AI Product Engineer (Mid/Senior)

À distance ✓EN
T

Salary: based on experience: Mid : 13.000-22.000 PLN/month (B2B) or 10.700-18.200 PLN gross/month (UoP) Senior : 20.000-30.000 PLN/month (B2B) 16.600-24.900 PLN gross/month (UoP) Tidio is the customer service platform that aligns AI and people, so businesses can scale without losing trust or the human touch. Our goal is to help entrepreneurs grow by making customer service more efficient while keeping it helpful. Working at Tidio means impacting thousands of companies and millions of their users. But our clients are not the only ones who can grow with us. By joining Tidio, you can grow, too! A few facts about us: • Our product is one of the world's leading AI customer service solutions, and our goal is to become no. 1 • We are among the Top 50 AI and Customer Service Products in G2’s Best Software Awards 2024. • We currently rate at 4.7/5 in both Shopify and G2 . • Our ML team was among the first in the world to launch an AI agent - (Lyro) for customer service! • Every month, our widget is viewed by 350 million unique users, which is 4% of the global population. • Currently, we hire over 150 fantastic people. About the role: We're growing another team behind Lyro , our AI customer support agent, running on real, large-scale production traffic. Lyro is a sophisticated conversational AI that can: • use custom tools • follow complex, multi-step, user-defined Guidance • access product data (through our native Shopify integration and an in-house system for ingesting products from any other source) • access company policies • continuously learn from company data and conversations The same agent has to work for a solo store owner who sets it up in an afternoon and for companies with their own systems, their own processes, and very specific expectations about how support should sound. Building one product that does both - without it collapsing into a lowest-common-denominator bot - is the actual engineering problem here . This isn't a classic role with a fixed lane . We're looking for a builder who takes full end-to-end ownership of things our clients actually see - from integrating with their systems to the agent engine itself, to the infrastructure that holds it all together. The brief you'll get might be just one sentence - scoping it, talking directly to the client, CSM, or sales team, shipping it, and iterating on it is on you. And sometimes there's no brief at all : you look at where the product stands, decide what would move it forward the most right now, and go make it happen. This highly autonomous role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces spec-driven development, and enjoys leveraging AI tools to boost productivity. What you'll work on: • End-to-end feature ownership - from talking to the client, CSM, or sales team to shipping and monitoring in production • Integrations and distribution channels for the agent • The agent itself: context engineering, tool-use optimization, prompt caching, and an evaluation module used directly by clients and CSMs • Working across the full stack, regardless of your specialization

