An ideal environment for working, collaborating and finding inspiration — with an additional 600m² film- and photo studio. • 100% Hybrid Work: Home office or LOOP office space? Senior Android Developer KMP for Kiosk app

Imagine standing at the top of the Empire State Building, taking in the breathtaking view. From the online booking to the seamless entry, every part of your ticketing experience was designed and supported by Ventrata. An industry-leading SaaS platform that helps attractions, tours, and activities to create memorable experiences. Backed by a passionate team, headquartered in London and with offices in Brno, Lisbon, and remote teams worldwide, we’re expanding rapidly across multiple markets and verticals. Our mission is to help businesses of all sizes scale and grow while preserving their unique identity and spirit. Be a part of something extraordinary, where your ideas and contributions truly matter. Let’s shape the future of travel together. Ventrata is looking for a Senior Android Developer to join our team and change the way tours and tickets are sold worldwide. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a startup environment and be capable of working independently as part of our remote team. We're over 150 people and growing fast, but small enough that the work you ship is visible — to your team, to leadership, and to the customers using it. The role is EU remote, but you can also join us in our Brno offices (Czech Republic). About the Terminal team Ventrata enables attractions, tours, and activities operators to manage their businesses and sell through all available channels (online, offline, on-street, and distribution). Our aim is that our clients never have to leave Ventrata when they're using us. You will be joining our Terminal team, which focuses on hardware-integrated solutions that end users interact with directly — think buying from a kiosk, or validating their tickets at a turnstile. This position will push the boundaries of what's possible with Kotlin Multiplatform; your primary focus will be development of our new kiosk. This project is an important part of Ventrata and is used by end customers all around the world. The Challenge: "Greenfield in a Box" This isn't a standard app-building role. You'll be joining our Terminal team on a fresh Kotlin Multiplatform project that's already underway — a new Kiosk app being built from the ground up to replace the kiosk functionality currently bundled inside our Flutter-based Terminal codebase. Once shipped, the kiosk logic can be retired from the Flutter project, streamlining both codebases. You'll be building the foundation for a system that isn't just used by our clients, but is designed from day one to be consumable as an SDK by third parties. How we work We hire people who think for themselves and own what they ship. • You don't need a 5-page spec to get started. You ask the right questions, push back when requirements don't make sense, and own the outcome. • You are the owner of the delivery — you can push it, tweak it, and ask questions. • You know when to be deliberate and take safe steps, and when to take action. • You can deliver. We are heavily integrating AI into our process, using tools like Claude Code for code generation. This doesn't mean we delegate our work to agent systems — we use them to improve delivery and accelerate development. AI augments your creativity and speed; it doesn't replace your judgment or ownership. Responsibilities and Duties • Architect and build the new Kiosk app on Kotlin Multiplatform, contributing to shared logic for ticket booking, inventory, and platform integrations. • Design the SDK surface that powers white-labeling, enabling our clients — from major global attractions to smaller operators — to customize the Kiosk experience to match their brand. • Build the touch-optimized Kiosk UI in Jetpack Compose, with performance and reliability suitable for always-on, single-purpose devices. • Implement smart caching and request strategies that keep the Kiosk responsive over real-world venue networks, while treating the product as online-first. • Write and maintain unit and integration tests for the Kiosk codebase, working with QA to shape the broader automation and hardware-mocking strategy. • Identify bottlenecks and bugs in the Kiosk runtime and drive them to resolution. • Collaborate with the Hardware/Platform team to integrate their peripheral abstractions cleanly into the Kiosk. Requirements • Deep, production-level Android and Kotlin experience — you've shipped non-trivial apps and owned them past launch. • Strong understanding of Kotlin Multiplatform — code-sharing strategies, expect/actual, and where the boundaries between shared and platform-specific code should sit. • Track record of designing modular, maintainable architectures (MVVM, MVI, or Clean Architecture) on greenfield or actively evolving codebases. • Comfort with Jetpack Compose for non-trivial UIs. • Experience with GraphQL clients in mobile contexts — bonus if it's Apollo. • B2 English (written and spoken). • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. Nice-to-haves • …

