Senior Fraud & Risk Analyst (f/m/x)

À distanceEN
E

Your Mission exmox is an organization designed for rapid expansion, prioritizing results over complacency. By joining us, you enter a high-stakes global arena, tackling complex challenges that demand continuous professional growth. We operate with high velocity, eliminating distractions to concentrate on critical outcomes - as efficiency is our competitive edge. Our focus remains on developing top-tier consumer products within the mobile gaming sector, specifically driving innovation through rewarded user acquisition at scale. We're looking for a Senior Fraud & Risk Analyst to strengthen exmox's fraud prevention and risk management capabilities. You'll bring hands-on experience detecting and mitigating fraud across different types of organizations, and you'll play a hybrid role: partnering closely with exmox's Fraud Analytics Team Lead on strategic initiatives, while also supporting the operations side through process changes, rollouts, and analysis. What You’ll Own: • Investigate, analyze, and mitigate fraud patterns across user acquisition, transactions, and account activity, with particular attention to reward-based and incentivized user acquisition channels (offerwalls, referral programs, cashback/rewards mechanics) where fraud vectors are especially prevalent. • Design and refine fraud detection rules, heuristics, and monitoring dashboards to catch emerging abuse patterns early. • Support the Fraud Analytics Team Lead in planning and executing risk initiatives - contributing analysis, recommendations, and follow-through on action items. • Act as a reliable second-in-command on risk management matters, able to step in for the Team Lead on ongoing projects, stakeholder updates, or urgent decisions when they are unavailable. • Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and support teams to close fraud gaps and improve detection systems. • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, quantify fraud exposure, and report findings and recommendations to leadership. • Document policies, playbooks, and standard operating procedures for fraud and risk workflows. What You Bring • Relevant experience in fraud management or risk analysis, ideally with exposure to both a large/corporate environment and a fast-moving scale-up - you understand how fraud programs differ in maturity, tooling, and pace across those settings. • Direct experience with reward-based user acquisition fraud (offerwalls, referral abuse, incentivized installs, multi-accounting, device farms) is a strong plus. • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with SQL and large datasets to investigate patterns and validate hypotheses. • Demonstrated ability to operate with a degree of ownership - comfortable proposing and driving initiatives, not just executing tasks. • Experience contributing to risk/fraud strategy - running A/B tests, impact analysis, and stress testing to validate ideas. • Experience supporting or deputizing for a manager/Team Lead, with the judgment to know when to escalate versus decide independently. • Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical fraud findings into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Familiarity with fraud detection tooling and risk management frameworks. Nice to have: • Background in policy design or risk governance frameworks. • Relevant certifications such as CFE, CFCS, CAMS, CRISC, CFA, and/or FRM. • Working knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks - e.g. GDPR, PSD2/SCA, AML/KYC principles, and PCI-DSS basics where payment data is processed. How We Win • Speed is the feature. Speed beats rocket science. We move fast, test fast, and multiply our pace with AI, because action creates information and small wins compound. A fast failure is a lesson we learn from, a slow one is a problem we can't afford. • Focus on the essential. Done is better than perfect. We stay focused on what actually moves us forward and protect people's time from anything that doesn't. We're direct in how we communicate too, no rambling, no unnecessary detail. • See it. Own it. Solve it. The first to see it is best placed to fix it. We're not a place for comfort, we're a place for doers. "Not my job" isn't in our vocabulary, if you spot something, you help make sure it gets solved. • Respect others. Trust multiplies. Respect is non-negotiable. We disagree with ideas, never with people. Trust here is built the same way it is anywhere, through consistency, a thank you, a moment of listening, and owning your mistakes. • Perks that help you focus on what matters. Transport subsidy, learning budget, wellness and gym, workation, bi-weekly team lunches, and more. The perks are great, but the real reason people join and stay is the challenge, the ownership, and the drive to win together. Please note: this is not a remote only position, we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg, Germany - working from home on Mondays & …

