Morgan, CapitalG, and Lead Edge Capital. Learn more at grafana.com and follow us on LinkedIn and X . We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do. You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity. The Opportunity: In this role, you are responsible for executing regional marketing strategy and independently leading programs that drive measurable business outcomes. Working within regional priorities, you are trusted to make decisions, adapt plans as conditions change, and take ownership of program performance from planning through results. Approximately 50% of your work is self-directed, requiring sound judgment, strong prioritization, and accountability for outcomes. Success in this role comes from balancing execution with strategic thinking, identifying opportunities for improvement, and sharing best practices that increase team effectiveness. You are expected to leverage AI as a core part of your work, applying it thoughtfully to improve productivity, scale repeatable processes, and enhance decision-making. This includes identifying where AI can create efficiencies, where human judgment remains essential, and developing workflows that can be adopted across the team. What you'll be doing: • Lead regional marketing programs from planning through execution and retrospective, including program strategy, budget management, goal setting, delivery, and performance reporting. • Execute ABM and regional marketing initiatives, partnering closely with Sales and SDR teams while contributing to prioritization and program planning. • Independently manage day-to-day decisions, proactively address risks, and escalate issues when appropriate. • Serve as a proficient user of core marketing platforms, including Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and tooling. • Develop and document AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across marketing operations, event execution, and reporting. • Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation across regional marketing programs and contribute to the development of shared team processes and best practices. • Analyze program performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. • Plan and manage projects independently, set realistic timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver on commitments. • Provide guidance and support to Associates, contractors, and other team members on shared initiatives. • Build expertise in Grafana's go-to-market strategy, regional marketing programs, and the ecosystem of channels, vendors, and partners that support growth. What Makes you a Great Fit: • 3-5 years in field or regional marketing, or events, including end-to-end ownership of programs • Strong project, time, and stakeholder management, with consistent attention to detail • Independent proficiency with Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com or similar • Demonstrated experience operationalizing AI in marketing work: reusable prompts, documented processes, or lightweight automations • Open source go-to-market motion and the regional market a plus • Willingness to travel approximately 40% • Nice to have: French — a plus for localisation work, but not required; the role operates in English. What success looks like at this Level: • The program you own runs cleanly, from start to finish, and hits its goals. • You keep moving as priorities shift, without direction at each step. • Problems get caught and handled before a customer ever feels them. • Your reporting leaves people with a story and a lesson, not just numbers. • The AI workflows you build get picked up by others, so the team produces more without adding headcount. • You find and close process gaps, and the junior teammates you guide do better work for …

Senior Account Executive, Enterprise (m/w/d)

Was ist Deine Aufgabe? Beacon Biosignals is transforming precision medicine for the brain, from clinical development to clinical care. For Life Sciences partners, we offer the leading at-home EEG platform for clinical development of novel therapeutics for neurological, psychiatric, and sleep disorders. Our Diagnostics business is building the most comprehensive at-home platform for precision diagnostics, combining EEG and cardiopulmonary signals to deliver reimbursable assessments for sleep and central nervous system disorders. Together, we're changing the way patients are diagnosed and treated for any disorder that affects brain physiology. Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Machine Learning engineer! As part of Beacon's analytics and machine learning domain, you'll work alongside fellow data scientists, neuroscientists, engineers, and clinicians to scope, build, deploy, and maintain the machine and deep learning models that analyze brain and biosignal data for advancing sleep, neurological, and psychiatric therapy development. At Beacon, we've found that cultural and scientific impact is driven most by those who lead by example. As such, we're always seeking out new contributors whose work demonstrates innate curiosity, a bias toward simplicity, an eye for composability, a self-service mindset, and—most of all—a deep empathy toward colleagues, stakeholders, users, and patients. We believe a diverse team builds more robust systems and achieves higher impact. Beacon's robust asynchronous work practices ensure a first-class remote work experience, but we also have in-person office hubs in Boston, New York City