At Pacvue and Helium 10, great careers don’t just happen — they’re built. Here, you’ll rise as an industry leader, push the boundaries of innovation, own your journey, and thrive as part of an inclusive global community that’s redefining the future of commerce.

About the Role:

Pacvue is growing its Sales and Marketing organizations across EMEA. This role owns onboarding and continuous enablement delivery for new hires across the region, working independently within the enablement framework set by the wider Revenue Enablement function. It's a role with full ownership of execution, with room to grow into broader program ownership.

Responsibilities:

Onboarding (primary focus, in priority order):

  • Independently design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires in EMEA, focusing on customer-facing roles first.
  • Independently design role-specific onboarding paths for each function across EMEA, using judgment and precedent to resolve gaps, with EMEA leads and Product consulted rather than directing the work.
  • Own onboarding logistics, schedules end-to-end, and track new hire progress through their ramp period.
  • Gather feedback from new hires and managers to continuously improve onboarding content and pacing, and independently determine what changes to make.

Continuous Enablement:

  • Own the EMEA enablement content library end-to-end — including build, maintenance, and evolution — operating independently and reviewed only at critical milestones.
  • Represent EMEA's needs directly to the US-based Product Enablement team, localizing and adapting US-led training for EMEA and ensuring consistency across regions.
  • Maintain and evolve a central library of enablement materials for EMEA.
  • Independently gather input from Sales and Customer-facing teams to identify knowledge gaps or recurring questions, and determine what future training is needed.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between EMEA Sales, Product, and Customer Success leads on enablement priorities, aligning enablement delivery with business needs.
  • Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects for the wider Revenue Enablement function as needed.

Note: Product enablement ownership for EMEA may expand further into this role over time, depending on how the first two areas (onboarding and continuous enablement) are delivered. This will be reviewed with the person's manager after an initial period.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or enablement/training, with demonstrated mastery of onboarding or instructional design in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong grounding in adult learning principles and instructional design; formal training experience preferred.
  • Comfortable delivering training virtually and in person.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple onboarding cohorts and timelines at once, independently.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in different time zones, representing EMEA's interests directly.
  • Proactive, with a track record of taking full ownership of programs and being reviewed only at key milestones
