Operations Manager - Build & Own

À distanceEN
A

About AI Acquisition AI Acquisition is a bootstrapped, multi-entity business running high-velocity acquisition, coaching, SaaS, and performance marketing operations. We are founder-led, fast, and commercially driven. We build it, test it, and scale it before others are still planning. The Opportunity Our Customer Success organization has grown fast thousands of active clients, a high monthly intake of new accounts, and a large distributed team of account managers. Growth has outpaced the operating system underneath it. We need a hands-on operator to run this organization day-to-day: own the P&L, build the accountability infrastructure from scratch, manage department heads and account managers directly, and make the hard calls when performance or capacity issues show up. This is not an advisory or strategy seat. You will be in the org, running it. Requirements How We Operate This role is built around how we actually work. If these don't sound like you, this isn't the right seat: Own the number, not the narrative you're accountable for the outcome, not for explaining why it slipped. Bias for action diagnose fast, act faster. We don't reward analysis without output. Build the system once if you're solving the same problem twice, you haven't actually solved it. Dive deep go to the root cause and the real data. Don't manage from summaries. Make the hard call exits, resets, restructures. You decide; you don't escalate what's yours to own. Insist on the highest standard inconsistency is a system failure, not an individual one. Fix the system. What You'll Own P&L Ownership — full ownership of the function: targets, retention, expansion, cost-to-serve. You own the number. Operating System — build the accountability infrastructure from scratch: account segmentation by risk, escalation paths, quality guardrails, scorecards, and operating cadence. Real systems with named outputs, not templates. Direct Management — direct management of account management leads and senior operators. Radical clarity on expectations, consequences, and growth. You make the hard calls without deferring upward. Cross-Functional Partnership — partner with sales and delivery leadership on handoffs, capacity planning, and pipeline-to-onboarding flow. Fix root cause upstream, not just symptoms. Hiring & People Ops — partner with People & Talent to build management depth. Define the profiles, set the standard, hold the bar. Founder Leverage — free the founders from day-to-day operational firefighting so they can focus on vision, growth, and external relationships. What We Need From You You've run a large, metrics-driven operation and turned recurring problems into documented systems the sector matters less than the operating rigor. Agency, high-growth SaaS with a large CS/AM function, marketplace or high-volume service operations all fit. Direct ownership of an account management, client services, or customer success function at scale a large team and a high account volume. Verifiable P&L, retention, or margin ownership improved during your specific tenure, with real numbers you can walk us through. Built operating infrastructure from scratch not inherited, not fractional. Made hard people decisions: exits, restructures, real performance management. In-house operating experience not exclusively consulting or fractional work. Managed teams of 30+ with direct reports at manager/lead level. High agency and urgency you move before you're asked, and you push back when needed. Nice to Have Background in a rigorous, systems-driven operations environment (e.g. Amazon-style operations). Agency, advertising, or performance-marketing experience. Improved retention or reduced churn by a documented, measurable amount. Built an operating cadence QA reviews, KPI dashboards, incentive structures that outlasted your tenure. Experience managing distributed or remote teams across geographies. Our Process After an initial conversation, our process includes a working exercise: we'll give you a real operating problem and ask you to show us how you'd size it up and fix it not describe your philosophy, actually work the problem. This is how we evaluate every senior hire. If that sounds uncomfortable, this probably isn't the right role. The Environment This is a fast, high-standards environment. We change direction quickly and we hold a high bar. The founding team is commercially excellent and operationally under-resourced. You will have real authority, real accountability, and real upside. If you need consensus to act, a structured onboarding program, or six months to understand the business before driving outcomes, this isn't the right role. If you've done it before, can size up what you're looking at within 30 days, and want to build something worth building we want to talk. Benefits Compensation is competitive with the role's scope and accountability. Details are confirmed during the process.

