Our primary product, The Signal Ocean Platform, enables shipping professionals to securely handle, integrate and assess complex collections of private and public shipping data. These insights are delivered through web and mobile applications, as well as through a rich set of APIs and SDKs. Benefits What we offer • Generous compensation with additional performance incentives. • Coverage under the company’s collective health insurance plan. • Signal’s hybrid remote-working policy, which currently includes 9 working days at our premises per month, during which happy-hour events also take place. • Two to four weeks of onboarding training to prepare you for your new role, with the opportunity to meet approximately 30 trainers while developing a detailed understanding of our products and the shipping industry. • Career-growth opportunities and a structured development …

For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day. We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager I to join our expanding Product and Innovation team. This position will manage programmes that span the entire Product, Engineering, and UX organisations. Interactions with and presentations to engineering teams, engineering leaders, product leaders, executives, and third-party vendors will be common. We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager who can bridge communication between technical teams and product-focused groups and leaders. You will work remotely from Bulgaria and will be reporting to the Director, Technical Program and Operations. You Will: • Coordinate, monitor, and report on programme status across enterprise initiatives and external partner engagements, ensuring accurate and timely information reaches all relevant stakeholders. • Lead project planning and provide structured support to engineering teams, developing schedules, adhering to milestones, and keeping team members aligned and on track across multiple concurrent workstreams. • Design and implement scalable processes that support the organisation's rapid growth, applying strong planning and organisational skills to manage complexity across Product, Engineering, and UX. • Recognise and prioritise issues as they arise, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive timely and effective resolution. • Identify risk factors across programmes, then develop and execute mitigation plans with independent judgement and clear analytical thinking. • Drive regular status updates across stakeholder groups, including senior leadership and executives, to ensure transparency and maximise efficiency. • Facilitate open communication among teams with differing working styles and personalities, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain alignment and psychological safety within collaborative settings. • Handle programme-related documentation, reporting outputs, and data with care, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all information management activities. • Manage day-to-day use of programme and project management tools, software platforms, and internal systems, ensuring these are applied effectively to support delivery. • Perform other duties as assigned, approaching additional responsibilities with resilience and a solutions-oriented mindset. You Have: • 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Programme Management, Change Management, or demonstrated experience leading large organisation-wide programmes, with deep knowledge of programme delivery methodologies and best practices. • Experience managing cross-departmental processes, with the ability to work across diverse teams and align multiple stakeholders toward shared goals. • Experience with API platforms, demonstrating technical literacy sufficient to engage credibly with engineering teams and evaluate technical dependencies and risks. • A proven track record of leading successful projects from initiation through to completion, applying strong planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills throughout. • The ability to empathise with employee and customer challenges, with a consistent focus on user experience and human-centred outcomes. • Critical problem-solving skills to navigate complex, ambiguous issues, manage partner relationships, and exercise sound independent judgement — all while contributing positively as a collaborative team member. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present clearly to technical and non-technical audiences including executives and third-party vendors. • Experience operating in a high-growth company environment, demonstrating the resilience and adaptability needed to sustain performance under pressure and amid evolving priorities. • Comfort with sustained concentration and cognitive complexity, managing multiple high-stakes programme threads simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality. • Familiarity with budget awareness within programme contexts; this role does not carry direct financial responsibility but requires understanding of resource implications and organisational priorities. • Proficiency in standard computer and keyboard use in a remote work environment, with comfort in extended screen-based work as standard for this sedentary role. • A business-related degree or equivalent professional experience. • Legal eligibility to work in Bulgaria on an ongoing basis. • Fluency in English is required. Founding Creative Director

