Your challenge
Are you looking to bridge the gap between your studies and the professional world? At Hubject , we are looking for a motivated Working Student in Finance (all genders) to support our team. You will gain hands-on experience in everything from day-to-day accounting and invoice verification to the complexities of monthly and annual closings. This is your chance to apply your analytical skills in a real-world setting, master ERP systems, and help us optimize our financial processes. Your Tasks
- Support with invoice verification and preparation
- Assist in monthly and annual closing processes
- Maintain and analyze financial data in our systems
- Support budget planning and forecasting
- Prepare reports and presentations for management
- Contribute to process optimization in finance
Your Profile
- Enrolled student in the final Bachelor semester or Master’s program (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or similar)
- Basic knowledge of accounting or controlling is a plus
- Proficient in MS Excel, ideally with ERP system experience
- Analytical and structured working style
Language
- Good command of English, German is a plus
