What this job can offer you The Payroll Specialist Lead - Poland is a critical role within Remote’s dynamic global payroll organization. Nestled within our EOR and Payroll Operations Team, this role is responsible for delivering accurate, compliant payroll operations within assigned countries while also contributing to the improvement and scalability of our global payroll processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Payroll Operations, Tax, Finance, Product and Customer Success, while coordinating with diverse payroll partners where applicable. This role is well suited for a mid-to-senior career payroll ops professional who has deep hands-on experience running payroll in complex environments and is comfortable operating in globally distributed teams. The Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. The Senior Recruiter acts as a brand ambassador for their client and partners with the hiring managers in a consultative capacity. In this role, you will join the Support Organization at GRID, a team of customer-facing Support Operators across the globe, where a professional client-first mentality is crucial to delivering customer service excellence. You will work closely with sportsbook customers and internal stakeholders to support the delivery of GRID's Odds products and trading-related services. You will be responsible for investigating customer queries and operational alerts, communicating directly with customers, and supporting the resolution of issues affecting GRID's Odds products.

Als fachlicher Lead verbindest du End-to-End-Prozessverständnis, Cloud-Architektur und datengetriebene Innovation – von der Roadmap bis zum Go-Live. Zudem entwickelst du unser Portfolio im Bereich Digital Supply Chain weiter und unterstützt aktiv die Marktpositionierung unserer Beratungsboutique. Aufgaben Deine Mission: • Beratung zu Zielarchitekturen (On-Premise, Private & Public Cloud) • Anwendung von SAP Activate • Gestaltung datengetriebener Prozesse & MDM-Strukturen • Unterstützung bei Data Migration & Governance (u. a. mit SAP Master Data Governance oder SAP Data Services) • Einsatz moderner UX-Konzepte mit SAP Fiori • Fachliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Services & Transformations-Packages • Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Angebotsstrategie und Kundenworkshops Qualifikation Das bringst Du mit: • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in SAP-Transformationen mit Supply-Chain-Fokus • Sehr gutes End-to-End-Prozessverständnis (MM, SD und/oder PP) • Erfahrung mit S/4HANA (On-Premise und/oder Cloud) • Know-how in Data Migration, MDM und Data Quality • Erfahrung in Pre-Sales oder vertriebsnaher Beratung • Branchenkenntnisse z.
