Senior Engineer, Fullstack - Growth

À distance ✓EN

An Introduction to Primer Primer is the unified infrastructure for global payments. We give finance and payments teams the visibility and control to reduce complexity, improve performance, and capture more revenue - all from a single platform. Backed by Sofina, Peak XV Partners, ICONIQ, Tencent, Accel, and Balderton, we're building the payments layer the world's best companies rely on. Watch our showcase > https://primer.io/the-primer-showcase Read up on our $100m Series C https://www.primer.io/blog/series-c Learn more about our culture > https://primer.io/careers Which team will you be joining? You'll be joining the Growth team, which owns merchant onboarding and activation: everything between a new account and a first live payment. It's a newly formed team taking on a new product area for Primer, so there's a lot of scope to shape both what we build and how. Primer is remote-first and globally distributed — always will be. What will you be doing? • Lead frontend architecture and technical direction for the self-serve onboarding and platform experience, with real ownership over how it's built, not just what gets shipped • You’ll spend roughly 80% of your hands-on codebase time on frontend and 20% on backend. That split is a guide, not a rule, and it will shift in either direction depending on what we're focused on at the time. • Partner closely with Design to take onboarding and platform experience from concept to production, shaping the details that decide whether a merchant's first steps with Primer feels effortless or frustrating • Mentor and raise the bar for the engineers who join the team, you're the person newer engineers learn frontend craft from • Set frontend conventions and quality standards for a team that's still being built — architecture reviews, code quality, testing approach, all early enough that your calls stick • Contribute to the Python backend where it's needed to unblock frontend work or ship a feature end to end, without needing deep backend expertise going in What we're looking for • Strong, proven frontend expertise — production experience architecting and building complex frontend applications, not just consuming a design system • Comfortable being the most senior frontend voice in the room, including pushing back on design or product where the frontend reality demands it • Some backend experience and a genuine willingness to work in a Python codebase — depth isn't required, but you shouldn't be reluctant to touch it • Experience mentoring other engineers, ideally including people earlier in their career than you Nice to have, not required: • Experience building or integrating payment products • Experience in a growth, onboarding, or activation-focused product surface What you should be aware of: • The team is still forming, so you're inheriting mentoring responsibility for people who haven't been hired yet — the "who" of who you're mentoring is still unknown • Remote-first, high autonomy, no hand-holding — you're expected to set your own standards, not follow someone else's playbook • Early-stage team means some ambiguity on process and tooling that a more established team would already have solved A TYPICAL INTERVIEW PROCESS • An initial intro call with a Talent Partner • An interview with the Hiring Manager • Challenge Stage - Contextualised to the role • A final, values-alignment interview WHAT'S THE CULTURE LIKE AT PRIMER? We're building a culture where people can do their best work and be proud of the impact they have. You'll be working with people who are mission-driven, smart, and reflective, and who are genuinely invested in building exceptional products and delivering success for our merchants. We work remotely, and have done since day one. We believe that building a successful, profitable company goes beyond proximity. We invest in our relationships through great remote working practices and thoughtfully designed face-to-face time, including workations, our annual company retreat, and access to co-working spaces across most major cities. The work is challenging. Scaleups are a challenge, and building category-defining products is a challenge. But there's a meaningful difference between a challenge and a struggle. At Primer, the right challenge comes with the right support: strong onboarding, a collaborative environment, and a team that is genuinely invested in your success. It's never something you face alone. OUR BENEFITS We are fully remote and globally distributed; and have been since day one Competitive share options Uncapped holiday, with 25 days minimum to be taken Co-working space access across major cities Workations & Company Retreat The best equipment for your role £500 towards your home office setup Generous learning budget Private Medical Insurance A broad set of additional perks and benefits (depending on location) DON’T MEET EVERY SINGLE …

Senior Product Designer (Experimentation) (f/m/d)

