Das erwartet dich: Shaping. Digital. Future. • Flexibles Arbeiten: 30 Urlaubstage und Vertrauensarbeitszeit („Come as you are“). • Zusatzleistungen: Firmenkreditkarte inkl. Spesentool sowie Edenred City Karte (50 € monatlich). • Weiterentwicklung: Fachzertifikate (z. B. CKA, Cloud- und IAM-Zertifizierungen), Leadership- und Soft-Skill-Trainings, Zugang zu LinkedIn Learning und Udemy. • Karrierepfade: Individuelle Entwicklung, z. Senior Backend Engineer (m/f/d) - Agent SDK

À distance ✓EN
V

Why voize? Because we're more than just a job! At voize, we believe the greatest gift to frontline workers is time - time to care, connect, and be present. Today, that time is lost to busywork and complex systems that pull them away from what matters most: people. Our vision is to change that by building AI companions that seamlessly take over digital workflows. We don't replace humans with technology - we amplify their impact. Our mission is backed with a $50M Series A funding led by Balderton Capital, with support from HV Capital, Y Combinator and other leading VCs. Today, 2,000+ facilities trust voize, and over 200,000 users rely on our AI companion to ease their daily workload. As a dynamic team, we combine first-in-class technology with meaningful social impact. And now, we're looking for you to join us on this mission! Your Mission: Build the layer every agent moves onto As Senior Backend Engineer on the team behind our Agent SDK, you build and maintain the Kotlin foundation that our AI agents move onto. Agents have grown into a product surface across verticals and markets, and the layer underneath them needs a permanent owner. Your work makes the cost of the second and third agents visibly less than the first, so feature teams can ship at their own pace. Your Daily Business - No two days are alike • Build and maintain the SDK as an internal product. You shape the runtime and the client-facing contracts that consuming teams build on. The SDK has a roadmap of its own, and you help set it. • You build the identity layer that agents run on, so customer-facing agents can write with a real user identity. Your responsibilities may include designing and shipping the auth plumbing, depending on what we have already built by your start date. • Make every agent observable from the day it launches. You wire telemetry and error reporting into the SDK by default, and you integrate inference and anonymization so the SDK enforces them for every consumer. • Build the test kit that the SDK still needs. You create it along with the architecture tests that protect the runtime internals, and you build the path that runs every SDK agent against our ML team's evaluation harness before a model change ships. • Absorb ecosystem change on behalf of consuming teams. You own Koog version bumps and format compatibility, and you set the shared limits on tool output and token usage, so an upgrade lands once in the SDK and reaches everyone from there. Your Skillset - What you bring to the table • Several years of production backend experience on the JVM — Kotlin, Java, Scala or similar. Our stack is Kotlin, and you are ready to work in it. • You have designed APIs that other engineers build against. An SDK or an internal platform where the contract is the product. • You have built and maintained integrations, and kept them stable when the system on the other side changed. • Testing and observability are part of how you build. • You are drawn to AI agent systems, and to the orchestration and evaluation work underneath them. Growing together - what you can expect at voize • We are a fast-growing startup, that means you will take on real problems, grow quickly, and make a real impact, giving frontline workers more time for people • We foster an open, collaborative culture with regular team events, whether you work from our Berlin office or remotely across Germany • Become a co-creator of our success with stock options • Generous perks: 30 vacation days plus your birthday off, Germany Transport Ticket, Urban Sports Club, regular company off-sites, and access to learning platforms such as Blinkist and Audible, plus free language courses • You decide when you work best, that means flexible working hours and a good hybrid set-up. Ready to talk? Apply now! We look forward to your application and can't wait to meet you - no matter who you are or what background you have!

