FP&A Associate

Employment type: Full-time Reporting Line: Finance, working closely with the CFO, FP&A Lead and Accounting, as well as our Go-to-Market- and EPD leadership. About the Company We are a fast-growing AI-enabled B2B Marketplace and FinTech platform with a global footprint spanning the US, Europe, India and APAC. We connect online and offline businesses across the Jewellery industry, streamline complex diamond, gemstones and jewellery supply chains and logistics corridors, and process high transaction volumes across multiple currencies and payment rails. As we continue to scale, having sharp strategic financial analysis and decision support are critical enablers of our growth. Role Overview We are looking for an FP&A Associate who wants to move into a high visibility, operational role from the world of IB and / or VC finance, and use that move to compound their craft by working inside a fast-paced, high-growth, technology-led platform business. This role is ideal for someone who has spent 2 to 4 years in investment banking, private equity, venture capital or other similar corporate finance roles, and now wants to learn how a business actually gets built: how cohorts compound, where unit economics break, which GTM motions earn the right to scale, and what board-grade narratives and analyses look like when it is your job to own them. You will own cohort- and growth analytics for the company, partner with our Go-to-Market team to find efficiencies and unlock compounding growth, and make sure that core reporting to management, the wider company, and our Board lands on time and at quality. You will help take our FP&A function from 1 to 5; we have broken ground, and you will help build the rest. You will also be one of the early operators inside an AI-native finance and data function. The team works mainly with Anthropic’s Claude platform, with Snowflake as our data warehouse, NetSuite as our ERP, and ThoughtSpot as our BI layer. You can be based in Stockholm, London or Remote EU, and you will work closely with the CFO, FP&A Lead, Accounting, Treasury and our GTM leadership. Key Responsibilities 1. Cohort Modelling & Growth Analytics: Build and maintain cohort models across customers, suppliers, product lines (jewellery, diamonds, gemstones) and regions Decompose growth into rate and base effects (new vs. existing, price vs. volume, mix shifts, FX) so we know which lever is doing the work. Produce the analytics that determine where we lean in, where we cut, and where we wait. 2. GTM Partnership & Commercial Efficiency: Partner with Sales, Account Management, Marketing and RevOps to build the operating cadence: pipeline math, conversion rates, ramp curves, productivity per rep, CAC and LTV by segment. Identify where the GTM machine is leaking efficiency (channel mix, segment ROI, discounting, comp plan distortions, hand-off points) and work with the team to fix it. Build the business cases for hiring, territory expansion, TAM/SAM/SOM, pricing changes and new GTM motions, and stay close enough to the team to know if the assumptions are holding. 3. Core Reporting & Cadence: In partnership with / by leveraging the Finance teams AI agents, own the core management reporting pack: recurring KPI read-outs, monthly P&L and KPI commentary, and quarterly business reviews. Make sure they land on time, every time. Build and maintain the company-wide reporting that goes to the team in our all-hands and async updates, so everyone has a shared view of how we are doing. Co-own the board reporting cycle with the rest of FP&A: The deck, the data behind it, the commentary, and the running narrative quarter to quarter. 4. Forecasting, Planning & Budget Cycles: Maintain and improve our short-term forecasts (monthly re-forecasts) and the annual operating plan, in partnership with department leads. Translate operational assumptions into a coherent P&L, balance sheet and cash flow view, and pressure-test how the assumptions hold up against actuals. Run scenario and sensitivity analysis so leadership understands the path, the downside, and the unlock. 5. Decision Support & Business Cases: Be the finance partner across cross-functional projects (pricing, supplier terms, market expansion, product launches, hiring plans), bringing rigour without slowing the team down. Build the models that turn a debate into a decision, and stay close enough to the work to know whether the model is reflecting reality. 6. AI-Native Tooling, Data & Process Improvement: Use Anthropic’s Claude platform (Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude Design, etc) as your default working environment for analysis, modelling and reporting automation. Help raise the bar on data quality and consistency across Snowflake, NetSuite and ThoughtSpot, so the same number means the same thing wherever you find it. Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and analysis through AI-native …

