About nyra health At nyra health, we build software that helps people get their voice — and their lives — back after stroke, brain injury, and other neurological conditions. Recovery is one of the longest, hardest journeys in healthcare — and it doesn't end when patients leave the clinic. That's why we built two products that work side by side: myReha , the therapy app patients use daily, and nyra insights , the platform clinicians use to manage care. Today, 100+ clinics across Germany and Austria rely on us. Our therapy is reimbursed by insurance, and we've raised €20M in Series A to scale across DACH and beyond. We're a team of 35 in Vienna's First District — engineers, designers, clinicians, researchers, salespeople, and operators — working on the same problem from different angles. We roll up our sleeves, move fast, take craft seriously, and stay close to the patients and clinicians we serve. If that resonates with you, we'd love to hear from you. Why we're keeping this open We don't always have the right role open at the right time — but great people are rare, and we don't want to miss them. This listing exists so that you can express interest in nyra health, even if there's no active opening that fits you right now. When the right opportunity opens, you'll be the first people we reach out to.

At Rerun, we're building a new multimodal data stack for physical AI. Large parts of the physical-world economy will be transformed by these technologies, and we're building the data infrastructure and tools that enable it to happen. Data volumes grow big quickly with these applications and performance matters everywhere; from micro interactions to high throughput jobs. With multimodal data stack we mean tools for extraction, ingestion, storage, querying, streaming, and visualization of temporal multimodal data. Rerun's open source project is already loved by some of the best teams in the world, and focuses on visualizing and handling multimodal logs. You'll join a newly formed team building out Rerun's commercial offering for ingesting, indexing and querying multimodal data at scale; a purpose-built analytical database that's already in private preview with signed customers and running at petabyte scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO • You will work on a cloud-native analytical database system built for multimodal (often time-series) data. • The system is built in Rust and makes extensive use of Apache Arrow. It supports specialized queries to handle robotics-style multimodal logs (very sparse and wide tables) and domain specific operators (e.g. related to 3D transforms). • Note: prior robotics knowledge is not necessary • You will help the system scale as usage grows, evolving the architecture, distributing work across nodes and systems, and tackling the bottlenecks that appear as load and data volumes increase. • You will design, implement and operate the core pieces that make this data-intensive system highly scalable, reliable and observable. WE'D LOVE IT IF YOU HAVE • 3-5 years with Rust, or a strong background in another systems language (C/C++) and real motivation to pick up Rust • Experience at a managed database product, data-platform, or high-traffic system operating at scale • Experience building backend systems in production, with a growing appetite for design and architecture ownership • Experience scaling a system as demand grows; evolving the architecture to handle much more load or data, not just making one component faster • Familiarity with distributed systems and their tradeoffs (coordination, consistency, failure modes, scaling across nodes) • Comfort with the layers between your code and the hardware; you don't need to be a database-internals specialist, but you enjoy digging in • Familiarity with concepts like filtering, indexing, or query execution • Good communication in English; you'll be in a close-knit remote team NICE-TO-HAVES • Exposure to Apache Arrow or Apache Datafusion • Cloud deployment experience (AWS/GCP/Azure), even in a supporting role • Interest in machine learning, robotics, AR/VR, or simulation • Experience with GPU workloads HOW WE WORK AT RERUN • This role is open to candidates based in Europe. • We're a remote company headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, with a growing hub in San Francisco. • We meet up in person for a week roughly once a quarter. • We're spread across European and US time zones. Rather than one fixed window, each team keeps a few hours of daily overlap that fits where its members are — for this team, that's a few hours of overlap in the afternoon CET. • We've put together an uncommonly talented tech team, value agency and helpfulness highly, and expect everyone to take broad responsibility for what they build. • We offer competitive cash and equity compensation, six weeks paid vacation, and whatever hardware and software you need to do your job. • Parental leave: 12 weeks full pay for every parent, alongside your local statutory leave entitlements. Most of all we hope you're excited to build some really cool technology that will have a real impact on the world with us! If you find that you don't fit neatly into this or any of the other open roles, we're not that rigid and are generally looking for great developers who can contribute to what we're building. Just go ahead and apply to the one you think is the closest and we'll take it from there!

