We utilize the grafana.com platform to engineer bespoke integrations and solutions that unify the diverse technical ecosystem of a modern software enterprise. The team owns important domain areas that help keep both our customer workflows and internal business processes running smoothly. A stack is the customer-facing Grafana Cloud environment that connects an organization to Grafana and the backend services it uses, including Mimir, Loki, Tempo, plugins, dashboards, data sources, and stack-level configuration. Our work sits at the intersection of product, platform, and operations. We build the control-plane services and workflows that keep stack state aligned across grafana.com, Stack State Service (SSS), Hosted Grafana, cloud regions, and the underlying Grafana Cloud infrastructure. When this domain works well, customers get reliable stack creation, safe configuration rollout, predictable migrations, and fewer manual operational interventions. • Design, build, and operate reconciliation systems, including the SSS backend, to track desired stack state, detect and repair drift across stack templates, grafana.com state, Hosted Grafana, and actual customer stack configuration • Collaborate across SSS, grafana.com, and deployment configurations to ensure stack lifecycle workflows remain reliable, observable, and resilient • Improve operational efficiency by reducing deployment complexity (e.g., aiming for single PR regional SSS deployment) and contributing to the Stack Config Reconciliation project • Manage rollout mechanisms for provisioned plugins, dashboards, data sources, Grafana versions, release channels, and stack-level configuration • Support new region and cluster rollouts, including the operational paths required to bring stacks online safely in new Grafana Cloud regions • Improve incident response and recovery paths for stack misalignment, reconciliation failures, plugin rollout …

Apaleo is the world’s most open, API-first property management platform powering the next generation of hospitality operations. Its modular, AI-powered infrastructure enables hoteliers to customise their tech stack, automate routine work, and deliver seamless, personalised guest experiences, powered by best-in-class apps and autonomous AI agents that adapt to every stay. About the role Revenue Operations keeps Apaleo's GTM engine running, and running toward one thing: revenue growth. As our RevOps Engineer, you'll work across the go-to-market org making sure the systems and data behind the funnel are clean, fast, and increasingly AI-native. You'll work directly with our Team Lead RevOps, and while you'll touch nearly every GTM function, growth and pipeline are where your work has the clearest line to revenue. What you'll do • Own and maintain our CRM (HubSpot), keeping data clean, pipelines accurate, and workflows humming — the foundation everything AI touches depends on • Query our data with AI to answer real business questions (why a metric moved, which accounts look like our best customers) instead of waiting on a dashboard to tell you • Build AI agents and automations for repetitive RevOps work — CRM hygiene, lead routing, reporting — using n8n, Claude, and our existing stack • When a number moves and the dashboard can't say why, dig into calls, emails, and tickets, using AI to get to the real cause faster • Manage our toolstack day to day, including HubSpot, n8n, lemlist, modjo, sales navigator, etc. • Document how each automation you build works — inputs, what it touches, when it should hand off to a human — so someone else could pick it up without you in the room • Flag issues before they become problems and propose simple, practical fixes proactively, using AI to get there faster • Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, partner management, onboarding, support, BI, finance, and product on cross-functional requests What you bring • Proven experience in a RevOps, sales ops, or marketing ops role • Solid HubSpot skills, comfortable with workflows, properties, and reporting on funnel and pipeline metrics • Genuinely AI-fluent: you use AI tools daily and have built at least one real automation or agent — not just used a chatbot • Comfortable digging into messy, unstructured data (calls, emails, tickets) to find an answer a dashboard won't give you • Documents your work well enough that someone else could run it without you in the room • A structured mindset and a bias for action • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture • Genuine interest in how pipeline gets built and converted, not just how data gets cleaned • Good communication skills, you'll work closely with GTM leadership • Experience with an AI-native growth stack - think Clay for enrichment/agents, n8n or Make for workflow automation, Claude or ChatGPT for building agents, and intent tools like Koala or Clearbit - is a big plus What We Offer Culture & Growth • A Diverse & International Team: Work alongside passionate professionals from over 20 nationalities, bringing unique cultural perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences to shape the future of hospitality tech. • Growth & Development: As we scale, so do your opportunities. Join Apaleo and Shape the Future of Hospitality Tech! Apaleo is the world's most open, API-first property management platform, powering the next generation of hospitality operations. Our modular, AI-powered infrastructure lets hoteliers customise their tech stack, automate routine work and deliver seamless, personalised guest experiences, backed by best-in-class apps and autonomous AI agents that adapt to every stay. We're looking for a Mid-Level Backend Engineer to join our Invoice & Tax team. This is where hospitality meets regulation: every property Apaleo powers needs to invoice correctly and handle tax right, in every country it operates in. If you like the idea of solving real compliance problems with clean, well-tested code, and owning your work end to end, read on. What You’ll Be Up To • Own backend projects end to end: from validating requirements with the product manager, through architecture and technical breakdown, to implementation and release. • Build and extend