Requirements • At least 5–8 years of DevOps experience, with a strong track record in AWS cloud infrastructure (multi-account strongly preferred) • AI-minded: comfortable supporting LLM/AI workloads on AWS (e.g. Bedrock, LangChain services, Lambda/ECS patterns, observability and cost control for inference pipelines) and working in teams that develop with AI-assisted workflows • Proven expertise with Terraform (IaC) and Git-based workflows • Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, or comparable tools) • Deep knowledge of security and compliance in cloud environments • Skilled in monitoring and observability (Sentry, CloudWatch, or equivalents) • Experience operating SSO/identity in SaaS • Hands-on experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms and migration programmes (DNS, auth, data plane) • Strong communication skills, able to advise both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Must be located in the European Union • Excellent English skills (min. The role is about: We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our APM team and help establish and strengthen dedicated QA practices within the team. Currently, engineers are responsible for testing their own code, which can lead to issues being identified later in the development cycle. This role will help us catch issues earlier, improve release quality, reduce rework, and give engineers more time to focus on building and improving the product. This is a hands-on, high-impact QA role combining test automation, API and backend testing, debugging, and manual testing when needed. You will work closely with the APM Gateway engineering team, helping validate new features, understand system behaviour, identify issues, and continuously improve testing practices. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of QA activities, understand systems deeply, and contribute to building a strong quality mindset within the team. Location: Remote from Poland, Portugal (Contractor arrangement) or Cyprus Onsite (Relocation support provided) Reporting to: Team Lead What you will do: • Build and maintain automated test frameworks using Python (PyTest, Playwright, Selenium) • Create and execute test cases based on new feature implementations • Perform API and backend testing, ensuring correct system behaviour and data integrity • Conduct manual testing when needed to ensure full test coverage • Analyse logs and system flows to identify issues and understand root causes • Identify, document, and track defects with clear evidence and reproduction steps • Work closely with the APM Gateway engineering team to validate features and system behaviour • Take ownership of QA activities across the APM environment and help establish effective testing practices • Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to improve quality and delivery • Contribute to delivering stable, reliable software in a complex system environment What we need: • 3+ years of experience in QA Automation • Strong hands-on experience with: • Python • PyTest • Playwright • Selenium • Experience with API and backend testing • Ability to design and structure clear, maintainable test cases • Strong debugging skills, including working with logs and system behaviour • Good understanding of software testing principles and QA processes • Good communication skills and ability to explain technical topics clearly • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership Nice to have: • Experience in payments, fintech, or e-commerce platforms • Understanding of transaction flows or distributed systems • Exposure to cloud-based environments or microservices architectures • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git) Hiring Process: • Step 1 – Thinking in Action (40 minutes) Your first conversation will be with our Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to support our finance operations, primarily for our US entity. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with bookkeeping and communicates confidently in English. This role requires someone who is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment. Although the position is based in Ecuador, this is a regional role supporting our operations across the United States and Latin America, with a particular focus on our US financial operations. You will work closely with our regional management and finance teams and interact regularly with colleagues across the Americas and Europe. For this reason, professional proficiency in English is mandatory. The successful candidate must be comfortable communicating, participating in meetings and handling financial information in English on a daily basis. Your Role Primary Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded. • Perform daily bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other balance sheet accounts. • Process vendor invoices and customer payments. • Create and issue invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner. • Ensure all billing information, customer records, and financial data are consistently updated and maintained in our Platform (QuickBooks). • Assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports and supporting documentation. • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. • Maintain the general ledger and ensure accounting records are complete and accurate. • Support external accountants with tax filings, audits, and financial reporting requirements. • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments. • Ensure compliance with company policies and US accounting practices. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting and billing discrepancies. • Maintain financial documentation in an organized and confidential manner.