Across Europe, fleets are under enormous pressure. Fuel costs are rising. Regulatory requirements are tightening. The shift to low-emission vehicles is accelerating. And yet around 70% of European businesses still manage their fleets manually, with spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and processes that were never built for this moment. Shiftmove exists to make this simple. We are a profitable B2B SaaS company and the fastest-growing fleet management platform in Europe, born from the merger of Avrios and Vimcar, and now serving tens of thousands of corporate customers across Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, Poland, and beyond. Most recently, we acquired Optimum and Ocean in France, expanding our footprint and doubling down on one of Europe's largest fleet markets. Our AI-powered platform connects real-time vehicle data with intelligent software so that businesses can procure smarter, control costs, stay compliant, and lead the transition to cleaner mobility, all from one place. The Role As a Junior HR Project Manager, you will join the People France team to support the development of our team members. In the specific context of post-integration of several entities in France, you must be immediately operational in mastering our multi-site social history and harmonizing our processes. Your main mission will be to drive the operational deployment of training and to lead annual HR campaigns across the France perimeter, while bridging the gap with the Group's global policies. What You Will Own • Training Plan Management & Deployment: You will take full ownership of the training process for the France perimeter (gathering needs from teams, strategic trade-offs, budget monitoring and optimisation, managing relationships with external providers, and assessing training impact), starting from the second half of the 2026 calendar year. • Animation of Annual Campaigns: You will ensure the preparation, operational deployment, animation, and follow-up of the various annual HR campaign cycles, while scrupulously ensuring their compliance with the French legal framework and the Group's guidelines. • Support for Corporate People Initiatives: You will actively participate in the deployment of global projects focused on skills management and employee progression (such as setting up a skills-based organization, succession planning, etc.). • Cross-functional Support: You will provide ad-hoc operational support to the various initiatives and projects led by the People team in France. Who Are You • Education & Experience: Holding a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, you have a first operational experience (internship, apprenticeship, or first job) in People Ops and/or HR development, ideally gained within a fast-growing structure (Scale-up) or a multi-entity environment. A strong appetite for modern HR concepts (SBO, succession planning) to be deployed is essential. • Project Management & Rigor: You are recognized for your organizational skills, your rigor in budget tracking, and your ability to simultaneously handle multiple campaigns. • Interpersonal Skills: You possess excellent interpersonal skills to run campaigns with employees and negotiate effectively with training providers. • Languages: Given the deployment of international initiatives, the ability to lead meetings and write professional deliverables directly in English with the Group's global teams is mandatory. • Tech Stack: Proven ability to navigate with agility within a hybrid cloud ecosystem (daily cohabitation of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365). Immediate operational mastery of Personio, Nibelis, and CultureAmp tools is strictly required to ensure campaign continuity. Why Join Shiftmove & Benefits • High-Impact Growth: You join an HR team at the heart of a major organisational transformation, offering you a comprehensive view of the HR challenges in an international scale-up. • Autonomy & Trust: True to our value "Make It Happen", we offer you real responsibilities and the freedom to propose optimizations for your processes. • Meal Vouchers: 19 meal vouchers per full month worked, with a unit value of €10 (60% covered by the company). • Transportation: 50% coverage of your public transportation subscription. • Health: Comprehensive and high-performing company health insurance (mutuelle) for you and your family. • Perks Platform (CSE / Leeto): Access to numerous discounts, subsidies, and cultural offers via our dedicated platform. • Work-Life Balance: 25 days of paid leave per year + 5 additional days of paid leave offered by the company. • Flexibility: A flexible remote work policy deeply anchored in our corporate culture.
