Group Product Manager - ERP (f/m/d)

À distance ✓DE
J

Your mission JTL is one of the leading e-commerce platforms in the DACH market. Thousands of merchants run their business on our ERP, shop and fulfillment products every day, and ERP is the heart of it all: our largest product area and the anchor of the whole portfolio. We are now taking it through its biggest shift yet: from our proven on-premise ERP to a true cloud product. As Group Product Manager ERP, you own this area end to end: the strategy, the roadmap, and the team of product managers behind both the established product and the cloud transformation. What you'll do • You own product strategy and roadmap for JTL's ERP area, covering the established JTL-Wawi and the new ERP Cloud, and align both with the company's strategy. • You drive the ERP Cloud transformation from the product side: from MVP to a scalable cloud product, including a credible migration path for the existing merchant base, while the established product keeps delivering for the customers who run on it today. • You build, lead and develop the ERP product team, currently five product managers: clear goals, direct feedback, hiring, and individual development. • You own prioritization and outcomes across the ERP teams: you allocate capacity between transformation and established product, arbitrate priority conflicts among your PMs, and hold the team accountable to outcomes, not output, with goals and KPI trees that make adoption, retention and revenue impact visible. • You ensure your PMs run rigorous discovery and coach them on method and quality; decisions in your area are evidence-based. • You are a credible counterpart to Engineering leadership: you align priorities, product decisions and delivery expectations at eye level, and keep a roadmap that is credible to senior stakeholders and resilient to challenge. • You partner with Marketing, Sales, GTM and Support as the voice of the ERP area: you create transparency on roadmap and trade-offs, ensure launches are commercially prepared, and keep stakeholders up to C-level informed. • You drive AI enablement in your area: you role-model AI usage, embed it into your team's PM workflows (research, analysis, documentation), and make sure AI opportunities in the ERP products are identified and executed. Your profile • 3-5 years of experience in product management in B2B SaaS or complex product environments, including several years leading product managers with direct people responsibility: hiring, feedback and development. • You have taken an established product through a major platform shift, ideally desktop or on-premise to cloud/SaaS, from the product side, and you know the dual-track reality of running today's business while building tomorrow's. • A track record of prioritizing under pressure: you have made capacity trade-offs transparent and defensible, up to C-level. • Outcome orientation and data literacy: you have run teams on KPI trees, adoption and retention goals, and course-corrected on evidence. • Domain depth in ERP, commerce operations or adjacent workflow-heavy B2B software (orders, invoicing, stock, fulfillment) is a strong plus; genuine curiosity for merchant workflows is a must. • Hands-on experience using AI in your own work and driving its adoption in a team's workflows and products. • German is a strong plus: English is our internal working language, but redesigning deeply German merchant workflows requires German. What you'll find You lead the largest product area of a profitable, growing company and own its most important transformation end to end, with a direct line to the VP Product and a real mandate over roadmap and team. Remote-first, with occasional on-site days, mainly in our office in Hürth (NRW), for workshops, planning and team days. Why us? • Remote-first within Germany, with the option to work remotely from eligible countries for up to 180 days per year • Meal allowance of up to €115 net per month • Ergonomic workspace allowance for your home office setup • Regular team events, company-wide gatherings, and summer and Christmas parties to stay connected as a remote-first company • EGYM Wellpass and JobRad subsidy • Financial benefits including capital-forming payments (Vermögenswirksame Leistungen) and a company pension scheme

Responsabilités:

• You own product strategy and roadmap for JTL's ERP area, covering the established JTL-Wawi and the new ERP Cloud, and align both with the company's strategy. • You drive the ERP Cloud transformation from the product…