Chief Commercial Officer

À distanceEN
C

Curewiki operates a patient-initiated clinical research discovery platform live across Europe. We're vendor-cleared at top-tier pharma sponsors and CROs, active outbound engines are running, and our hospital footprint is expanding through technology partnerships anchored in EU interoperability initiatives. The commercial foundation exists. What it needs is the leader who turns it into repeatable revenue and builds the team that scales it — at exactly the inflection point where it matters most. The Chief Commercial Officer owns Curewiki's revenue. You'll build and lead the sales organisation: enterprise sales into pharma and CRO headquarters, country-level commercial teams across our European markets, revenue operations, and bid and vendor assessment. You'll set commercial strategy, carry the company revenue number, and close the largest deals personally while building the team that takes over. This is a builder role, not a caretaker role. We expect the CCO to arrive with a live network in the European pharma and clinical research ecosystem — the first flagship deals close on relationships and credibility you already have, not on pipeline you build from zero. Your responsibilities: Commercial strategy & revenue ownership • Own the company revenue number and the commercial strategy behind it: segments, markets, pricing execution, and the sequencing of enterprise versus country-level motions • Set and manage revenue targets, forecasting discipline, and pipeline coverage across the full commercial organisation • Decide where commercial focus goes — and, just as deliberately, where it does not Enterprise sales leadership • Lead and personally drive the enterprise motion into pharma sponsors, biotechs, and CROs at global and European HQ level, through complex multi-stakeholder cycles (clinical operations, patient engagement, procurement, legal, IT) • Close the first wave of flagship deals personally, activating your existing network from week one, then hire and coach Enterprise Sales Managers to carry the motion Building the commercial organisation • Hire, onboard, and lead the sales team: Enterprise Sales Managers, Country Leads across European markets, account research, and revenue operations • Install the operating rhythm: pipeline reviews, deal qualification standards, CRM discipline in HubSpot, clean handoffs to Customer Success • Run an AI-leveraged commercial operation: research, account preparation, outreach personalisation, and forecasting all use modern AI tooling — and hire and coach the team to work that way • Oversee bid and vendor assessment so procurement processes, tenders, and vendor qualifications run professionally and on time Cross-functional leadership • Work hand in hand with the COO so commercial motion, partnerships, patient engagement, and delivery reinforce each other rather than compete for the same accounts • Feed structured market and competitive intelligence into product, pricing, and positioning decisions • Contribute the commercial evidence base for board reporting and financing milestones Requirements • You've carried a company or division revenue number in life sciences and hit it, selling into pharma, biotech, or CROs — and can show the numbers • You've personally closed complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals in the pharma or clinical research ecosystem, and can walk us through the last two: who decided, what nearly killed them, how you won • You arrive with a live, current network among European clinical operations, feasibility, procurement, and patient engagement leaders • You've built a commercial team from a small base: hiring, coaching, and installing process without killing pace • You understand how clinical development decisions are made: who holds budget, how procurement works, where the friction sits in study execution • You run AI-first and expect the same of your team • Fluent professional English; French, Spanish, German, or Dutch is a strong plus given our markets Nice to have • Experience commercialising a platform or data product rather than a pure services offering • Experience scaling revenue through and beyond a growth financing round • Affinity with patient-centric healthcare and clinical research accessibility Benefits • Remote work within the EU, with a Belgium-based preference • Real ownership of the revenue number from day one, not managing someone else's targets • A fast, transparent hiring process: intro call, hiring-manager deep-dive, practical working session, founder conversation, references — feedback at every step, completed in weeks not months • A high-velocity, mission-driven team that writes things down, moves fast, and takes AI leverage as a baseline in every role • The chance to build a commercial organisation from a strong existing foundation — vendor-cleared at top pharma sponsors, active outbound, expanding hospital footprint — rather than from zero

