Remote ✓EN
O

Your Mission We are looking for a Director AI & Automation to join our management team and take full ownership of our technology strategy, architecture, and AI transformation. You will own technical decision making for OMC, and you will be the driving force behind embedding AI across everything we build and deliver, both internally and for our clients. The foundation for this is already in place. We have been working with AI and Machine Learning for years, and have long implemented services like predictive lead scoring for our clients. What started as pockets of expertise across the consultancy has now grown into something central to our strategy, and we are professionalizing it accordingly. What we need now is someone to own this transformation end to end and take it to the next level, a role important enough to warrant its own dedicated seat in management. You will work in direct, close collaboration with the rest of the management team on overall strategy, consulting/delivery alignment, and on how technology and AI translate into revenue and market positioning. What You'll Own Technology & Architecture • Full ownership of technical and architectural decisions across OMC's systems • Definition and evolution of our internal and client facing technology stack AI Transformation • Design and drive OMC's AI first strategy end to end, from internal tooling to client facing service offerings • Build and codify AI first productized service offerings we can sell to enterprise clients, including methodology, pricing, and delivery model Client Delivery • Lead client engagements on Marketo/Adobe and Molequle architecture, including integrations with CRM and other systems in the client's MarTech stack • Lead client engagements focused on AI adoption and AI augmented delivery within the Adobe/Marketo space • Embed AI into our delivery practice through tooling, playbooks, and governance frameworks Team Enablement • Enable and upskill OMC consultants and delivery teams on AI tooling and methodology • Roll out internal AI tooling across our teams, with clear adoption targets Thought Leadership • Represent OMC's AI first positioning externally, including speaking engagements at industry events such as Adobe Summit and Marketo User Groups • Produce technical articles and blog content that establish OMC as a thought leader in AI for MarTech What You Bring • Proven experience owning technology strategy and architecture at a senior or principal level, ideally in a consulting, agency, or MarTech environment • Degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Digitalization, Engineering, or a comparable qualification • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and/or driving process automation, along with strong project management experience • Deep, hands on familiarity with AI/LLM tooling and how to operationalize it in real delivery settings • Technical understanding and ideally programming skills, for example Python and API/interface integration • Expertise in data structures and data management • Experience with the Adobe B2B marketing stack, particularly Marketo and AJO • Analytical thinking with a structured, solution oriented way of working • Strong communicator, credible in front of clients, teams, and at industry events, and able to bridge between business and IT • Self driven, with genuine enthusiasm for actively pushing change forward • Fluent English is required • German is a strong plus but not a must have • Based in Europe What We Offer • A genuine seat at the management board, with real decision making authority over technology and AI direction • The chance to shape a MarTech consultancy's AI transformation from the ground up • A flat, founder close structure where your technical decisions directly shape company direction, not just influence it • A truly international team, with multiple in person team events throughout the year • 100% remote work, giving you maximum flexibility paired with maximum ownership • A responsive organizational culture where decisions move fast and hierarchy doesn't get in the way • The platform and support to build your personal brand as a recognized voice in AI for MarTech • Opportunity to advance to Partner level with equity participation based on performance and track record Don’t check every single box? Apply anyway! We know that exceptional AI leadership comes in many shapes and sizes. If you’re excited about this role and confident that your experience and vision will bring real value to OMC, even if your background doesn’t match every single bullet point, we strongly encourage you to apply. Courage beats perfectionism!