À distanceEN
G

Your mission We're looking for a Senior designer, with at least 7 years of experience, who decides with evidence. Most design roles stop at the handover. This one does not. You will design a part of the product, form a view about what should change, build the experiment that tests it, and read the results yourself. If you have ever shipped a redesign and never really found out whether it worked, this is the opposite of that. You will sit inside one product delivery leadership team, working closely with the person accountable for that part of the business and with the engineers building it – not off to one side taking requests. And you will not be doing it alone: you join a group of Product Designers across the company who work the same way and hold each other's standards. English is our working language. German matters here too: you will be designing flows that German-speaking neighbours read. Concretely, you will: • Design experiences that fit how people already live. Our product mirrors real neighbourhood life. Your job is to design flows and screens that feel natural to someone standing on their doorstep with one hand on their phone, not to add features because we can. • Frame the real problem before solving it. Take a vague ask, find the actual question underneath it, and make it explainable. A well framed problem to solve is half the battle. • Run the experiment, and read it honestly . Design a testable change, get it instrumented properly, and analyse the outcome with our data team. That includes reporting the tests that did not work, which is most of them, and saying what you would do differently. • Talk to neighbours. Experiments tell you what happened, not what people needed. You will spend real time with the people who use this, because you cannot A/B test your way to understanding somebody. • Direct AI, and spend your judgment where it counts. AI produces a lot of our first-pass design. You will brief it, push back on it, and hold the quality bar, so your own hours go to the thinking a model cannot do. Polish goes where it changes behaviour, not onto every surface. • Argue for cutting things. Adding is easy. You will help decide what earns its place and what should be removed, and be willing to make the case for less. Your profile • 7+ years of product design experience in a digital product environment, with a track record of shipping changes, measuring their impact, and making the next decision based on what you learned. You practice design, and you are very comfortable with numbers. You might come from an analyst background and bring a love of design and design thinking, or vice versa. • You have technical know-how. You need to be able to construct the pipelines and dashboards yourself, use our experimentation platform, and our design system tooling. • You get your own numbers. Whether through SQL, AI-assisted querying, or both, you do not wait for someone else to pull data for you. • You have run experiments end to end. Hypothesis, design, instrumentation, analysis, decision. Not just handing a mockup to someone who tested it later. • You care about craft and are attentive to details. You can tell the difference between good enough and actually good and you design experiences people do not have to think about. • You use AI as a tool already or want to. This role allows you to have more control and impact through both design and analysis, but to do this well you'll need to leverage (and at times extend) our AI enablement stack. • You present your work clearly, defend your decisions when challenged, and are comfortable in front of a crowd. • Excellent English skills for working in our international team. To apply, share a portfolio that shows your work by impact — at least one project walked through end to end: the hypothesis, what you designed, the result, and what you took from it. Show us how you used data to move your thinking forward, and where experimentation shaped what you built. Nice to have • Experience with a marketplace, community, classifieds, or other network product. • Strong German, or the confidence to design in it with support. • Experience building or maintaining parts of a design system. • Comfortable writing SQL without AI assistance. What we offer • Hybrid work model combining office and remote days • A meaningful job – we're creating a great product with real added value for the community • Work in a cheerful and experienced team that exchanges ideas and learns from each other • Insights into the entire work process of our social startup and the nebenan.de foundation • Responsibility and great opportunities to actively contribute • Your nebenan.de SpenditCard – you'll receive an additional income of 35 Euros per month, which you can use for things of your choice • 30 days of vacation per year – we also offer the possibility of workation models and a sabbatical • A workplace in Berlin-Kreuzberg and regular events like yoga or Lunch & …

Your mission Neptune Software is the AI execution layer for SAP. Enterprises are moving from software that records to software that acts — AI agents running routine work while people govern the exceptions. What stands in the way isn't the models; it's that the logic agents need to act on is locked inside SAP. Neptune runs inside the customer's own landscape and makes that logic executable by AI: agent-ready context, governed tools, and applications where agents act under the customer's own authorizations, with guardrails enforced by the platform — not by the prompt. With Naia, our AI layer, teams build from natural language and deploy agents on ECC today that carry to S/4HANA unchanged, always at Clean Core. SAP-certified, 500+ enterprises, fifteen years in production: we are where core business systems learn to act. Senior Cloud Product Manager (all genders)