In the first three months, expect to: • Evolve and formalize our go-to-market motion through a blend of direct sales activities, RFP and proposal responses, marketing campaigns, partnership co-sell and referral programs, and other techniques we haven’t thought of yet. • Use your agency and client experience to build strong, trusted relationships across our internal sales and marketing teams as well as our key clients and talent network. In the first six months, expect to: • Build a whole new set of offerings for Toptal’s Marketing Agency, helping evolve the organization to a full-fledged professional and managed services organization. • Bring new AI tools, processes, and approaches to the table that improve upon our existing approach, but most importantly drive pipeline and revenue. In the first year, expect to: • Become an integral part of the Toptal Marketing Agency team. • Contribute to substantial year-over-year growth for Toptal, supporting new client acquisition activities across SMB, mid-market, and Enterprise clients. Qualifications and Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree. • 8+ years of agency and/or consulting background with a track record of owning outcomes and working directly with clients. • Experience writing and leading proposals or RFP responses for deals of varying size and complexity. • Partnerships experience — building GTM motions and joint offerings that generated real, measurable revenue. • Comfort working across both B2B and B2C, and across verticals such as consumer goods, technology, insurance, and financial services. • Genuine interest in AI: designing AI-enabled client solutions and upskilling an internal team on AI tools. • Experience working across various parts of the modern GTM motion: marketing, sales, customer success, revops. • Strong client-facing presence, energized by business development, with excellent communication …

Platform Engineer (remote work)

À distance ✓EN
C

CloudLinux builds Linux infrastructure and security products. You will join our Automation & Management Services cell, working closely with Dmitrii Petrov to solve problems across teams and services: cloud-cost data, infrastructure inventory, network policies and capacity workflows. Check out our website for more information https://cloudlinux.com/ Inside the Infrastructure Department, the Platform cell is a small team. We run the observability platform, the company's GitLab and the CI runners behind it, a few smaller engineering services, and the automation the department relies on for provisioning and configuration. We are looking for a Platform Engineer for the PaaS team to take ownership of an agreed set of platform services: keep them reliable and within agreed service levels, make changes and recovery repeatable, and reduce recurring operational work through automation and self-service. You get real freedom in how you implement things, and you own the result: you pick the approach, defend it in review, and answer for how the service behaves afterwards. Most of the job is what site reliability engineering is about: services that run well day after day, and requests from product teams handled properly. Some of it is building. The observability platform and the runner cluster were both built from scratch within the last year, and there will be more of that. Expect the work to split between platform engineering, incident response, and helping engineers in other teams use what we run. What you'll do • Run the observability platform. Keep it healthy, onboard teams, watch cost and capacity, and maintain the alerting that runs on top of it. • Run GitLab and the CI runner fleet. Upgrades, capacity, access, backups and restore drills. • Keep the rest of our services healthy, with the monitoring and runbooks a production service needs. • Deploy new services when they are requested. Research the options, pick a design, and stand the service up from scratch according to good practice: as code, monitored, backed up, documented. • Work with developers' requests. Access, onboarding, pipeline problems, new exporters and dashboards. Answer them, and turn the recurring ones into self-service. • Run incidents. Diagnose and mitigate impact, restore service safely, then complete the root-cause analysis and post-mortem. Deliver the prevention or detection improvements the incident calls for. • Ship everything as code, reviewed in merge requests. Plan and check before every change. • Write for engineers outside the team. Runbooks, onboarding guides, maintenance notices and status updates that people can act on. • Work with AI agents. Delegate collection and drafting to them, review their output as you would a colleague's merge request, and record what you learn where the team can find it. Requirements Must have • Senior-level experience in infrastructure, platform or site reliability engineering, including at least one production service you were responsible for keeping up. We will ask you to walk us through it in detail: what broke, how you found out, and what you changed so it would not happen again. • Linux systems administration and debugging on bare metal and virtual machines. Much of our infrastructure is not Kubernetes. • Kubernetes in production delivered through GitOps, including cluster upgrades you performed yourself. • Infrastructure as code as your delivery form: Ansible and Terraform or OpenTofu, changes reviewed in merge requests. • GitLab administration and GitLab CI in production, self-hosted or SaaS. Deep experience with another CI system is acceptable if you can show the same depth. • Working knowledge of the Prometheus and Grafana ecosystem: you have run it for a team, written alert rules and dashboards, and can read PromQL. Depth here is welcome, and learnable. • Written technical explanation for engineers outside your team: runbooks, notices, answers to requests. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. This role deals with people at least as much as with servers: most work starts as a conversation with a product team, and you need to understand what they actually need, agree scope, priority and timing with them, push back politely when a request should not be done as asked, and keep everyone informed while the work is in progress. We are looking for someone other teams enjoy working with. • Advanced use of AI engineering assistants such as Claude and Codex: providing context, breaking down tasks, designing agent loops, and delegating plans for unattended, end-to-end execution within defined scope and permissions, with clear stop conditions. You can explain, debug and test the resulting automation, and verify generated commands, scripts and conclusions before they touch production. • English - upper-intermediate or higher - to ensure clear communication of progress within the teams. Nice to have • Alerting design: SLOs, burn-rate alerts, thresholds sized from data. …

