About Kaleidos and Penpot Kaleidos is the company behind Penpot, the first open-source design platform built for design and code teams to work together at the same scale. We're a horizontal organisation, with no traditional hierarchy, and our values are rooted in open-source principles, alongside honesty, feminism, work-life balance, transparency, generosity and joy in what we do. At Kaleidos, we have a genuine commitment to diversity in all its forms. Our team is made up of more than 50% women, and we'd love to welcome new colleagues who share our values, from whom we can keep learning and with whom we can keep building Penpot. What will your work be like? At Penpot, you'll take part in a range of projects and features across the product, with a strong focus on solving real problems identified by our users: improving their experience through new features, tackling pain points and bugs, and delivering quick wins with a direct impact on their day-to-day work. You'll be able to move across different parts of the product, so you'll quickly get up to speed with the context behind each problem and propose solutions that work for Penpot users worldwide. We're looking for someone with solid, well-established experience. You'll work within a horizontal team, where autonomy and shared decision-making are part of the role. What do we need We believe expertise can be gained in many ways, not just through a formal qualification. That's why we don't require a specific degree, but we do expect experience in the following: • Interest in or experience with reactive programming (at Penpot we use RxJS). • A background as a frontend developer (backend-for-frontend), with solid command of JavaScript, browser APIs, HTML and CSS, and experience with JS frameworks (we mainly use React). • Motivation to build robust, carefully crafted user interfaces. • Knowledge of, and hands-on experience with, functional programming. Day-to-day work is in ClojureScript, but you don't need to master it from day one: you can learn it as you go, drawing on LLM tools for support. • Regular use of LLMs (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, OpenCode...) as part of how you work. We've recently introduced agents into our day-to-day, and we keep an open, ongoing conversation about the use of AI. • Comfortable working in Linux environments. • Languages: a high level of spoken and written English. You'll need to read and write technical documentation, and speak with fluency and precision, as English is the first language for some kaleiders. You'll also need a functional level of Spanish (spoken and written), as many team meetings take place in this language. Earn extra points • Familiarity with Clojure or other functional languages (Scheme, Lisp...). • Knowledge of JavaScript testing (Jest, Cypress...) and end-to-end tests with Playwright. • Interest in solving user problems with new languages and frameworks. • Interest / knowledge in accessibility and responsible development. • Interest / knowledge in design systems and their integration with product development. • Previous experience or genuine interest in open-source projects. • Use of agile methodologies in a professional environment. • Background of collaboration in diverse teams (design, marketing, backend...). • Ability to ask the right questions to help product development. Who will you be working with? Meet the product team and your future colleagues at Kaleidos! What do we offer? • Salary : €60 - 67k (gross annual salary) • Permanent contract . We’re looking for someone to stay with us for the long run! • Flexible hours . Even better! We all work from 10am-2pm CET . You can work the rest of your hours whenever you want. We’re super flexible with your dates, you just need to make sure it’s fine with your team. • Choose the holiday calendar of where you live or from the headquarters (Madrid). • Continuous learning with internal and external training, conferences, and events (as a general rule we usually cover 100% of the cost). You’re encouraged to experiment with new best practices! • Language classes on the house (eng & span) : classes paid for by the company as part of your work schedule. • 2 PIWEEKs per year! HEAD OF DATA CENTER DESIGN ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring a Head of Data Center Design for our client — a company building a large-scale AI data center (with a planned capacity of 300 MW) in Poland, on a site currently undergoing active reconstruction into modern technological infrastructure. The first phase, with a capacity of 50 MW, is planned to go live this year. ROLE DESCRIPTION The Head of Data Center Design owns the overall technical design and architecture of the company's data centers, from initial site feasibility through approved engineering drawings. This role defines the technical vision — modular POD architecture, cooling strategy (including DLC), power topology, and reliability targets — and ensures that every design decision, from equipment selection to construction execution, stays aligned with that vision and meets company requirements. This is a hands-on technical authority role — the person must personally own decisions on power, cooling/DLC, and overall critical-infrastructure architecture, not just manage the design process. RESPONSIBILITIES • Own the overall technical design and architecture of the data centers • Define and maintain the Basis of Design: modular POD architecture, cooling strategy, power topology, fire suppression, networking • Set design standards for IT deployment (rack layout, containerization, CDU placement) • Lead design reviews and approve engineering drawings across disciplines (electrical, mechanical, structural, fire, networking) • Own PUE, capacity, and reliability targets at the design stage • Coordinate