Trusted by thousands of leading merchants across more than 100 countries, we securely process billions of transactions each year. Our people are the heart of everything we do, driving our mission forward with commitment, empathy, and creativity. Join us on our mission to empower confident, fraud-free commerce by helping online retailers provide superior customer experiences and eliminate fraud. Learn about our company values here ! The Applied Decision Science (ADS) team builds production ML models and risk management tools that are the core of Signifyd's product. We help businesses of all sizes minimize their fraud exposure and grow their sales. We improve the e-commerce shopping experience for everyone by reducing the friction experienced by good buyers and blocking fraudulent purchase attempts. ADS builds and manages the entire decision stack - from designing and deploying the ML models that assess the riskiness of a transaction, to building the tools the Risk team uses to manage and fight fraud. We seek to standardize and automate repetitive work so we can spend more time on experiments and high-leverage projects. We value collaboration and team ownership. Data scientists in Signifyd are true “full stack” operators, requiring knowledge of how transaction information received via our API traverses its way through our system and into the models we are responsible for building. When you test a hypothesis at Signifyd, you’re responsible for the end-to-end development, deployment, and evaluation process. This is a massive responsibility, and no one should feel like they're solving a hard problem alone. Together we help each other develop our skillsets through peer review of experiments and code, group paper study to deepen our machine learning and statistical understanding, and frequent knowledge-sharing through live demos, write-ups, and cross-team projects. All team members are expected and encouraged to weigh in as an external reviewer on a peer's idea or approach, regardless of level. A couple quick notes on the Signifyd culture: • We’re no stranger to remote work. Most of our workforce (ICs and leaders) are primarily remote. We tend to gather individual teams together once a year. There is no travel requirement for this role. • We are heavy Slack users. • We are heavy users of generative AI tools. We dislike token-maxxing, but enjoy the expansion of capabilities that have come with genAI. We ask that during the interview you don’t use genAI, as we want to know what you know. Responsibilities: • Partner with the Business Unit Lead and their merchant portfolio to identify gaps in decisioning performance and implement solutions, with guidance from senior team members. • Utilize existing, or build net new production machine learning models that identify fraud, in collaboration with other data scientists and machine learning engineers. • Identify and build automation that reduces repetitive manual work. • Run experiments to identify optimal decisioning strategies, balancing complexity and performance. • Communicate complex ideas to a variety of audiences, from Customer Success and Sales, to limited interactions with external customers. • Write production and offline analytical code in Python. • Work with distributed data pipelines in Spark/Databricks/GCP. Requirements: • A degree in computer science or a comparable analytical field. • 3+ years of post-undergrad work experience required. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong machine learning and statistical background. • Write code and review others' in a shared codebase in Python. • Practical SQL knowledge. • Design experiments and collect data. • Experience with distributed analytics and data tooling such as Spark and Databricks. • This role has on-call shifts, as part of our weekend rotation, Fri/Sat/Sun. While the number of shifts is subject to change, currently it works out to about six weekends a year. Nice to Have: • Previous work in fraud, payments, or e-commerce. • Data analysis in a distributed environment. • A passion for writing well-tested production-grade code. • Experience with AI coding agents and automation. • Experience of running A/B tests in production environments. • An advanced degree. Account Manager (Group Level) - (m/f/d) - Remote

