Assumptions behind these figures
- Tax year 2026: income tax tariff under section 33 EStG, 13th and 14th salary under section 67 EStG, social insurance for white-collar employees at the 2026 rates.
- 14 equal salaries a year: twelve monthly salaries plus holiday and Christmas pay.
- Place of work outside Vienna (18.07 percent social insurance on the monthly salary). In Vienna it is 18.32 percent since 2026, shown alongside.
- No children, traffic credit of €496 and work-expense lump sum of €132. The family bonus is shown in the children table.
- Not included: sole-earner and single-parent credits, commuter allowance, benefits in kind and overtime.
- Wage tax as in the monthly payroll. The traffic credit supplement and the contribution refund only come with the annual tax assessment.
Non-binding estimate for 2026 (white-collar, 14 salaries). Not modeled: sole-earner/single-parent credits, commuter allowance, social-insurance refund, benefits in kind and company specifics. Not a payslip or tax advice.