Leveraging your firsthand hospitality experience, you won't just close technical tickets—you will analyze live data flows, troubleshoot integrations, and design processes that eliminate live-environment friction so hoteliers can focus entirely on their guests. This is a role for a Caring Rebel who models Hospitality Before Efficiency . You will personalize every interaction, shield your clients from technical overwhelm, and care for their properties just as you would for a guest walking into a 5-star hotel—always going the extra mile to deliver an experience of Unreasonable Hospitality . Our Customer Onboarding Team: Our Onboarding team is where Hospitality Hearts meet Smart Solutions . We are a fully-remote group of former hoteliers and customer experience professionals, focused on removing unnecessary manual work so we can spend more time on our "human magic": building and strengthening relationships, and ensuring our customers feel confident and supported from day one. If you are driven by emotional intelligence, trust-building, and delivering deeply personalized hospitality moments instead of repetitive operational tasks, you will feel right at home here. What You Bring to the Team: • Own the Post-Go-Live Safety Net: You will champion the critical post-launch window, executing highly intensive interaction cadences to evaluate system health, assess team sentiment, and build deep product confidence during their first days live. • Standardize the Repeatable, Personalize the Meaningful: You'll eagerly adopt AI tools and internal automation to handle administrative drag and resolve repetitive technical questions instantly, freeing you up to focus on strategic real-time guidance and building deep product adoption. • Crush Tight SLAs with a Maverick Edge: You will manage a high-priority, fast-paced ticket queue and incoming hotlines with a strict turnaround time. As a true collaborator, you will jump on urgent, unscheduled calls or dive into the queue to help the global team clear critical client blockers across time zones when capacity demands it. • Investigate with Curiosity: When a problem is deeply technical or ambiguous, you will dive in with a technical support-style mindset, investigating root causes, collaborating with internal product specialists, and turning complex errors into clean solutions. • Bridge the Gap to Long-Term Success: You will facilitate the crucial transition from intensive technical configuration into long-term product utilization, empowering clients to become entirely self-sufficient before successfully handing them off to long-term relationship managers. • Maintain Flawless Context: You'll embody the Caring Rebel mindset by keeping a clear, detailed record of account activities and health metrics in our CRM, ensuring no context is lost and converting live-environment customer feedback into actionable insights for our product teams. What Sets You Up for Success: • Show Strong AI Smarts: Exceptional technical aptitude and learning agility. You pick up new systems rapidly, understand how to leverage modern AI tools to conquer daily volume, and thrive in an environment where technology and workflow routing …

NetSuite Systems Engineer

Remote ✓EN

Location As a Financial Systems Engineer, you will be part of Business Systems Engineering, a group of several teams that builds and runs the systems the company operates on. This role is based remotely in the United States (Eastern time zone), the UK, or Ireland. Who We Are DoiT is a global technology company that works with cloud-driven organizations to leverage the cloud to drive business growth and innovation. We combine data, technology, and human expertise to ensure our customers are operating in a well-architected and scalable state - from planning to production. Delivering DoiT Cloud Intelligence, the only solution that integrates advanced technology with human intelligence, we help our customers solve complex multi-cloud problems and drive efficiency. With decades of multicloud experience, we have specializations in Kubernetes, GenAI, CloudOps, and more. An award-winning strategic partner of AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and Ingram Micro, we work alongside more than 4,000 customers worldwide. The Opportunity We are modernizing how we run our financial systems and bringing this work in-house, and we're looking for a Financial Systems Engineer to own it. You will own our financial systems - NetSuite today, with FloQast coming online - as an engineer, not just an administrator. What sets this role apart is mindset. You are the kind of person who is averse to doing the same manual task twice and instinctively looks for ways to automate it away. You will own the configuration and business logic of the financial systems, keeping each one doing what it does best, and partner with our internal engineering team on cross-system integration rather than wiring it together by hand. This is a high-ownership role serving Finance and Accounting directly. You will be their dedicated systems partner - someone who knows the platforms deeply, is invested in making them better, and treats reducing manual, error-prone work as the core of the job rather than something to do on the side. Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Systems, you will have real room to shape how finance operations run as the company scales Responsibilities • Own and administer our core financial systems - NetSuite today, with FloQast coming online - including configuration, business logic, and day-to-day system health. • Identify manual, recurring, or error-prone finance operations (month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, procure-to-pay) and reduce or remove them through automation, choosing the simplest effective approach and partnering with engineering for heavier builds. • Serve as the business-logic and data expert for the finance domain, partnering with engineering to define and maintain the rules and canonical definitions the systems rely on. • Build cross-system integrations on a central, version-controlled, observable integration platform in partnership with engineering, rather than as one-off scripts buried inside individual tools. • Act as the dedicated systems partner to Finance and Accounting: translate their needs into system capability, own those working relationships, and serve as the technical owner for financial-vendor onboarding, configuration, and administration. • Use modern AI tooling to draft automations and accelerate routine system work, amplifying your output rather than adding manual effort. Qualifications • 3-6 years administering a financial or ERP system, with hands-on NetSuite administration required, including: • configuration, customization, user access, roles, permissions, and workflows; • core modules such as General Ledger, Advanced Revenue Management, Accounts, and subsidiary / multi-location structures; • designing and implementing custom records, fields, and automations; • building SuiteFlow automations in response to changing business needs; • managing the NetSuite integration ecosystem. • A working understanding of core finance and accounting processes: month-end close, reconciliation, accounts payable / procure-to-pay, and revenue. • A strong drive to eliminate repetitive manual work, with a demonstrated track record of automating it (e.g. scripting, saved searches, workflow automation, or low-code/iPaaS tools). • Sound judgment about where logic belongs - what should be system configuration, what should be a cross-system integration, and which system is the source of truth for a given piece of data. • Strong collaboration and communication across both finance and engineering teams, with the ability to translate between them. • Fluent English; knowledge of any other language is an advantage. Bonus Points: • Comfort with at least one of SuiteScript, SQL, general scripting, or API-based automation, and the ability to read and reason about integrations even when engineering builds them. • FloQast administration experience. • Experience working against a central integration platform or in an event-driven environment. • Comfort using AI coding and automation tools in …