AI Engineer

À distanceEN
O

Description Do you think like an engineer first, and a language specialist second? We are looking for engineers who want to build the next generation of cloud-native financial technology. Our platforms run on .NET and Java, but we are not looking for C# or Java developers (or Python developers, or developers of any other language). We are looking for software engineers , because what matters is that you can reason about distributed systems, become productive quickly in an unfamiliar codebase — including one written in a language you have not used before — and use AI as a real engineering partner rather than an autocomplete tool. We build a cloud-native core banking platform that safeguards billions of euros of real customers' money. The bar for reliability , scalability , and security is exceptionally high, and we are continuously reinventing how we build software. If you want to help shape the future of engineering rather than watch it happen, we'd love to talk to you. Briefing Ohpen launched the world's first cloud-native core banking platform . We don't just use technology — we build it, and we operate it in production for regulated financial institutions. You'll join a cross-functional team with end-to-end ownership of a domain: design , build , deploy , operate , support. Not a ticket queue. Deployment is where the value gets delivered, so it isn't a step you hand to another team once the code is written. You'll be accountable for how your services behave in production, not only for how they look at code review. You'd be working on a platform that has been live and evolving for more than a decade. A lot of the work is understanding, extending, and safely replacing systems that carry real business logic for real clients. The interesting problem here is not writing code quickly — that is now cheap. It is knowing what to change, what it will break, and how to prove it worked. AI is a first-class tool in that work (expected, not just tolerated). You'll use it to build context on unfamiliar code, explore designs, generate and review implementations, and remove routine work. You stay in the driver's seat : you decide what to accept, what to challenge, and when the model is confidently wrong. About You • You're a generalist by instinct. You've worked in more than one language or platform, and you'd learn another if the job needed it. • You've run what you built. Distributed , event-driven backend systems in production — headless, API-first, where the numbers had to be right and downtime had real consequences. • You think in systems. Where the coupling sits, what a change is likely to break, how the pieces talk to each other. You will design clear boundaries around complex banking domains, keep API changes backward compatible, and choose simple designs by default. For workflows where reads, writes, and audit requirements differ, you’ll use separate models when the trade-off earns its cost. • You're comfortable in code you didn't write. Working out how an existing system actually does, rather than what its documentation claims, is a skill you enjoy using. • You use AI deliberately . You know how to give a model the context it needs, how to direct it on a large unfamiliar codebase, and judge whether what comes back is any good. You have opinions about where it helps and where it doesn't. • You own things in production. Cloud , infrastructure as code , CI/CD , and observability are part of your job, not another team's. We run on AWS with Terraform, GitHub Actions, OpenTelemetry, EventBridge, SNS and SQS, but equivalent experience on any major cloud is just as welcome. • You make your reasoning clear. You can challenge a colleague or client directly and respectfully, explaining the trade-off and proposing a better path. Why us? • Cutting-edge technology in fintech • Highly qualified colleagues to learn from • A friendly, multicultural environment where you can learn, grow, and make an impact • Hybrid working setup with flexible hours • Work from Anywhere policy • Language classes and continuous learning and development • Home office setup support • Mental health and wellbeing support • Weekly team lunches, wellbeing activities, and regular team events Ready to join us? We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment. Haven't updated your CV in a while? Apply with your LinkedIn profile instead, or send the recruiter a message. Everyone gets a response within a week, usually sooner. Optional, and it won't count against you if you skip it: send us a short video showing or telling whatever best captures how you think about code, systems, and working with AI. We can't wait to hear from you.