À distance ✓EN
C

Your creative field We are looking for a full-time, permanent Senior Cloud Product Manager (all genders) to start as soon as possible. We live remote-first (within Germany), but you have the freedom to choose whether you want to work hybrid or completely on-site due to your proximity to one of our locations (Berlin, Cologne, Hamburg, Munich). As a Senior Cloud Product Manager at Contabo, you're stepping into a role that doesn't come around often: you help build a new product from the ground up – a greenfield venture inside an established company, expanding our portfolio into a new market segment. You are the voice of the market and our customers: you establish feedback channels with customer and support teams, translate market and customer needs into a compelling product vision, and take end-to-end ownership of the product roadmap – from high-level planning through prioritisation to delivery, in close alignment with our PMO. You work in a small, focused team of experts where speed matters: build fast, test fast, learn fast – with AI tools firmly embedded in our daily work, enabling the pace a venture like this demands. You refine ideas until the development teams can implement them with confidence, sequence roadmap items for maximum impact, and shape the best possible user experience together with your UX tandem partner. You don't shy away from technical discussions – you seek them out: you understand the product architecture across the full stack and keep asking "why" until even hidden blockers are on the table – and resolved quickly. Because the product is new but the company isn't, you hook into existing processes – in finance and infrastructure, for example – and build new ones where gaps remain. You present progress and updates to stakeholders across development, sales, support, marketing, and leadership, acting as their central point of contact. In the medium term, you establish a product-driven roadmap spanning at least two years, along with KPIs that make the platform's success measurable. The role is built for a high degree of autonomy: you report directly to the Head of Product and work independently, driven by results – with no micromanagement, in either direction. What convinces us Your personality, paired with: • Extensive senior-level experience in product management, ideally in a cloud or IT infrastructure environment • Proven end-to-end ownership of a product roadmap – from strategy through to delivery, not just in a supporting role • A solid technical understanding of cloud-native architecture (containers, Kubernetes, microservices, cloud infrastructure) – you can hold your own in discussions with developers • Experience with data-driven prioritisation and A/B testing, as well as agile frameworks (Scrum or similar) • Proven experience acting as the central point of contact between engineering, sales, support, and leadership • Confident, natural use of AI tools in your daily work – from product ideation to everyday tasks • A high degree of independence and composure in a greenfield environment full of ambiguity – you don't need a task list, you create it • The ability to quickly build deep understanding of new domains, products, and technologies • Experience with pricing and packaging (a plus) • Professional fluency in English (our working language); German language skills, product management certifications (e.g. CSPO, Pragmatic Institute), and a degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering are a plus Awesome Prospects At Contabo, we are constantly evolving. Our growth creates space for new ideas, ownership, and real impact for people who want to make a difference. What defines us is trust, direct communication, and an open feedback culture. We believe the best solutions are built together and that everyone has the opportunity to contribute, grow, and leave their own footprint. Additionally, we offer: • Work the way that fits your life – Remote or hybrid with flexible hours for a healthy work-life balance and the same technical equipment at home as in the office • Experience real freedom – Workation across the EU and in our summer office in Mallorca • Stay active and healthy – Access to EGYM Wellpass and thousands of fitness and wellness facilities • Enjoy exclusive perks – Attractive discounts on many products and services through our corporate benefits program • Recharge your energy – 30 days of vacation plus additional days off on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve • Give back – An extra day off to get involved in social activities through our Volunteer Day • Make an impact – Take ownership and bring your ideas to life with real creative freedom • Keep growing – Individual professional and personal development opportunities in an innovative tech environment • Feel comfortable where you work – Modern, conveniently located offices across our European locations • Be part of a diverse team – Work in an international environment shaped by …