À distance ✓DE
S

MEET SIENA Siena is the The Agent of Record for CX, built for consumer brands like Spanx, FIGS, Brooklinen, and Grüns. It runs as a connected multi-agent stack on top of a shared intelligence layer: agents that sell, support, listen, handle social and voice across the entire customer journey, turning every conversation into signal you can act on. THE TEAM We are a small, fully distributed, global team. We have built leverage into how we work, which is what lets a team this size move at the speed we do. We hire athletes. Everyone here owns real outcomes, defaults to writing over meetings, communicates with directness, and acts the moment they see something worth acting on. Low ego, high standards, fast clock. If you want to set the bar rather than follow one, keep reading. THE ROLE Siena is building the intelligence layer for CX, and we're about to launch several products in quick succession. We are not looking for someone to execute a brief well. We are looking for the person whose taste the rest of the company gets measured against: someone who looks at a landing page and can't not have an opinion, who would rather kill a launch than ship something mediocre, and who has owned creative direction before, not just contributed to it. If you need a creative director above you setting the vision, a team to delegate to on day one, or a slow, considered, one-project-at-a-time pace, stop reading now. This isn't that job. If you're the person other designers already defer to on taste, continue. THIS IS A CRAFT TITLE. NOT A HEADCOUNT TITLE. You will ship personally for the first year and set the bar for everyone who comes after. Over time you will build a small internal agency, two to three people across design, motion, and content, that can brief, position, and launch without outside help. • Narrative and positioning across every launch - design as strategy, not decoration • Every artifact that goes to market: landing pages, launch video, decks, social • The design system, from v3 onward • The bar, full stop - if it ships under the Siena name, you made it or you signed off on it WHAT IT TAKES TO BE IN THE ROOM • Taste, above everything, and evidence you can defend it. Specific, defended opinions about what's good and why. • A track record of owning creative direction, not just contributing to it. Agency or in-house, brand refresh or full launch - you've been the person whose call was final, not the one waiting on notes. • Narrative thinking. Design as positioning. You should already have a point of view on how a brand like Siena should be positioned, not just how it should look. • AI as a working tool, not a threat to your taste. You've already built something with AI - an app, a prototype, a mockup - and you want to get technical enough to ship a landing page yourself within a year. Anti-AI is disqualifying. • Range that travels. Your background doesn't have to be SaaS. Fashion, art, consumer brand, editorial - what matters is whether your taste holds up somewhere new. • A pattern of shipping in chaos, not around it. Multiple launches in flight, feedback that moves in hours not weeks. If your best work happens on a slow, protected timeline, that's useful information - it's just not this role. WHY THIS IS WORTH IT You're not joining a design team to fit into. You're setting the taste bar for a company that's about to be a lot more visible, a lot faster than most companies get that chance. This is intense - real ownership, real launches, a founder team that reviews your work directly and moves at the pace you'd expect from that. It's also one of the rare creative seats where nothing you make gets diluted by committee before it ships. If that sounds like the room you've been trying to get into, we want to talk to you. If it sounds like too much scrutiny too fast, this isn't a knock on you - it just isn't this role. WHY SIENA? • Real ownership. You will own problems, not tasks, with the autonomy to solve them your way and the trust to do it without a manager in your inbox. • Work that ships and matters. What you build reaches real consumer brands fast. • A category we are creating. The Agent of Record is new ground, with unsolved problems and cutting-edge models, not a crowded field to compete in. • A team that respects your judgment. Globally distributed, async-first, low bureaucracy. We hire adults and treat you like one. • Great salary plus equity or stock grants. Own a piece of what you build. • Learning budget. If you are growing, so are we. • AI-fluency by default. Few places will push your work with production AI further or faster. OUR VALUES The people who thrive here are curious, customer-obsessed, and take ownership without being asked. They fix problems first and explain later. They're direct about feedback—both giving and receiving it—because they care more about getting things right than being polite. They maintain high standards …