MarCom Lead

C

Curewiki operates a patient-initiated clinical research discovery platform live across Europe. The platform is gaining real traction with top-tier pharma sponsors and CROs, our hospital footprint is expanding through technology partnerships anchored in EU interoperability initiatives, and the commercial organisation is being built out around it. The story is strong and getting stronger; what it needs now is an owner. You join as the first dedicated marketing hire, reporting into the COO, with real ownership from day one and the announcement calendar of a scaling company ahead of you. The MarCom Lead owns how Curewiki speaks to the world. You'll run the full marketing communications function across B2B and B2C audiences and build the systems that let content, campaigns, events, and press scale without losing precision. This is a role for someone who thinks before they publish. We work in a highly regulated space, where how we say something matters as much as what we say. Every piece of output has to hold the patient-initiated line, and you'll shape Curewiki's tone of voice and communication principles as the company scales. Your responsibilities: Content & digital marketing • Build and run an AI-leveraged content engine that produces a steady, high-quality pipeline across B2B and B2C, so output scales without turning every piece into a one-off — formats span articles, video, social, and more, tailored to both the research and patient communities • Make sure content aligns with our commercial objectives and lands with each audience, driving engagement and quality leads for the sales and partnerships teams • Lead the execution of digital campaigns across channels, reading performance and adjusting in real time • Use marketing automation to streamline email, retargeting, and social scheduling, in coordination with the outbound engines run by the commercial team • Partner with external collaborators on co-branded work such as webinars and joint campaigns, keeping messaging consistent with our brand and positioning Press & announcements • Own Curewiki's press and announcement calendar, including partnership and milestone communications, working with our PR agency on a relationship-led approach focused on thought leadership and storytelling • Sequence owned-channel announcements and press activations deliberately, timing each to the strongest proof point rather than the earliest possible moment • Guard claim accuracy in all external output: no overclaiming on product capabilities, partnerships, or results Events • Own Curewiki's presence at industry events: keep the calendar current, coordinate preparation with the commercial team, and make sure we show up well • Track how events and press perform and what they contribute to awareness and pipeline Requirements • You've built and run a content or communications function that scaled: more output, same or higher quality, and you can show the system that made it possible • You've worked in a regulated or high-accuracy context (healthcare, life sciences, finance) and treat accuracy and positioning as part of the craft, not an afterthought • You're an excellent writer and editor in English, across both B2B and B2C audiences, and it shows in work you can share • You run AI-first: you already use AI tools to multiply your production, and you can explain where you draw the human-judgment line • You manage content calendars, campaigns, press moments, and multi-channel work without dropping threads Nice to have • Dutch, French, German, or Spanish, given our markets Benefits • Real ownership from day one as the first dedicated marketing hire. • A strong story to tell: real traction with top-tier pharma sponsors and CROs, and an expanding hospital footprint to build campaigns and announcements around • Remote work within the EU • A fast, transparent hiring process: intro call, hiring-manager deep-dive, practical working session, founder conversation, references — feedback at every step, completed in weeks not months • A high-velocity, mission-driven team that writes things down, moves fast, and takes AI leverage as a baseline in every role • The chance to define Curewiki's tone of voice and communication principles as the company scales.

Head of Patient Partnerships

À distanceEN
C

Curewiki operates a patient-initiated clinical research discovery platform live across Europe. Our hospital footprint is expanding through technology partnerships anchored in EU interoperability initiatives, leading academic hospitals are committing to launch with us, and the patient organisation network that anchors patient trust keeps growing. What has been built relationship by relationship now needs to become an engine. The Head of Patient Partnerships owns the partnership layer that makes Curewiki work at scale: the hospitals where research happens and the patient organisations that anchor patient trust. This is a player-coach role by design. You'll personally run the hospital partnership pipeline and the strategic partner governance, personally own the patient-engagement revenue lines (panels, surveys, advisory boards, and patient-input work), and directly manage the country-level Patient Engagement and Hospital Managers as markets activate. Your responsibilities: Hospital partnership strategy & pipeline • Own the hospital partnership strategy across our European markets: which hospitals we prioritise, in what order, and why, based on transparent scoring criteria • Build and manage the hospital partnership pipeline end to end, from first contact through agreement, implementation coordination, and go-live • Navigate hospital decision structures: clinical research units, innovation offices, IT, legal, data protection, and executive sponsors • Coordinate on implementation sequencing and timelines, so commercial expectations and technical reality stay aligned Partnership governance & activation • Design and run the governance rhythm for strategic partnerships: steering meetings, escalation paths, shared roadmaps, and clear ownership on both sides • Turn signed partnerships into live, referenceable sites: onboarding, activation milestones, and the first proof points that feed the commercial story • Work with the commercial team so hospital partnerships translate into sponsor-facing value Patient organisation network leadership • Own the patient organisation partnership strategy and the network's commercial readiness across markets • Own the revenue lines where the patient relationship is the offer: panels, surveys, patient advisory boards, and patient-input work, from qualification through delivery, in coordination with Customer Success and the sales organisation • Protect the neutrality and independence of the patient relationship in every partnership and commercial construct, including neutral allocation of any revenue-share • Ensure the patient org network and the hospital network reinforce each other: shared geographies, shared conditions, shared proof points Team & market building • Directly manage and coach the country-level team as it grows • Build the playbooks that make hospital partnership work repeatable across countries rather than artisanal per site, with AI leverage built into research, preparation, and follow-up • Coordinate with the consortia and grants function on EU-funded programmes Requirements • You've closed and activated institutional healthcare partnerships and can walk us through one from first contact to live: who decided, what nearly killed it, how you got it over the line • You've carried a commercial number, or co-owned one, on services or engagement work sold into pharma or healthcare, and you're comfortable owning the patient-engagement revenue lines outright • You've led a small team and installed a repeatable process in a scale-up or high-change environment without slowing it down • You're comfortable operating in multi-party constructs involving technology partners, public funding, and clinical institutions • You run AI-first: research, account preparation, and partnership operations are all leveraged, and you expect the same of your team • Fluent professional English plus at least one of French, Spanish, German, or Dutch • Disciplined pipeline management in HubSpot or equivalent Nice to have • Familiarity with clinical research operations, hospital research units, or EHR and health-data interoperability (FHIR, EHDS-related initiatives) • Experience with EU-funded consortium programmes such as Horizon Europe • Existing network in the European patient organisation and/or hospital landscape Benefits • A player-coach mandate: you personally own the pipeline and the revenue lines that matter most, not just the strategy behind them • Real momentum to build on: leading academic hospitals are already committing to launch, and the partnership relationships exist — your job is to turn them into an engine • Remote work within the EU • A fast, transparent hiring process: intro call, hiring-manager deep-dive, practical working session, founder conversation, references — feedback at every step, completed in weeks not months • A high-velocity, mission-driven team that writes things down, moves fast, and takes AI leverage as a baseline in every role …