and Paris. What success looks like • Participate in and lead the entire biosignal-based algorithm development lifecycle for medical devices including specifications and requirements gathering, data curation and labeling, development, failure-analysis, production, maintenance, and documentation. • Select, implement, and develop the most appropriate method for each problem, knowing when to apply deep learning techniques and when other methods are more effective. • Enhance our internal deep learning and machine learning tools to boost team efficiency, introduce new model architectures and algorithmic techniques, and refine the codebase to encourage reusability where needed to enable rapid experimentation. • Spread and improve our best practices to ensure algorithm implementations are user-friendly, well-documented, and thoroughly tested, including unit tests, comprehensive documentation, CI, and non-regression testing. • Present results to key stakeholders and assist them in utilizing algorithms for client engagement. • Support the client-facing projects to understand and shape the impact Beacon algorithms have for our customers, both for existing deployed algorithms, and future algorithm development. What you will bring • You have more than 4 years of industry experience in machine learning and deep learning, particularly in health sciences or other regulated fields, with a proven track record of bringing algorithms into production. • You are experienced with digital signal processing (DSP) and statistics and care about using the right tool for the job, which in many cases might not be machine learning or deep learning. • You are proficient in using PyTorch (preferred) or other deep learning frameworks for training, developing, and deploying deep learning models. • You are familiar with latest Deep Learning advances (Transformer/ViT, large scale modeling, large model training, ...) • You follow and adopt best practices in software and ML engineering, including testing, version control, code reviews, documentation, Dockerization, CI/CD, and experiment tracking. • You are familiar with biosignals, medical imaging data, or large time-series datasets, or are enthusiastic about learning more in the domain. • You thrive in a team environment, recognizing that collaboration, open communication, and continuous feedback are essential for collective success. • You are able to distill, discuss, and present complex technical topics in a way that is appropriate for the audience at hand, both internally and externally. • You are excited to participate in the entire algorithm development lifecycle, which spans scoping, data wrangling, algorithm development/experimentation, formal validation, quality/regulatory documentation, production deployment, and working with clients who might benefit from these algorithms. The base salary range for this role is determined based on past experience, specific skills and qualifications. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which includes equity, PTO and other benefits. At Beacon, we've found that cultural and scientific impact is driven most by those that lead by example. As such, we're always seeking new contributors whose work demonstrates an avid curiosity, a bias towards simplicity, an eye for composability, a self-service mindset, and - most of all - …

ABOUT ENODE The grid was built for predictable, centralised power. Today it's absorbing intermittent supply from grid scale solar and wind, alongside dynamic demand from EVs, heat pumps, and home batteries. The missing piece is software that can connect and orchestrate these devices at scale. Enode https://enode.com provides the infrastructure layer that makes this possible. Our Connect https://enode.com/connect API gives energy companies a single integration to 1000+ devices across 80+ brands. Our optimisation https://enode.com/optimize tooling gives energy companies the building blocks to manage those devices locally - think smart charging for EVs. Our Flex https://enode.com/flex product turns those connected devices into a flexible, controllable asset for energy companies. We work with device manufacturers across the energy hardware ecosystem - from EV brands to heat pump and solar inverter producers. Our customers are energy retailers, utilities, and traders building the next generation of energy services. We're backed by Y Combinator, Lowercarbon Capital, and Creandum. The decisions made now will shape how the energy system gets built. We're looking for people who take ownership, move fast, and care deeply about the role technology can play in the energy transition. AI IS FUNDAMENTAL TO HOW WE WORK AI is how a team our size keeps rewiring the way we work, fast enough to match what our mission demands. We look for people who reach for AI as a reflex and who can drop a habit that used to work. People who care about unblocking others, not just about what they ship themselves. If that's not quite how you work yet but it's the direction you're heading, we'd still like to hear from you. We assess this in our interview process, alongside everything else we look at. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We're hiring an Account Executive to close enterprise deals with energy retailers, and turn their customers EVs, heat pumps and batteries into flexible capacity the grid can actually use. Every retailer in Europe knows they need to do this. Very few have done it yet. The distance between a board approving a smart charging proposition and a customer plugging in at three in the morning because the price is low is where this role sits, and it gets closed by someone who can carry the commercial case and the technical one in the same conversation. Six months from now, this seat should mean every qualified opportunity in your markets has one person accountable for it, and the pattern of what actually wins is written down rather than held in someone's head. You'll report to Enode's VP of Revenue, who leads sales, customer success, customer engineering, marketing and partnerships. You'll join a team of account executives, working alongside customer success on the accounts you win and directly with our customer engineering managers through technical validation on every deal. You will carry a number and shape how we sell at the same time. There is more room to influence the motion here than at a company where it is already settled, and more expectation that you will use it. In this role, you will: • Own scoping, technical validation, negotiation and contracting for energy retailers and strategic accounts for your segment, and carry the number. • Become the person a Head of Product or Head of Innovation at a energy retailer calls before they have a formal project, because you understand their proposition and their market better than they expect from a vendor. • Map the full stakeholder landscape on every live deal, including the champions nobody introduces you to. Retailers buy this through a committee that spans product, IT, trading and procurement. • Build the case that makes a slow buyer move: what the alternative costs them, where a different approach falls short, why this budget cycle rather than the next one. • Scope a use case across Connect, our optimisation tooling and Flex without needing an engineer in the room, and know exactly when to pull a customer engineering manager in. • Run technical validation with your customer engineering counterpart, from the first sandbox conversation to an integration the customer trusts in production. • Turn your own wins into the materials, sequences and objection handling the rest of the team reuses, so the second deal of a given shape is faster than the first. THIS ROLE WILL BE RIGHT FOR YOU, IF: You have closed technical B2B deals with a real cycle, six months rather than six weeks, and you can name the specific things you did that moved them forward. You are more curious about how a customer's business works than about your own pitch, which is why you can hold a conversation about tariff design or device coverage without reaching for a demo. You are not put off by the fact that the playbook does not exist yet, because you would rather write it than inherit it. You do not need to have sold into energy before, but you should be able to say why you want …

We connect exceptional global talent with innovative technology and lifestyle companies worldwide. Our mission: everyone deserves equal access to opportunity, regardless of where they were born. Join our community of 25,000+ professionals building meaningful careers with leading international companies. About the Company You'll Be Working With You'll be joining a high-energy, fast-growing European consumer brand in the drinks space, with a strong digital presence, a passionate customer base, and a culture that genuinely cares about experience. This is a lean, dynamic team where your work has a direct and visible impact. The Opportunity We're building a bench of German-Speaking Customer Service Agents to support the brand's DACH customers during peak periods. This is a flexible, demand-based arrangement built around the brand's busiest moments, including monthly campaigns and bigger seasonal peaks like Black Week and the pre-Christmas period. Here's how it works: agents are guaranteed a baseline of 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to scale up significantly during peak periods. Planned hours will typically be communicated in advance (around a month ahead), with additional hours agreed at short notice if unexpected demand spikes come up. This is an initial fixed-term contract running through the end of Q4 2026, with the possibility of extension into 2027 depending on how demand tracks. This is a live chat-only role. You won't be on the phone, but you will be the face of the brand in writing, so strong written German is just as important as your customer service instincts. You'll be handling customer enquiries, resolving complaints, and making sure every interaction reflects the brand's standards. Because the work is concentrated around campaign bursts (typically 1–2 weeks at a time), we're looking for agents who are genuinely available and responsive during these windows, even if the exact days and hours have some flexibility. If you take pride in clear communication, stay calm when things get busy, and know your way around an ecommerce environment, we'd love to hear from you. You’ll shape the product direction, collaboration, and innovation across the company. • Recruit, develop, and retain outstanding talent and lead a high-impact team of product professionals. • Partner with engineering, sales, and marketing to shape go-to-market, pricing, and packaging, and bring your products to market successfully. • Monitor the market and competitive landscape for AI solutions to build a comprehensive product strategy. • You translate requirements from product, domain, and