ABOUT US Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/ ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a rigorous Senior PPC Manager to own paid search for one of our core D2C subscription products. The funnel is simple: ad quiz trial subscription. The scale is: ~200 countries, 30+ languages, hundreds of Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. You will be measured on two numbers: daily conversions and cohort ROI — not clicks, not traffic. You'll operate with serious leverage: an API-driven build pipeline and AI tooling handle the mechanical work. Your job is judgment — what to scale, what to cut, where the next dollar goes. The bar is high and so is the upside: performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OWN THE ACCOUNT • Own account architecture, campaign structure, and naming conventions across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising • Develop and maintain SOPs for keyword management, bid strategy, and performance review cycles OWN THE KEYWORD UNIVERSE • Full ownership of segmentation, match-type logic, negative build-out, and ongoing expansion • Systematically identify and test new keyword opportunities using search term data, auction insights, and competitor signals • Keep keyword health at scale: regular audits, quality score monitoring, search query analysis MANAGE BUDGETS LIKE A CFO • Manage monthly budgets with direct accountability for CPA and ROAS • Define and execute A/B testing roadmaps across ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies • Partner with the analytics team to track funnel performance and attribute revenue accurately REPORT AND IMPROVE • Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports for paid search KPIs • Surface insights and recommend structural or strategic changes backed by data • Stay current on platform updates and evaluate their impact on account strategy QUALIFICATIONS MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE • 3+ years managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads • Personally owned budgets of $500K+/month with direct accountability for CPA / ROAS targets • Built and maintained keyword systems at scale — segmentation, expansion frameworks, and negative structures across tens of thousands of keywords • Hands-on experience with Smart Bidding, Performance Max, and manual bidding strategies • Uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) actively in daily workflow — data analysis, automation, copy generation and testing — not just aware of them • Has built processes from scratch: SOPs, review cycles, and quality systems that run without you • Working proficiency in English (B2+) NICE TO HAVE • Microsoft Advertising (Bing) experience • Background in web products or mobile apps; subscription (D2C) is a strong plus WHO YOU ARE • Fast, sharp thinker — you separate signal from noise and instantly see which number in a report actually matters • Analytical — every decision is backed by a period, a threshold, and a dollar amount • Full owner of your zone — from diagnosis to result, no reminders needed • Ambitious — you want to grow fast and prove it with performance LOCATION Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours. WHAT'S OFFERED • Remote work environment (work from anywhere) • Competitive salary + monthly KPI bonus • A path to Channel Lead — prove yourself and you own the channel end to end; we promote on performance, not tenure • Any equipment you need, provided by the company • Unlimited vacation • Flexible Independent Contractor Agreement: Unlock the benefits of flexibility, autonomy, and entrepreneurial opportunities. Benefit from tax advantages, networking opportunities, reduced employment obligations, and the freedom to work from anywhere. INTERVIEW PROCESS After submitting your application, we conduct a thorough review which typically takes 3 to 5 days, but may occasionally take longer due to the volume of applications received. Confirmo is a stablecoin payment infrastructure trusted by market leaders. Founded over a decade ago by crypto natives, we're one of the first crypto payment processors in the world and have built one of the most established infrastructures in the industry. Over the past 4 years, we have been growing exponentially (130+%) and expanding across the U.S., Middle East, and Europe. As part of our continued growth, we are now expanding our sales team in Ireland. Our regulatory standing is central to the trust we’ve developed. In 2025, Confirmo Limited (part of the Confirmo Group) was authorised under the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) framework by the Central Bank of Ireland as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider. In March 2026, Confirmo Limited was further authorised as a Payment Institution under the Payment Services Regulations 2018. This makes us one of the few dual-licensed companies in the European market, and we see our regulatory strength as a commercial enabler. We're a 60+ person global team, and this is a rare opportunity to join an established, growing business in the stablecoin payment ecosystem as we expand our EU base from Ireland. Key Responsibilities: • Drive the full sales cycle - manage every stage of the sales process, from initial outreach and discovery through to close, delivering a consultative, high-quality buyer experience that reflects Confirmo's values and product positioning. • Contribute to Confirmo's EU expansion - serve as the company's first Ireland-based Account Executive, owning end-to-end pipeline generation through self-sourced outreach across the EU. • Build and own your pipeline - proactively identify and engage new business opportunities across key European verticals, leveraging dedicated AI tools and company training on AI BDR agents to develop a robust and self-generated pipeline. • Represent Confirmo across Europe - attend and actively contribute to EU focussed industry events, conferences, and networking forums, acting as the face of the brand and converting presence into qualified opportunities. • Collaborate cross-functionally - partner closely with both Confirmo Limited and Group teams, including marketing, product, and