Your designs won't end up in a drawer; you'll take them from the first client workshop all the way to production, working with international startups, scale-ups, and enterprise clients, side by side with a world-class UX team and developers who genuinely care about design. It's a permanent, full-time role: fixed monthly salary and full benefits from day one. Why intent? We've been designing and co-creating connected devices since 2008: wearables, smart audio, and health-tech hardware for clients like Oura, BOSE, and McIntosh, backed by investors like a16z and Founders Fund. We're 60+ people, fully remote, and we've been AI-native since before LinkedIn influencers discovered the term. If you've ever designed a pairing flow and felt weirdly proud when the LED actually blinked, you already get why we love what we do. Who this role is NOT for Who this role is NOT for If most of your portfolio consists of websites, branding, or UX work, this probably isn’t the right role for you. We’re looking for a strong visual designer who has meaningfully contributed to at least four commercial iOS or Android apps and can turn wireframes into distinctive, polished interfaces. This role also won’t suit someone who waits for fully defined requirements or a daily list of tickets. You should be comfortable starting from a loose brief, making sensible assumptions, and owning the visual direction from the first workshop through to production. What you'll do • Conduct UI direction workshops that turn the client’s vision, benchmarks, and often loosely defined brand, sometimes limited to a logo, colors, and typography, into a clear direction for the product UI. Guide clients in translating and scaling their brand personality into the digital world, showing how it can come to life in a mobile app in a way that feels distinctive and engaging, while remaining accessible and easy to use. • Create design system, high-fidelity mockups, micro-animations, and prototypes for new and existing products and features, mostly native iOS and Android apps • Design interfaces where software meets hardware: pairing flows, device status, sensor data visualization • Support projects from initial design to final production, in close collaboration with developers, QA, and PMs • Help implement and develop our branding, and create graphic materials that strengthen our recognition across digital channels. • Push and experiment with new ideas, trends, and tools, and turn the good ones into team standards • Share knowledge within and outside of intent: chapter sessions, tech talks, the design community • Use AI tools as part of your daily workflow, not as a party trick. What we're looking for • 4+ years of commercial UI design experience, including substantial hands-on work on at least four native mobile app projects. This is a mobile-first role, so web-only experience or a single mobile project won’t be sufficient. • Advanced Figma skills: design systems built on components and auto-layouts, and files other designers can actually navigate • Hands-on experience designing interfaces for IoT and connected devices (not "I read about it once") • A broad portfolio of visually rich work you're proud to walk us through • Solid knowledge of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and Android platform guidelines, paired with a real passion for mobile technology • Some experience with motion and animation, not only static screens • A strong aesthetic sense and the ambition to create beautiful, useful apps, not just boring screens. • Very good English (C1), because our clients are mostly US-based • Confidence presenting designs to clients and explaining your decisions; joining pre-sales calls with potential clients doesn't scare you • Initiative, ownership, and the kind of communication where people don't have to guess what you meant. Nice to have • Experience designing for wearables, health-tech, or smart audio • The basics of Photoshop and Illustrator • Motion design tools: After Effects, Rive, Lottie, or similar How we work Fully remote with an office in Warsaw if walls and coffee machines motivate you, but nobody will ask why you're not there. Working hours are flexible: most of the team operates between 10:00 and 18:00 CET, and that's when most meetings happen. Evening calls with US-based clients (up to ~20:00) are part of the rhythm, sometimes a couple of times a week, always planned ahead. You'll be part of the UX/UI Design chapter for knowledge-sharing and growth, and simultaneously on a project squad led by a PM for day-to-day delivery, working alongside mobile and firmware engineers, QA, and UX designers. What you'll get • 15,500-22,000 PLN net/month on B2B, depending on your experience • 26 days of paid …

Responsabilités:

• Conduct UI direction workshops that turn the client’s vision, benchmarks, and often loosely defined brand, sometimes limited to a logo, colors, and typography, into a clear direction for the product UI.

Staff Product Manager - ERP (f/m/d)

Your mission JTL is one of the leading e-commerce platforms in the DACH market. Thousands of merchants run their business on our ERP, shop and fulfillment products every day, and ERP is the heart of it all: our largest product area and the anchor of the whole portfolio. We are now taking it through its biggest shift yet: from our proven on-premise ERP to a true cloud product. As Staff Product Manager, you work at the heart of this shift as a senior individual contributor: you drive the most complex product problems of the ERP area together with the teams around you, and you raise the craft bar for the whole PM team. What you'll do • You own product strategy and roadmap for a significant slice of the ERP area, centered on the ERP Cloud transformation and its interfaces to the established JTL-Wawi, and you align cross-team dependencies with the overall strategy. • You drive the most complex, most interconnected product problems in the area, the ones that span multiple teams, touch the platform, and decide whether the transformation succeeds, and you solve them together with engineering, design and the PMs involved. • You drive prioritization across team interfaces and keep a roadmap that is credible to senior stakeholders and resilient to challenge. • You set the discovery quality bar in the team: decisions in your area are evidence-based, and you proactively surface unmet customer needs across adjacent teams. • You own competitive positioning for your area: you identify whitespace and differentiation opportunities and bring market reality into prioritization. • You make impact measurable in adoption, retention and revenue, and you establish experimentation and evaluation practices where viable. • You own commercial outcomes for your area and drive launch and go-to-market readiness together with Marketing, Sales, GTM and Support. • You are a credible counterpart to your engineering team: you bring clearly framed problems and intended value, respect the team's ownership of solution and delivery, and partner on team-level architecture decisions, anticipating technical risk early. Your profile • 3-5 years of experience in product management in B2B SaaS or complex product environments, with a track record as a senior individual contributor: you have owned large, complex product areas end to end and delivered measurable outcomes. • You have shipped through a major platform shift or migration, ideally desktop or on-premise to cloud/SaaS, and you know the dual-track reality of running today's business while building tomorrow's. • Visible evidence that you make PM teams better through expertise: standards, frameworks, artifacts or coaching that other product managers actually adopted. • A track record of prioritizing under pressure: you have made trade-offs transparent and defensible, up to senior leadership. • Outcome orientation and data literacy: you have run your area on KPI trees, adoption and retention goals, and course-corrected on evidence. • Domain depth in ERP, commerce operations or adjacent workflow-heavy B2B software (orders, invoicing, stock, fulfillment) is a strong plus; genuine curiosity for merchant workflows is a must. • Hands-on experience using AI in your own work, and you set the standard for AI-enabled product work in a team. • German is a strong plus: English is our internal working language, but redesigning deeply German merchant workflows requires German. What you'll find You work on the defining product problems of a profitable, growing company's most important transformation, in a senior expert role with real autonomy and direct impact on the product, no detour through people management. Real mandate and short decision paths.