You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be willing to learn the technical fundamentals. • A genuine interest in building a career in sales. • Experience with a CRM (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools. • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with a degree of ambiguity in a fast-growing company. NICE TO HAVE • You have an understanding of key personas in the AI/ML space. • Familiarity with databases, search, and cloud infrastructure. • Engineering or computer science background. Senior Partner Deployed Engineer

À distance ✓EN
C

The Role We are looking for a Senior Partner Deployed Engineer to join the Customer Solutions team, focused on building Coder’s partner ecosystem across EMEA. This is a new function at Coder, modeled on the Forward Deployed Engineer role pioneered by companies like Palantir and now the fastest-growing technical role at frontier AI companies. The difference: instead of embedding with a single customer to deploy a platform, you embed with strategic partners to help them understand, position, and deliver Coder’s platform across their entire customer base. You are part Field CTO, part Industry Strategist, part Technical Specialist, and part Partner Relations Lead. You will be the technical authority within our EMEA partner ecosystem: setting the vision for how Coder fits into each partner’s AI, cloud, and modernization offerings, co-creating the GTM sales plays that partner sellers take to market, building the demonstrations and workshops that generate pipeline, and producing the Partner Relations content that establishes Coder’s technical brand in the ecosystem. This is not a support role. You are equally comfortable holding a strategic roadmap conversation with a partner CTO and debugging a Kubernetes deployment in a partner’s lab in the same afternoon. You are energized by the challenge of building a new category through partnerships, motivated by the multiplied impact of enabling an entire ecosystem rather than a single customer, and capable of operating with full autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment. What You’ll Do • Serve as the strategic technical thought partner to EMEA partner leadership, including practice leads, CTOs, and solutions architects at global systems integrators, regional cloud consultancies, and hyperscaler field teams. Own the technical relationship and set the vision for how Coder fits into each partner’s AI and modernization portfolio. • Co-create sales plays tailored to each partner’s customer base, vertical focus, and services capabilities. Author Working Backwards outcome proposals for strategic partner-customer combinations that translate AI Development Infrastructure into deal-level urgency. • Develop and deliver workshops, Builder Labs, and partner-hosted enablement sessions as the primary awareness and demand generation vehicle for the EMEA ecosystem. Build hands-on demonstration environments and interactive experiences that partners can use independently. • Intervene directly on the highest-value partner-attached deals across EMEA: co-sell calls, technical discovery, PoV scoping, architecture review, and technical win support. Own the engagement until the partner’s team can carry it independently. • Transform bespoke partner enablement sessions into structured LMS modules and certification tiers that scale across the EMEA partner base without requiring live PDE support for each new partner. • Produce “better together” reference architectures for strategic partner combinations across cloud providers and AI platforms. Include deployment diagrams, network topology, IAM patterns, and operational runbooks that partner SAs can hand directly to customers. • Codify each successful partner engagement into a repeatable GTM play: trigger conditions, discovery questions, positioning framework, demo script, PoV scope template, and expected outcomes. Build a playbook library that a new PDE or partner seller can pick up and run. • Build AI-powered self-service tools that automate high-volume PDE activities: Opportunity Brief Generator, PR/FAQ Generator, Workshop-in-a-Box deployment, and demo site builder. • Produce a monthly partner intelligence digest from EMEA engagements: what customers are asking for, how competitors are positioning, where integrations are missing, which vertical use cases are emerging. Distribute to Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership. • Own the EMEA-relevant portions of the joint technical integration roadmap with strategic partners. Define priorities cross-functionally with Product and Engineering based on field signals from the EMEA market. • Create and publish Partner Relations content, the ecosystem equivalent of Developer Relations: technical blog posts, cookbooks, partner ecosystem conference talks, enablement videos, and workshop recaps. Build Coder’s technical brand within the EMEA partner community. • Contribute to cloud marketplace product listing stewardship, competency maintenance documentation, and CSP co-build technical requirements as they apply to EMEA-specific partner and compliance contexts. What We’re Looking For • 7+ years of experience in a combination of Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Field CTO, Technical Consulting, or Developer Relations roles at an infrastructure, developer tools, or AI company • Demonstrated experience helping partners or customers understand and adopt products in emerging or undefined categories, not just executing playbooks for established ones …

