Senior EMEA Marketing Manager

À distance ✓EN
L

We're looking for a Senior EMEA Marketing Manager to lead marketing in the region, in close collaboration with Sales, with field activities and events as the core part of the role. This is a senior, individual-contributor position for someone who knows how great regional B2B marketing programs are built — from tactics through hands-on execution — and who's looking to shape and build the approach rather than run a standard playbook. You'll join a growing international marketing team in an essential role for the team and business, reporting to the International Marketing Director. You'll take full ownership of the EMEA field calendar and act as the region's on the ground presence, with the scope to also contribute to broader regional marketing campaigns. In this role, you'll get to innovate and design impactful, memorable experiences that drive real results. Responsibilities: • Own the EMEA field calendar end-to-end — from tactics and planning through execution and post-event follow-through, across owned events, third-party conferences, sponsorships, executive roundtables, and partner co-marketing events etc. • Lead regional sponsorship approach and vendor management — negotiate sponsorship packages and deliverables, coordinate on assets and work with agencies, partners and vendors. • Design differentiated, memorable experiences — go beyond the standard execution model to create formats that genuinely engage audiences and build awareness around the brand. • Partner closely with EMEA Sales — work hand-in-hand with Sales and SDR teams on field activities, on-site engagement, and structured post-event follow-up. Act as a confident, credible voice with internal stakeholders to represent Marketing. • Own reporting and ROI — track leads, pipeline capture, and spend against your Marketing activities and campaigns, and report results back to leadership. • Operate independently — take action and define approach, budget requests, format, and vendors in line with Sales needs and international Marketing strategy . • Contribute to other regional marketing campaigns — digital or ABM-style programs, expanding scope over time. Qualifications: • 8+ years’ experience in similar marketing role with a focus on events and field campaigns for B2B SaaS • Track record owning a full event calendar end-to-end: strategy, budget, execution, and post-event reporting, with close interaction and exchange with sales • Direct experience negotiating sponsorships and managing multiple vendors and stakeholders simultaneously • Hands-on experience with a CRM (Salesforce or similar), a marketing automation platform (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar), and event management tools (Splash, Bizzabo, Cvent, or similar) • Experience supporting or executing regional campaigns alongside field and events is a plus (digital, regional, localisation, ABM-style programs) • Experience working across or with different European markets, e.g. DACH or Central EU, an additional language is a plus. • Cultural awareness and sensitivity operating across EMEA markets • Confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude, comfortable guiding internal stakeholders and operating independently. About LaunchDarkly: Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations. The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by: • Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages • Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts • Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize • Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types • Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability At LaunchDarkly, we believe in the power of teams. We're building a team that is humble, open, collaborative, respectful and kind. We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.