OUR VISION & PRODUCTS EverAI — Building the Future of AI Companionship One of the Top 15 Largest & Fastest-Growing AI Companies in the World 50 Million Users in 2 years — Help Us Reach 100M first, 500M next At EverAI, we’re shaping what it means to connect with AI. With 50 million users and counting, we're not just building products — we're creating entirely new categories. Our flagship product is the world’s largest AI companionship platform, redefining relationships for millions. It is governed by our proprietary moderation system, EverGuard — an internal AI designed to ensure everything we build is safe, ethical, and human-first. And we’re only just getting started! OUR TEAM We are an enthusiastic, passionate and hardworking team of ≈ 100 people. Our founding team has strong entrepreneurial experience building and scaling web products from 0 to IPO. Alexis Soulopoulos [CEO] • 10+ years in Tech Executive Leadership • Co-Founder Mad Paws Holdings (from 0 to IPO) • Forbes 30 under 30 + Deloitte TechFast50 ’22 & ‘23 Michael Monin [Co-founder & CTO] • 10+ years as CTO / COO (web2/web3), 3 years in AI/LLM • Serial-entrepreneur: MTK Digital (exited / 0->$20m revenue) and Zipchat (AI Chatbot for E-commerce brands) Thomas Lacroix [Co-founder & CMO] • 8+ years in Customer Acquisition & E-commerce Growth • Serial-entrepreneur: Curatible (sold to Blackstone) and MTK Digital (exited / 0->$20m revenue) Maruša Fasano [CFO/Legal] • 25+ years in Finance, Strategy, M&A • Ex-CFO/M&A @Curatible (exited to Blackstone) • Ex-President of the Board @SotremoSA (exited) • Co-founder/CFO @SoftOne (exited) YOUR ROLE Most Product Manager roles are built around specs and handoffs, waiting on a designer's mockup, an engineer's sprint slot, a data analyst's report. This role is built differently: we're hiring a PM who does more than decide what should be built. You'll steer a developer squad end to end: investigating opportunities, analyzing user behaviour, prototyping solutions with AI, contributing code, launching experiments, and improving what reaches production. You'll work directly with Pierre Gerbaud, Product Lead, and Michael Monin, our Co-founder & CTO, on a product already used by more than 50 million people and growing toward 100 million users. At this scale, every small improvement can create significant impact, and you'll have the space to spot these opportunities and act on them quickly. If your first instinct is to test an idea by making it real, this is your role. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Own the work end to end, not just a piece of it: Understand the problem, choose an approach, build the solution (AI-assisted coding, opening pull requests, working with internal tools), launch it, measure it, and iterate with as few handoffs as possible; • Build with AI every day: Use AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, and debugging; as a genuine part of how you think and work, evolving with the tools as they improve; • Decide what's worth pursuing, and test it fast: When a dozen directions look plausible and there are more ideas than time, identify the opportunities that matter most and design the smallest meaningful experiment to test your assumptions; • Let the results determine what happens next: Define success before you build, analyse the outcome once the experiment is live, and use what you learn to improve, expand, or stop what you shipped; • Work embedded in a software engineering squad: partner directly with Leads, Co-founders, designers, and engineers to define and deliver priority projects, and communicate progress and decisions to all relevant stakeholders; • Keep momentum high: Surface blockers the moment they appear, challenge assumptions directly regardless of who made them, and find another route forward when the obvious one is blocked; YOUR QUALIFICATIONS • You build with AI: you’ve personally built and shipped a functional feature, experiment, prototype, workflow, or tool using AI coding tools. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar tools are already part of how you work everyday; • You use data to make product decisions: you can name the metrics you want to influence, explain why it matters, and say whether your work actually moved them. You’ve run A/B tests, product experiments, data deep-dives, or lightweight user research and used the findings to shape what was built next; • You explore AI independently: you actively seek out and experiment with new tools and techniques without waiting for a project or manager to require them; • You take ownership and move without waiting for certainty: comfortable with ambiguity, you create clarity by investigating, building, testing, and learning rather than waiting for a complete brief. You balance execution against planning, address blockers early, and take responsibility for the outcome rather than waiting to be told what to do, caring more about reaching the right result than following a …