leadership to feed market intelligence back into the business, helping shape messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for the EU region. Your Profile: • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience - a proven track record of owning the entire sales process from discovery and qualification through negotiation and close, with consistent quota attainment. • Payments background is a plus - demonstrated experience selling into or working within payments, financial services, or the broader FinTech ecosystem is a plus • Understanding crypto and stablecoins is a plus • Self-sufficient pipeline builder - a history of operating as a hunter in a true outbound capacity, generating the majority of your own pipeline without relying on inbound leads or BDR support. • Entrepreneurial mindset - prior experience as an early or first sales hire at a startup or scale-up is highly desirable; comfortable building process and playbooks from scratch in fast-moving environments. • Language- fluency in English required. • Minimum Competency Code (MCC) - this role falls within the scope of the Central Bank of Ireland's Minimum Competency Code and its associated Continuing Professional Development requirements. This role may be also subject to the Central Bank of Ireland's Fitness and Probity regime and related due diligence requirements. Location: This role is based in Ireland, supporting our EU customer base and working closely with our global team. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you please submit your CV and our team will be in touch promptly.

Growth Engineer

Remote ✓EN
T

About The Role If you'd rather build the system that runs growth than run growth campaigns by hand, keep reading. We are looking for an engineer who wants to sit inside a marketing team and build the infrastructure that lets a small group move at the speed of a much bigger one. You will design and ship the tooling, automation, and AI agent workflows that power acquisition, content, and experimentation across Tiugo's brands. This is a build role reporting into Growth Marketing, on a team that owns pipeline and ACV as its scoreboard. You are the technical counterpart to that mandate: the person who turns "we should be able to do this in days, not quarters" into something that is actually true. About Tiugo Tiugo is the company behind CKEditor, TinyMCE, and Uploadcare, developer tools that power rich content creation inside thousands of applications worldwide. Our editors carry decades of hard-won trust with developers, and that trust is our moat. We are at an inflection point. We are embedding AI deep into how content gets created, governed, and scaled, and we are moving up-market into the enterprise without letting go of the developer base everything is built on. We run a self-serve / product-led motion and a sales-assisted enterprise motion side by side. The Opportunity in Front of You Growth Marketing at Tiugo is being built from the ground up: one team, one number, spanning PLG, campaigns, and BDR across all of our brands. Part of standing that up is building the engineering layer underneath it, and that part needs a lot of work. You would be the first dedicated engineer on the team, working directly with the Head of Growth Marketing to decide what gets built, in what order, and how. • Greenfield scope. There is no legacy growth stack to untangle. You get to choose the tools, the architecture, and the standards. • A real system, not a request queue. This is not a role where marketing files tickets and you build what's asked. You are a co-owner of how the funnel works, from instrumentation to agentic execution. What You Will Build An AI-Native Growth Infrastructure The team's mandate is to design growth assuming AI is everywhere: in how buyers discover us, in how we create and test at volume, and in how the team itself operates. Your job is to build the plumbing that makes that real. • Answer-engine visibility: Build and maintain the tooling that tracks how Tiugo shows up when developers and buyers research through ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and AI-powered search, and feed that signal back into content and campaign decisions. • Agentic workflows: Design and ship AI agents and automations that handle research, drafting, QA, and reporting work that used to take a person days, so idea-to-live-asset happens in days, not quarters. • Experimentation systems: Build the infrastructure for the team to launch, track, and read out tests fast, without every experiment needing a one-off build. • Learning loop: How does what Product and Sales are learning about AI get absorbed into sales conversations fast? Product is iterating weekly. Customers are asking questions AEs have not been asked before. If the sales team is six months behind the product, we lose deals we should win. You own turning information into insights and learnings. Who You Are • You have built marketing or growth engineering systems before: automation, instrumentation, experimentation infrastructure, or AI agent tooling, ideally inside a B2B software or developer tools company. • You are genuinely fluent in AI tooling and agentic workflows, not just aware of them. You can talk specifically about agents or automations you've built, what broke, and what you'd do differently. • You are comfortable owning ambiguous, undefined scope. Nobody will hand you a finished spec; you help write it. • You think in systems: how data flows between tools, where the manual steps are, and how to remove them without losing accuracy. • You want to be measured by whether the funnel got faster and cleaner, not by how much code you shipped. Why This Might Be Your Dream Job • Scope: First dedicated engineer on Growth Marketing, with real say in the architecture and tooling from day one. • Leverage: Real products, real revenue, and a portfolio of developer-trusted brands. You are building infrastructure for growth that already has proof it works, not manufacturing demand from nothing. • Timing: You arrive as the team and the operating model are being built. Your early decisions will shape how growth engineering works here long after this first year.