We're looking for a full-stack engineer to join our Product Engineering team, reporting to one of the Engineering Managers of the Marketplace area, with a dotted line to the Marketing SEO Manager, focused on supporting the Growth and Marketing area. This role will have a 60% focus on Front End, and 40% focus on Back End. You'll work on Treatwell’s Marketplace products and help Treatwell be discovered, understood, and chosen across 13 markets: SEO foundations, site performance, experimentation, analytics instrumentation, and the product surfaces that connect customer intent with booking, alongside three product engineering teams in the Marketplace area, contributing across the full breadth of what makes Treatwell's marketplace tick. As a full-stack engineer, you're the person who can move fluidly between teams accelerating growth and marketing efforts wherever the need is greatest. You bring the mindset of someone who cares about how people find Treatwell, what experience they land on, and whether the product helps them make a confident booking. You are comfortable partnering with marketing and growth stakeholders, while staying grounded in engineering quality and product outcomes. Our product is built on: • Backend: Java, Spring Boot, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, MS-SQL • Frontend: React, TypeScript, Cypress, Jest • Infrastructure: Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, AWS, Datadog • Mindset: DevOps, DDD, event-driven architecture About Treatwell Hi, we’re Treatwell. Nice to meet you. We’re a team of 800 passionate and brilliantly talented people across Europe. And….breathe. But we’re not done yet. We’re on an exciting journey to digitally revolutionise the hair and beauty community. If this excites you, we might just have the role for you. You will be responsible for: • Growth and marketing engineering - build and evolve the technical foundations that support customer acquisition, activation, and retention across Treatwell's markets • Discoverability - improve how search engines and users understand Treatwell's marketplace, without turning the role into a pure SEO implementation function • Experimentation and measurement - instrument your work, support testing frameworks, and help teams validate ideas with data before scaling them • Product surfaces - ship user-facing improvements to landing pages, discovery journeys, and conversion flows, owning the work from problem framing through production • Platform quality - own your services end-to-end, from architecture through deployment, with a DevOps mindset baked in • Cross-functional clarity - translate growth and marketing opportunities into clear engineering work, challenge scope when needed, and keep quality standards high About you: • You have proven experience owning production-grade web applications end-to-end, and understand that the best technical decisions come from deeply understanding the problem - not just the code (mid/senior level) • You own features end-to-end - from database schema to UI, without needing a handoff • You think in systems and trade-offs, not just tickets - you spot the upstream cause, not just the downstream symptom • You have a product mindset - you think about the person using what you build, ask why before how, and push back when something doesn't make sense • You're data-driven and hypothesis-led - you instrument your work, measure impact, and use evidence to make decisions • You can partner with non-engineering stakeholders, turning ambiguous growth or marketing needs into sensible technical options • You will act as the key technical partner for marketing stakeholders, evaluating the feasibility of their requests, managing expectations, and finding the right trade-off between business speed and technical quality (TBC). • You are able to make progress in evolving or complex domains while collaborating to create clarity - growth work often moves fast, and you know how to navigate that without getting paralysed • Experience with SEO, experimentation, analytics, performance, or growth-related product areas • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar - and clear opinions about where they genuinely add value is a plus • You can communicate fluently in English. • You are based in any city within Italy or Spain, with a valid right to work - candidates outside of these countries will not be considered. NOTE: If you don't meet every requirement but believe you'd thrive in this role, we'd still love to hear from you. At Plum, you'll be part of a team that's ambitious, curious and driven. Join nearly 300 Plumsters and be part of a team shaping the future of money The Role We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist (Customer Operations) to support our Customer Success team. In this role, you'll investigate and resolve complex customer technical issues escalated from our frontline support teams, acting as a critical bridge between customers and our engineering function. You'll work closely with Engineering, Product, and rest of Operations to diagnose and resolve customer issues related to trading, and where needed, escalate with context to the engineering teams to ensure quick resolution. Troubleshooting skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to navigate across systems and stakeholders are at the heart of this role. If you enjoy getting to the bottom of hard problems, identifying root causes, and making things work better behind the scenes, this role is for you. You Will • Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues from the Customer Success Team, and escalate to Engineering (Level-3) where required with clear context and reproduction steps • Perform root cause analysis on recurring incidents and customer-impacting issues • Support incident management — monitoring, triaging, and responding to live issues, and contributing to post-mortem reviews • Work with third-party providers to drive resolution for our users • Maintain accurate documentation, investigation notes, runbooks, and playbooks in internal systems — keeping the knowledge base current so firstline teams can self-serve more effectively • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface systemic issues, feed back patterns, and support fix validation before changes reach customers • Identify opportunities for automation, tooling improvements, and process optimisation • Communicate directly with customers on complex escalated cases where required, maintaining a professional and empathetic tone throughout Ideally You • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or customer support or back-office operations. • Have basic SQL, Python, Grafana or data and logs querying knowledge, enough to independently investigate issues without always relying on Engineering • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with sharp attention to detail and a genuine problem-solving mindset • Familiarity with automation tools or AI-assisted operations workflows • The ability to work independently on ambiguous, unstructured problems and drive them to resolution without hand-holding Plum Perks • We're all in this together! Own part of the company through stock options • Private health insurance • Annual training budget • Plum Premium • Referral scheme: earn competitive rewards • Flexible approach to remote working: we encourage at least 2 days a week in one of our beautiful offices in London, Athens or Cyprus • Team breakfasts and team lunches. • 25 days holiday + bank holidays • 45 work-from-anywhere days: giving you the flexibility to work your way. • 2 weeks sabbatical after 4 years to take the break you deserve. • Enhanced parental leave • 1 paid volunteering day annually • Annual team trip: to a surprise destination! • A fun, inclusive company culture (think ) If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you! Freelance Creative Operations

