Product Manager, Growth (Staff/Principal-level)

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations. Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow. ABOUT THE ROLE Synthesia ships more product, faster, than we ever have. AI has collapsed the cost of building which means the hard part is no longer making things, it’s making sure people actually adopt them. That’s the job of Growth, and we’re changing how we do it: instead of bolting Growth on after launch to optimise, we’re embedding a Growth PM into every core bet from day one, so how a product acquires, activates and scales is designed in from the first cycle. We’re hiring a Growth Product Manager to report to our VP of Growth. You'll own the Growth surface for one of those bets while helping build a growth-led way of working across the company. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING • Own Growth for a core product area end to end, acquisition, activation, adoption and retention, baked into the roadmap from the start, not retrofitted. • Partner closely with the core product PMs and engineers who own the surface, bringing high-impact growth ideas and working out where they fit, and getting the primitives exposed that let you build and scale on top. • Design growth into the product itself: discovery-led acquisition loops, and experiences that get users to their job-to-be-done in a couple of clicks (sometimes without opening the editor at all). • Rally teams around specific, measurable outcomes and help each one hit its goal faster through what you build together. • Work across engineering, marketing and GTM to make funnel- and journey-thinking a normal part of how we build. WHO YOU ARE • AI-native. You’ve driven AI into how a product or team works - not just worked somewhere that does AI. You use it daily, you’re curious about how the stack works, and you keep up as it moves (fast). • Scrappy and comfortable in ambiguity. You’ve taken something 01, you move fast, and you don’t need a clean brief or a stable roadmap to make progress. Constant change energises you rather than blocking you. • A builder of credibility. You win trust across teams quickly and can get engineers, PMs and GTM aligned around growth - even when that’s a new way of working for them. • Technically fluent and genuinely curious. You can hold your own with engineers on how things work and where the trade-offs are. • Outcome-driven. You anchor on the right metric and move it. REQUIREMENTS • Experience as a Product Manager with exposure to Growth. Depth in a single specific lever is a plus, not a prerequisite. • Demonstrable experience driving AI-native product or ways of working. • Comfortable in a fast-moving, 01, frequently-disrupted environment. • Strong communication and the personality to build credibility and influence across functions. • Technical fluency to partner credibly with engineering. LOCATION Remote from Europe or hybrid based from our London or Munich offices. OUR CULTURE At Synthesia we’re passionate about building, not talking, planning or politicising. We strive to hire the smartest, kindest and most unrelenting people and let them do their best work without distractions. Our work principles serve as our charter for how we make decisions, give feedback and structure our work to empower everyone to go as fast as possible. You can find out more about these principles here. https://www.notion.so/How-we-work-at-Synthesia-f794caa72f8446efb6be22b551ce0fa2?pvs=21 GLOBAL BENEFITS: • You will be compensated well with a generous salary and equity. • You get 25 days of annual leave + local holidays. • Regular team offsites where you’ll get to collaborate with the product & engineering team in person. • Work from home budget • Work from anywhere policy of 60 days per year • Generous referral scheme • Enhanced parental leave - maternity leave includes 16 weeks at full pay, and paternity leave includes 5 weeks at full pay (if your country’s government scheme offers more generous support, you receive whichever is greater - our enhanced policy or the local statutory benefit) BENEFITS SPECIFIC TO UK: • Private healthcare via AXA for you with a discount for dependants • 5% pension match • Team lunches Tuesday-Friday in the office • Flexible, hybrid role based from our London office.

You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of tournament properties, audiences, and markets, with significant scope to develop new revenue opportunities. You will also work closely with external sales agencies and broadcast partners, helping to develop and maximize additional commercial opportunities, including community broadcast sales, media partnerships, and other forms of broadcast monetization. This is a highly commercial, externally focused role where you will have the opportunity to shape how GRID monetizes its growing portfolio of esports content and tournament IP.

Senior Sales Engineer - Enterprise AI (remote in the EU)

The Opportunity Mirantis helped define cloud native infrastructure for a generation of enterprises through our Container and OpenStack platforms — the systems that run mission-critical workloads inside the world's most regulated organizations. Now those same customers are facing a new set of challenges as agentic AI and inferencing workloads grow explosively, and we're building the next infrastructure chapter to meet them there. We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales Solution Architect to help customers design and deploy next-generation AI infrastructure in the French speaking areas of Europe. We're looking for a Sales Engineer who wants to own that transition inside real accounts: banking, insurance, telecom, government, pharma. This is enterprise infrastructure, not experimental AI — the customer's platform and security teams will be in the room, and your technical credibility is what earns their trus In this role, you will work closely with our European enterprise customers, platform engineering teams, and AI practitioners to architect solutions that enable scalable AI workloads, modern developer platforms, and Kubernetes-based infrastructure across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. This is not a support role. You own the architecture conversation, the proof-of-concept, and the depth of the customer relationship. Account teams partner with you — the technical trust is yours to build. What You'll Actually Do • Own the technical relationship. Be the person CTOs, platform teams, and infrastructure leaders trust for a straight answer — not just the one who runs the demo. • Architect real solutions. Translate a customer's constraints — regulatory, operational, organizational — into deployable architecture across our Container, OpenStack, and Enterprise AI offerings. • Lead the proof. Run PoCs that prove fit under real conditions: deploy the platform, prototype AI workloads, debug live, and show what running it operationally actually looks like. • Tell the story. Turn infrastructure complexity into a narrative a CIO and a platform engineer can each act on — in a boardroom, a workshop, or on a whiteboard. • Build and protect the account. Carry technical continuity from discovery through PoC through expansion — especially in regulated environments where trust is earned slowly and lost fast. • Win net-new. Bring the same credibility to greenfield opportunities across regulated verticals, where the AI infrastructure conversation is often just starting. • Shape what we build. Feed field insight back into product and GTM as our Enterprise AI infrastructure evolves — your input carries real weight. Who You Are • You've lived the cloud native rise. Kubernetes, containers, OpenStack, platform engineering — you've built and operated this, likely as a platform engineer, DevOps engineer, or cloud architect, before moving toward the customer. • You're pulled toward AI infrastructure. GPU orchestration, inferencing, model serving — you're already leaning in, not waiting to be asked. • You think in platforms, not tools. Compute, networking, storage, and now inference and governance — one architecture, not a checklist. • You can deploy what you sell. You stand up clusters, run live demos, build PoCs, and debug them yourself when something breaks in front of the customer. • You own relationships, not tickets. You've managed accounts in regulated, high-scrutiny environments and know that technical trust is the actual sales cycle. • You're a natural technical evangelist. Conference talks, open-source contributions, technical writing, demo-building — this is already how you show up. What Actually Matters Most Driving demonstrable outcomes and results is what we care about most. We want someone with a proven track record of leading technical evaluations that turn into signed deals — and who can tell you exactly how they did it. Equally important: proven technical authority in regulated enterprise environments, where the sales cycle runs through platform and security review as much as procurement. This is relationship development and technical account management as much as it is architecture. Practical Requirements • 12 years combined experience across infrastructure engineering and solutions architecture / sales engineering. • 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting in France or other French speaking countries in Europe. • Hands-on experience designing or operating Kubernetes and/or OpenStack-based systems in production. • Proven track record supporting enterprise sales cycles for infrastructure or cloud platforms. • Experience managing accounts in regulated industries (banking/FSI, telecom, government, pharma/manufacturing) strongly preferred. Why This Role • A ground-floor seat in Mirantis' Enterprise AI infrastructure business, backed by an installed base of 1,500 enterprise customers. • Technical ownership, not a …
