- Establish the value governance model, defining decision rights, benefit owners and reporting cadence, and build stakeholder buy-in and alignment across Business, Tech and PMO.
- Partner with business leaders to define KPIs with standard definitions, formulas, data sources and owners. Set credible baselines before targets, and oversee the implementation of new KPIs.
- Build and run the value tracking framework and dashboard, giving transparent, near real-time visibility of benefits against baseline and plan.
- Monitor performance and outcomes, and report value delivered to the SteerCo and senior stakeholders, flagging gaps early with a clear path to green.
- Proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks and dependencies that could impact value capture, balancing quick wins with long-term big bets.
- Embed value realization into change, adoption and PMO processes so benefits are actively managed, and ensure a clean handover of benefits to BAU owners.