Location: Remote (with CET time zone overlap) Type: Freelance · Project-based (with potential to expand to multiple projects) ABOUT SHOOK DIGITAL At Shook Digital, we're building the production engine for the next generation of advertisers. High-performing UGC is no longer a "nice-to-have." It is the core of the modern ad stack. We help brands scale their TikTok presence by turning creative chaos into high-performing systems. Founded in the era of short-form video, Shook has become the partner of choice for brands that need to move fast without losing creative quality. What unites our team is a relentless focus on learning speed, operational rigor, and a deep understanding of why people stop scrolling. Our goal is to make Shook Digital the global standard for UGC. We want to build a system so efficient that "20-day delivery" feels like a law of nature, not a challenge. This role is central to that momentum. THE ROLE We're looking for someone to own the production machine — starting from the blank page. This isn't about "watching videos" or shepherding someone else's idea through a pipeline. It's about developing the concept and script yourself, then managing the complex lifecycle of talent, deadlines, and technical constraints that turns that idea into a high-performing asset, every single time. The best producers make production look calm, composed, and smooth. Not because nothing goes wrong: creators go quiet, lighting fails, briefs get read three different ways. It looks smooth because they saw most of it coming. We aren't looking for a "project coordinator" who passes messages along. We're looking for a Producer who originates the idea, leads a shoot with the next three steps already mapped, and when something does slip through, has a solution ready before anyone has to ask for one. WORK MODE Shook Digital is remote-first. This role is open to candidates with significant overlap with Central European Time (CET). We value deep focus and async work, but production is a live sport — and it's also a team sport. You need to be responsive during core hours to keep the gears turning, and genuinely engaged with the people turning them alongside you. WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Own the Machine: Manage the end-to-end production workflow. You are responsible for the balance between creative "taste" and 20-day delivery speed. • Concept & Script Ownership: Develop the creative concept and script yourself before a single frame is shot. This is the highest-leverage part of any production, and it starts with you. • AI-Augmented Workflow: We run an AI-automated production platform and use tools like ElevenLabs for voiceover. You're comfortable working within AI-assisted systems and see them as a way to move faster — not a threat to the craft. • Creator Partnership: Source and "ghost-proof" our creator network. You don't just hire them; you build relationships that ensure they follow the brief and hit the deadline. • The Feedback Loop: Review raw footage with a TikTok-native eye. If a hook is weak or the energy is off, you provide the firm, direct feedback needed to fix it. • Systems Thinking: Help us refine our modular ad structures. You'll organize hooks, bodies, and CTAs so they can be tested and iterated on at scale. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Craft Ownership: You have real hands-on scriptwriting and concept-development experience — this isn't something you're hoping to pick up on the job. • Operational Ownership: You find "messy" workflows painful. You are the person who creates the spreadsheet that saves the project. • TikTok Fluency: You understand the platform's DNA. You know why a native-feeling "CapCut" edit outperforms a polished studio commercial. • High Agency: You are comfortable with ambiguity. If a creator drops out on Day 12, you don't wait for permission. You've already sourced a backup. • Direct Communication: You can give critical feedback to creators without sugar-coating it, while maintaining a great working relationship. • Taste: You know what "good" looks like. You can spot a high-retention hook in the first 2 seconds of raw footage. • Collaborative by Nature: You build real working relationships with your team, not just transactional handoffs — this is a genuinely tight-knit group, and we want it to stay that way. • Resilience: You don't take it personally when a creator fails to deliver. You see a ghosting creator as a data point to be managed, not a personal crisis. You stay calm when the timeline gets tight. WHAT WE OFFER • Interesting Challenges: Work on global campaigns for leading brands. • A paid onboarding capped at 50 hours. • Autonomy: We hire adults and trust them. No micromanagement, just putting things together and getting things done. • Remote Flexibility: Work from wherever you are most productive, provided you can hit the CET overlap. • Professional Growth: …