Senior Product Manager - Growth, Engagement & Retention

À distanceEN
B

Who we are We simplify wealth creation. Founded in 2014 in Vienna, Austria by Eric Demuth, Paul Klanschek and Christian Trummer, we’re here to help people trust themselves enough to build their financial freedom — for now and the future. Our user-friendly, trade-everything platform empowers both first-time investors and seasoned experts to invest in the cryptocurrencies, crypto indices, stocks, precious metals and commodities they want — with any sized budget, 24/7. Our global team works across different cultures and time zones, bringing our products to more than 7 million customers, making us one of Europe’s safest and most secure platforms that powers modern investing. Headquartered in Austria but operating across Europe, our products are built by fast-moving, talented, “roll-up-your-sleeves-and-make-it-happen” kind of people. It’s these diverse perspectives and innovative minds operating as ONE TEAM that keep Bitpanda at the cutting edge of our industry. So if you’re someone who thinks big, moves fast and wants to make an impact right from day one, then get ready to join our industry-changing team. Let’s go! Your mission As a Growth, Engagement & Retention Senior Product Manager , you own Bitpanda’s rewards flywheel. You turn activity across our product offerings into a single measure of loyalty value, and that value into the reason a customer stays, pays, and brings others with them. Your north star is a power user: someone deeply engaged. Revenue diversification and customer lifetime value are your measures of progress. What you'll do • Establish the baseline: define the core customer health metrics such as cohort retention, product attach, CLV by segment, churn drivers, and engagement depth to diagnose value leakage, size growth opportunities, and guide investment decisions. • Own the rewards flywheel and engagement strategy: design the earning and redemption logic that connects Trading, Earn, Card, and future products through a shared loyalty currency, and map the core engagement loops across the customer lifecycle; from activation to habit, reward to reinvestment, referral, community, and status. • Decide, based on evidence, which rewards, nudges, and growth mechanics maximize net value, evaluating reward cost, breakage, cannibalization, and cost-to-serve. Product teams own their products; you own the cross-product incentive layer. • Explore a subscription or membership model as one possible accelerator. If the evidence supports it, define pricing, tiering, and benefits for a recurring revenue layer with clear attach, retention, and margin targets; one of several mechanisms available to you, not a predetermined solution. • Elevate community belonging and customer value by designing compliant, learning-focused status mechanics alongside strategic external benefits partnerships. Who you are • Growth, retention, and monetisation expert: 5+ years of Product Management in a high-growth B2C consumer platform — ideally crypto, fintech, neobank, marketplace, or loyalty/rewards. You've shipped or scaled a subscription, loyalty, or rewards product, and you connect what makes customers loyal directly to recurring revenue and retention, understanding tiering, points economics, and the traps: breakage, cannibalization, reward fatigue. • Systems thinker: You can own a shared rewards ledger spanning multiple verticals without owning the verticals themselves, building connective tissue between verticals. • Full-stack product thinker: Comfortable across commercial/pricing design, UX, and the entitlements, ledgers, and attribution plumbing that make tiers and rewards work. • Data-driven and experimentation-led: You make decisions through evidence, not intuition. You define success metrics, build customer and business baselines, size opportunities, and use cohort analysis, segmentation, and rigorous A/B testing to identify value creation and leakage. • Clear and compelling communicator: You articulate commercial trade-offs to Finance as confidently as product vision to engineers, and write PRDs that leave no room for ambiguity. What’s in it for you • Flexibility to work where you thrive – Enjoy the freedom of our Hybrid working model, combining onsite collaboration and remote work, with an additional 25 days per year to work from a city or country of your choice. • Reward for your impact – Receive a competitive total compensation package aligned with Bitpanda’s pay-for-impact policy, including participation in our stock option plan. • Support for your mental wellbeing – Access confidential coaching, counselling, and mental health resources whenever you need them through OpenUP. • Time to recharge – On top of your standard annual leave, prioritise your wellbeing in 2027 with 3 additional days of paid time off to rest, reset, and recharge, available once you’ve been with us for 6 months. • Continuous learning and growth – Grow your skills and stay ahead in your career with unlimited access to …

