We’re on the hunt for a sharp, self-driven SaaS pro who’s as comfortable troubleshooting API and integrations as they are navigating human conversations. Our European client base is growing fast and we need someone who can keep up. Our software isn’t your average plug-and-play; it has a steep learning curve so you’ll need to be technically savvy while also being the kind of person clients genuinely enjoy talking to. If you’ve got SaaS in your DNA, thrive in async/remote environments, and can juggle multiple threads without breaking a sweat — keep reading. The role You’ll join a lean, high-performing global support team working across two SaaS products, Award Force and Good Grants. Day to day you’ll be communicating with colleagues and clients across countries, cultures, and time zones. Support happens across email tickets, phone, and 1-1 Zoom calls. Once you’ve leveled up on product knowledge, you’ll run onboarding sessions and client meetings covering issue resolution, best practices, and product adoption. You’ll also be hands-on with bug testing and reporting, feeding considered feedback to our product teams— always pushing to make our products better. We have a startup mindset. We experiment with new tools, iterate on processes, and move fast. Got a great idea? Pitch it. We’re not big on bureaucracy, only results. We don’t expect you to be a slave to your chair but flexibility is a must. You’ll need to tick these boxes • You’re based in the UTC +1 or +2 timezone range. This is non-negotiable. Our European team and clients operate in this window and we don’t allow shift work. If you live outside this range, this one’s not for you • 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in a SaaS support or client-facing role • Native-level English fluency (bilingual? Even better!) • Terms like HTML, CSS, JS, API, integrations, dev console, staging & production environments, GitHub repos, and database queries don’t make you flinch. You don’t need to write code, but you need to get it • You’ve got exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—written and verbal • Client calls energise you. Four to five Zoom meetings a day? Bring it on • You’re a natural problem solver who loves helping others untangle theirs • Your writing is clean, well-structured, and detail-oriented • You’re curious by nature and love learning new things • You’re not allergic to upselling or fielding “sales-y” questions • You’re organised and process-driven. Multiple tools for different workflows? No problem — you thrive in that setup • You’re self-motivated and independent, but you also value being part of a tight-knit team • Remote work isn’t just something you dabble in—it’s where you do your best work. You’ve got fast, reliable internet and a distraction-free workspace ready to go Responsibilities Product support • Go deep on product knowledge through self-driven learning—become the expert • Be the first point of contact on all inbound support via email/tickets, phone, and eventually live chat • Run 1-1 Zoom sessions with clients for technical consultation and query resolution • Maintain our consistently impressive first-reply-time metric (yeah, we’re proud of it) • Provide technically accurate responses backed by hands-on testing of scenarios • Collaborate with engineering to squash bugs and keep clients in the loop with timely updates • Spot patterns in user issues and flag them for product improvement Be seriously good with clients • Speed matters. Account Executive - EU Public Sector & NATO

À distance ✓EN

We’re making security suck less for developers. Security tools haven’t kept up with how software is built today. They interrupt teams, slow releases, and turn security into a bottleneck instead of a capability. We built Aikido to change that. Aikido builds developer-first security products that reduce real risk without getting in the way of shipping software. We focus on what actually matters and automate the rest. We’re taking on legacy security tools teams have been stuck with, and we’re winning. If you want to help us take market share and build products developers actually enjoy using, you’re in the right place. Founded in 2022 by third-time founders, Aikido has $85M in the bank and a long runway ahead. We’re building toward self-securing software. Join an all-star team. Take real ownership. Push boundaries. Build things that matter. Aikido is scaling fast, and we are expanding our presence in the public sector. We are looking for our first Account Executive (EU Public Sector & NATO) to drive our revenue growth across national governments, public institutions, defense organizations, and NATO agencies. In this role, you will navigate complex public procurement environments, build strategic relationships with senior technical and security leaders, and leverage partner ecosystems to deliver our developer-first security platform to the public sector. Responsibilities • Drive revenue from first touch to close across a targeted pipeline of EU National Governments, Ministries, Public Agencies, and NATO entities (e.g., NCI Agency). • Lead responses to public tenders, RFPs, and RFIs, ensuring alignment with governmental regulatory and compliance standards. • Partner closely with Global System Integrators (GSIs), regional IT partners, and distributors who hold active government framework agreements. • Build and deepen relationships with CISOs, heads of software engineering, platform leads, and procurement directors in the public sector. • Maintain an accurate forecast and disciplined pipeline management in HubSpot. • Represent Aikido at key defense, cyber, and public sector industry events across Europe.