Businesses across industries such as travel, e-commerce, and insurance use Pliant to manage complex payment workflows with cards, backed by credit lines Pliant underwrites itself. Fintechs and software platforms embed Pliant's payment infrastructure into their own products, from API-based Cards-as-a-Service to fully white-label solutions. Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Berlin, Pliant serves 5,000+ businesses and 40+ partners across Europe and the United States. A principal member of Visa and Mastercard, Pliant issues commercial cards in 13 currencies across 32 countries — under its own European e-money license and with licensed partners in the UK and US. Learn more at http://www.getpliant.com/www.getpliant.com http://www.getpliant.com ABOUT THE ROLE Join us as our next Senior Product Designer, Design systems and help build the world's best corporate credit card experience. This role blends hands-on product design with deep design-system ownership. You'll split your time between shipping product features embedded in a team and owning the evolution of our design system — both are core to the role, not one squeezed in around the other. On the design-system side, you'll maintain and improve it and lead its evolution for AI-assisted workflows. You'll bring structure and craft to our product's user experience, work across our web and mobile applications, and become the owner of the system that keeps everything consistent as we scale across product teams, internal tools, and data dashboards. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to shape our roadmap and deliver new features, all while raising the quality and consistency bar through a world-class design system. Pliant has design in its DNA – our design team reports directly to one of the founders. Although our team is small, we thrive on finding the best solutions to design problems, and we hire people who have a keen interest in shaping our expansion and being part of the journey for years to come. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, are a proactive designer, love challenging how design work gets done, and want to shape the future of product design with AI while making a direct impact, this role is for you. Although we have Berlin listed as the main location, we value flexibility to work remotely or hybrid from one of our hubs (Berlin, London, Vienna, Helsinki). If not based in Berlin, you ideally must be able to join team meetings throughout the year and be within a +/- 3 hour of GMT timezone. Please attach your CV and portfolio with your application. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Own the design system domain: Be the accountable owner of our design system – components, tokens, patterns, and documentation – keeping it consistent and high-quality as the team and product grow. • Design product day to day: Embed in a product team and design end-to-end features across our web platform, mobile app, internal tools, and dashboards – from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and prototypes. • Take the design system into the AI era: Restructure our tokens, components, and documentation so AI agents can read and use them, enabling prototypes that map one-to-one to our code. Close the gap between what we design and what we ship. • Partner closely with engineering: Keep the design system and codebase in sync – aligning naming, tokens, and component APIs so design and code stay 1:1. • Raise the consistency bar: Define and champion standards, review component usage across flows, and help other designers move faster within a shared system. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders from discovery through delivery, ensuring smooth implementation of your designs. • Wear multiple hats when needed: We're a lean team, and everyone steps up to support different design needs. You're not afraid to jump into projects outside your main scope to drive company success. WHAT YOU’LL BRING • 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or digital design (agency or in-house), with at least 1 year in a senior or lead role. • Deep, demonstrable expertise in design systems – you've built, scaled, and governed a design system, not just consumed one. • Strong command of component architecture, design tokens, theming/modes, and documentation, with a systematic approach to naming and structure. • Advanced Figma skills – variables, modes, component properties, and auto-layout. You build systems, not just screens. • A solid understanding of how design systems map to front-end code (tokens, …

A Different Kind of Engineering Role Software engineering is changing, and we're changing with it. At CouponFollow, we're moving beyond the traditional senior software engineer model to something we think is the future: the Product Engineer. Product Engineers don't implement tickets. They own outcomes. They understand the business deeply, work project-by-project on the problems that matter most, and use AI throughout the development lifecycle to operate with a scope and speed that wasn't possible a few years ago. This is a new model, and we're learning as we go. We're looking for people who find that exciting, who want to help define what next-generation engineering looks like rather than follow a playbook someone else wrote. About the Role We're expanding our portfolio of internal products that power one of CouponFollow's key revenue-generating businesses. As a Senior Product Engineer , you'll own the next generation of tools that make our Paid Traffic operations faster, smarter, and more scalable . Your scope is edge-to-edge : from sitting with business stakeholders to understand a problem, through designing and building the solution with modern AI-assisted tooling, to deploying it, measuring its impact, and continuously improving it in production. You'll partner closely with a dedicated Technical Product Manager and business stakeholders to decide what gets built, why it matters, and how technology can create measurable value for the business and our customers . The Team You'll join our Revenue & Partnerships Engineering team , made up of Product Engineers and a QA Engineer, reporting to the Engineering Manager. Ownership on the team takes different shapes: some engineers own new products from concept through production, while others focus on making our existing stable of products great. In every case, engineers are expected to understand the business problems behind their work and continuously improve the systems they run. What You'll Own • The automation platform supporting our Google Ads and Paid Traffic operations. • Partnership with the Technical Product Manager and business stakeholders to spot opportunities and translate business needs into scalable software. • Design, delivery, and operation of production-grade applications built with modern AI-assisted development tools. • Continuous improvement of business workflows by automating repetitive processes and reducing operational complexity. • T echnical decisions on architecture, software quality, testing, observability, and long-term maintainability. What We Offer: • B2B contract with a U.S.-based company • Remote-first work environment • Flexible working hours • Hourly rate: $40-50 (Compensation paid in USD, with a fixed exchange rate of 1 USD = 4 PLN ) • 10 days (80 hours) of paid Recharge Days per year (after 6 months) • Annual bonus (min. 5% of yearly earnings) • $1,000 annual learning budget + paid learning time (up to 3h/week) • MyBenefit cafeteria program • Fully funded offsites • All necessary equipment and software & AI licenses provided • Real ownership and impact • Modern stack, no legacy baggage • Space to experiment and innovate • A culture that’s still startup-like: fast, pragmatic, and low on bureaucracy