Verantwortungsbereich:

• Own the Machine: Manage the end-to-end production workflow. You are responsible for the balance between creative "taste" and 20-day delivery speed.

Senior Paid Marketing Strategist

Who we are Typeform is a refreshingly different form builder. We help over 150,000 businesses collect the data they need with forms, surveys, and quizzes that people enjoy. Designed to look striking and feel effortless to fill out, Typeform drives 500 million responses every year—and integrates with essential tools like Slack, Zapier, and Hubspot. Typeform is fully remote by design. For this role, we can hire candidates based in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Portugal, Spain or The Netherlands About the role We’re looking for a Senior Paid Marketing Strategist to help us rethink how Typeform approaches paid acquisition. You’ll own and grow key channels including TikTok, YouTube, Google Performance Max and Uber Ads, while helping us test new opportunities across areas such as audio and CTV. This is a hands on role with real ownership. You’ll manage significant media budgets, build channel strategy, develop campaigns, work closely with our creative teams, and help us understand the true business impact of our investment through MMM, incrementality testing and other measurement approaches. You’ll join the Acquisition team within Marketing and partner closely with Creative, Product Marketing, Data, RevOps and Finance. What you’ll do • Own the strategy and day to day performance of key paid social and display channels, including TikTok, YouTube, Google Performance Max and Uber Ads. • Build a multichannel strategy that helps Typeform reduce its reliance on paid search and find new sources of efficient growth. • Manage six figure monthly media budgets, making decisions based on customer acquisition, revenue, CAC and LTV to CAC performance. • Build, launch and optimise campaigns that drive Typeform signups and new paid customers. • Turn creative ideas into campaigns by briefing and partnering closely with copywriters and designers. • Run A/B tests across creative, copy, landing pages, placements, audiences and bidding strategies. • Explore and test new channels such as audio and CTV. • Own and develop our paid marketing measurement approach, including Marketing Mix Modelling, incrementality studies and alternative measurement frameworks. • Design experiments that help us understand the incremental impact of our campaigns rather than relying solely on traditional attribution. • Work closely with our Tracking and Data teams to strengthen our measurement capabilities as digital advertising continues to change. • Share insights, results and recommendations across Marketing and the wider business. • Contribute to Typeform’s broader full funnel acquisition strategy across demand creation and demand capture. What we’re looking for • Around six or more years of hands on and strategic experience in performance marketing and media buying. • Strong experience managing paid social and video channels, ideally including TikTok, YouTube and Meta. • Experience owning campaigns from initial idea and creative brief through implementation, optimisation and measurement. • A track record of managing six figure budgets and delivering efficient performance. • Experience working with MMM, incrementality testing or other measurement methods beyond traditional attribution. • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with campaign performance, conversion funnels, CAC and LTV. • A strong understanding of digital measurement, from tagging and attribution through to incrementality. • Experience developing creative and UGC assets for paid social channels. • The ability to balance creative thinking with strong commercial judgement. • Curiosity and a willingness to figure things out. When you do not know the answer, you know how to find it, whether that means speaking to the right person, digging into documentation or using AI tools. • Confidence working across teams and influencing partners in Creative, Product Marketing, Data and Finance. • Comfort operating with uncertainty. You are happy testing ideas, learning from the results and changing direction when the data tells you to. Nice to have • Experience working in SaaS or B2B lead generation. • Experience across sales technology or marketing technology. • Experience managing external agencies or digital production partners. • Experience with ad servers and campaign trafficking. *Typeform drives hundreds of millions of interactions each year, enabling conversational, human-centered experiences across the globe. We move as one team , empowering our collective efforts by valuing each individual’s unique perspective. This fosters strong bonds grounded in respect, transparency, and trust. We champion our diverse customer base by anticipating their needs and addressing their challenges with priority. Committed to excellence, we hold high expectations for ourselves and each other, continuously striving to deliver exceptional results. We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. Head of Product Operations & Enablement (f/m/d)

