Quantitative Analyst- Founders Office

About Easyship: Easyship is a leading global shipping software and API platform trusted by 100,000+ eCommerce merchants to compare couriers, automate fulfilment, and simplify cross-border shipping, taxes and duties. A top-rated Shopify Certified Technology Provider, eBay preferred fulfilment partner, and Amazon preferred multi-channel integrator, Easyship is the G2 category leader (April 2026), offering 550+ courier services worldwide. We believe in accelerating borderless commerce through innovative solutions, and we're proud that brands of all sizes from small business to enterprise trust Easyship for all their shipping needs. Who We're Looking For: We're looking for a quantitatively brilliant, commercially astute analyst to be the founder's "second brain" in data. You will sit at the centre of the business, see every data point that matters, and turn it into the insight that shapes decisions at the very top. This is not a reporting role, it is a thinking-partner role for someone who wants to understand how every part of the company works through its numbers, and to influence where it goes next. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder: framing the questions that matter, building the models and queries to answer them, and translating messy, cross-functional data into sharp, commercial recommendations. Above all, we need someone with genuine business acumen — a person who understands how a company actually makes money and where its levers sit, and who reads the numbers as a story about the business rather than a spreadsheet. If you are equally at home understanding how the business works, writing complex SQL, prototyping with modern AI tooling, and explaining a P&L implication in plain English, this role is built for you. What you additionally need to know: This is a remote role reporting directly to the Founders. What would be you be responsible for: • Acting as the founder's analytical right hand — stress-testing ideas, pressure-checking assumptions, and bringing the data view to every important decision. • Building a single, connected picture of the business: understanding how each function's data (revenue, product, ops, marketing, finance) fits together and where the real levers are. • Writing clean, performant SQL to pull, join, and interrogate data across the company's systems — no question is off-limits and no dataset is someone else's problem. • Using modern AI tooling in your day-to-day — to accelerate analysis, prototype models, and surface patterns a spreadsheet would miss. • Turning analysis into commercial narrative: crisp memos, clear recommendations, and the "so what" that drives action. • Owning ad-hoc deep dives at short notice — sizing an opportunity, diagnosing a metric that moved, or modelling a scenario the founder needs before a board meeting. • Defining the success metrics that matter for every team in the company, and using them to manage the business by exception — partnering with the Data team on the underlying data, not owning it. You Might Be a Good Fit If... • You have ~3 years in a quantitative or analytical role, ideally including time spent directly supporting a founder or CEO — we index on proven ability in this kind of seat over years on paper. • You have genuinely strong SQL — comfortable with complex joins, window functions, and wrangling imperfect real-world data into something trustworthy. • You are hands-on with AI in practice — you already use LLMs and modern tooling to work faster and go deeper, and you're excited to push that further. • You are commercially astute — you instinctively connect the numbers to revenue, cost, and growth, not just to a chart. • You are a first-principles thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity and can turn a vague question into a structured answer. • You have high drive and ownership — you chase problems down without being asked and treat the whole business as your remit. • You are a clear communicator who can make a complex analysis land with a non-technical audience, including the founder. • You have experience in an established organisation, consulting, trading, or another data-intensive, fast-moving environment. • Bonus: Python (or similar) for analysis and lightweight modelling; exposure to building or fine-tuning models, or shipping AI-assisted internal tools; a track record of self-directed projects that show initiative. If you're excited about this role but don't meet every requirement, we'd still love to hear from you. What we bring to the table as an employer: • Generous remuneration and stock units • We reimburse gym and wellness expenses so you can invest in your health • The freedom to ‘Work from Anywhere’ for 4 weeks in a year • Generous vacation policy, plus duvet days and mental health days to truly recharge How we value inclusion in our recruitment practices: Easyship is an equal opportunity employer. We make all employment decisions—recruiting, hiring, pay, benefits, …