backend services using .NET 10, running in Docker containers. • Develop features from database design through business logic to RESTful APIs, with a direct line to how tax and invoicing rules across multiple countries shape the implementation. • Write clean, well-tested code, including unit and end-to-end tests. We don't have a dedicated QA function, so you'll take full ownership of making sure what you ship holds up in production. • Monitor your own services in production, and identify and resolve issues early. • Work against dual deadlines on invoicing and tax, driven by regulatory requirements as well as customer commitments, and escalate early when something's at risk. • Collaborate closely with your product manager, frontend engineers and other backend engineers in an agile team where your ideas and feedback are valued. What You’ll Bring to the Team • A degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. • Solid, independent experience delivering backend features end to end in a cloud environment. • Strong .NET / C# backend development experience. • A genuine tolerance for tax, legal and compliance subject matter. You don't need deep expertise from day one, but multi-country tax and invoicing legislation is core to this role, not a side detail, so it needs to hold your interest. • A meticulous, detail-driven working style. Compliance work leaves little room for loose ends. • A proactive approach to communication: comfortable clarifying requirements, flagging risk and escalating early rather than waiting to be asked. • Hands-on experience with at least some of the following: • Relational databases such as PostgreSQL. • Docker and containerised workflows. • Cloud platforms such as AWS (Azure experience is also welcome) and message-based or asynchronous systems, such as Kafka or Azure Service Bus. • Familiarity with microservices concepts and API-driven architecture. • Comfort breaking down tasks, estimating work and delivering features incrementally. • Experience with, or interest in, AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similiar. • Fluent English. Nice to have • First experience with Kafka or other streaming / messaging systems. • Exposure to Kubernetes / ECS or cloud-native DevOps practices. • Basic experience with performance tuning or database optimizations. • Experience working in SaaS or API-first products. Good to know before you apply A little more context on the domain and the team, so you know what you're stepping into. • This role sits in a compliance-heavy space. Much of the implementation work is shaped by how different countries legislate tax and invoicing, so this is genuinely interesting problem-solving territory if that kind of depth appeals to you. • Invoice & Tax is also central to how Apaleo grows: as we expand into new markets, this team drives the discovery and requirements work that makes sure our platform is ready to operate there. You'll have a direct hand in shaping how Apaleo enters new countries. • The team is growing and evolving, including a move from Scrum to a Kanban way of working. What We Offer Culture & Growth • A Diverse & International Team: Work alongside passionate professionals from over 20 nationalities, bringing unique cultural perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences to shape the future of hospitality tech. • Growth & Development: As we scale, so do your opportunities. You’ll benefit from 360° feedback reviews, a dedicated learning budget, and plenty of chances to take on more responsibility. Our evolving career framework ensures you have increasing opportunities to learn new skills, advance your career, and make an impact. • Autonomy & Ownership: Great ideas can come from anywhere. ABOUT CANALS Canals builds software for wholesale distributors, helping them operate more efficiently through automation and AI. Every day, thousands of people rely on Canals to help process orders, manage purchasing, handle accounts payable, and streamline critical business workflows. We're a profitable, rapidly growing company with a team of roughly 100 people distributed across North and South America. We care deeply about building great products, hiring exceptional people, and creating an environment where talented individuals can do the best work of their careers. THE ROLE We’re hiring an Implementation Engineer for ERP integrations to help customers connect their ERP systems — including Eclipse, P21, and Infor — with Canals. You’ll play a central role in onboarding and implementation: configuring integrations, validating data flows, and becoming an expert in how Canals interacts with distributor ERPs. You’ll support customers both pre-sale and post-sale, joining technical discovery calls when ERP-specific guidance is needed and owning the hands-on integration work once a customer signs. This role reports to our Head of Implementation, Riker Morss https://www.linkedin.com/in/riker-morss-01373a130/. This is a technical, customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how systems communicate and wants to build deep expertise in the ERP ecosystem. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Implement integrations between Canals and integration partners, including ERPs (Eclipse, P21, Infor, SAP, Acumatica), using standardized templates and API credentials • Become an ERP subject-matter expert, understanding how each system handles data, access, authentication, and configuration. • Join pre-sale discovery calls to evaluate feasibility and answer ERP-specific technical questions. • Lead post-sale integration work: collect access details, configure endpoints, run tests on APIs to establish new data integrations, and validate end-to-end data flow. • Troubleshoot integration issues, escalating to the Lead Support Engineer or Engineering when needed. • Participate in customer onboarding and go-live calls as the technical owner of the integration process. • Document integration steps, ERP nuances, and repeatable best practices for internal and customer use. • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure each integration goes live smoothly. • Occasionally cover on support (Zendesk) as needed. WHAT