AI Red Team Engineer

Remote ✓EN
W

TLDR: We're looking for an AI Red Team Engineer to break LLM-powered systems responsibly, automate the repetitive attacks, and turn their findings into clear evidence that powers customer demos, security reviews, and sales conversations. You'll own hands-on adversarial testing end to end: find the failure, prove it, script it, and write it up. About us White Circle https://whitecircle.ai/ is an AI Safety company building the safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems. At the core of our platform are policies – simple natural-language rules that define what an AI model should and shouldn’t do. We automatically test, enforce, and continuously improve these policies at scale. • We’ve raised $11M from top funds, founders, and senior leaders at OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Mistral, DeepMind, Datadog, Sentry, and others • We process over one hundred million API calls every month • We fine-tune and train our own LLMs so they run faster and cheaper than any open or proprietary model We’re a small, highly focused team. If you want to work deeply on hard problems, see your work ship to production quickly, and influence how AI safety is actually built – you’re the one we need. You will: • Red-team LLM-powered systems: chatbots, copilots, RAG pipelines, AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and API-based AI products. • Test for jailbreaks, prompt injection, system-prompt and tool leakage, sensitive-data and context leakage, unsafe outputs, policy bypass, tool misuse, excessive agency, resource and token-cost abuse, and business-logic abuse. • Write lightweight Python to automate attacks, run prompt sets, call model APIs, collect and score responses, and generate repeatable reports. • Build and maintain an internal attack library: prompts, scenarios, test cases, regression tests, scoring rubrics, and reusable demo cases. • Turn model failures into clear reports: what happened, why it matters, how to reproduce it, how severe it is, and how to fix it. • Convert successful attacks into regression tests and product requirements. • Track new red-team and safety techniques and fold the useful ones into our tests. • Support GTM by producing strong, credible evidence for customer demos, security reviews, and sales conversations. You'll fit right in if you: • Genuinely love breaking things and reasoning adversarially. • Have a background in QA automation, AppSec, API/security/pen testing, or bug bounty. • Have strong Python scripting skills. • Have experience testing APIs, web apps, backends, or SaaS products. • Are hands-on with LLMs, prompts, system instructions, RAG, agents, and tool/function calling. • Understand LLM-specific abuse vectors (prompt injection, jailbreaks, data leakage, tool misuse, excessive agency, token-cost exhaustion). • Can find bypasses, abuse edge cases, chain failures, and reason about real-world impact. • Can separate real customer risk from low-impact prompt tricks. • Write clear, reproducible bug reports in clear English. • Can move fast without perfect requirements. • Hold a firm ethical line: you red-team to make systems safer, operate within scope and the law, and don't produce or traffic in genuinely harmful material. A BIG PLUS: • Experience with Burp Suite, Postman, Playwright, pytest. • Experience with modern LLM red-teaming automated agents and pipelines. • Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, AI agents, tool/function calling, and LLM-as-judge evaluation. • Familiarity with OWASP LLM Top 10, OWASP Web Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, or other AI security taxonomies. • Experience testing RAG systems, AI agents, tool-calling workflows, browser agents, or internal copilots. • Experience writing customer-facing security reports. • Experience with trust & safety, abuse prevention, fraud, moderation, or platform security. • Experience building eval pipelines, regression suites, dashboards, or CI-friendly security tests. • A track record in CTFs, red-team competitions, or responsible-disclosure / bounty programs. Why White Circle • Paid time off in line with your local regulations, no matter where you work from • Meaningful equity package • All the hardware, tools, and services you need • Covered subscriptions for AI agents • Team off-sites twice a year: we've recently been to the Alps and to Saint-Tropez How we hire 1. Intro call with HR (25 min) 2. Take-home test task 3. Technical interview (60 min) 4. Final call with CEO (45 min) Please submit your application in English