Why Mozilla? Mozilla Corporation is the non-profit-backed technology company that has shaped the internet for the better over the last 25 years. We make pioneering brands like Firefox, the privacy-minded web browser. Now, with more than 225 million people around the world using our products each month, we're shaping the next 25 years of technology and helping to reclaim an internet built for people, not companies. Our work focuses on diverse areas including AI, social media, security and more. And we're doing this while never losing our focus on our core mission – to make the internet better for people. The Mozilla Corporation is wholly owned by the non-profit 501(c) Mozilla Foundation. This means we aren't beholden to any shareholders — only to our mission. Along with thousands of volunteer contributors and collaborators all over the world, Mozillians design, build and distribute open-source software that enables people to enjoy the internet on their terms. About this team and role: This role is part of the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) function within Mozilla's Security team. The Security team supports Product, Enterprise, and GRC functions across the organization, aligned with the mission to build a safe and secure internet. This role is responsible for maintaining and advancing Mozilla's Information Security Management System (ISMS) and supporting our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance programs — from policy and control design through audit readiness and certification. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across the full breadth of a compliance program, is comfortable building process where none yet exists, and works well with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders. What you'll do: • Maintain and mature the ISMS, including the Statement of Applicability (SoA), risk treatment plans, and the Management Review Meeting (MRM) process and cadence. • Support ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 audit execution—helping determine scope, preparing evidence and narrative artifacts, participating in auditor interviews and walkthroughs, and resolving auditor findings. • Contribute to the SOC 2 System Description and other audit-specific narrative documentation, ensuring they accurately reflect the organization's actual control environment. • Track gaps and remediation efforts arising from readiness assessments and audits. • Lead the policy program—driving policy creation, revision, and cross-functional review cycles to keep the security policy set current, enforceable, and audit-ready. • Support compliance scaling as additional products or business units pursue readiness assessments and certification. • Support the internal audit function, partnering with internal or third-party resources as needed to meet ISO 27001's internal audit requirements. • Partner closely with Engineering, IT, Legal, Privacy, People teams, and product leadership to gather evidence, drive control ownership, and translate compliance requirements into practical, adoptable practices. • Advise the GRC manager and broader Security leadership on audit risk, certification readiness, and compliance program strategy. What you'll bring: • 5 years of experience in information security, GRC, or compliance-focused roles. • Deep familiarity with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria, gained through meaningful involvement in audits from readiness through certification. • Comfort operating across the full breadth of an ISMS—SoA maintenance, Management Review Meetings, and System Description authorship. • Demonstrated experience writing and revising security policies, including running cross-functional review cycles to gain organization-wide buy-in and adoption. • Experience tracking gaps and remediation plans and connecting that work to an organization's broader compliance and risk program. • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills—comfortable working with engineers, product managers, legal, and executive stakeholders, and able to translate compliance requirements into practical, actionable workflows. • Ability to ramp up quickly and operate with a high degree of independence. • Comfort building processes where none yet exist. • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to represent Mozilla credibly and confidently in front of external auditors. • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer) are a plus. Commitment to our values: • Welcoming differences • Being relationship-minded • Practicing responsible participation • Having grit What you'll get: • Generous performance-based bonus plans to all eligible employees—we share in our success as one team. • Rich medical, dental, and vision coverage. • Generous retirement contributions with 100% immediate vesting (regardless of whether you contribute). • Quarterly all-company wellness days where everyone takes a pause together. • Country-specific holidays plus a day off for your birthday. • …