Responsabilités:

• Run the observability platform. Keep it healthy, onboard teams, watch cost and capacity, and maintain the alerting that runs on top of it.

Ganey Law Group - Head of Growth Marketing

À distance ✓EN
J

Own growth marketing strategy for a scaling immigration law firm. Shape the brand, build the engine, measure results. $4,000-$5,500/month + open to more | Full-time | Remote Click here to watch the video from the founder of Ganey Law Group. We're an immigration law firm with offices in DC and Arizona, serving both individual and business clients. Immigration work is personal. For every client, their case is the biggest deal in their life. That shapes how we work. We're people-oriented, generous, chill, and we do things well. People stick around. Over the next 12 months we're growing a lot. We're planning to acquire other law firms - expanding Arizona significantly to service more business clients, and likely acquiring something in Florida. We're becoming a medium-sized firm with a real footprint. We're growing organically already, but we're half-assing the marketing side because it's not the founder's zone of genius. We want a proper marketing engine so we can help more people and hit the flywheel across offices. We're looking for a Head of Growth Marketing. Someone who brings senior strategic marketing leadership - who can own the strategy, ideate proactively, measure results, and shape the brand as we grow and acquire other law firms. Right now the founder is coming up with ideas himself and the existing marketing person is strong on execution but not on strategy or brand taste. Own marketing strategy across content, digital acquisition, SEO, paid, and conversion Proactively ideate - propose what to do, how to test it, how much to allocate, and how to measure it Report on results and track trends Define and control the brand voice and taste across everything the firm produces (B-roll for videos, toning down AI-drafted content) Work closely with the founder - check in, get input, then execute alongside the existing marketing person who handles implementation Build a coherent marketing engine that can scale across multiple offices (DC, Arizona, likely Florida) as the firm acquires other law firms Serve both B2C and B2B audiences 3-4 hours of overlap with the team is expected. Requirements To be successful in this role, you need: Senior growth marketing experience (roughly 5-7+ years) Strategic thinker who can ideate, propose plans, and measure results - not just execute Hands-on operator who wants to build, not just direct from above Strong brand and taste sensibility - able to shape a premium, clean, Apple-like feel without being stuffy Data-driven - able to measure and report on marketing performance Able to market to both B2C and B2B audiences Brownie points for: Design or artistic background (helps with brand taste) Affinity for premium or hospitality-style brands (hotels, Apple, high-end makeup brands) - someone inspired by creating a great guest-like experience The ideal candidate is self-directed. You take some direction and run with it, checking in occasionally. Proactive and opinionated, willing to push back and propose plans. People-oriented and warm - the firm deals with clients going through emotionally heavy immigration issues. Someone who wants to stick around long-term fits best. The team is young, energetic, and chill. Benefits What’s in it for you? $4,000-$5,500 USD per month* Full-time Fully remote *Open to paying more for the right person *Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence. We kindly ask you to apply only if you are happy to work remotely as an independent contractor. This is our typical hiring process - occasionally, it may include extra steps. For this role, JobRack is partnering with the company to find their next hire. We’ll handle all the screening and testing, so they see only the best-fit candidates - like you! How to shine • Read the role details carefully. • Submit a thoughtful, high-quality application. • Stay responsive - we’ll keep you updated at every stage. Important notes • Apply only through JobRack; please don’t contact the company directly. • We expect a respectful hiring experience - any disrespect means instant disqualification. • This is a full-time, primary role (no freelancing or second jobs). Senior Automation Engineer (remote work)