À distance ✓DE
O

Job Description One Productivity Group is a pan-European consulting and technology group and leading partner of tools such as monday.com, Asana, Airtable, make.com and a leading AI and transformation consultancy. We hold multiple Partner of the Year awards. We're hiring a senior account manager to own the group's most important relationships - the top accounts - and grow them across the whole portfolio. What the role involves • Own the crown-jewel accounts across the group - the top revenue-generating customers - not the long tail. These are our largest, most strategic relationships, and they deserve a single senior owner. • Grow them: retention, expansion, and cross-product opportunity. A monday.com customer that also needs Asana, Airtable, or AI and transformation work is your opening - you sell the group, not one product. • Be the senior relationship owner and C-level point of contact in these accounts. You lead the strategic conversation; the brand teams deliver. • Orchestrate across brands without owning delivery. You align leads, consultants, and partner managers around one account plan per account - and hold it together. • Manage the partnership dimension. Work with the monday.com, Asana, and Airtable partner teams so our top accounts actively strengthen our partner status (Gold, Platinum, Partner of the Year). • Build the function. Group-level key account management is close to greenfield here - account plans, QBRs, expansion playbooks. You create the structure. Read this clearly: this is a matrixed role. You will not have direct authority over the brand teams or their P&L. Your influence comes from trust, account insight, and results. If you need a clean chain of command, this role will frustrate you. Your mission What winning looks like (first 6–12 months) • Map the top per brand and build one prioritised group account plan for each. • Establish the senior relationship in each - you know the decision-makers, their strategy, and their next twelve months. • Identify and open cross-brand and cross-platform expansion in the accounts where it genuinely fits. • Run QBRs and account reviews with the brand leads and partner managers. • Deliver an agreed expansion and retention number across the portfolio, with a visible contribution to partner status. Your profile What makes you a strong fit • A senior enterprise or key account management track record. You've grown large, multi-stakeholder accounts and expanded them materially, with numbers to show it. • Strategic and consultative at C-level. You talk business outcomes and transformation, not features. • Portfolio and solution selling. You're comfortable spanning multiple products - work management, data platforms, AI - and finding the right fit for each account. • Politically astute. You earn the right to lead a relationship that an internal lead is protective of, and you make them look good in the process. • Builder in ambiguity. You create playbooks and structure where none exists, and you don't wait for a process to be handed to you. • Fluent in German and English, comfortable across a pan-European footprint (DACH, Benelux, UKI, Nordics, France). • Familiar with the monday.com, Asana, or Airtable ecosystems, or fast to learn - and you understand the economics of consulting and implementation. • You are AI enthusiast and know how to use AI to your and our advantage. Why One Productivity Group? What makes this role interesting • You work only with the best. The top relationships across our brands, at senior level, where the strategic and revenue leverage is highest. • Genuinely cross-platform. monday.com, Asana, Airtable, and AI and transformation under one roof. Very few roles let you sell the full spectrum of modern work. • Build the function, don't inherit it. Group key account management is yours to define - how OPG grows its crown jewels is your design. • Direct line to group leadership - the CEO and the managing partners - and to the platform partners themselves. • Multi-partnership impact. Your results move partner status across several partnerships at once, including Platinum tiers and Partner of the Year. Contact OPG One Productivity Group GmbH Patrick A. Account & Sales Manager (monday.com) (m/f/d) - Remote

Job Description About 24 Luna Most organizations do not struggle with ambition. They struggle with execution. Tools are often in place, but workflows remain fragmented, teams work in silos, and too much valuable time is still lost in manual work that could be automated. That is where 24 Luna comes in. We help organizations improve how work gets done by connecting systems, automating workflows, and reducing operational complexity. Using platforms such as Monday.com, Make, Airtable, and Asana, we turn disconnected processes into scalable solutions that actually support how teams work day-to-day. 24 Luna is part of One Productivity Group, a pan-European group focused on improving how organizations operate. Across our brands, consulting, technology and execution come together to create better workflows, stronger collaboration and more scalable operations. About the role This role is for someone who enjoys the entire classical sales cycle with an existing customer base to unleash the full potential of our revenue growth. This is a sales-first, operational, hands-on and client-facing role, with a strong focus on real business impact. What the role involves • You will own around 100+ accounts, some of which are very "warm" and others that are very "cold, low-trust relationships," where conversations often start with "who are you and how did you get my details?" Your job is to turn that base into active accounts and revenue. • You are a closer. It's not the activities that make you successful, but bringing customers over the finish line and closing upsell deals. We need someone who creates urgency, asks for the decision, and drags deals over the line. • Run the full cycle: re-engagement, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, signed expansion. • Hold the account management and customer success relationship, including our standing with monday.com as a partner (retention and expansion inside accounts). • Represent 24 Luna credibly to SMB decision-makers (Ops, HR, IT, C-suite) at 50–1,000-person companies. Your mission What winning looks like (first ~6 months) • Map and segment the inherited base; prioritise by real potential and go hunting. • Re-engage the top accounts with a concrete hook and a reason to meet. • Build and hold a genuine pipeline - measured by movement to close, not by number of calls. • Convert inbound as the flow starts. • Reach a credible, agreed share of quota by month three, with a clear path to full ramp. Your profile What makes you a strong fit • A proven closing track record. You've carried a number and hit it — ideally in outbound-heavy or low-warmth environments — and you can name specific deals you personally closed against resistance. • Hunter instinct with patience. You re-open cold relationships without a warm intro and manufacture urgency where none exists. • SaaS, work-management or consulting sales background. monday.com, Asana or comparable is a strong plus; if not, you learn platforms fast. • Consultative selling. You lead the customer — strategy before tooling — rather than running trainings and hoping they expand. • Fluent German and English; comfortable across the DACH market. • Resilient, self-directed, and honest about your own pipeline. You track outcomes, not just effort. Why One Productivity Group? What makes this role interesting • A rare starting position: most sales roles begin at zero. You begin with 100+ named customers, usage data, and concrete hooks to open with. • Real ownership. You define how 24 Luna grows with existing customers. You will build the playbook and the standard for the future AM team. • Build with senior backing. 24 Luna is the youngest, fastest-moving brand in an award-winning group - direct access to leadership, fast decisions, visible impact from day one. • Premium positioning. We sell quality at premium rates, not discounts. You close on value. • Transparent targets. We'll tell you exactly what the base is, what's worked, what hasn't, and what "on track" means - no surprises. Contact OPG One Productivity Group GmbH Patrick A.