Hi! We are AMBOSS and we are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our Educator Experience team, and shape the future of medical education with us! About AMBOSS AMBOSS is a dynamic learning and clinical decision support tool committed to empowering physicians globally to deliver optimal care. Since our inception in 2012, we've harnessed cutting-edge technology to transform the way physicians acquire and apply scientific knowledge. Each AMBOSSian is passionate about being the champion of clinicians today - this motivates and unites us each day towards success. And what does success look like? When a clinician or med student tells us, “AMBOSS makes practicing medicine easier and enjoyable. I love what I do, and a big part is because of AMBOSS.” Why can this position be exciting for you? We are AMBOSS, and we’re looking for a Backend Engineer in the Educator Experience team. Engineers at AMBOSS are at the forefront of shaping user experience for doctors and students, helping them make critical decisions, ultimately impacting the healthcare of billions of people worldwide. We are looking for someone with a passion for technology who wants to keep growing their engineering craft while helping the team raise its bar. We work AI-first: agentic tools like Claude Code are part of our daily engineering workflow, and we are looking for someone excited to help shape how software gets built in this new era. Join our agile team on a mission to enable institutions (like educational clinics, medical schools) to use AMBOSS resources efficiently and effectively when teaching their learners (e.g. residents and students). You will: • Actively contributing to engineering projects within our new B2B product “Educator Tool”, from conception to completion. • Apply best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability, and help us improve them. • Use AI and agentic tools (like Claude Code) across the development lifecycle, from exploration and implementation to testing and code review. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine project requirements and specifications. • Address Ad-Hoc requests from customer support channels. • Share your knowledge within the AMBOSS community, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and growth. You bring: • Solid hands-on experience with PHP and at least one of its modern frameworks (such as Symfony, Slim, Laravel), plus MySQL. • Solid experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code (or similar), and exposure to agentic engineering workflows. • Experience across the web development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance; exposure to requirements analysis and system design is a plus. • Experience building and integrating APIs (GraphQL and/or RESTful) and working with relational database design. • Familiarity with SOLID principles, clean code, and common design patterns, and interest in applying them in day-to-day work. • Proficient in using Git for version control, including branching, merging, and code review processes. • Good problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ambition to take on increasingly complex technical challenges. • Good verbal and written communication skills in English, able to explain technical concepts clearly to different stakeholders. • Curiosity, being interested in optimizing processes, learning domain’s ins and outs. • Taking initiatives, having analytical mindset, being proactive and solution-oriented. • A sense of ownership and the drive to see topics through. You enjoy: • Collaborative deep work. You thrive in a balance of focused coding time and collaborative design sessions. You're equally comfortable whiteboarding with designers, pair programming with engineers, or diving deep into a complex problem solo. • Teaching and enabling others. You light up when explaining complex concepts in simple terms, and you enjoy mentoring teammates and sharing knowledge that levels up the whole team. • The details AND the big picture. You can obsess over the fine details of a user-facing flow one moment and architect a complete feature the next. You find satisfaction in both micro and macro optimizations. • Impact in a meaningful domain. You're excited that what you build helps medical educators teach more effectively and, ultimately, helps their learners become better clinicians. • Making the complex feel simple. You take pride in abstractions that hide complexity while remaining flexible. You enjoy the challenge of making powerful tools feel intuitive and approachable. • Systematic thinking with pragmatic execution. You love creating order from chaos and establishing patterns, but you also know when to ship an 80% solution that delivers value now rather than pursuing perfection.
