Finance Operations Lead

À distance ✓EN

What you're actually taking on Four entities. Three currencies. $5M+ moving monthly. Ad accounts funded daily across GBP and AED. Revenue flowing from Whop into UAE structures. A payment infrastructure mid-transition. An external bookkeeping partner who needs managing to a standard. The finance function works. It just works with too many manual steps, too much chasing, and not enough visibility for the people running the business. Your job is to close that gap — clean systems, automated where possible, visible at a glance. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Cash flow and treasury • Own the daily cash cycle across all entities • Manage high-volume USD revenue from Whop into UAE accounts • Fund GBP/AED corporate cards for Meta ad spend daily — ad accounts don't pause on your watch • Build a live cash position view the founding team can read without asking Payment infrastructure • Lead the migration from Pleo/UK setup to Qashio (UAE-native) • Evaluate Whop's virtual card platform for automated Meta spend • Remove manual card-topping entirely — tracked, reconciled, automated Systems and reporting • Audit every manual process; automate what repeats • Build SOPs across cash, payments, refunds, reconciliation; make sure they're followed • Manage Emifast (external bookkeeping) on accuracy and timeliness across Xero • Deliver a weekly cash and P&L view in five bullet points, not twenty tabs Requirements Who you are You've run finance in a real operational environment — high transaction volume, multiple currencies, entities that each have their own quirks. You use AI tools in your day-to-day (seriously, not as a buzzword). You build systems rather than spreadsheets. You flag problems before they become escalations. You don't need to be chased. You're probably not looking aggressively. You're in a role that works fine but doesn't stretch you, or one where the complexity was real but the scope wasn't. Requirements • 7+ years in finance operations, treasury, or hands-on senior finance • Multi-currency, multi-entity experience at genuine transaction volume • Systems builder — SOPs, automations, process design • Xero, Wise, corporate card platforms (Pleo, Qashio or similar) • Actively uses AI in finance reporting or operations • Experience managing external bookkeeping or accounting partners Highly desirable • UAE / DMCC entity experience • Performance marketing or high ad-spend environment • CIMA, ACCA, or CA qualified Benefits What you get • Direct line to founders — no layers, no politics • Real operational complexity from day one • Fully remote, contractor agreement • Scope that grows with what you build

WHO WE ARE AeroVect is transforming ground handling with autonomy, redefining how airlines and ground service providers around the globe run day-to-day operations. We are a Series A company backed by top-tier venture capital investors in aviation and autonomous driving. Our customers include some of the world’s largest airlines and ground handling providers. For more information, visit www.aerovect.com http://www.aerovect.com. JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for an experienced Staff Software Engineer who can design and build best-in-class planning systems for autonomous driving in structured, low-speed environments. In this role, you'll be the technical backbone of the planning stack — owning the design and implementation of production-grade mission planning, behavior planning, and motion planning software. You'll work across the full planning pipeline to achieve category-defining vehicle autonomy for the airside, tackling hard problems in trajectory optimization, decision-making under uncertainty, and real-time constraint optimization. This opportunity offers a deeply technical engineer the chance to shape a market-defining enterprise product that combines autonomous vehicle technology with a robotics-as-a-service (RaaS) business model. This role reports to our Planning Tech Lead and works closely with the autonomy engineering team. You Will: • Design, implement, and iterate on the mission planner, behavior planner, and motion planner for autonomous ground support equipment operating in airport airside environments. • Drive key technical decisions across the planning stack — selecting algorithms, defining interfaces, and establishing the architecture that the team builds on. • Prototype and evaluate new planning approaches (e.g., optimization-based methods, search-based planners, learning-augmented pipelines) and bring the best ideas to production. • Collaborate cross-functionally with perception, controls, localization, and systems engineering teams to deliver an integrated autonomous driving system. • Establish and promote best practices in software development, functional safety, and systems engineering as they apply to the planning domain. • Mentor other engineers through technical guidance, code review, and design discussions. You Have: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Math, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Physics, or a related field. • Extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing planning modules for autonomous systems shipped to production or deployed in real-world operations. • Strong programming skills in C++ (preferred) or Python, and experience with Linux-based operating systems. • Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous technical problems and drive them to well-architected solutions independently. • Excellent communication skills, proactiveness, and a strong sense of ownership. We Prefer: • MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field. • Mastery of Modern C++ (14 and beyond) and safety-critical coding practices (e.g., MISRA, ISO 26262). • 5+ years of industry experience in planning for robotic ground vehicles. • In-depth understanding of DDS frameworks like ROS/ROS2 or other networking middleware. • Experience in startup environments, demonstrating adaptability to rapidly changing priorities.

Senior Creative Strategist, International

À distance ✓DE
G

We're so happy you're here! Thank you for checking our job out and we hope to have the chance to meet you in our interview process! About the role As Grüns expands, we're hiring a Senior Creative Strategist to own creative for every one of those markets. This is a builder's role: you'll set the strategy, concept the campaigns, and ship the assets that make Grüns feel local everywhere we launch. You'll partner closely with our Chief International Officer and global creative team, own the full creative lifecycle from brief to performance iteration, and lay the foundation for what becomes our international creative team. Location: While this role is part of our global remote HQ, we feel a candidate based in or around the UK or Europe will be most successful in this role. More generally, we operate in a fully remote, high trust environment with teammates across multiple countries and time zones. While we work async by default, we come together in person twice a year for offsites that help us connect, align, and build real relationships IRL. In this role, you will: • Generate fresh creative concepts, briefs, and scripts on a weekly cadence for international paid media testing • Localize US creative fast and ship international-ready assets, building a repeatable pipeline (not a strategy-only seat) • Turn raw creator footage into high-performing UGC video ads at volume, with strong hooks and pacing • Run a data-driven testing framework across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Snap, and iterate based on CTR, CVR, and nCAC • Develop market-specific creative concepts, not just translations, that stay culturally relevant and still feel like Grüns • Build an EFSA and GDPR-safe claim library and workflow so compliance never kills the creative • Support localized web and landing page creative for launches until we bring on a dedicated ecommerce designer • Set the foundation for an international creative team, including recommendations on when and where to add your first hire We're looking for someone who: • Has 4-7+ years spanning creative strategy, performance design, and paid media, ideally at a DTC, subscription, or consumer brand • Has actually localized and shipped performance creative across multiple countries and languages, not just translated it • Can point to real performance results, concepts they built that moved CTR, CVR, or nCAC, with the data to back it up • Has strong hands-on video editing chops (CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects) and can produce multiple variants quickly • Is fluent in Figma and can build modular, multi-language templates • Uses AI tools as a core part of their workflow, not an afterthought • Has experience working in a regulated category or with claim restrictions (nice to have, not required) Approach to the role: • Balances creative instinct with data. You chase what the numbers say works, not just what looks good • Builds systems, not one-off assets. You think in repeatable pipelines • Moves fast without cutting corners on compliance or brand tone • Communicates proactively across time zones and doesn't wait to be asked • Adapts to cultural nuance without losing the Grüns tone Compensation & Benefits: At Grüns, we are committed to offering a competitive total compensation package grounded in market data and aligned to our size, stage, industry, and geographic location. Compensation for this role will be benchmarked to the local market and may vary based on experience and country of hire. In addition to base compensation roles include a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. A bit about us...
