If you have ever looked for a remote job, you know how it goes: the title says "remote", and the third paragraph says "two days a week in the office". We got tired of that.

So Nomado24 checks the full text of every listing, not just the title, and filters out anything that is only hybrid. Most roles come straight from employers' own applicant tracking systems, such as Personio, Greenhouse or Ashby. Every listing shows where it came from, and once a role is filled, it disappears here too.

Around the job search we build free calculators, for example gross-to-net salary or the German home-office allowance. We maintain them ourselves and keep them up to date.

There are two of us, and we both work on Nomado24 full time. Most days we sit at a desk, some days by the sea, like in the photos below.
