Senior Product Manager– Network Discovery

À distance ✓EN
I

About IP Fabric Join a pioneering force in network automation! At IP Fabric, we enable people to uncover the truth about their networks. Built by network professionals and industry experts, our innovative solutions are transforming how enterprises manage their networks. As a post-Series B company, we're expanding rapidly across Europe, the U.S., and beyond. Senior Product Manager – Network Discovery At IP Fabric, we help global enterprises uncover the truth about their networks. Our platform gives infrastructure, security, and operations teams the visibility they need to understand complex hybrid networks, reduce risk, and make better decisions. We are expanding our Product team with a Senior Product Manager to lead the Network Discovery product area, one of the most critical foundations of our platform. Network Discovery is where IP Fabric earns trust: collecting, interpreting, normalising, and modelling network data across vendors, technologies, and environments. This role is for a product leader with strong judgement, high ownership, and the ability to turn complex technical and customer problems into clear product decisions. You do not need to be a deep networking expert from day one, but you must be willing to go deep, learn fast, work closely with technical teams, and make sound decisions in ambiguity. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, pragmatic, and outcome-driven. Someone who does not wait for perfect information but can gather enough signal, make the right trade-offs, and move the product forward. In this role, you will • Lead the Network Discovery product area, including discovery capabilities, vendor and technology support, data quality, scalability, and related platform foundations. • Make high-quality product decisions in complex and ambiguous situations, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, business impact, and long-term product direction. • Work hands-on with Engineering, UX, Field teams, and customers to understand problems deeply, validate priorities, and turn discovery insights into clear product scope. • Own roadmap decisions for your area, including what we build, what we defer, and what we deliberately choose not to do. • Drive measurable customer outcomes by improving the reliability, coverage, speed, and usefulness of IP Fabric's network discovery capabilities. • Translate technical complexity into clear priorities, crisp problem statements, and actionable delivery plans. • Use customer evidence, product data, field input, and technical judgement to make prioritisation decisions, not just stakeholder pressure or the loudest request. • Partner closely with Engineering to shape solutions, manage trade-offs, and ensure we deliver product value with the right level of quality. • Raise the standard of product thinking across the organisation through clarity, ownership, and disciplined decision-making. • Use AI practically to improve product discovery, vendor support analysis, customer workflow understanding, prioritisation, documentation, and internal product practices. We are looking for • 8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B, enterprise software, infrastructure, platform, security, observability, networking, or another technically complex domain. • Strong product judgement: you can distinguish urgent from important, customer pain from customer preference, and strategic opportunities from distractions. • High agency: you take ownership, create momentum, and do not wait for someone else to define the next step. • Hands-on product leadership: you are comfortable writing problem statements, analysing customer input, reviewing technical trade-offs, shaping scope, and driving alignment yourself. • Practical use of AI in product work: you actively use AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, writing, synthesis, prioritisation, prototyping, customer understanding, and decision support. You do not treat AI as a novelty; you use it as part of how you work, think, and increase your leverage. • Strong prioritisation skills in complex stakeholder environments, especially where customer requests, technical debt, platform needs, and commercial pressure compete. • Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels, from product direction and roadmap trade-offs to specific feature scope, edge cases, and release readiness. • Customer fluency: you know how to speak with users, validate problems, identify patterns, and turn feedback into better product decisions. • Strong collaboration with Engineering: you can work with technical teams respectfully, challenge constructively, and make decisions that balance customer value with implementation reality. • Comfort with ambiguity: you can make progress without perfect data, while knowing when more discovery is needed before committing. • Clear communication: you can explain decisions, trade-offs, and priorities in a way that builds trust across Product, …

Imagine a World without borders, where opportunities are endless. That's the future of work, and what we are building at WorkMotion. Our remote-first team spans across the world, helping companies hire, onboard, and manage talent internationally through smart, flexible workforce solutions. Fast-paced, people-driven, and globally connected — we empower businesses to build teams without borders. More Than a Role We don’t just need a Junior Customer Success Manager — we need a relationship builder and strategic advisor. We’re looking for someone who gets their energy from building trusted partnerships, navigating complexity, and driving long-term impact within high-value accounts, while keeping a sharp, analytical focus on how their work delivers real business impact. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to stay in their lane. You’ll be at the center of it all —supporting account strategy, driving proactive engagement, and influencing customer outcomes — ensuring everything you touch is data-informed, relationship-driven, and commercially aligned with our wider goals. You won’t be a solo operator. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Product teams, bringing everything together to ensure consistency, impact, and momentum across the board. Where Responsibility Meets Real Opportunity As a Junior CSM, you will: ● Own and support the success of a high-value client portfolio ● Drive structured account planning and proactive engagement, identifying risks and expansion opportunities ● Manage executive-level stakeholders and complex multi-country setups ● Monitor account health and metrics, ensuring long-term growth and retention ● Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to resolve escalations and optimize the client experience What we are looking for ● Minimum 1 year work experience in Customer Success, Sales or Business Development Representative roles ● Language: Native German. English: excellent verbal and written communication abilities. ● Energetic, Motivated: Displaying enthusiasm and a proactive attitude that drives engagement and inspires confidence in clients and team members ● Diligent Documentation: maintaining thorough and accurate records ● Customer-Centric Mindset: Every client matters! ● Relationship Building: develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance trust and satisfaction ● Time Management: capable of prioritizing tasks dynamically and efficiently to meet client needs ● Team Collaboration: work effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction ● Negotiation and influencing skills Bonus Points If You Bring ● System Knowledge: familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and Salesforce ● Experience in delivering product demonstrations and presentations. ● Experience with mid-market or enterprise clients Not Your Typical Team… We’re a team of motivated, and fully distributed crew that proves "remote" doesn't mean "disconnected." We don’t just “work” together — we create, challenge, and grow together. If you’re looking for an environment where your ideas are welcomed, your voice is heard, cross-collaboration on bold strategies thrive on collective brainpower and high-energy teamwork you’ll feel right at home. The Perks of Being Here ● Global, remote, and thriving: We're a global team of talented individuals spread across 26 countries. Our WorkFlex program lets you work from anywhere, anytime. Whether it's a beachside office or a cosy home office, the choice is yours. ● Your well-being is our priority: We know mental health matters, which is why we offer a dedicated Well-Being Day—a full day off just to recharge and relax. ● Get fit and stay active: Whether it’s yoga, weightlifting, or a quick jog—work out on your terms, at a discount with our subsidised gym memberships. ● Learn, grow, and develop: We believe in constant growth. With our Training & Development Allowance, you’ll have all the opportunities you need to keep expanding your skills and knowledge. ● Stay connected: Take part in exciting annual team meetups! ● Diversity is our superpower: We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. *Benefits vary depending on location due to local laws and regulations.
