About Easyship: Easyship is a leading global shipping software and API platform trusted by 100,000+ eCommerce merchants to compare couriers, automate fulfilment, and simplify cross-border shipping, taxes and duties. A top-rated Shopify Certified Technology Provider, eBay preferred fulfilment partner, and Amazon preferred multi-channel integrator, Easyship is the G2 category leader (April 2026), offering 550+ courier services worldwide. We believe in accelerating borderless commerce through innovative solutions, and we're proud that brands of all sizes from small business to enterprise trust Easyship for all their shipping needs. Who We're Looking For: We're looking for a quantitatively brilliant, commercially astute analyst to be the founder's "second brain" in data. You will sit at the centre of the business, see every data point that matters, and turn it into the insight that shapes decisions at the very top. This is not a reporting role, it is a thinking-partner role for someone who wants to understand how every part of the company works through its numbers, and to influence where it goes next. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder: framing the questions that matter, building the models and queries to answer them, and translating messy, cross-functional data into sharp, commercial recommendations. Above all, we need someone with genuine business acumen — a person who understands how a company actually makes money and where its levers sit, and who reads the numbers as a story about the business rather than a spreadsheet. If you are equally at home understanding how the business works, writing complex SQL, prototyping with modern AI tooling, and explaining a P&L implication in plain English, this role is built for you. What you additionally need to know: This is a remote role reporting directly to the Founders. What would be you be responsible for: • Acting as the founder's analytical right hand — stress-testing ideas, pressure-checking assumptions, and bringing the data view to every important decision. • Building a single, connected picture of the business: understanding how each function's data (revenue, product, ops, marketing, finance) fits together and where the real levers are. • Writing clean, performant SQL to pull, join, and interrogate data across the company's systems — no question is off-limits and no dataset is someone else's problem. • Using modern AI tooling in your day-to-day — to accelerate analysis, prototype models, and surface patterns a spreadsheet would miss. • Turning analysis into commercial narrative: crisp memos, clear recommendations, and the "so what" that drives action. • Owning ad-hoc deep dives at short notice — sizing an opportunity, diagnosing a metric that moved, or modelling a scenario the founder needs before a board meeting. • Defining the success metrics that matter for every team in the company, and using them to manage the business by exception — partnering with the Data team on the underlying data, not owning it. You Might Be a Good Fit If... • You have ~3 years in a quantitative or analytical role, ideally including time spent directly supporting a founder or CEO — we index on proven ability in this kind of seat over years on paper. • You have genuinely strong SQL — comfortable with complex joins, window functions, and wrangling imperfect real-world data into something trustworthy. • You are hands-on with AI in practice — you already use LLMs and modern tooling to work faster and go deeper, and you're excited to push that further. • You are commercially astute — you instinctively connect the numbers to revenue, cost, and growth, not just to a chart. • You are a first-principles thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity and can turn a vague question into a structured answer. • You have high drive and ownership — you chase problems down without being asked and treat the whole business as your remit. • You are a clear communicator who can make a complex analysis land with a non-technical audience, including the founder. • You have experience in an established organisation, consulting, trading, or another data-intensive, fast-moving environment. • Bonus: Python (or similar) for analysis and lightweight modelling; exposure to building or fine-tuning models, or shipping AI-assisted internal tools; a track record of self-directed projects that show initiative. If you're excited about this role but don't meet every requirement, we'd still love to hear from you. What we bring to the table as an employer: • Generous remuneration and stock units • We reimburse gym and wellness expenses so you can invest in your health • The freedom to ‘Work from Anywhere’ for 4 weeks in a year • Generous vacation policy, plus duvet days and mental health days to truly recharge How we value inclusion in our recruitment practices: Easyship is an equal opportunity employer. We make all employment decisions—recruiting, hiring, pay, benefits, …

Staff SAP FICO Analyst (m/f/x)

Your Role As Staff SAP FICO Analyst, you are the senior technical authority on our core financial system. You own how solutions are designed and built in S/4HANA: you make the system design decisions, technically validate changes before they reach production, and quality-gate the work of our implementation partners. You work alongside a Product Manager who owns what we build and a FICO Consultant who owns day-to-day operations. Your job is depth, architecture, and raising the technical bar of the whole team. Your Mission • Act as the technical escalation point for our financial core. The hardest FICO problems end with you. • Own solution design and system architecture for the finance platform: design solutions in S/4HANA, decide build-vs-configure-vs-standard, and technically validate every change before production. • Lead FICO workstreams in our SAP transformation from redesigning Record-to-Report and Controlling to quality-gating deliverables from our external implementation partner. • Continuously monitor and improve existing financial workflows, ensuring they align with SAP Global Standards and "Clean Core" principles. • Mentor and grow our FICO consultants: review their work, develop their skills, and build the runbooks and best practices that make the team resilient. • Support the design of modern integrations using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to connect S/4HANA with internal and external systems. • Challenge the status quo. Proactively look for configuration, tools or automation solutions that save time and enhance customer experience in SAP. Your Profile • 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO (GL, AP/AR, AA, CO) in SAP S4H Private Cloud. Solid knowledge of SAP REFX. • Understanding of integration points with other modules (eg. MM, SD, Subscription Billing). SAP Treasury and BCM are a plus. • Proven experience designing RICEFW items, including interface design in SAP Integration Suites (CPI, BTP). • Solid Accounting background (IFRS and HGB). • Proven experience steering or quality-gating external consultants / system integrators. You can tell a good deliverable from a plausible one. • You are obsessed with SAP Standards and shy away from custom solutions in order to keep the system maintainable. You actively advocate for returning to standard. • You have experience in full-cycle implementations or major roll-outs and feel comfortable moving between deep technical tasks and high-level project management. • You are proactive, decisive, and grow stronger by solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment. • Experience mentoring or technically leading other consultants. You raise the bar of people around you, not just your own output. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Highly analytical and data-driven, coupled with customer obsession and eagerness to work in a fast paced and impact-driven environment. • Experience in product development and Agile methodologies. • Fluent in English. • Understanding of adjacent systems in the data chain (DWH, automation tools) is a plus. Why FINN? • Remote Work : You have the flexibility to work either in our Munich office or remotely within EMEA or Asia. • Shared Success (VSOP Equity Program): We win together. Through our Virtual Stock Option Program, you benefit directly from the long-term growth and success of FINN. • Fuel your Growth (1,500€ Development Budget): Standing still is not an option. With your annual development budget for further training and seminars, you decide how you want to grow personally and professionally. • Family First (Childcare Subsidy & Flexibility): We support you and your family. Benefit from a monthly childcare subsidy, exclusive access to daycare spots in Munich, and maximum flexibility to balance work and family life stress-free. • Company Pension Scheme (bAV): We think about your future. FINN subsidizes your company pension plan with a strong employer contribution of 66%. • Experience our Product (25% Car Subscription Discount): Become a FINN driver yourself! Benefit from a subsidized EGYM Wellpass membership for fitness and sports, as well as professional mental health support. • Munich Office Life: Barista-style coffee, matcha, and a luscious fruit basket await you at our modern headquarters in Munich. On top of that, there is a daily lunch subsidy for those in the office. • Team Spirit & Corporate Events: We are more than just colleagues. Now, we are opening more of these capabilities to external partners. We are looking for a Commercial Lead who will take ownership of the entire sales journey - from identifying the right markets and opening conversations to understanding complex business needs, shaping the right solution and closing the deal. Tremendous is the fast, free, flexible way to send bulk payouts to people in over 230 countries and regions. 20,000+ companies ranging from mom-and-pops to Google, MIT, and United Way have sent over $1 billion, saving 15 hours a month on average. In both our product and our workplace, we’re intentional about making work more efficient, flexible, and fulfilling. Tremendous is a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture, which means more time for what matters in both your professional and personal life. Our customers, who include marketers, researchers, HR teams, and nonprofits, rave about how quick and easy it is to use Tremendous — check the ratings on G2 https://www.g2.com/products/tremendous/reviews. Yet there’s a lot of complexity under the hood, including over 2,500 redemption options and plenty of banking infrastructure. This duality makes working here a fun challenge. Tremendous is profitable and growing without outside investors. Join us before our next international offsite. About the role We’re looking for a Founding European SDR to help launch and scale Tremendous’ outbound motion internationally. As our first international SDR hire, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and booking meetings with high-potential prospects, while helping define how we sell into new European markets. You will partner closely with Account Executives to generate meetings and act as the first point of contact for prospective customers. This role requires strong outbound execution across email, phone, social, events, and field marketing, with meaningful ownership over account development and early market strategy. As a founding hire, you will have the opportunity to shape messaging, process, and best practices for international sales while directly impacting pipeline, revenue growth, and Tremendous’ expansion internationally. What you'll do • Work primarily to bring in new deals through outbound prospecting • Own your pipeline through cold calling first. The phone is your primary weapon; you'll be expected to make 100 cold calls per day, book meetings over the phone, and treat every unanswered call as the next opportunity to dial again. Email and LinkedIn support your outreach; they don't replace it • Collaborate with Account Executives, as well as members of our Marketing, Strategy, and RevOps teams, to develop new strategies to build our sales pipeline and grow our business • Use prospecting tools to research accounts, identify key contacts and craft targeted messaging • Learn our technology and effectively communicate our value proposition. Work to understand their goals and challenges to better understand how we can help. What you'll bring • You're fluent in both English and German, enabling you to engage prospects across our DACH markets • You pick up the phone before you open email. Cold calling isn't something you tolerate - it's how you start your day, every day, without being told to. • Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding personal and professional goals, with a strong commitment to excellence in all endeavors • Curious, lifelong learner mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, staying updated on industry trends and best practices, and showing enthusiasm for applying newly acquired knowledge to improve job performance • Customer-obsessed sales approach, demonstrating a deep commitment to understanding and addressing the unique needs of our clients • Someone who is proficient in English and workplace proficient in at least one other language (preferably German, Spanish or French) • Independent. We all work together to solve tough problems here at Tremendous, but taking pride in experimenting and finding your own answers is the best way to learn. • Collaborative. When our SDRs uncover new trends and tactics that work to set meetings, they share them with their teammates so everyone can benefit. • Ambitious. Ambition isn't a dirty word at Tremendous. We're a team of achievers collaborating on a fast-growing product and that means personal growth in both role and responsibility as well as tons of personal upside for you. What's cool about the role • Competitive pay and equity. Base salary for this role: £45K – £52K, OTE: £65-78K • Fully remote. • Great culture.