Head of People & Culture

C

Curewiki operates a patient-initiated clinical research discovery platform live across Europe. We're vendor-cleared at top-tier pharma sponsors and CROs, our hospital footprint is expanding through EU interoperability initiatives, and we're building out our commercial organisation right now — multiple senior and country-level roles open at once, across several countries, with a strict A-player bar. That build doesn't happen without someone who owns it. As Head of People & Culture, you'll own everything about how Curewiki hires, develops, rewards, and retains its people across a remote, multi-country European team. This is a player-coach role by design: you'll personally run the searches that matter most, while building the people infrastructure a scaling company needs — from multi-country employment setups to a compensation and equity framework to a performance rhythm that keeps the A-bar real after the offer is signed. Your responsibilities: Talent acquisition • Own the hiring engine end to end: open-role portfolio, search strategy per role, and pipeline health, personally driving the most senior and hardest searches • Run the hiring process as promised in every posting: fast, transparent, evidence-based, with feedback at every step, completed in weeks rather than months • Hold the A-player bar in every process — evidence over titles and degrees, and the courage to keep a seat empty rather than fill it with a B • Build the employer brand that makes A-players come to us People operations & employment infrastructure • Own employment setup across our European footprint: contracts, EOR/entity decisions per country, and compliant onboarding wherever the right person lives • Run core people operations with our part-time HR support and external providers: payroll coordination, social security administration, absence, and policies • Make onboarding a weapon: new hires productive in days, with clear 90-day expectations from day one Compensation & equity architecture • Build Curewiki's compensation framework: bands per role and level, benchmarked for the European markets we hire in, with a clear transparency philosophy Performance, development & culture • Install a lightweight performance rhythm: clear goals, honest feedback, development conversations that actually happen • Build development around strengths, with stretch assignments and promotion paths earned by outcomes • Own culture deliberately in a remote, multi-country company • Act as coach and confidential sounding board for leadership on team design and organisational decisions AI-first people function • Run the people function AI-first: sourcing, screening support, documentation, and analytics leveraged with modern tooling, with human judgment where it counts most Requirements • You've owned the people function through this exact stage before: scaling from a small core team to a multi-country organisation — and can show what you built and what broke without you • You've personally closed senior hires (not just coordinated them), and can walk us through the last two: how you found them, what nearly lost them, how you won • You know European employment across borders: you've set up or run employment in multiple EU countries, and know when to use an EOR vs. open an entity, and what each costs • You've built a compensation and equity framework from scratch (or rebuilt a broken one) and can defend the design choices • You're a genuine player-coach: happiest owning the work directly, building systems as you go, hiring your own team only when volume truly demands it • You run AI-first and can show how it's changed the way you work • Fluent professional English Nice to have • Experience in healthtech, life sciences, or another regulated industry • Experience supporting a company through a financing round and the team scaling that follows • Familiarity with Belgian employment and social security specifics Benefits • Remote work within the EU, with a Belgium-based preference • A player-coach mandate: real ownership from day one, not administration of someone else's decisions • Direct access to and partnership with the Founder & CEO and leadership team — you're treated as co-architect of the organisation • A fast, transparent hiring process (and yes, the same process you'll run for others is run on you): intro call, founder deep-dive, practical working session, COO conversation, references — feedback at every step, completed in weeks not months • A high-velocity, mission-driven team that writes things down, moves fast, and takes AI leverage as a baseline in every role • The chance to build the people function of a healthtech scale-up from the ground up, across multiple countries