À distance ✓EN

CloudLinux builds Linux infrastructure and security products. You will join our Automation & Management Services cell, working closely with Dmitrii Petrov to solve problems across teams and services: cloud-cost data, infrastructure inventory, network policies and capacity workflows. Check out our website for more information https://cloudlinux.com/ We are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to join the Infrastructure team. You will independently own agreed outcomes—from clarifying the need with engineering teams, Finance or Security to delivering and operating a useful system. The work includes new development, improvements, repairs and maintenance. There is no traditional on-call rotation; you respond to alerts from your own systems during working hours. What you will do • Turn an incomplete brief into an agreed result and workable plan. Track cross-team dependencies, explain tradeoffs, raise blockers early and communicate changes to estimates. Confirm completion with the users. • Build maintainable software and cloud/infrastructure API integrations. Handle credentials, pagination, retries, partial failures and repeated execution so unattended workflows remain safe and reliable. • Transform billing, usage and inventory data into repeatable outputs. Reconcile totals and periods, apply agreed allocation rules and make missing or uncertain mappings visible. • Extend inventory, network-policy and capacity automation using existing systems. Retain necessary human decisions and verify the operational result. • Deliver changes through version-controlled code and CI. Understand live state, test recovery and release safely; diagnose failures across code, Linux, APIs, data and networking. • Own monitoring, actionable alerts, documentation and maintenance. Leave systems another engineer can operate, and use coding agents while remaining responsible for design, code, tests and outcomes. Requirements Must have • Senior-level experience, typically 5+ years in software, infrastructure, platform or automation engineering. You can explain your own design decisions, implementation and operational results. • Strong production Python, software design, testing, debugging and API integration skills. You can understand unfamiliar code and improve existing systems. • Hands-on AWS experience and solid Linux/networking fundamentals, including diagnosis across host, service, network and cloud boundaries. • Practical SQL and data validation: joins, units, periods, ownership mappings and reconciliation. You distinguish evidence from assumptions. • Safe infrastructure delivery through IaC and CI: state, drift, idempotency, dependencies and rollback, using tools such as Terraform/OpenTofu and Ansible. • Demonstrated advanced coding-agent workflows for real engineering tasks. You plan and delegate substantial work, supply context, run agents without continuous supervision within defined permissions and stop conditions, and independently explain, debug, test and verify their output. • Autonomous delivery and clear collaboration: investigate problems, obtain decisions, challenge unsafe or unnecessarily complex approaches and follow through. English B2 or higher for technical discussions, written decisions and internal customer communication. Nice to have • Experience with cloud billing or FinOps tooling (e.g. AWS CUR/FOCUS, Athena), inventory or event-driven integrations (e.g. NetBox or similar), network policies, flow monitoring, identity and access management, capacity tooling, additional cloud platforms, OpenNebula, Kubernetes, Go, or self-service systems. • Our environment includes Python, Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, GitLab CI/CD, Grafana, and related observability tools. Prior experience with every tool or domain is not required. We value the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies, products, and internal business rules. Benefits What's in it for you? • A focus on professional development. • Interesting and challenging projects. • Fully remote work with flexible working hours, which allows you to schedule your day and work from any location worldwide. • Paid 24 days of vacation per year, 10 days of national holidays, and unlimited sick leaves. • Compensation for private medical insurance. • Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement. • Budget for education. • The opportunity to receive a reward for the most innovative idea that the company can patent. By applying for this position, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy ( https://cloudlinux.com/candidate-privacy-notice ), which provides detailed information on how we maintain and handle your data.

Responsabilités:

• Turn an incomplete brief into an agreed result and workable plan. Track cross-team dependencies, explain tradeoffs, raise blockers early and communicate changes to estimates.