J

Your mission JTL is one of the leading e-commerce platforms in the German-speaking market. Thousands of merchants run their business on our ERP, shop and fulfillment products every day. Our product organization is entering its next chapter: a clear cloud strategy, an ambitious AI agenda, and a growing product team. As Head of Product Operations & Enablement, you build and own the operational foundation this next chapter needs - the goal system, the tooling, and the enablement that makes every product manager better. This is a senior role for a strategic mind who is also a strong executor: hands-on in product, close to the teams, and measured on decision speed and the PM time you free up, not on process adherence. What you'll do • You build Product Operations & Enablement as a new function: its mandate, priorities and roadmap for how the product org plans, decides and learns; you start as a team of one, build the systems yourself before you scale them. • You own the planning and steering system of the product org - from quarterly planning to reviews and portfolio transparency - and design it to be light, fast and decision-oriented, up to C-level. • You build the goal system from the ground up: KPI and driver trees, outcome-oriented targets, and reporting that makes product progress visible to leadership and the board. • You establish prioritisation governance together with the VP Product: clear decision rights, consistent frameworks, and one portfolio view across all product areas. • You raise PM craft across the team: you develop our leveling and job architecture further and establish onboarding, coaching formats and clear standards for what good discovery and delivery work looks like. • You set up the product tooling and data stack (roadmapping, analytics, insights) and scale AI-enabled ways of working across the whole product org. • You work closely with Engineering, Marketing & GTM - making sure product plans, launches and go-to-market pull in the same direction. Your profile • 8+ years in product management and/or product operations in B2B SaaS or complex product environments, several of them at or close to leadership level. You have seen from the inside what a well-run product org looks like. • You have built or substantially professionalised a product operations function - portfolio steering, goal systems, team enablement - and can show what measurably changed as a result. • PM craft credibility: you have worked as a product manager yourself or coached PMs hands-on, and you set standards that PMs respect. • Strong facilitation and stakeholder skills up to C-level: you turn planning and reviews into decision forums, not ceremonies. • Data literacy: you think in KPIs and driver trees, are comfortable with product analytics, and build reporting that people actually use. • You use AI as a natural part of your own work and have concrete experience embedding AI into PM workflows (drafting, synthesis, analysis) - scaling this across the org is a core part of the role. • A good working knowledge of German is a strong plus. What you'll find You build and shape a new function with leverage across the entire product organization - in a profitable, growing company with an ambitious growth agenda. Direct line to the VP Product, short decision paths, and a real mandate to change how the org works. Remote-first, with occasional on-site days, mainly in our office in Hürth (NRW), for workshops, planning and team days. Why us? • Remote-first within Germany, with the option to work remotely from eligible countries for up to 180 days per year • Meal allowance of up to €115 net per month • Ergonomic workspace allowance for your home office setup • Regular team events, company-wide gatherings, and summer and Christmas parties to stay connected as a remote-first company • EGYM Wellpass and JobRad subsidy • Financial benefits including capital-forming payments (Vermögenswirksame Leistungen) and a company pension scheme
