Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. Alternatively, you can use the “Withdraw from contract” button in your account.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

The fastest way to withdraw from a subscription is via the “Withdraw from contract” button in your account. Your subscription is ended immediately and the amount you paid is refunded in full.

The same fourteen-day withdrawal period from the conclusion of the contract applies to paid coworking bookings. You can declare your withdrawal informally using the contact details above; the model withdrawal form may be used for this.

The cancellation terms of the respective provider, shown during the booking process, are a separate matter. They govern until when you can cancel a booking free of charge. They apply in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, not instead of it.
