and Snowflake. • Proficient in using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, Snowsight) to deliver clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders. • Skilled in performing data ingestion and activation using no-code tools (e.g. Fivetran, Stitch), ensuring efficient data integration into operational systems. • Knowledgeable in managing metadata, documentation, data quality checks, and sensitive data masking effectively. • Effective at collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders, understanding their data needs, and delivering impactful solutions. • Experienced in conducting training sessions and providing informal mentorship to junior analytics team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Everyone is welcome at Paddle At Paddle, we’re committed to removing invisible barriers, both for our customers and within our own teams. We recognise and celebrate that every Paddler is unique and we welcome every individual perspective. As an inclusive employer we don’t care if, or where, you studied, what you look like or where you’re from. We’re more interested in your craft, curiosity, passion for learning and what you’ll add to our culture. We encourage you to apply even if you don’t match every part of the job ad, especially if you’re part of an underrepresented group. Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to better support you through the application process and in the workplace. We will do everything we can to support any accommodations needed. We’re committed to building a diverse team where everyone feels safe to be their authentic self. Let’s grow together. Our Values • Paddle Together - “None of us, is as smart as all of us” • Paddle Simply - “Simple can be harder than complex: you have to get your thinking clean to make it simple” • Paddle for others - “We can realise our wildest dreams, so long as we help enough other people to realise theirs” Why you’ll love working at Paddle We are a diverse, growing group of Paddlers across the globe who pride ourselves on our transparent, collaborative and respectful culture. We are a ‘digital-first’ company, which means you can work remotely, from one of our stylish hubs, or even a bit of both! We offer all team members unlimited holidays and 4 months paid family leave regardless of gender. We invest in learning and will help you with your personal development via constant exposure to new challenges, an annual learning fund, and regular internal and external training.