Systems Architect, Enterprise Infrastructure _remote in the EU

We are seeking a Systems Architect whose focus is on the whole: someone who aligns the technology landscape of enterprise customers with their business objectives. You will work with client leadership and technical teams to understand where a business is trying to go, assess the current-state landscape, and shape a coherent target-state architecture and roadmap that moves technology decisions in service of business outcomes. This is a role about synthesis and judgment. You are well versed across a broad range of technologies — cloud, containers, operating systems, platform components, and AI — but your value is in seeing how they fit together into a system that serves the enterprise, weighing trade-offs across cost, risk, operational fit, and time-to-value, and communicating those choices clearly to both executives and engineers. What matters most is the ability to think holistically about business-technology alignment and to reason credibly across the technology domains below. Key Responsibilities • Work with Mirantis customers, Mirantis colleagues, stakeholders, partners, vendors and other resources on improving the customer’s experience • Assess and understand the customer’s business strategy, drivers, and constraints • Current-state technology landscapes • Application portfolio • External drivers such as required certifications, existing corporate resources • Pain points and challenges • Collaborate with the customer to address shortcomings of the current state • Employ Mirantis products and experience to transform the existing landscape into a coherent, stable, secure, and future proof platform • For recommendations made provide defensible reasoning to help the customer understand why the recommendations have been made. • Become a trusted advisor of the customer • Work with Mirantis product to further development and eliminate shortcomings • Present architectures, roadmaps, and rationale to audiences ranging from customer executives to hands-on engineers. • Engage on-site with customers across regions as part of the discovery, design, and advisory process. Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field • Extensive architecture and engineering experience across infrastructure or platform engineering, including customer-facing architecture or advisory experience Required Skills/Abilities: • A demonstrated ability to think about the enterprise as a whole — connecting technology decisions to business goals — rather than working only at the level of individual systems. • Broad, credible fluency across a range of technologies, including: • Private cloud platforms including OpenStack • Kubernetes-based container platforms • Multi-cluster management concepts and tooling • Workload requirements • VMware estate modernization — enough understanding of vSphere/VMware environments to advise enterprises on virtualization strategy and migration paths as they modernize toward open platforms. • Bare-metal provisioning and physical infrastructure lifecycle, including data center concepts • The components of a cloud or container platform and how they fit together. • At least one area of subject matter expertise (e.g. networking) • Strong solution orientation: “Find a way” • Experience with at least one programming language (e.g. Python, Go) • Strong ability to communicate architecture and rationale to both business and technical audiences in both written and spoken formats • Ability and willingness to travel, primarily within the EU and US. Nice to have • Experience with Mirantis products and services • Familiarity with Software-Defined Networking (SDN) as part of a broader architecture picture. • Familiarity with Software-Defined Storage (SDS) as part of a broader architecture picture. • Workload orchestration — how modern platforms schedule, route, and manage workloads across clusters and environments. • Understanding of AI inference application requirements • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks or methods (e.g., TOGAF or equivalent). • Exposure to hybrid or multi-cloud strategy and workload portability. • Additional European language skills (beyond the required English) What does Mirantis offer you? • Work with an established Silicon Valley leader in the cloud infrastructure industry; - Work with exceptionally passionate, talented and engaging colleagues, helping Fortune 500 and Global 2000 customers implement next-generation cloud technologies; - Be a part of cutting-edge, open-source innovation; - Thrive in the high-energy environment of a young company where openness, collaboration, risk-taking, and continuous growth are valued; - Professional development and training; • Attend conferences and working groups; - Company outings, happy hours, hackathons, and tech talks; - Receive a competitive compensation package with a strong benefits plan. What is Amplemarket all about? Amplemarket's premise is that a lot of the playbooks used by B2B sales teams that worked 5 years ago don't cut it anymore. In today's environment, sales teams need to have a tremendous amount of information about their prospects to decide when is the best moment and channel to reach out in the most relevant way. You can't do this with 5 different data/sales enablement point solutions that don't share the same data schema and barely communicate with each other. Amplemarket is the all-in-one compound solution that enables this. Our AI-powered sales platform helps B2B companies generate more opportunities thanks to our advanced lead generation engine, hyper-personalized sequencing, omnichannel outreach, and AI-powered smart actions. We are backed by Y Combinator, and we are powering the sales teams at some of the fastest-growing companies in the world like Deel, Moveworks, H1 and Vanta. Important Notice: Beware of Recruitment Scams It has come to our attention that there are fraudulent activities targeting job seekers, where individuals are impersonating Amplemarket by using fake profiles, domains, and emails. Please be informed that Amplemarket always uses our main domain (amplemarket.com) for all hiring and recruitment purposes. Any communication or offer not originating from an amplemarket.com email address should be regarded as suspicious. • We will never request personal financial information (such as bank account details) during the initial application or interview process. • Our hiring process does not involve transferring money or making payments of any kind to secure a position. Amplemarket is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of job scams or fraudulent activity by third parties misusing our company name. If you have any doubts about the legitimacy of a job opportunity with Amplemarket, please contact our HR department directly. We advise you to verify the authenticity of any job-related communications claiming to be from Amplemarket. If you have any concerns or doubts, please contact us directly through our official channels. Your security is our priority. Thank you for your vigilance and understanding. As our Head of Legal & Compliance, you will be the owner of how we handle data, how our dialer and AI calling work, and how we get through enterprise legal and security reviews. This is a build-from-scratch role, and you'll do it as part of the product conversation rather than after it. The Role As our Head of Legal & Compliance, you will be the owner of how we handle data, how our dialer and AI calling work, and how we get through enterprise legal and security reviews. This is a build-from-scratch role, and you'll do it as part of the product conversation rather than after it. What you’ll do • Dialer & AI Calling Compliance • Own our TCPA position and the state telemarketing statutes that stack on top of it — consent, DNC, call recording, and the disclosure rules around AI-generated voice • Partner with Product and Engineering on how consent and suppression are actually enforced in the platform, not just documented • Manage a specialist TCPA firm on retainer, deciding what we escalate and what we handle in-house • Privacy & Data Sourcing • Own the privacy program end to end — GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and the expanding US state patchwork, DSARs, opt-outs and data broker registration • Own where our data comes from and on what basis: supplier diligence, lawful basis, legitimate interest assessments, DPIAs and transfer impact assessments • Hold the DPO designation and set our approach to AI governance as we ship more agentic features • Commercial & Enterprise Legal • Draft and negotiate customer and vendor contracts, DPAs and everything around them • Own enterprise security and privacy reviews and take them off the critical path of a deal • Be the person our customers' counsel talks to, and make that a reason we win rather than a reason things stall • Product Partnership • Sit in roadmap planning and shape what we build, rather than reviewing it afterwards • Turn regulatory constraints into clear product requirements the team can act on • Flag what's coming early enough to design for it, and tell the difference between a real constraint and a cautious read that costs us speed Who you are • 8+ years combining law firm and in-house experience, qualified to practise in the US • Deep, hands-on privacy experience — GDPR and CCPA/CPRA as tools you've used, not topics you've read about • Proven experience advising product and engineering teams, and comfort being in the room when technical decisions get made • Track record of building a legal or compliance function from scratch, with the judgment to know what to formalise and what to leave alone • Strong, direct communication — much of this job is making regulatory constraints legible to people who don't read statutes • Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments, …
