What is the Luxembourg minimum wage in 2026?
From 1 June 2026, the full-time minimum is €2,771.33 gross monthly for unqualified workers and €3,325.59 for qualified workers. Net pay depends on the tax class and deductions.
The formula
Monthly gross = full-time minimum × weekly hours / 40. Approximate hourly gross = full-time monthly gross / 173. Estimated net uses Luxembourg social contributions, monthly withholding and 2026 tax credits.
Worked example
At 40 hours a week, 16.02 per hour means 2,771.33 gross monthly. Class 1 yields an estimated 2,418.14 net. Before 1 June 2026 the monthly gross was 2,703.74.