About Netguru Netguru is a software development and digital consultancy with 400+ people on board, 18+ years on the market, and 3,500+ projects delivered for clients ranging from startups to enterprises. We help leading brands build web and mobile products, design experiences, and ship AI-powered solutions across industries like fintech, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing. We work with a high bar for quality and speed, and we're looking for a Business Development Manager who can grow revenue across the full client lifecycle - from first touch to long-term account expansion - and lead a team that does the same. The Role This is a broad commercial role spanning new business and account growth. You'll own a personal revenue number built from a healthy mix of inbound opportunities, outbound prospecting, and expansion within existing accounts - while also leading, coaching, and scaling a team of business developers/SDRs. You're equally comfortable qualifying an inbound lead, running a discovery call with a CTO, growing an existing relationship into new work streams, and running a 1:1 with a rep whose numbers slipped last month. You'll work closely with growth, delivery, marketing, and the broader leadership team. Location: Poland/Remote Salary rate; 15000PLN-24000PLN gross per month (CoE) or 18000-28900 net per month (B2B) Requirements What you'll do On the revenue side , you will own and hit a personal number built across new business and account growth. You'll qualify and convert inbound leads from marketing, build and execute outbound strategies across channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, events, referrals, partnerships), and develop existing accounts - identifying expansion opportunities, deepening stakeholder relationships, and turning successful delivery into follow-on work. You'll research target accounts and decision-makers, and run the full sales cycle from first touch to signed contract - qualification, discovery, scoping with delivery, proposal, negotiation, and close. You'll keep a clean, accurate pipeline in HubSpot and forecast reliably across both new and existing business. On the leadership side , you will manage a team of business developers and SDRs - setting targets across inbound conversion, outbound activity, and account growth, reviewing pipeline, and holding the team accountable to activity and outcomes. You'll coach reps on technique, messaging, objection handling, deal strategy, and account management; run regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and team rituals; recruit, onboard, and develop new team members; and partner with marketing on campaigns and lead quality and with delivery on scoping, feasibility, and account health. You'll also report team performance and forecasts to leadership. What we're looking for • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally selling software development, consulting, or technology services into mid-market and enterprise accounts, across both new business and existing relationships. • Demonstrable experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (long sales cycles, technical buyers, sizable contract values) and growing accounts over time. • Experience leading or mentoring a sales / business development team - formal people-management experience is strongly preferred, but a strong senior IC ready to step up with evidence of mentoring others will be considered. • Hands-on commercial skills: you can still qualify the inbound lead, write the sequence, book the meeting, run the call, and manage the account yourself - you lead from the front. • Strong commercial instinct: qualification, scoping, pricing conversations, negotiation, and account expansion. • Excellent English (C1+), confident communicating with C-level stakeholders. Polish is a plus but not required. • Comfortable with modern sales tooling (HubSpot or similar CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach/sequencing tools). • Self-directed and organized - you can run your own pipeline and the team's without close supervision. Nice to have Experience selling into one or more of our core industries (retail/e-commerce, healthcare, manufacturing); familiarity with team-augmentation / staff-augmentation as well as fixed-scope project sales; experience growing strategic accounts; an existing network of relevant decision-makers; and exposure to AI / digital transformation offerings. What we offer Competitive base plus uncapped commission tied to personal and team performance across new and existing business; a fully remote, flexible setup; a mature sales org with strong marketing and delivery support behind you; real ownership and a clear path to senior sales leadership; and the chance to sell work for a recognized, high-NPS technology partner with a strong brand and reference base. Benefits • Access to the WorkSmile platform offering benefits adapted to your preferences: • Multisport card, • Private health insurance package, • Life insurance, • And hundreds of other options to …

Start date: ASAP Languages: Fluent English required Industry: SaaS / MedTech ABOUT THE ROLE Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing SaaS company building a modern healthcare platform used by medical professionals. As the product continues to scale, the engineering team is expanding to support increasingly complex integrations, security requirements, and platform reliability. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong backend expertise in NestJS to help design, build, and scale the core platform. This is a highly technical, hands-on role where you'll own backend architecture, develop reliable distributed systems, and collaborate closely with frontend and product teams to deliver high-quality features. The ideal candidate has a strong product mindset, thrives in startup environments, and actively leverages AI-assisted development to improve engineering velocity while maintaining high code quality. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using NestJS • Architect APIs, caching layers, queues, and distributed services for high-performance SaaS applications • Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs (SOAP experience is a plus) • Collaborate closely with frontend and product teams to deliver end-to-end product features • Improve application performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability • Contribute to engineering best practices, code quality, and technical architecture decisions • Leverage AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate implementation, testing, and debugging • Take ownership of features from design through production in a fast-moving startup environment REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years of experience building production SaaS applications • Strong expertise with NestJS (mandatory) • Experience with Redis, caching strategies, and queuing systems such as RabbitMQ or equivalent • Strong experience with TypeORM • Good knowledge of Next.js and Tailwind CSS • Proven experience designing and integrating REST APIs • Experience building scalable backend systems with asynchronous architectures • Fluent English with strong communication skills • Ability to effectively use AI coding assistants to accelerate development and debugging workflows. Familiarity with open-source AI frameworks and modern coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar is a MUST. • Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • French language skills • Experience building Chrome Extensions • Background in MedTech or Healthcare SaaS • Knowledge of end-to-end encryption • Experience integrating SOAP services alongside REST APIs • Mobile development experience, particularly with React Native • Experience introducing AI-assisted or agentic development workflows across engineering teams AI-FIRST ENGINEERING AI is an integral part of the engineering workflow. During the interview process, we'll explore how you use AI in real-world software development, including: We're looking for engineers who use AI as a force multiplier for software quality, productivity, and problem-solving, not simply as an autocomplete tool. WHY JOIN US • Join a product-focused engineering team building technology that supports healthcare professionals • Take ownership of core backend systems and influence technical architecture • Work across modern backend infrastructure, frontend applications, and complex integrations • Help shape engineering best practices in a fast-growing startup environment • Collaborate with a highly technical, remote-first team focused on shipping high-quality software Pragmatike is committed to a fair, transparent, and inclusive recruitment process. We do not discriminate based on age, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, marital or civil partner status, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation. Technical Program Manager

