Dann schreibe an unseren Engineering Manager Daniel (daniel.rechlitz@dampsoft.de Dein Aufgabenfeld • Unser Tech-Stack umfasst Rails, React Native & React in vier Komponenten: • iPad-App (React Native) • Mini-Server innerhalb der Praxis (Ruby/Sinatra) • Zentrales Backend (Ruby on Rails) • Template-Editor • Du hilfst dabei unser Backend mit Inspiration und Tatkraft weiterzuentwickeln und solltest mit Ruby on Rails oder einem ähnlichen Web-Framework sehr vertraut sein • Du übernimmst DevOps-Aufgaben rund um unsere Infrastruktur (Deployment, CI/CD, Monitoring) und sorgst für einen stabilen, sicheren und skalierbaren Betrieb unserer Komponenten Das bringst du mit • 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung • Ein gutes Verständnis von REST APIs • Wir mögen sauberen, getesteten Code – und hoffen, du auch • Erfahrung mit DevOps-Praktiken (z. Deine Aufgaben • Du übernimmst das vollständige Projektmanagement für deine Kunden im Bereich Paid Social von der strategischen Konzeption über die operative Umsetzung bis hin zur Skalierung. • Du konzipierst und entwickelst ganzheitliche Paid Social Strategien für einige der spannendsten und schnellstwachsenden Consumer Brands mit klarem Fokus auf Performance, Skalierung und Profitabilität. • Du verantwortest und steuerst ein sechsstelliges monatliches Media Budget mit klaren KPI-Zielen und identifizierst systematisch Skalierungspotenziale. • Du setzt datengetriebene Social Media Ads Kampagnen operativ um, strukturierst Accounts professionell, entwickelst Testing-Roadmaps (Creatives, Audiences, Offers) und optimierst Kampagnen kontinuierlich entlang relevanter Performance-Kennzahlen. • Du analysierst Performance-Daten, leitest strategische Handlungsempfehlungen ab und entwickelst bestehende Kampagnen-Setups kontinuierlich weiter.