Sr Growth Marketer (f/m/x)

À distance ✓EN

Most growth roles at this level are execution seats: run the campaigns someone else planned, report the numbers, wait for direction. This one isn't that. You'll own performance channels and CRO end-to-end — what we spend, where, and why — and use AI to do the work of a much bigger team. doinstruct builds software that helps organizations train and enable their frontline teams — the people in factories, logistics hubs, construction sites, and manufacturing plants who are hardest to reach with conventional L&D. We're Series A funded, growing fast in Germany, and expanding into the US. The performance foundation exists, but GTM Engineering, the team that will eventually run automation and AI agents across growth, is still being built. You won't just use whatever tooling shows up later; you'll help shape what it needs to do. What you'll own • Own performance channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta) end to end: strategy, budget, and the number they produce, working closely with an agency to execute at scale. • Run experiments continuously across landing pages, funnels, and forms — always testing something, and documenting it in a way GTM Engineering can build on later. • Work daily in AI tools — Claude, Clay, Cursor or Lovable, n8n or Make — to move faster than a traditional performance team. GTM Engineering owns the infrastructure; you're the fluent user who tells them what's worth building next. • Turn spend and conversion data into a clear read on what's working, and change course fast when it isn't. • Bring a performance lens to our US expansion, and grow your scope as the channels you run prove themselves out. Who you are • 4-6 years in performance marketing/growth, in B2B SaaS, with real ownership of a budget and a number you were measured against. • Hands-on in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta — you've built the campaigns yourself, not just briefed someone else to. • A real CRO track record: you run experiments constantly and can talk through what you changed, what moved, and what you learned even when a test didn't go your way. • Comfortable in HubSpot, GA4, and Google Tag Manager — you can set up and troubleshoot your own conversion tracking. • Already using AI tools daily — Claude, Clay, Cursor or Lovable, n8n or Make — because it's genuinely how you get more done, not an experiment on the side. GTM Engineering owns the infrastructure; you just need to be a sharp user of it. • Fluent in German — this is a must, not a nice-to-have. What's different here You won't be handed a media plan and a set of guardrails. You'll be handed a budget, a target, and the room to figure out the fastest path there. That includes working closely with an agency — you know these channels well enough to run them yourself, which is what makes that relationship work — and helping define what AI and automation should take over as GTM Engineering builds it, rather than waiting for a finished system. Why doinstruct • Series A funded, 400+ customers, under 2% churn — growth here compounds on top of a product people actually keep. • We're moving AI-first as a company, which means the tools and support to go deep on AI-driven growth work, not just permission to try it quietly. • You're joining while the growth motion is still being built, so the systems you put in place are the systems that stick. • A real US expansion underway, which means your channel work doesn't stay confined to one market for long. What success looks like 3 months You've taken over your channels, you understand what's been tried in CRO and why, and you've shipped your first tests. You can tell us what's working and what isn't, with numbers behind both. 6 months You've got a repeatable testing rhythm running, at least one channel or conversion point looks meaningfully better than when you started, and AI tooling is visibly part of how you work rather than a side experiment. 12 months You own a bigger piece of the growth budget than you started with, because you've earned it. There's a clear, repeatable system for performance and CRO at doinstruct, and it's one you built. ____ At doinstruct, you can make full use of your skills and play an active role in the further development of our start-up. And yes, we attach great importance to a positive working atmosphere, maximum transparency, communication at eye level, and support every step of your personal and professional development. Even if you don't tick all of the boxes, but you are motivated and want to work with us, you are very welcome to apply. We embrace diversity and hire people based on their ability to perform a job. People of any race, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, political opinion, or marital status are welcome at doinstruct. _ For questions or remarks please reach out to our Talent Acquisition Manager, Leonard, at leonard.mielke@doinstruct.com.