T

ABOUT THE ROLE The Platform team builds the foundations the rest of Taktile depends onreliability, security, developer experience, and the infrastructure that makes us enterprise-ready. As our Technical Program Manager, you'll be the connective tissue across these efforts: taking our most complex, cross-functional initiaties and turning them into sequenced plans with clear owners, dates, and measurable outcomes. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers, EMs, Product, Security, Sales, and Legal driving Enterprise readiness, quarterbacking audit and compliance programs. You operate written-first and low-overhead: fewer meetings, more clarity. You're comfortable holding senior ICs and EMs accountable, and technical enough to challenge engineering trade-offs credibly. If you like owning ambiguous, high-stakes programs end-to-end and being measured by what actually ships, this is the role for you. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Own end-to-end program management for 3–5 cross-functional initiatives at any time. • Drive Enterprise readiness program (features, certifications, contracts) across Platform/Product/Sales. • Quarterback Security programs (audit prep, residual risk burn-down, customer security questionnaires). • Steer the AI enablement rollout across functions with the AI Tooling Eng. REQUIREMENTS • At least 5 years as a Technical Program Manager in SaaS, owning complex multi-team programs end-to-end from plan to delivery. • Proven track record driving cross-functional programs across engineering, product, and go-to-market; coordinating and holding senior ICs and EMs accountable without direct authority • Has driven enterprise-readiness programs end-to-end; sequencing the features, certifications, and contract requirements that unblock enterprise deals, in lockstep with Product, Sales, and Legal. • Technically credible with cloud-native platforms: reads architecture and design docs, reasons about AWS infra, CI/CD, microservices, APIs, and reliability SLOs, and pushes back on build-vs-buy and sequencing on the merits. • Has owned developer-experience or platform programs with measurable targets e.g. cutting CI/build times, raising deploy frequency, or improving DORA metrics (lead time, change-failure rate) across multiple teams. IDEAL, BUT NOT REQUIRED • Experience in financial technology or another heavily regulated industry. • Has run an audit preparation (SOC 2 / ISO) program. • Familiar with Linear, Notion, Slack as the operating stack. WHAT WE OFFER • Work with colleagues that lift you up, challenge you, celebrate you and help you grow. We come from many different backgrounds, but what we have in common is the desire to operate at the very top of our fields. If you are similarly capable, caring, and driven, you'll find yourself at home here. • Make an impact and meaningfully shape an early-stage company. • Experience a truly flat hierarchy and communicate directly with founding team members. Having an opinion and voicing your ideas is not only welcome but encouraged, especially when they challenge the status quo. • Learn from experienced mentors and achieve tremendous personal and professional growth. Get to know and leverage our network of leading tech investors and advisors around the globe. • Receive a top-of-market equity and cash compensation package. • Get access to a self-development budget you can use to e.g. attend conferences, buy books or take classes. • Use the equipment of your choice including meaningful home office set-up. OUR STANCE • We're eager to meet talented and driven candidates regardless of whether they tick all the boxes. We're looking for someone who will add to our culture, not just fit within it. We strongly encourage individuals from groups traditionally underestimated and underrepresented in tech to apply. • We seek to actively recognize and combat racism, sexism, ableism and ageism. We embrace and support all gender identities and expressions, and celebrate love in its many forms. We won't inquire about how you identify or if you've experienced discrimination, but if you want to tell your story, we are all ears.
