About DataCamp Data and AI skills are critical for thriving today, and DataCamp is the platform that empowers everyone to learn them. We help individuals and Fortune 1000 companies close the data and AI skills gap through world-class learning, hands-on training, and a global community of expert instructors. In this role, you’ll collaborate with instructors and teams across curriculum, engineering, product, and marketing to expand and improve our Data Science and Data Engineering curriculum—helping millions worldwide upskill in data and AI. About you At DataCamp, we seek individuals who embody our core values of data-driven decision - making, action, transparency, ownership, and customer focus. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and are driven by a passion for making a meaningful impact. You’re adaptable, embracing change and ambiguity with enthusiasm. Your initiative and entrepreneurial spirit push you beyond just meeting targets — you aim to understand the “why” behind our goals and take ownership to drive the business forward. You’re a collaborative team player who values transparency and always seeks to improve and innovate. For this role specifically, ownership is the trait we will weigh most heavily. You are 3–7 years into your legal career and ready for a role with real autonomy. Given a problem, you work it: you make calls within your remit, move things forward, and raise your hand early when you genuinely need help — not after a deal has stalled for a week. You bring intellectual curiosity, commercial fluency, bias to action, and the maturity to know the difference between a 0.1% risk worth accepting and a material exposure that requires mitigation. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply! About the Role We are seeking an experienced commercial lawyer with a strong background in commercial contracts relevant to a technology company as it relates to our customers and vendors. Reporting to DataCamp’s General Counsel, this is a strategically important role that will help DataCamp achieve its goals at a time of dynamic growth. This is a role designed for someone who can be pointed at a problem and trusted to deliver. You will have a clear remit, the authority to make decisions within it, and a General Counsel who is available when you need a sounding board — but who is not going to micromanage your inbox. As our Commercial Counsel, you will support internal business partners and assist on a broad variety of transactional matters in a growing technology company by: • Leading drafting and negotiation on a broad range of agreements (including Master Services Agreements, terms of service, services agreements, other SaaS agreements, NDAs, data processing addenda, and requests for proposals) supporting DataCamp’s business teams, with a primary focus of supporting the licensing of DataCamp’s products and services to its customers and channel partners and vendor software licensing. • Owning deals end-to-end, from first redline through signature, including direct engagement with customer counsel and procurement teams. You will be the named legal contact on the deals you run. • Collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Operations, and Finance teams to shepherd deals to completion — including at quarter-end and year - end. • Facilitating the timely closure of business transactions while minimizing risk exposure. • Providing day-to-day commercial legal support, business-focused counseling, and advice to the sales organization — practical advice that helps stakeholders get to yes rather than gating them on risk. • Supporting the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal contracting processes. • Defining, building and implementing processes and technologies to effectively deliver legal support in a scalable manner to DataCamp’s rapidly expanding portfolio of enterprise customers. • Leading internal projects, training, and driving cross-functional efforts to completion. • Assisting with special projects as needed. You will be based remotely (EU) and support transactions across all international offices (currently UK, Belgium and New York). What we’re looking for: • 3–7 years of post-qualification experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Strong preference for candidates with a meaningful period of training and practice at a leading global or national law firm. • Demonstrable experience with SaaS agreements, technology licensing, strategic deals, and channel agreements (such as resellers, distribution, MSP, etc.). In-house experience at a technology company is a strong plus. • Prior experience supporting a heavy volume of commercial transactions relevant to a technology company across various business functions in a fast-paced environment. • The maturity and judgment to own work end-to-end with limited supervision — making decisions within your remit, escalating what genuinely needs escalation, and neither …