business teams into clear, actionable requirements and platform solutions that enable teams effectively. • Own the roadmap and product definition for your area, and contribute to the broader product strategy — grounded in research, customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market needs. • Actively seek internal and external feedback to iterate quickly on early prototypes, and help foster a healthy ecosystem around your products (developers, partners, customers, and community). Please keep in mind that we are describing the background that would best fit the role. Even if you don’t meet all the requirements, yet you are confident that you are up for the task, we absolutely want to get to know you! Blockchain is connecting the world to the future of finance. As the most trusted and fastest-growing global crypto company, it helps millions of people worldwide safely access cryptocurrency. Since its inception in 2011, Blockchain has earned the trust of over 90 million wallet holders and more than 40 million verified users, facilitating over $1 trillion in crypto transactions. You’ll be the hands-on security engineer embedded with the Institutional Trading and Financial Operations (FinOps) team. Your focus is the secure operation of off-chain trading processes and infrastructure that empowers our institutional business: integrations, signing flows, key custody interfaces, middle-office workflows, order routing and settle pipelines that handle significant capital. You will support risk assessments, operating controls, automation to detect operational anomalies and remediation coordination. This is a high-visibility role where you will focus on operational security engineering - ensuring that the tools and processes our traders use are resilient against both external threats and internal errors. This role does not require smart-contract auditing. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Partner with Trading, Middle Office and Quant (Institutional FinOps) teams to map out inventory trading systems, data flows, third-party integrations and custody/settlement touchpoints. • Conduct deep-dive assessments mapping critical assets and workflows to identify structural vulnerabilities. You will be responsible for defining the Target State and drafting the strategic Risk Treatment Plans (RTP) required to meet institutional-grade standards (e.g., CCSS, NIST, DORA). • Act as the primary security liaison for Senior Management and third-party vendors. You will translate complex technical gaps into actionable business risk summaries, drive vendor evaluations for core security infrastructure, and manage the project lifecycle for high-impact posture uplifts. • Implement and maintain monitoring for FinOps-specific security signals such as abnormal order patterns, signature misuse, unusual settlements. You will integrate these signals into our SIEM/SOAR for real-time response. • Support secrets and key-management hygiene. You will ensure app/service keys are stored in KMS/Vault, scoped to least privilege and rotated automatically to prevent credential leakage. • Assist product security in triage of SAST/SCA findings for FinOps-related repositories. You will help implement CI checks and remediation playbooks. • Participate in incident exercises, post-incident reviews and remediation tracking for trading incidents. • Document controls and produce concise risk summaries for FinOps leads and the Security. • AI-Driven Innovation: Research, architect, and safely embed cutting-edge AI utilities and Large Language Model (LLM) agents directly into our secure infrastructure. WHAT YOU WILL NEED • 5+ years in security engineering, platform security, or application security experience. • Proven expertise in Threat Modeling. Ability to perform structured reviews (e.g., STRIDE) of complex data flows and operational processes. • Experience with observability and detection tooling (SIEM, logs, metrics) and ability to write basic detection rules. • Practical experience with KMS/HSM, secrets management platforms (Vault, 1Password, AWS/GCP KMS), IAM patterns and least-privilege. • Exceptional ability to translate "Technical Debt" into Business Risk for C-suite stakeholders (CFO, CTO, Head of Trading). • Ability to raise, read and audit Pull Requests in at least one language used in our stack (TypeScript, Java/Kotlin, Python). • Experience conducting technical due diligence and scoping for third-party security integrations. NICE TO HAVE • Familiarity with trading systems or financial operations (market-making, execution, settlement) or close collaboration background with trading/quant teams. • Exposure to blockchain on-chain concepts (wallets, addresses, transactions) but no requirement to audit contracts. • Familiarity with SOC operations, and post-incident forensic analysis. • Familiarity with SOC2, ISO 27001, or financial audit requirements • Any relevant industry certification COMPENSATION & PERKS • Unlimited vacation policy; work hard and take time when you need it. • Unlimited books policy; order the technical resources you need or simply pick something up from our company library. • Apple equipment. • Full-time salary based on experience and meaningful equity in an industry-leading company. • Role based in our Paris office, with a mandatory in-office presence four days per week • Work from Anywhere Policy: You can work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 20 days per year.