Reporting to the Senior SRE Manager, you will own the infrastructure that powers Ping's authentication and authorization services across production EKS clusters globally. Working within a small, senior team of 3 engineers, you'll have high ownership, short feedback loops, and direct impact on mission-critical identity infrastructure. If you're passionate about GitOps, automation, and using AI agents to push engineering velocity forward, this is the role for you. Customer Success Manager

BUILD A SAFER WORLD. TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. TRM's platforms enable investigators to trace illicit activity, build cases, and construct operating pictures of threat networks. Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure. The AI Customer Success function is being built from the ground up, and this role will help define it internationally. As the first Customer Success Manager in this area, you will own the end-to-end post-sale experience for a portfolio of customers that includes some of the world’s most sophisticated cyber threat intelligence teams and investigators, national security agencies, and financial crime teams. Your mandate is not just to manage accounts—you will help establish the playbook, define what success looks like, and drive a product-led growth motion that turns new customers into long-term, expanding partners. THE IMPACT YOU WILL HAVE: • Build and ship a v1 onboarding playbook within the first 30 days—a practical, working version built from early customer engagements that can be iterated as you learn what drives adoption across international customer segments. • Use AI to build production CS workflows that pull from ChurnZero, Salesforce, Gong, and product usage telemetry to auto-generate account health summaries and QBR drafts—compressing hours of reporting preparation into minutes so you can spend your time on the work that actually requires human judgment. • Define and track adoption benchmarks across the portfolio—hands-on-keyboard usage, consumption rates, and account-specific success metrics—and surface at-risk accounts before renewal decisions are made. • Identify and scope the highest-impact PLG play within 60 days by working backwards from expansion targets, focusing on the one or two use cases most likely to drive consumption across the customer base. • Run executive business reviews and QBRs with senior stakeholders at government agencies and financial institutions internationally—building the trust and credibility that turns TRM from a vendor into a mission-critical partner. • Partner with ADs on expansion plays, co-own NRR targets, and build the structured path to proving value for every customer with an expiring or at-risk contract. • Close the feedback loop between customers and Product—synthesize adoption blockers, feature gaps, and new use-case opportunities into prioritized, actionable input that informs the roadmap. • Design the CS infrastructure and tooling stack that scales as the product grows—you are building the foundation the next CSM hire will inherit. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: • Background in cyber or cyber threat intelligence, intelligence agencies, financial crime investigations, or regulatory and compliance environments. • 5+ years as an onboarding engineer, customer success manager, deployment strategist, or in another post-sale role with proven ownership of NRR, GRR, and expansion metrics—you have the track record, not just the title. • Domain credibility in cyber, national security, or financial crime—you can walk into a room of investigators and earn their trust in the first meeting, not the fifth. • Demonstrated zero-to-one builder experience—you have built a CS function, onboarding playbook, or PLG motion from scratch and can point to the specific outcomes it drove. • Production AI fluency—you have built real, repeatable AI workflows, not just experiments, that synthesize data from multiple sources into outputs that run consistently and deliver measurable results. You can show the workflow, explain the data logic, and articulate where human judgment stays in the loop. • A high level of independence—you set your own agenda, operate without needing constant direction, and ship v1 before you have all the answers. • Strong executive presence—you can run a QBR with a senior government stakeholder or financial institution executive and command the room through substance, not just polish. • Experience supporting international customers, with the ability to navigate regional, cultural, and time-zone differences. ABOUT THE TEAM: • This team focuses on TRM’s AI-driven Intel platform, supporting investigators and cyber teams working on complex cases involving cyber threats. • This is the first Customer Success hire dedicated to international customers—you will help build the function from the ground up, with high autonomy, direct access to leadership, and meaningful influence on how TRM approaches customer success globally. • The broader TRM CS organization operates distributed, not distant—async-first communication through Slack, strong documentation, and intentional synchronous time for key decisions. • You will work directly with the Head of Customer Success and Patrick South, CRO, with close day-to-day collaboration with international Sales teams and Product. …
