Founding Technical Account Manager (French Speaking) m/f/d

À distance ✓EN

WHY VOIZE? BECAUSE WE'RE MORE THAN JUST A JOB! At voize, we believe the greatest gift to frontline workers is time - time to care, connect, and be present. Today, that time is lost to busywork and complex systems that pull them away from what matters most: people. Our vision is to change that by building AI companions that seamlessly take over digital workflows. We don't replace humans with technology - we amplify their impact. Our mission is backed with a $50M Series A funding led by Balderton Capital, with support from HV Capital, Y Combinator and other leading VCs. Today, 2,000+ facilities trust voize, and over 200,000 users rely on our AI companion to ease their daily workload. As a dynamic team, we combine first-in-class technology with meaningful social impact. And now, we're looking for you to join us on this mission! YOUR MISSION: BE THE TECHNICAL BACKBONE OF OUR FRENCH LAUNCH France is our next big market - and as our Founding Technical Account Manager (France), you are the first dedicated customer-facing technical hire for it. You become the single clear technical owner for our first French customers across their entire lifecycle: implementation, technical setup, rollout support, ongoing troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. This is a true founding role. You'll operate as a one-person Swiss army knife across Technical Support and Solution Engineering - solving hands-on today, and building the playbooks, documentation, and processes that a whole French technical team will run on tomorrow. Your work makes voize's first French customers wildly successful - and referenceable. YOUR DAILY BUSINESS - NO TWO DAYS ARE ALIKE • Own technical planning and setup end-to-end for new French customers and rollouts - from the first technical scoping call through go-live and steady-state usage • Own inbound customer and technical support for the French market: every French support request has a clear owner - you triage, troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate within agreed response expectations • Diagnose ambiguous issues hands-on across our app, backend, customer-side IT (networks, devices, MDM), and system integrations - and keep customers clearly informed along the way, in French • Build the French playbook from scratch: setup and support documentation, escalation paths, response standards, and recurring-issue tracking that future hires in the market will ramp on • Be the technical voice of the French customer: categorize escalations and recurring blockers and feed them back into Product, Support, and Solution Engineering • Work hand in hand with our EU teams: clear escalation paths into Support, Solution Engineering, and Product - with the goal that standard French requests no longer depend on ad hoc help from the existing team • Turn learnings into leverage: identify the most common technical blockers in the French market - from facility IT patterns to local care software ecosystems - and translate them into better processes, documentation, and product feedback YOUR SKILLSET - WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE • Several years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, technical account management, or implementation - ideally in B2B SaaS, health-tech, or another operationally complex environment • Hands-on technical troubleshooting skills: you're comfortable working with logs, APIs, integrations, networking fundamentals, and device/MDM setups - and you can isolate a fault across systems that don't belong to you • Founding-role autonomy: you thrive with high ownership and low structure - you build processes and documentation where none exist yet, without waiting to be asked • Excellent communication across audiences: you can walk a non-technical facility administrator through a fix with patience and warmth, then hand engineering a precise, reproducible bug report • Structured under pressure: you manage many customers and open cases without losing overview - and you use data and dashboards to spot patterns, track recurring issues, and prove things are improving • Full professional proficiency in French (spoken & written) - you'll work with French facilities and their IT partners every day - plus a very good command of English for internal collaboration. German is a plus. Nice to have (but not required) • Experience in healthcare, senior care, or another regulated industry - knowledge of the French care sector and its software ecosystem is a big plus GROWING TOGETHER - WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AT VOIZE • We are a fast-growing startup, that means you will tackle challenges, grow quickly, and make a real impact, giving frontline workers more time for people • We foster an open, collaborative culture with regular team events, whether you work from our Berlin office or remotely across Germany • Become a co-creator of our success with stock options • Generous perks: 30 vacation days plus your birthday off, Germany Transport Ticket, Urban …