About Remote Remote is solving modern organizations’ biggest challenge – navigating global employment compliantly with ease. We make it possible for businesses of all sizes to recruit, pay, and manage international teams. With our core values at heart and future focused work culture, our team works tirelessly on ambitious problems, asynchronously, around the world. You can find Remoters working from 6 different continents (Antarctica left to go!) and all of our positions are fully remote. With Innovation as one of the core values, we have built Automation and AI capabilities into the requirements for every role. We encourage every member of the Remote team to bring their talents, experiences and culture to the table to help us build the best-in-class HR platform. If you are energetic, curious, motivated and ambitious, be part of our world. Apply now and define the future of work! What this job can offer you Benefits at Remote is becoming the provider-agnostic, payroll-correct, compliance-monitored infrastructure layer that sits underneath every way Remote employs someone — Employer of Record, global payroll, PEO — and, increasingly, underneath any external HR system a customer brings. It stops being a standalone module people click through and becomes a layer other systems build on top of: invisible when it works, indispensable when it doesn't. Near term, this is a deeply integration-heavy role. You'll take over a live, high-stakes book of work: migrating benefit costs onto a unified payroll system across multiple carrier and broker paths, standing up retirement plan administration for US global payroll, building provider-agnostic cost ingestion so any customer can bring their own broker or carrier, making benefits data flowing out of clients' own HR systems land correctly in payroll, and resolving benefit-cost data-integrity incidents that touch real employee paychecks. This is hands-in-the-data work: reconciliation logic, eligibility files, settlement thresholds, migration sequencing. Longer term, this is a full-scope experience and unification role. As Remote consolidates fragmented, product-by-product benefits tooling into one administration platform, one cost-ingestion pipeline, and one source of truth, you'll own the vision and roadmap for making benefits behave consistently everywhere — the same primitives (offers, costs, enrollment, providers, statuses) working the same way across 90+ countries and across Employer of Record, global payroll, PEO, and HRIS-connected customers alike. You'll also own how that layer shows up for non-human consumers — APIs and agent-facing tooling — not just for people in a UI. This is a senior, high-autonomy role reporting into Product leadership, with regular exposure to Engineering, Payroll Operations, Partnerships, Finance, and Legal/Compliance. What you bring • Proven experience as a product manager owning complex third-party integrations (API and file/EDI-based) • A provider-agnostic mindset: you default to ingesting a customer's existing reality, and anticipating their future needs (their broker, their carrier, their HRIS) rather than forcing them onto a fixed set of embedded partners. • Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code is required. You must be able to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code/prototypes, not just write specs. • Comfort designing for systems as well as humans — you think in APIs and agent-facing tooling, not just dashboards, and can justify a feature by whether it makes a pay run more correct or compliant, not just whether it "feels complete." • Judgment to make both strategic calls (what to consolidate, what to prioritize, what to explicitly stop doing) and tactical ones (scope of a given integration) under real deadline pressure. • Excellent async written communication — you'll drive alignment across Engineering, Payroll Operations, Finance, Partnerships, and Legal without relying on meetings. • Bonus: Experience negotiating or managing commercial partnerships, not just technical integrations, as well as experience in related domains benefits, HR technology, payroll, insurance technology, or fintech Nice to have • Strong technical fluency: you can read a data-mapping spec, reason about sync and reconciliation logic, and hold your own in a design conversation with engineers about idempotency, settlement thresholds, or migration sequencing. Key responsibilities Own the Benefits infrastructure strategy — near-term integrations, long-term unification • Drive the roadmap for how Remote connects to carriers, third-party administrators, benefits administration platforms, and customers' own HR systems — deciding where we build deeper integrations, where we consolidate, and where we offboard partners that no longer fit. • Own the longer-term shift from fragmented, product-specific benefits tooling toward one administration platform, one cost-ingestion pipeline, and one consistent experience across Employer of …

An Introduction to Primer Primer is the unified infrastructure for global payments. We give finance and payments teams the visibility and control to reduce complexity, improve performance, and capture more revenue - all from a single platform. Watch our showcase > https://primer.io/the-primer-showcase Read up on our $100m Series C https://www.primer.io/blog/series-c Learn more about our culture > https://primer.io/careers Primer is looking for a Security Engineer to help us detect, investigate, and respond to threats across our cloud infrastructure. You'll take ownership of a meaningful slice of our detection and response capability — tuning what our SIEM catches, building the automation that speeds up how we react, and being a first responder when something looks wrong. What you'll be doing • Plan and deliver detection and response work end-to-end — from a new detection rule to a fully automated response — within your area of ownership. • Build, tune and maintain detections across our SIEM (Elastic) and AWS environment, closing gaps that existing coverage misses. • Own an investigation queue: triage, investigate, escalate and resolve security incidents, and write up findings clearly enough to stand on their own. • Build runbooks and automations (Python, and no-code tools like Zapier or Tines) to cut manual work out of triage and response. • Make and document risk decisions in your area, and know when to pull in others. • Support our compliance programme by keeping the controls you own audit-ready and contributing evidence for audits (e.g. SOC 2, PCI DSS). • Use Terraform and Python to build and maintain the infrastructure behind your detections and tooling. • Join our on-call rotation for incident response and monitoring. What we're looking for • Hands-on experience building and tuning detections in a SIEM (Elastic preferred; Splunk, Sentinel or similar also welcome) • Experience with AWS and cloud-native detection and response • Comfortable with Python for scripting and automation • Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code • Working knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK • Real experience triaging, investigating and resolving security incidents • Clear, structured written communication Nice to have • Experience with no-code security automation / SOAR-style tooling • Exposure to compliance frameworks like PCI DSS, SOC 2 or ISO 27001 • Background in fintech, payments or another regulated industry A TYPICAL INTERVIEW PROCESS • An initial intro call with a Talent Partner • An interview with the Hiring Manager • Challenge Stage - Contextualised to the role • A final, values-alignment interview WHAT'S THE CULTURE LIKE AT PRIMER?