Patient Engagement Manager

Curewiki operates a patient-initiated clinical research discovery platform live across Europe. Patients find and self-pre-screen for research opportunities themselves, and patient organisations are the backbone of the trust that makes that possible. Belgium, France, and the Netherlands are our home markets: the network is real, the commercial opportunities on top of it (panels, surveys, advisory boards) are growing, and the market now needs a dedicated owner. We're looking for a mission-driven and autonomous Patient Engagement Manager to own the Belgian and Dutch patient organisation network. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you'll put patients at the center of Curewiki's growth in Belgium, France, and the Netherlands: from outreach and co-creation of content to activating patient organisations behind commercial opportunities. You'll grow and maintain the partner network in your markets, develop trusted collaborations, and make sure the patient-initiated framing holds in everything we do. Your responsibilities: Patient organisation partnerships & relationship management • Lead outreach and relationship-building with patient associations across conditions in BeNeFra • Build new relationships with patient organisations aligned to Curewiki's target conditions, continuously growing the partnership pipeline • Maintain and deepen relationships with organisations already in the network: regular contact, platform training, and involvement in new product developments and opportunities • Build capacity within patient organisations so they can engage confidently and sustainably over the long term Commercial opportunity support • When commercial opportunities arise in BeNeFra (panels, surveys, advisory boards), own the patient engagement strategy for that opportunity • Contact and mobilise the relevant patient organisations to support the opportunity • Manage and nurture the opportunity through to delivery, in close coordination with Customer Success Organic growth & patient marketing • Develop campaigns with patient orgs (newsletters, webinars, social media) to attract, inform, and retain patients on the Curewiki platform in Dutch and French, using AI tools to produce more without losing the human tone patients trust • Write and adapt clear, accessible content for community channels, in partnership with internal teams • Help maintain consistent messaging across touchpoints to protect patient trust Requirements • You've built a community, advocacy network, or partnership portfolio and can show it: organisations you brought in, kept engaged, and turned into active collaborators • Native or near-native French, fluent English, and professional Dutch — your writing earns trust • You work independently: you run your own outreach pipeline, close collaborations, and ask for coaching rather than instructions • You use AI tools naturally in your daily work and know when patient-facing content needs a fully human hand • Deep empathy for patient communities; a personal connection to patient advocacy or healthcare is a strong plus Nice to have • Experience in email marketing, community management, or patient-facing awareness campaigns • Comfortable with digital content creation (social media posts, short video) • Familiarity with the Belgian, French, and Dutch healthcare and patient advocacy landscape Benefits • Real ownership from day one: the BeNeFra patient organisation network is yours to grow. • A genuine mission-driven role: your work puts patients at the center of how clinical research becomes accessible • Remote work within Belgium or France • A fast, transparent hiring process: intro call, hiring-manager deep-dive, practical working session, founder conversation, references — feedback at every step, completed in weeks not months • A high-velocity, mission-driven team that writes things down, moves fast, and takes AI leverage as a baseline in every role • Autonomy paired with support: you run your own pipeline and ask for coaching rather than instructions, backed by the Head of Partnerships and the wider commercial team