YOU’LL BRING • Typically, 2–4 years in a technical implementation, technical account management, integrations, or customer engineering role at a SaaS company • Excitement to work directly with customers, managing implementations and troubleshooting integration issues • Familiarity with APIs, REST endpoints, authentication methods, and JSON payloads • Experience with ERPs or a strong desire to learn systems like Eclipse, P21, and Infor in depth • Strong communication skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users • Excellent organization and project management abilities • Comfort working in a fast-moving, fully remote environment with high ownership • English proficiency required; Spanish or Portuguese a plus WHY JOIN CANALS We're building software that solves real problems for an industry that keeps the world running. We believe great people build great companies. That's why we invest heavily in hiring, development, and creating an environment where talented individuals can do the best work of their careers. You'll work alongside ambitious, thoughtful teammates who care deeply about what they do, challenge each other directly, and have a lot of fun along the way. Location As a Financial Systems Engineer, you will be part of Business Systems Engineering, a group of several teams that builds and runs the systems the company operates on. This role is based remotely in the United States (Eastern time zone), the UK, or Ireland. Who We Are DoiT is a global technology company that works with cloud-driven organizations to leverage the cloud to drive business growth and innovation. We combine data, technology, and human expertise to ensure our customers are operating in a well-architected and scalable state - from planning to production. Delivering DoiT Cloud Intelligence, the only solution that integrates advanced technology with human intelligence, we help our customers solve complex multi-cloud problems and drive efficiency. With decades of multicloud experience, we have specializations in Kubernetes, GenAI, CloudOps, and more. An award-winning strategic partner of AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and Ingram Micro, we work alongside more than 4,000 customers worldwide. The Opportunity We are modernizing how we run our financial systems and bringing this work in-house, and we're looking for a Financial Systems Engineer to own it. You will own our financial systems - NetSuite today, with FloQast coming online - as an engineer, not just an administrator. What sets this role apart is mindset. You are the kind of person who is averse to doing the same manual task twice and instinctively looks for ways to automate it away. You will own the configuration and business logic of the financial systems, keeping each one doing what it does best, and partner with our internal engineering team on cross-system integration rather than wiring it together by hand. This is a high-ownership role serving Finance and Accounting directly. You will be their dedicated systems partner - someone who knows the platforms deeply, is invested in making them better, and treats reducing manual, error-prone work as the core of the job rather than something to do on the side. Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Systems, you will have real room to shape how finance operations run as the company scales Responsibilities • Own and administer our core financial systems - NetSuite today, with FloQast coming online - including configuration, business logic, and day-to-day system health. • Identify manual, recurring, or error-prone finance operations (month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, procure-to-pay) and reduce or remove them through automation, choosing the simplest effective approach and partnering with engineering for heavier builds. • Serve as the business-logic and data expert for the finance domain, partnering with engineering to define and maintain the rules and canonical definitions the systems rely on. • Build cross-system integrations on a central, version-controlled, observable integration platform in partnership with engineering, rather than as one-off scripts buried inside individual tools. • Act as the dedicated systems partner to Finance and Accounting: translate their needs into system capability, own those working relationships, and serve as the technical owner for financial-vendor onboarding, configuration, and administration. • Use modern AI tooling to draft automations and accelerate routine system work, amplifying your output rather than adding manual effort. Qualifications • 3-6 years administering a financial or ERP system, with hands-on NetSuite administration required, including: • configuration, customization, user access, roles, permissions, and workflows; • core modules such as General Ledger, Advanced Revenue Management, Accounts, and subsidiary / multi-location structures; • designing and implementing custom records, fields, and automations; • building SuiteFlow automations in response to changing business needs; • managing the NetSuite integration ecosystem. • A working understanding of core finance and accounting processes: month-end close, reconciliation, accounts payable / procure-to-pay, and revenue. • A strong drive to eliminate repetitive manual work, with a demonstrated track record of automating it (e.g. scripting, saved searches, workflow automation, or low-code/iPaaS tools). • Sound judgment about where logic belongs - what should be system configuration, what should be a cross-system integration, and which system is the source of truth for a given piece of data. • Comfort with at least one of SuiteScript, SQL, general scripting, or API-based automation, and the ability to read and reason about integrations even when engineering builds them. • Strong collaboration and communication across both finance and engineering teams, with the ability to translate between them. • Fluent English; knowledge of any other language is an advantage. Bonus Points: • FloQast administration experience. • Experience working against a central integration platform or in an event-driven environment. • Comfort using AI coding and automation tools in …
