Founding Designer

About Leap Leap is one of the fastest-growing benefits solutions and a category-defining pioneer in employer specialty pharmacy. We are reshaping how life-changing therapies are delivered and financed, ensuring patients get the treatment they need while employers finally get a fair deal. Specialty drugs and infusions represent nearly 10% of all healthcare spend and are the fastest-growing cost category for employers. Leap tackles this challenge with a novel approach: eliminating hidden markups, expanding access to high-quality infusion providers, and bringing clarity and fairness to how therapies are priced and paid for. We’re proud to partner with numerous Fortune 500 companies and leading TPAs. Each patient we serve creates immediate ROI: lower costs, improved access, and better care. Join us as we redefine what’s possible in specialty care. About The Role We’re hiring Leap’s Founding Designer: the person who will define how Leap shows up to patients and families. This is a rare design opportunity. Leap helps people access complex, high-cost therapies at moments that are often stressful, confusing, and clinically serious. Patients may be hearing from us for the first time while navigating a new diagnosis, an unfamiliar treatment, or a healthcare system that has already made them feel lost. Great design can make the difference between hesitation and action. Your first priority will be Member Growth. You’ll help create the campaigns and member communications that introduce Leap, earn trust quickly, and make the next step feel clear. But this is not just a campaign design role. The larger mandate is to shape the patient-facing experience: how people discover Leap, understand their options, schedule care, prepare for treatment, stay engaged, and come back when they need support. We’re looking for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution. One day, you may be mapping a patient journey or learning from a Care Guide where members get stuck. The next, you may be designing a landing page, improving a direct mail concept, tightening a message hierarchy, or building a reusable pattern the whole team can use. The work will be hands-on, but the impact should be company-wide. You do not need to be a copywriter, researcher, product manager, or front-end developer. But you should have the range to be an exceptional creative partner across all of those disciplines: someone with strong user judgment, excellent design taste, clear communication, modern production fluency, and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems. What You’ll Accomplish • Define Leap’s patient-facing design standard. You’ll shape how Leap shows up across marketing, onboarding, education, therapy support, and reactivation, creating a coherent experience that feels credible, human, and easy to act on. • Design the end-to-end member journey. You’ll work with Member Growth, care teams, clinical operations, product, and content to understand where patients are confused, skeptical, overwhelmed, or dropping off — then turn those insights into clearer, lower-friction experiences across awareness, consult scheduling, onboarding, therapy support, adherence, and reactivation. • Build the systems that let great design scale. You’ll create reusable patterns, components, templates, QA processes, AI-assisted workflows, and production standards across web, email, direct mail, print, swag, educational materials, and internal workflows. • Improve member activation through high-performing creative. You’ll design direct-response campaigns across direct mail, email, landing pages, paid ads, multi-step funnels, and related channels, with every decision tied to clarity, trust, conversion, and action. • Turn healthcare complexity into simple, responsible experiences. Leap operates in a category that is clinically nuanced, emotionally sensitive, and operationally complex. You’ll make difficult information easier to understand without oversimplifying, overpromising, or creating unnecessary anxiety. • Act as a creative lead and hands-on maker. You’ll shape briefs, guide visual systems, improve message hierarchy, coordinate copy, illustration, motion, web, lifecycle, and vendor partners as needed, and still stay close enough to the work to design and produce polished, production-ready assets yourself. What We’re Looking For • A broad designer with strong patient/customer experience judgment You know how to simplify complexity, reduce friction, build trust quickly, and make the next step feel obvious for people making meaningful decisions. You’ve done this specifically in lifecycle marketing, member engagement, patient education, or high-consideration consumer decisions. • Strong product, UX, and research instincts. You can map journeys, structure information, design flows, talk to users and internal teams, identify patterns, and translate qualitative insight into better experiences. • Direct-respons

Strategic Customer Success Manager, EMEA

ABOUT THIS ROLE Hi, I’m Loren https://www.linkedin.com/in/lfoseid/, the Head of Strategic Customer Success here at Ashby. My team is dedicated to building deep, consultative partnerships within the Enterprise space. Our Customer Success Team is passionate about shaping and scaling an exceptional upmarket customer experience across the Enterprise Segment. We’re thrilled to be hiring our next CSM in EMEA as we continue to grow the team. In this role, you’ll partner with Ashby’s largest and most complex customers, focusing on driving product adoption, customer health, and long-term value. You’ll help shape how we support a diverse set of enterprise customers, from high-growth teams to public companies. Ashby is powerful and highly configurable, requiring depth of understanding. You’ll develop strong product and domain expertise to help customers apply Ashby within their hiring workflows and achieve hiring excellence. Role Requirements - You have a strong track record of customer success experience in B2B SaaS (at least five years), supporting enterprise customers on complex, configurable products, and driving enablement that improves product adoption and long-term customer outcomes. - You're excited to own a strategic book of enterprise customers ~20 strategic customers, exceeding $2m in total ARR. You consistently improve the quality of strategic partnerships through multi-threaded relationships and proactive ownership of customer health. - You have experience working closely with cross-functional partners across Sales, Product, Support, and Operations, aligning communication across stakeholder groups to deliver cohesive customer outcomes. - You love becoming a product and industry expert. You create ‘Ah ha!’ moments by tailoring configuration, driving product adoption, and crafting training to address a customer’s specific challenges so they achieve their intended business outcomes. - You’ve worked with technically complex products and show strong curiosity to explore details and understand how things work, enabling you to anticipate risk patterns and proactively support customers through evolving workflows and requirements. You Should Apply If: - 📣 You communicate with precision and clarity. You can take something complex (like a multi-layered report or a nuanced workflow) and explain it simply and confidently to a range of stakeholders.. - 🎧 You are a listener first. You seek to understand what customers actually need and then advocate for them internally to shape how Ashby evolves for enterprise use cases. - ⚙️You thrive in complexity. Ashby is powerful and highly configurable; you’re energized by learning a product with depth, and you can translate that knowledge into practical, creative solutions for your customers. - 🧑‍🏫 You’re excited to help shape a new segment. Our Strategic customer motion is still evolving; you’ll be iterating on playbooks, learning and sharing what works, and turning those insights into repeatable processes for the team. - 🔍 Your peers describe you as detail oriented. You send crisp follow-up emails, on time. You take pride in internal operations, including timely and accurate CRM updates. - 📊 You are always looking for ways to improve your work through data. You use signals and insights to reflect on what’s working, spot risks, and adjust your approach. - 👥You may have been a recruiter, hiring manager, or interviewer before. That experience helps you quickly connect Ashby’s workflows to real-world hiring problems (though it’s not required). Why you shouldn’t apply: - You prefer managing a broad book of business (if so, see our High Touch or Startup roles). You prefer managing a broad, high-volume book of business rather than owning a smaller set of strategic, high-context customer relationships. - You're interested in managing customer accounts with infrequent and well-defined touchpoints, instead of adaptive, ongoing partnerships required for strategic partnerships. - You shine as an exclusively commercial CSM, motivated by variable compensation. While our team's north star metric is revenue retention, we focus on adoption and engagement as leading indicators. For renewal negotiation and upsell, we have a remarkable team of Contract Managers. As such, this role does not currently include variable pay, aligning with our strategy to hire product-oriented CSMs rather than adhering to the conventional Account Manager model. - You’re not excited by getting into the details. If diving into reporting nuances, workflow configuration, or hands-on change management with customers feels too granular or operational, this role likely isn’t the right fit. ABOUT ASHBY We’re building the next generation of enterprise software, and we’re starting with a suite of products that help talent leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers run their hiring process significantly better. Senior Product Manager