with equipment and technology partners on specs and integration requirements • Work with implementation teams to ensure construction execution matches approved design intent • Evaluate and approve design changes for technical impact (cooling, power, capacity, redundancy) • Lead site selection technical criteria and feasibility studies (power availability, grid connection, cooling options) REQUIRED EXPERIENCE • 5+ years of experience in hyperscale/modern data center design, with direct, current or recent ownership of multidisciplinary DC design across mechanical, cooling/DLC, and high-density GPU infrastructure — 3+ years in a design leadership role • Demonstrated ownership of Basis of Design documentation for large-scale, modern data center facilities • Strong hands-on technical expertise in power topology and cooling strategy, including DLC — this must be personal technical authority, not delegated/coordinated through others • Experience with high-density GPU/HPC compute environments and modular/POD-based deployment architectures • Track record of leading multidisciplinary design reviews and approving engineering drawings across trades • English proficiency sufficient for international technical documentation and stakeholder communication NICE TO HAVE • Tier III/IV certification (Uptime Institute), or direct experience with certification processes • Experience with NVIDIA GB200/GB300 or equivalent high-density GPU cluster infrastructure • Background spanning both design and construction execution phases • Experience with EU regulatory frameworks for power, environmental, and building compliance • Fire suppression and structural loading design experience (beyond coordination level)

Head of Enterprise IT We are hiring a Head of Enterprise IT for our client — a fast-growing tech company expanding from its existing cloud/gaming infrastructure business into a large-scale AI data center build in Poland, with its first 50MW+ phase going live this year. ROLE DESCRIPTION The Head of Enterprise IT will own and build from the ground up the company's internal IT infrastructure — the systems, networks, and tools that run the business itself, separate from the customer-facing production platform. There is currently no dedicated internal Enterprise IT team in place for this project; this role is expected to establish the function and the team (sysadmins, network engineers, security specialists) essentially from zero, at a scale and level of ownership comparable to running enterprise IT for a modern, international, technically demanding organization — not just administering support or operations within an existing setup. This role ensures employees across all offices and locations have secure, reliable access to corporate systems and hardware, manages the Enterprise IT budget and vendor relationships, and coordinates with the CTO where corporate systems intersect with the production platform (e.g., billing, monitoring). Remote | Contract | Global WHY THIS ROLE? We’re looking for a commercially minded Client Account Manager who understands the MSP / MSSP world and can take real ownership of client relationships. This is more than traditional account management. You’ll work closely with MSP and cybersecurity leaders, understand their growth challenges, shape solutions, and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts. You’ll have the autonomy to influence client strategy, proposals, retention, and revenue growth — with direct exposure to senior decision-makers. WHAT YOU’LL OWN • Build and manage strong relationships with MSP and cybersecurity clients • Lead client conversations, uncover business challenges, and recommend the right solutions • Own client retention, expansion, and upsell opportunities • Create and shape commercial proposals and sales materials • Act as a trusted advisor to MSP/MSSP owners and senior leaders • Build relationships within MSP, MSSP, channel, and partner communities • Take ownership of a revenue target tied to client retention and growth WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • 3+ years of experience in MSP/MSSP account management, agency account management, channel partnerships, or a similar client-facing commercial role • Strong understanding of managed IT / cybersecurity services and recurring-revenue businesses • Comfortable discussing SEO, paid media, content, and digital growth with clients • Proven commercial mindset — you’ve owned a book of business, revenue target, renewals, or expansion • Experience creating proposals, sales materials, or sales-engineering content • Excellent spoken and written English with strong client-facing communication skills • Confident enough to identify a client’s commercial problem and recommend a solution — rather than simply passing the issue along NICE TO HAVE • Existing relationships within the MSP / MSSP ecosystem • Experience working with MSP-focused marketing or growth agencies • Channel, partnerships, or referral-network experience • Experience selling to technical B2B decision-makers THIS ROLE MAY NOT BE FOR YOU IF... • Your experience is primarily coordination or task management • You haven’t worked with MSPs, IT services, cybersecurity, or similar B2B technical buyers • You prefer executing predefined processes rather than identifying opportunities • You’re uncomfortable owning commercial conversations and revenue outcomes WHY JOIN? • Work directly with MSP and cybersecurity business leaders • Take ownership of a portfolio rather than simply coordinating accounts • Influence strategy, retention, and revenue growth • Build your network across the growing MSP/MSSP ecosystem • Work in a highly autonomous, commercially focused role • Remote setup with a global team • Direct visibility with senior leadership and decision-makers