Senior Strategic Implementation Specialist - EMEA

SENIOR STRATEGIC IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST Hi! I’m Morgan, the Manager of Strategic Implementations here at Ashby. Our customers are at the center of everything we do, and that’s especially true during implementation. We take pride in being responsive, collaborative partners who focus not just on delivery, but on doing things thoughtfully. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our new customers start off with a strong foundation and a clear path forward. I’m thrilled to be hiring our next Implementation Specialist. As part of our growing Professional Services team within Ashby’s Customer Success organization, you’ll play a key role early in the customer journey—ultimately helping to elevate the entire customer experience. ABOUT THIS ROLE: As our Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution for many of our new customers. You will work directly with customers in our Strategic (predominantly Enterprise) segment, developing and executing implementation plans to ensure a positive customer experience and expedited time to value. Your goal is to support our customers, helping them get up and running swiftly with Ashby so they can achieve their desired outcomes. Role requirements: • Implementation & Project Management: You have extensive experience managing and executing several complex implementation and onboarding projects concurrently in a high-growth B2B SaaS org (defining the work, aligning with stakeholders, communicating the project plan, and ultimately delivering results in accordance with the agreed-upon expectations). You keep the team on track to ensure milestones are met. You work effectively in a remote-first setting, with the ability to travel <10% as needed for strategic customer engagements. • Technical Proficiency: You have a strong understanding of complex, configurable B2B SaaS products and their technical intricacies. By "complex", we mean platforms with multi-step workflows, supporting several core workflows, and integrations with other systems. You're technically curious and creative. Ashby or ATS experience is a plus, not required. • Customer Centricity: You are adept at understanding customer needs and tailoring implementations to meet their specific requirements. You build strong customer relationships by maintaining high levels of engagement and communication; you’re the customer’s proactive guide and advocate throughout the implementation period. • Change Management: You are experienced in navigating change management processes and helping customers adapt to new systems and a refreshed approach. • Best Practices & Recommendations: You take pride in advising customers on best practices specific to their usage of software to ensure optimal value. • Critical Thinking & Solutions Orientation: You proactively address thematic customer opportunities and improve our processes accordingly. You don’t rely on ‘I’ve seen this done,’ but instead think critically to solve problems. • Cross-functional Collaboration: You effectively partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align and define progress. You could be a great fit if: • You demonstrate clear communication. You ask clarifying questions with precision and can distill complex concepts into simple themes. • You are a great listener. You see your role as the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders so we can ensure that our offerings continue to evolve in accordance with customer needs. • You are a problem solver. You thrive at solving complex challenges with innovative, scalable solutions. • You know process matters. You are eager to improve processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and efficacy. • Your peers describe you as detail-oriented and technically proficient. You take pride in internal operations. • You are data-driven. You use metrics and analytics to inform decisions and measure success. • You are adaptable. You can navigate changes in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • ‍ You love to coach. You see every teaching moment as an opportunity and are excited to help our customers grow. You might not be a great fit if: • You prefer an in-person role over remote. • You are less interested in customer-facing roles that require both technical and interpersonal skills. • You are accustomed to defining ideas and strategies, yet not responsible for their execution. • You prefer working with a simple product (such as a point solution). • You prefer exclusively to build (rather than build, iterate, optimize). OUR PHILOSOPHY Here are a few key points (relevant to the go-to-market side) that should give you an idea of what it is like to work with us: • We spend a lot of time building best-in-class products since we believe a highly differentiated product is a lot easier to sell. • We want to offer …