Software Engineer III, Frontend - Account Experience

À distance ✓EN

An Introduction to Primer Primer is the unified infrastructure for global payments. We give finance and payments teams the visibility and control to reduce complexity, improve performance, and capture more revenue - all from a single platform. Backed by Sofina, Peak XV Partners, ICONIQ, Tencent, Accel, and Balderton, we're building the payments layer the world's best companies rely on. Watch our showcase > https://primer.io/the-primer-showcase Read up on our $100m Series C https://www.primer.io/blog/series-c Learn more about our culture > https://primer.io/careers Which team will you be joining? The merchant experience is only as good as the platform behind it. In the Account Experience team we build and own the full platform that merchants use to interact with Primer, from initial setup through to day-to-day operations, and increasingly through Primer AI Companion as a first-class interface. The team covers Primer Companion, Merchant Account Setup, Monitors, Workflows, Auditing, and the cross-cutting platform concerns that keep the merchant experience cohesive and consistent. What will you be doing? • Own frontend projects end-to-end — from scoping through to production — across Acceptance's payment surfaces, checkout components, and merchant-facing tooling. • Lead architectural decisions on the frontend systems you work on, contributing to design sessions and producing RFCs and ADRs with minimal reliance on more senior engineers. • Build UI that is composable, performant, and adaptable. • Monitor the impact of your work in production, use metrics and dashboards to catch issues proactively, and take full ownership when things need to be fixed. • Hold a high quality bar for your own code and raise concerns when you see things in the codebase that don't meet it. • Contribute to incident response when it matters — taking the lead, driving to resolution, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout. • Share knowledge actively and help raise the quality and confidence of the engineers around you. What we'd love to see • Solid frontend engineering experience, with a track record of independently delivering production-grade work across the full lifecycle. • Extensive experience with Typescript and ideally web components. • Comfortable taking on a project, scoping it, planning the architecture, and seeing it through without needing to be directed at each stage. • Strong understanding of how to build accessible, performant, maintainable UI at scale — ideally in a context where quality directly affects end users or downstream integrations. • Able to contribute meaningfully to architecture discussions and articulate trade-offs clearly. • Writes clean, well-tested code that peers would consider high quality — and holds yourself to that standard consistently. • Understands the user and business context behind the work, not just the technical brief. • Communicates clearly and directly, especially in async-first environments. A TYPICAL INTERVIEW PROCESS • An initial intro call with a Talent Partner • An interview with the Hiring Manager • Challenge Stage - Contextualised to the role • A final, values-alignment interview WHAT'S THE CULTURE LIKE AT PRIMER? We're building a culture where people can do their best work and be proud of the impact they have. You'll be working with people who are mission-driven, smart, and reflective, and who are genuinely invested in building exceptional products and delivering success for our merchants. We work remotely, and have done since day one. We believe that building a successful, profitable company goes beyond proximity. We invest in our relationships through great remote working practices and thoughtfully designed face-to-face time, including workations, our annual company retreat, and access to co-working spaces across most major cities. The work is challenging. Scaleups are a challenge, and building category-defining products is a challenge. But there's a meaningful difference between a challenge and a struggle. At Primer, the right challenge comes with the right support: strong onboarding, a collaborative environment, and a team that is genuinely invested in your success. It's never something you face alone. OUR BENEFITS We are fully remote and globally distributed; and have been since day one Competitive share options Uncapped holiday, with 25 days minimum to be taken Co-working space access across major cities Workations & Company Retreat The best equipment for your role £500 towards your home office setup Generous learning budget Private Medical Insurance A broad set of additional perks and benefits (depending on location) DON’T MEET EVERY SINGLE REQUIREMENT? You'll be joining the Growth team, which owns merchant onboarding and activation: everything between a new account and a first live payment. It's a newly formed team taking on a new product area for Primer, so there's a lot of scope to shape both what we build and how. Primer is remote-first and globally distributed — always will be. What will you be doing? • Ship frontend features for the self-serve onboarding and platform experience, with support from more senior engineers on scoping and architecture • Work in React building the dashboard experience merchants use to onboard with Primer • Learn from a hands-on senior frontend engineer who's setting the team's conventions and standards as you go • Deploy your own features to production and track their impact once they're live • Get real exposure to how a merchant's first experience with Primer is designed and built, working closely with Design • Contribute to the Python backend where useful — no prior backend experience required, just a willingness to get stuck in when needed What we're looking for • Experience shipping production frontend features, with growing autonomy and less need for hand-holding on the basics • Comfortable writing tests and thinking through edge cases and error handling, even if you still lean on others for the trickier ones • Genuine interest in the onboarding/activation space — the details of a merchant's first experience matter here • Willingness to contribute to backend Python code if required Nice to have, not required: • Previous React experience • Experience building or integrating payment products What you should be aware of: • Early-stage team means some ambiguity on process and tooling that a more established team would already have solved • Remote-first, high autonomy, no hand-holding — expect to figure things out rather than follow an existing playbook A TYPICAL INTERVIEW PROCESS • An initial intro call with a Talent Partner • An interview with the Hiring Manager • Challenge Stage - Contextualised to the role • A final, values-alignment interview WHAT'S THE CULTURE LIKE AT PRIMER?
