The role As Programme Manager for Helsing's Land domain, you run a workstream within a complex defence programme, keeping delivery on track and stakeholders aligned. You own working-level relationships with customers and partners and actively support commercial outreach by identifying opportunities as they emerge. Drawing on a broad internal network, you coordinate across Helsing's engineering, commercial and operational functions, pulling the right capabilities into your workstream at the right moment. You maintain robust programme tracking, translate technical progress into clear reporting, and escalate risks before they affect delivery. The day-to-day • Run a defined workstream within a Land domain programme, coordinating deliverables across engineering and commercial tracks and keeping the team aligned on priorities, milestones and customer commitments • Own working-level relationships with customers and partners, ensuring meeting outputs, decisions and actions are clearly documented, assigned and followed through • Maintain a programme tracking dashboard and risk register, presenting status clearly to internal and external stakeholders and surfacing challenges before they affect delivery • Support commercial outreach by identifying opportunities within the programme and contributing to bid and proposal activity as directed by senior leadership • Coordinate across Helsing's engineering, commercial and operational functions, drawing on the right internal capabilities to drive seamless cross-functional delivery within your workstream You should apply if you • Have run a defined workstream within a complex programme in a defence, aerospace, automotive or engineering environment, with prior experience in a non-defence sector that involved structured delivery against technical and commercial milestones • Have built and maintained project tracking tools, dashboards and risk registers, and can present programme status clearly to senior internal and external stakeholders • Have supported working-level customer and partner relationships and contributed to commercial outreach or opportunity identification within an active programme • Hold a PMP certification or equivalent, or are actively working towards one, and apply structured project management methodologies in fast-moving, high-accountability environments • Communicate with full fluency in English and German (C1), written and spoken, are willing to travel regularly across sites, and can meet all requirements for national security clearance under applicable law Note: We operate in an industry where women, as well as other minority groups, are systematically under-represented. • Location: Remote • Type: Contract / Part-time • Commitment: 20 hours per week • Compensation: Up to 40 USD / hr • Project duration: 2 months, with potential extension ABOUT THE ROLE We create high-quality STEM training data for frontier AI models used by leading AI labs to improve model reasoning in scientific domains. We are seeking experts in Biology to create challenging, deterministic problems with exactly one verifiable correct answer. Problems should reflect authentic scientific and analytical workflows and be submitted with complete, verified solutions. Depending on specialization, work may include molecular biology, genetics, systems biology, computational biology, bioinformatics, or adjacent quantitative biology fields. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Design advanced biology problems that challenge frontier AI systems • Create deterministic tasks with one correct answer • Submit complete, verified solutions • Build problems involving experimental reasoning, biological systems, computational analysis, or bioinformatics workflows • Use Python and, when relevant, specialized biology or bioinformatics tools • Ensure high standards of rigor, reproducibility, and technical clarity WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Master’s or PhD in Biology or a related life sciences field • Research or industry experience involving computational or quantitative biological analysis • Strong Python skills; experience with data analysis or bioinformatics workflows preferred • Strong reasoning ability and comfort with multi-step scientific problem solving • Ability to create original, difficult problems grounded in real biological practice • Clear written English and strong attention to detail NICE TO HAVE • Experience with bioinformatics toolkits, genomics workflows, structural biology tools, or computational biology methods • Experience designing technical assessments or scientific challenge problems • Cross-disciplinary experience spanning biology and computation

ROLE We're looking for a talented Senior Level Designer to be a hands-on level designer for our mobile casual game Hole.io http://Hole.io, and also to eventually supervise and mentor a team of level designers . You will work with and define our custom-level editor in Unity to create fun and engaging levels. You’ll be: • Collaborating with our creative team to plan a level progression and difficulty curve aligned with both the player and business needs • Using Unity and proprietary tools for hands-on designing of innovative and varied 3D levels that appeal to a global audience and showcase our unique gameplay & art style • Contributing to the Level Design team and Levels Pod by designing, iterating, and improving gameplay experiences, helping plan and prioritize level design tasks, maintaining high-quality standards, and providing mentorship and guidance to fellow level designers when needed. • Defining level design guidelines tailored to the needs of our game and audience, in order to deliver content that offers a seamless, engaging gameplay experience with the highest quality in the most efficient way possible • Defining and iterating the specs of Level Design tools that improve the level design workflow and/or quality • Keeping up-to-date documentation of all levels, level progressions and ongoing level-related AB tests • Contributing actively with ideas for new game mechanics, level assets and level themes to ensure continuity, cohesion and gameplay variety and deliver an ongoing assortment of immersive environments, interactive elements, and challenging obstacles • Working closely with our team of artists, animators, and programmers to ensure level designs are fully realized • Testing and balancing levels and level progressions, taking into account player feedback and data to ensure they are fun, fair, and in line with our high-quality standards • Ensuring your designs adhere to technical constraints and opportunities presented by our game engine • Helping establish and integrate an AI-driven pipeline to successfully scale level production and streamline content generation workflows PROFILE • At least 4+ years of proven experience in Level Design for 3D games, with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to create engaging, fun levels • Intermediate or higher Unity knowledge • Strong understanding of game design principles, particularly within the casual genre • Experience, or a genuine interest, in leading and mentoring a team from the ground up • Experience in continuous, data-driven level balancing and tweaking • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to design challenges • Strong communication skills, able to work effectively within a team and explain your ideas clearly Nice to have • Experience designing open-world, outdoors 3D environments • Experience leading and mentoring a small team of Level Designers • A degree in game design, computer science, or a related field would be beneficial BENEFITS • Best-in-class compensation • Other benefits according to the country you resident

You will set the contracting strategy and standards used across every project, and lead the contracts leads embedded in each project team through a functional line. From contracting models and standard forms to negotiation, claims and commercial governance, this role makes sure Volta builds on terms that protect the business and keep projects moving.