GRC Engineer - Platform Team

RemoteEN
T

ABOUT THE ROLE Taktile empowers financial institutions to transform into truly AI-native organizations. We’re growing rapidly with enterprise customers across banks and insurance companies, and we’re looking for a GRC Engineer. Operating in highly regulated markets means trust isn't a feature for us, it's the foundation of every customer relationship. As we scale into larger enterprise and fintech accounts, a strong, demonstrable security and compliance posture is what lets us win and keep that trust. As our GRC Engineer on the Platform Team, you'll own the controls, evidence, and processes that keep Taktile secure, compliant, and continuously audit-ready. You'll be the engineering-minded backbone of our compliance program, turning frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and the EU AI Act into automated, continuously-monitored controls rather than one-off, point-in-time checklists. This is a cross-functional, high-leverage role. You'll partner with Security, Engineering, Product, and IT to close the gap between policy and control implementation, and with Sales, Legal, Support, and Leadership to make compliance a competitive advantage rather than a bottleneck. The ideal candidate pairs deep framework knowledge with the technical ability to automate it; fielding a complex customer security questionnaire in the morning and scripting AWS evidence collection in the afternoon. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Own continuous compliance end-to-end ; SOC 2, ISO 27001, and customer security reviews, keeping us audit-ready year-round rather than scrambling at renewal time. • Manage and evolve the compliance roadmap, prioritizing initiatives against business and customer needs; own Vanta end-to-end, including tasks, documentation, integrations, and automated evidence collection. • Lead quarterly access reviews across all systems in collaboration with IT and Engineering, ensuring findings are tracked through to remediation. • Run vendor risk reviews and DPIAs for new tools (especially AI tooling) and help teams adopt new software quickly without compromising our risk posture. • Serve as the technical voice on customer security questionnaires and DPAs, working alongside Sales and Legal to keep deals moving. • Define and report compliance and risk KPIs to leadership, giving them a clear, ongoing view of our posture and where investment is needed. • Partner with the Security Architect to identify and close gaps between written policy and actual control implementation. REQUIREMENTS • 4+ years in GRC, security compliance, or audit readiness at a SaaS company, ideally in a regulated environment (Finance, Insurance, Healthcare). • Has owned a SOC 2 program end-to-end (must-have), ideally ISO 27001 too, from gap analysis through audit and maintenance; familiar with GDPR, PCI DSS, and the EU AI Act. • Deep experience running Vanta (or Drata/Secureframe) as a continuous compliance backbone, not a point-in-time checklist. • Technically hands-on: comfortable scripting against AWS APIs to automate evidence collection, with a solid grasp of software development and security concepts. • A strong writer and communicator who can turn around a 200-row security questionnaire quickly and accurately, and translate fluently between compliance and technical teams. IDEAL, BUT NOT REQUIRED • Experience with customer trust programs (Trust Center, FAQs, security whitepapers). • DORA / EU AI Act / fintech regulatory exposure. • Has shipped engineering-led automation (not just dashboards). • Familiarity with NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or GDPR/DPAs. WHAT WE OFFER • Work with colleagues that lift you up, challenge you, celebrate you and help you grow. We come from many different backgrounds, but what we have in common is the desire to operate at the very top of our fields. If you are similarly capable, caring, and driven, you'll find yourself at home here. • Make an impact and meaningfully shape an early-stage company. • Experience a truly flat hierarchy and communicate directly with founding team members. Having an opinion and voicing your ideas is not only welcome but encouraged, especially when they challenge the status quo. • Learn from experienced mentors and achieve tremendous personal and professional growth. Get to know and leverage our network of leading tech investors and advisors around the globe. • Receive a top-of-market equity and cash compensation package. • Get access to a self-development budget you can use to e.g. attend conferences, buy books or take classes. • Use the equipment of your choice including meaningful home office set-up. OUR STANCE • We're eager to meet talented and driven candidates regardless of whether they tick all the boxes. We're looking for someone who will add to our culture, not just fit within it. We strongly encourage individuals from groups traditionally underestimated and underrepresented in tech to apply. • We seek to actively recognize and combat …

Staff SAP FICO Analyst (m/f/x)

Remote ✓EN
F

Your Role As Staff SAP FICO Analyst, you are the senior technical authority on our core financial system. You own how solutions are designed and built in S/4HANA: you make the system design decisions, technically validate changes before they reach production, and quality-gate the work of our implementation partners. You work alongside a Product Manager who owns what we build and a FICO Consultant who owns day-to-day operations. Your job is depth, architecture, and raising the technical bar of the whole team. Your Mission • Act as the technical escalation point for our financial core. The hardest FICO problems end with you. • Own solution design and system architecture for the finance platform: design solutions in S/4HANA, decide build-vs-configure-vs-standard, and technically validate every change before production. • Lead FICO workstreams in our SAP transformation from redesigning Record-to-Report and Controlling to quality-gating deliverables from our external implementation partner. • Continuously monitor and improve existing financial workflows, ensuring they align with SAP Global Standards and "Clean Core" principles. • Mentor and grow our FICO consultants: review their work, develop their skills, and build the runbooks and best practices that make the team resilient. • Support the design of modern integrations using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to connect S/4HANA with internal and external systems. • Challenge the status quo. Proactively look for configuration, tools or automation solutions that save time and enhance customer experience in SAP. Your Profile • 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO (GL, AP/AR, AA, CO) in SAP S4H Private Cloud. Solid knowledge of SAP REFX. • Understanding of integration points with other modules (eg. MM, SD, Subscription Billing). Commercial Lead (Biz Dev & Sales)

Remote ✓EN
R

Red Sky has been building technology companies since 2006. We validate ideas, build MVPs, recruit key teams and help turn ambitious concepts into real businesses. Now, we are opening more of these capabilities to external partners. We are looking for a Commercial Lead who will take ownership of the entire sales journey - from identifying the right markets and opening conversations to understanding complex business needs, shaping the right solution and closing the deal. This is not a role for someone waiting for a list of warm leads. We are looking for a builder and someone who can create opportunities where there is no obvious pipeline yet. Your mission Goal: build a predictable, repeatable and scalable sales engine for Red Sky's services - and use it to consistently generate new business and accelerate our commercial growth. You will work directly with the people responsible for product development, technology, recruitment, and venture building. Together, we will identify where Red Sky can create the most value - and you will turn that value into business. You will own the process from the first signal to signing the contract. You will • identify the most promising customer segments and commercial opportunities, • build and continuously improve our target account strategy, • create your own pipeline through high-quality outbound, networking, partnerships and creative prospecting, • run discovery calls and uncover the real business problem behind the initial request, • translate client needs into a clear scope of cooperation together with our internal experts, • create and present commercial proposals, • negotiate terms and lead opportunities through to signed contracts, • develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for further cooperation, • build and manage the sales pipeline, CRM discipline, forecasting and reporting, • test new sales channels, partnerships, messages and market segments, • bring market feedback back to the team and influence how our services evolve.