Powering Trade For The Emerging Cannabis Industry Distru is the #1 ERP in the Cannabis Industry with $3B in annual sales processed through our platform! We are a fully remote and global team building a software platform to streamline the supply chain for the cannabis industry. Most of the top cannabis brands and distributors across the United States use our software to manage their entire operation and stay compliant. As part of our next phase of growth, last year we launched Distru Commerce; a wholesale platform that extends our ERP into the B2B marketplace layer, giving operators a single system to manage their internal operations and their external wholesale sales channels in one fully integrated system. But we're not stopping here. AI is now a core part of how we build and where we're placing our bets. The AI Order Agent is live and already changing how our customers operate: buyers can submit orders from any source and any format saving time spent on manual data entry. That's one piece of a bigger picture: using AI to take the repetitive, heavy-lifting work out of running an ERP so operators can focus on running their business. We take a tremendous amount of pride in our culture and have 5/5 stars on Glassdoor because we truly care about our people. We are stable, profitable, and heavily investing in growing new product lines to expand our reach. Our investors include Felicis Ventures , Global Founders Capital , Poseidon Asset Management , and Village Global who have funded companies such as Shopify, Cruise, HelloFresh, Facebook, Slack, and Opendoor. The Opportunity We're looking for an AI-forward Product Manager who thinks in systems, ships with conviction, and sees AI not as a feature layer but as a product foundation. This role will take significant ownership of parts of our core ERP, Distru Commerce, and our new AI-native product features. You'll report directly to the CTO and work side-by-side with the rest of the product team, engineering, and design. Distru is at an inflection point. We have deep market penetration in cannabis ERP, a new commerce layer live and growing, and a roadmap that's increasingly AI-native. The PM who takes this role will own a meaningful piece of that roadmap; not just the feature backlog, but the design of how AI agents integrate into user workflows, where automation belongs, and where human judgment must stay front and center. This is a high-ownership role at a company that ships weekly and cares about getting it right. You'll work directly with the C-suite, set the bar for what great product looks like inside Distru, and help us build the operating system for an entire industry. Our Team Culture Rather than us defining our culture, check out what the team has to say ! \n What You'll Own Own the Product Roadmap • Define and execute on the product roadmap • Maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap. Communicate timelines, risks, and tradeoffs proactively • Write PRDs and work in tandem with engineers to understand and synthesize specific customer requests into meaningful features that improve the system at large • Integrate AI agents into the Distru user workflow Own the Product Lifecycle • Design interaction patterns for AI-assisted planning, spec writing, requirements analysis, and stakeholder communication • Define when the AI suggests, when it automates, and when it stays silent — and ship the affordances that make this obvious to users Cross-Functional Leadership • Work closely with engineering, CS, sales and marketing. You are the bridge that pulls insights from all of these departments together and ensures the product is moving in the right direction What We're Looking For Must-Haves • 5+ years in tech product management • You've owned and shipped complex features end-to-end — from ambiguous problem statement to launched feature with measurable outcomes • Demonstrated AI fluency across three dimensions: • Tool fluency: you know failure modes, context windows, the LLM ecosystem • Workflow fluency: you know what to automate vs. keep human, and optimize for speed, correctness and scalability • Product fluency: you know the difference between AI that earns its place in a product and AI that was bolted on to check a box. You've shipped the former. • Hands-on experience with product management tools. You've lived inside Jira, Linear, Notion, or similar; you know where the friction lives because you've felt it • Technical fluency: you can read API docs, understand context windows, and write specs engineers and AI agents can build from • Strong prioritization instincts. You can distinguish urgent from important and hold the line on scope • Clear communication. Most of your work product starts as written artifacts: PRDs, decision memos, spec documents Nice-to-Haves • Background in supply chain, ERP, CRM, B2B marketplaces, or accounting software • Experience with UX design • Familiarity with agentic systems and multi-agent orchestration