Corporate Recruiter

À distanceEN
I

Wie zoeken we? In Nederland opereren we als Mondial Relay by InPost Group. We zijn hier volop in opbouw. Dat betekent: …

The design work is often highly functional, almost architectural, with a strong emphasis on research, usability, and user experience for all types of end-users. You do not need to write production code, but you should be comfortable discussing complex implementation details, including HTML, CSS, accessibility, keyboard and focus behavior, and component architecture. You will also help maintain and evolve the TinyMCE design system across design and code. Tiny is a fully remote organization with team members in a dozen different countries across multiple continents. We emphasize communication skills. You must communicate design briefs, documentation, and ideas clearly in written or video form in English. Key responsibilities: • Own cross-functional design initiatives from discovery to delivery, partnering with product management to frame problems and shape design requirements • Validate design directions through prototyping, critique, and stakeholder feedback • Drive alignment and tradeoff decisions with product, engineering, and design peers • Continuously improve interaction patterns, accessibility, and consistency across the editor and its features • Partner directly with engineers on feasibility and constraints, and follow designs through implementation to ensure the shipped result matches design intent • Maintain and evolve the TinyMCE design system, from design source through its implementation in code • Proactively identify experience gaps through customer feedback and research into industry trends and competitors, and propose improvements

The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination. n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact. Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve: • Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders • Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects • Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register. We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us. Location: Remote — Europe or US East Coast (Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Florida only) Your main goal will be to build n8n's global revenue enablement engine — installing one enterprise selling methodology across every region, compressing ramp for every revenue team worldwide, and turning our community-led momentum into repeatable 7–8 figure enterprise revenue. You'll report directly to our senior commercial leadership, inherit a small enablement team with basic onboarding in place, and have the mandate (and explicit VP trajectory) to build the function from the ground up: for a remote-first company selling across EMEA, the US, and beyond. To do so, here are your responsibilities: METHODOLOGY & ENTERPRISE SELLING EXCELLENCE • Own the global install of one enterprise methodology (MEDDICC / value-selling framework): selection, rollout, certification, and continuous reinforcement across every rep and manager, in every region. • Build the PLG-to-enterprise playbook: teach sellers to convert community and self-serve signals into qualified 7-figure pipeline. • Partner with PMM and Product to arm the field with AI-led narratives, competitive plays, and launch enablement. RAMP, ONBOARDING & MANAGER DEVELOPMENT • Build one global onboarding engine, pre-boarding through certification to first-deal support, and compress time-to-quota for hiring waves in every region. • Develop frontline sales managers: coaching frameworks, deal inspection, and forecast rigor that make the methodology stick. • Define enablement's scorecard in revenue terms: ramp time, win rate, forecast accuracy, not course completions. BUILDING THE GLOBAL FUNCTION • Lead and grow the enablement team (starting with 1–2 ICs) across sales, SDR, CS, and partner enablement. • Stand up the enablement infrastructure: tooling, content systems, certification tracking, and measurement with RevOps. • Operate as a trusted peer to regional sales leaders across EMEA, the US, and future markets: in deal rooms, QBRs, and forecast reviews. REQUIREMENTS MUST-HAVES • Hypergrowth pedigree: You built enablement at a developer-tool, open-source, or technical B2B SaaS company as it scaled enterprise. • €xm€1bn scaling: You grew the function through a major GTM headcount wave and constant evolution of sales maturity. You've solved ramp at volume, not maintained steady-state. • Methodology implementation owner: You've run a company-wide MEDDICC / Command of the Message-style install end-to-end, with certification and reinforcement that stuck. • ⏱ Ramp engineer: You've built onboarding programs with measurable time-to-productivity compression. • Revenue-outcome mindset: You measure enablement in deal size, win rate, ramp time, and forecast accuracy. NICE-TO-HAVES • Methodology-firm pedigree: Force Management, or similar as a consultant or a certified in-house champion. • Carried a bag: You sold enterprise deals yourself, so reps and leaders trust you in deal conversations. • PLG-to-enterprise: You've enabled teams converting community/self-serve momentum into enterprise revenue. • AI narrative: You've positioned AI/ML-driven products in enterprise settings and think of an AI first solution to solving problems. Why join us? At n8n, your work won't disappear into an LMS. You'll build the global enablement function at the exact moment we scale from community-led momentum into 7–8 figure enterprise deals - the moment enablement leaders at MongoDB or HashiCorp will tell you was the best of their career. You'll install the methodology worldwide, set one ramp standard across regions, develop …