Our mission at Netguru is to help entrepreneurs and innovators shape the world through beautiful software. We care about trust, taking ownership, and transparency. As a Certified B Corporation®, we offer a safe, inclusive, and productive environment for all team members, and we’re always open to feedback. If you want to work from home and be a full-time employee, great! We want to create the right opportunities for you. Over the past ten years, Netguru has changed the way people bank, listen to music, learn languages, and rent bicycles. Some of their clients include Fortune 500 companies and startups like solarisBank or senseFly . Netguru works with the largest brands in the world, such as Volkswagen , IKEA or Keller Williams . As the Forward Deployment Engineer you will sit at the intersection of client delivery, pre-sales, and internal AI tooling. You embed with a client (or an internal Netguru team), translate ambiguous problems into a defensible technical scope, and ship working AI systems to production - fast. Half of your time goes back into Netguru: every reusable pattern you spot in the field becomes a skill, agent, or MCP inside NetguruOS. This is a builder role, not an advisory one. Proof of work is a running system - not a deck. Salary: from 20000PLN net on B2B contract or from 16700PLN gross on Contract of Employment What you'll do: Client engagements: • Embed temporarily into the team that owns the problem — client engineering org or internal Netguru team. • Run discovery with stakeholders from CTO down to end-user. • Run workshops, uncover requirements, clarify business needs, and translate ambiguous pain into a written technical scope you can defend. • Analyze customer processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose digital or AI-driven improvements. • Lead pre-sales on AI opportunities — scope, price, propose, close. • Act as a trusted advisor, challenging assumptions and recommending better technical, product, or process approaches when appropriate. • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex AI and engineering concepts into clear business language. • Work comfortably within client environments, adapting to their tools, security requirements, workflows, governance models, and decision-making structures. • Take ownership of outcomes, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value, adoption, and long-term impact. Build • Prototype in days, not weeks — working software, not slides. • Write production-grade Python or TypeScript (or whatever the client runs). • Ship AI-enabled workflows: copilots, agents, RAG systems, automation, internal tooling. • Integrate with the client's existing stack. • Design solutions that are not only technically sound but also usable, reliable, and aligned with real user workflows. • Stand up evals, observability, and guardrails before going live. • Own the path to production: security review, procurement, change management. • Identify opportunities where AI can improve processes, reduce manual effort, accelerate decision-making, or create new product capabilities. Build internally (≈50% of the role) • Extend Netguru's internal AI platform with new agents, MCPs, and skills based on field learnings • Build enablement tooling for internal AI delivery teams — templates, runbooks, reusable skills • Codify reusable client patterns back into NetguruOS Requirements Experience • 5+ years total, including 3+ years hands-on building and shipping AI-assisted systems. • 2+ years in a client-facing consulting or pre-sales engineering role. • Proven full-cycle ownership: discovery scoping build production handoff. • Comfortable with both technical and business stakeholders in the same engagement. • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate operational challenges into practical software and AI solutions. • Experience gathering requirements, facilitating discovery workshops, and transforming ambiguous business problems into actionable implementation plans. • Understanding of AI adoption challenges, including data readiness, user trust, governance, compliance, change management, and operational integration. • Communicative (B2+) Polish and English. Technical • Production-grade Python and/or TypeScript — shipped systems, not scripts. • LLM stack fluency (Claude, GPT, open-weight) — knows when to use which and why. • AI system design: agents, RAG pipelines, copilots, MCP servers, sub-agents. • Eval-driven development — defines success metrics before shipping, measures after. • Integration experience: REST APIs, iPaaS, common SaaS (CRM, PM, BI). • Cloud deployment, security reviews, change management. Consulting & communication • Strong customer-facing mindset with the ability to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into practical software solutions. • Translates ambiguous client pain into written technical scope — and defends it. • …

Adaptyv is building an automated lab that lets AI agents run biology experiments. We're entering the era of agentic science where AI models can now design novel proteins, propose hypotheses, and iterate on experimental results. But they can't run the experiments themselves - that's still a manual, months-long process. We're building the infrastructure that gives AI agents access to the physical world. We are one of the fastest growing biotech companies, trusted by leading biopharmas, frontier AI labs, and the techbio companies pushing the field forward. This is a rare chance to help advance some of the most important work happening in biotech today. Our automated lab is powered by a deep software + hardware stack: lab instruments worth millions of USD reverse-engineered into API-controllable hardware, dozens of devices orchestrated through complex workflows, full observability on everything that happens in the lab, processing pipelines for messy physical-world data, and AI systems that troubleshoot production results and accelerate assay development. We’re growing rapidly and are hiring for talented people to scale and support the massive demand for AI-driven wet lab experimentation. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hybrid sales and customer success role for someone with real scientific depth. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers — from first conversation through ongoing engagement. That means understanding what a protein design team is actually trying to achieve, helping them pick the right assays, making sure their experiments are set up correctly, and translating results back into language that's useful for their programs. The day-to-day: • Running technical sales calls where you discuss binding kinetics, expression systems, and assay design, not just pricing • Onboarding new customers and helping them design their first experiments on the platform • Monitoring ongoing accounts, flagging issues early, and proactively suggesting next steps based on their results • Working with the biology team to troubleshoot when a customer's experiment doesn't go as expected • Identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts — new targets, new assay types, larger campaigns You won't be handed a script. You'll need to understand the science well enough to earn trust from PhD-level protein engineers and CSOs, while also being commercially sharp enough to close deals and grow accounts. Responsibilities • Own the full customer lifecycle: prospecting, technical sales conversations, deal closing, onboarding, and ongoing account management. • Serve as the technical point of contact for customers. Understand their protein engineering goals and recommend the right experiments (binding, expression, thermostability, enzyme activity). • Understand and explain our assay capabilities in depth: BLI, SPR, cell-free expression, and emerging assay types. Know when each is appropriate and what the data means. • Work closely with the biology team to ensure experiments are designed correctly and results are communicated clearly. • Build and maintain a pipeline of commercial opportunities across customer segments: AI-driven protein design companies, biotech startups, pharma R&D teams, and academic labs. • Develop proposals and quotes tailored to customer needs, from small pilot experiments to large-scale data generation campaigns. • Represent Adaptyv at conferences and industry events. Be able to have deep technical conversations at the booth, not just hand out brochures. • Feed customer insights back to the product and biology teams: what assays are people asking for, what's missing, where are we losing deals. What we're looking for • Scientific background in protein engineering, biochemistry, biophysics, or a related field. You should be comfortable discussing binding kinetics (KD, kon, koff), expression systems, and assay design without needing to look things up. • Experience in a customer-facing technical role: field application scientist, technical sales, scientific account management, or similar. CRO or biotech vendor experience is a strong plus. • Commercially driven. You care about revenue, pipeline, and closing deals, not just having interesting scientific conversations. • Strong communicator who can adapt to the audience: detailed and technical with a scientist, concise and business-focused with a VP. • Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline and priorities without heavy oversight. • Genuine interest in AI-driven protein design and the companies working in this space. You follow what's happening in the field. Application deadline We are reviewing applicants on a rolling basis.

Responsabilités:

• Own the full customer lifecycle: prospecting, technical sales conversations, deal closing, onboarding, and ongoing account management. • Serve as the technical point of contact for customers.