We're vendor-cleared at top-tier pharma sponsors and CROs, and France is one of our priority expansion markets: our hospital footprint there is growing through technology partnerships anchored in EU interoperability initiatives, and a leading hospital group is committed to launch with us in 2026 — giving you a national reference point from day one. You join as the first commercial hire in the market, with an enterprise team working the global accounts above you and a partnership layer building the local proof points beside you. The national market is yours to open. The Country Lead owns Curewiki's commercial presence in the Spanish market end to end, from prospecting through contract signature, with a focus on the country affiliates of multinational pharmaceutical companies and national biotechnology companies. As the first commercial hire in the market, the role combines new business development with early customer onboarding and market representation. As the market matures, dedicated Customer Success and Patient Engagement roles are added, allowing the Country Lead to concentrate fully on revenue generation. Your responsibilities: Market development & pipeline generation • Define and execute the go-to-market plan for the Spanish market in alignment with the CCO • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of national opportunities across pharmaceutical affiliates, biotechnology companies, and CROs, activating your existing network from week one • Identify and map key decision-makers, including clinical operations, medical affairs, patient engagement, and procurement stakeholders • Represent Curewiki at national industry conferences and events, converting presence into qualified meetings Deal management & closing • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through proposal, negotiation, and contract signature • Develop commercial proposals aligned with client needs and Curewiki's pricing model • Navigate multi-stakeholder decision processes involving clinical operations, procurement, legal, and IT • Maintain rigorous CRM discipline in HubSpot: accurate stages, timely notes, realistic forecasting Customer onboarding & early account development • Guide initial customers through onboarding and their first project, in coordination with Customer Success • Identify expansion opportunities within the national accounts portfolio Cross-functional collaboration • Coordinate with the enterprise sales team on global accounts with a national component • Coordinate with the Head of Partnerships on hospital and patient organisation opportunities in the market • Provide structured market intelligence to inform product, pricing, and positioning decisions Requirements • You've sold into the Spanish life-sciences market (pharma affiliates, biotech, or CROs) and closed full-cycle deals you generated yourself — and can walk us through the last two: who decided, what nearly killed them, how you won • You arrive with a live, current professional network in the Spanish life-sciences market. This is a hard requirement — the clock on this role assumes it • You've opened ground before: a new territory, a new segment, or a first-hire market role where nothing existed until you built it • You operate autonomously in an early-stage environment: you set your own plan, run your own pipeline, and ask for coaching rather than instructions • You run AI-first: research, account preparation, outreach personalisation, and follow-up are all leveraged with modern AI tooling • Native-level Spanish and fluent professional English • Disciplined pipeline management in HubSpot or equivalent Nice to have • Understanding of clinical research operations and the clinical trial landscape • Familiarity with the regulatory and data-protection context of clinical research in Europe • Affinity with patient-centric healthcare and clinical research accessibility Benefits • The chance to open a national market as the first commercial hire — the market foundation is yours to build, and the credit for opening it is yours • Real backup despite being first on the ground: the enterprise team, the Head of Partnerships, and Customer Success all have skin in your market • Remote work, based in Spain • A fast, transparent hiring process: intro call, hiring-manager deep-dive, practical working session, founder conversation, references — feedback at every step, completed in weeks not months • A high-velocity, mission-driven team that writes things down, moves fast, and takes AI leverage as a baseline in every role • A clear growth path: as the market matures, dedicated Customer Success and Patient Engagement hires are added around you, letting you focus purely on revenue
