Engineering Manager, Trusted Agentic Development

GitLab is the intelligent orchestration platform for DevSecOps. GitLab enables organizations to increase developer productivity, improve operational efficiency, reduce security and compliance risk, and accelerate digital transformation. More than 50 million registered users and more than 50% of the Fortune 100* trust GitLab to ship better, more secure software faster. The same principles built into our products are reflected in how our team works: we embrace AI as a core productivity multiplier, with all team members expected to incorporate AI into their daily workflows to drive efficiency, innovation, and impact. GitLab is where careers accelerate, innovation flourishes, and every voice is valued. Our high-performance culture is driven by our values and continuous knowledge exchange, enabling our team members to reach their full potential while collaborating with industry leaders to solve complex problems. Co-create the future with us as we build technology that transforms how the world develops software. • Fortune 500® is a registered trademark of Fortune Media IP Limited, used under license. Claim based on GitLab data. Fortune 100 refers to the top 20% ranked companies in the 2025 Fortune 500 list, published in June 2025. Fortune and Fortune Media IP Limited are not affiliated with, and do not endorse products or services of GitLab. An overview of this role The Trusted Agentic Development team sits within GitLab's Developer Experience group and builds the platforms our own engineers rely on every day. GitLab engineers increasingly build software with artificial intelligence (AI) agents. Agents generate code and tests in seconds, so speed is no longer the constraint. Confidence is. Agents can produce a passing test suite for software that doesn't work as intended, and a reviewer may not be able to tell the difference without redoing the work by hand. As Engineering Manager, Trusted Agentic Development, you'll build and lead the team that closes this gap. You'll help define what validation means when the author is an agent and make the feedback loop fast, automatic, and trustworthy. You'll point the team at the right version of an open problem and earn adoption across GitLab by building the best path, not by mandating a process. • Validation that confirms agent-generated code does what was intended, so a passing suite means a working feature and not just a satisfied proxy. • Mid-loop feedback that helps an agent self-correct toward working software instead of green assertions. • Language-aware approaches under one shared model of what "trusted" means, starting with Rust, Ruby, and Go, while allowing the right technique to differ by language. • Real measurement of whether engineers trust and adopt the path, with findings fed directly back into the platform. What you'll do • Build and grow the team by hiring and developing engineers who practice agentic development, and create a culture that treats this as an open problem to solve rather than a process to enforce. • Set direction in an undefined space by partnering with your team to shape the technical approach for validating agent-built software. • Keep the team focused on the highest-impact version of the problem rather than the easiest one. • Earn adoption by building relationships with engineering teams across GitLab, learning how they work with agents today, and creating a platform they choose because it makes them faster and more confident. • Measure engineer adoption and trust through real usage, treat adopters as design partners, and use findings to prioritize where confidence is breaking down. • Stay close to the technical work by engaging in architecture and design discussions, reviewing proposals, and keeping your judgment current as agentic development changes. • Run the team with clear goals, direct feedback, honest performance management, and ownership of complex work from planning through completion without relying on a dedicated program manager. What you'll bring • Direct experience using AI agents to build software, including lessons from successes and missteps and a clear point of view on why a passing test suite isn't the same as working software. • Experience leading engineering teams through ambiguous, early-stage problems where the right approach wasn't yet known. • The ability to drive adoption through influence and a useful product rather than through mandate, including partnering across teams you don't manage. • Technical depth to engage credibly in architecture and validation strategy discussions and earn the trust of senior engineers. • A history of building accountable, high-performing teams, including hiring well, developing team members, and addressing underperformance directly. • Strong written communication skills in an all-remote, asynchronous environment. • Alignment with GitLab's values, especially collaboration, iteration, and transparency. This isn't a quality assurance (QA) or test automation …

Our work sits at the intersection of product, platform, and operations. We build the control-plane services and workflows that keep stack state aligned across grafana.com, Stack State Service (SSS), Hosted Grafana, cloud regions, and the underlying Grafana Cloud infrastructure. When this domain works well, customers get reliable stack creation, safe configuration rollout, predictable migrations, and fewer manual operational interventions. • Design, build, and operate reconciliation systems, including the SSS backend, to track desired stack state, detect and repair drift across stack templates, grafana.com state, Hosted Grafana, and actual customer stack configuration • Collaborate across SSS, grafana.com, and deployment configurations to ensure stack lifecycle workflows remain reliable, observable, and resilient • Improve operational efficiency by reducing deployment complexity (e.g., aiming for single PR regional SSS deployment) and contributing to the Stack Config Reconciliation project • Manage rollout mechanisms for provisioned plugins, dashboards, data sources, Grafana versions, release channels, and stack-level configuration • Support new region and cluster rollouts, including the operational paths required to bring stacks online safely in new Grafana Cloud regions • Improve incident response and recovery paths for stack misalignment, reconciliation failures, plugin rollout …

Solutions Engineer, Expansion Finland

Note: Partly is headquartered in Austin, TX with offices in London, UK, Christchurch, NZ and Auckland, NZ. Wherever you're based, we'll connect you with your nearest office for onboarding, and fly you to join the full team for our quarterly "Season Openers" (we cover travel and accommodation). If you're relocating to join us, we can also assist with relocation costs. OUR STORY Partly is connecting the world's parts, and we're doing that by building the AI infrastructure layer for the global repair industry, starting with the $2tn automotive market. Our frontier model, Interpreter, is the world's first AI purpose-built to understand vehicle damage and the parts needed to fix it. Thousands of businesses across the global repair supply chain already rely on it. Founded by ex-Rocket Lab engineers, we've tripled in size in the last 18 months and have recently raised a $50m Series B led by DST Global (Anthropic, Airbnb, Meta, TikTok, Spotify) and including Blackbird Ventures (Canva, CultureAmp etc.), WNDR, Activant Capital, Icehouse Ventures, Square Peg, Airtree, and Ecliptic Venture Capital. We're headquartered in Austin, with offices in New Zealand and London. We're continuing to build a world-class team ensuring Partly is a place where people can do the best work of their lives. We're proud of the culture we've built, and our values are lived throughout every experience. Want to learn more about the problems we're solving and the culture we're building at Partly? Hear directly from our team here: https://shorturl.at/iAFUX THIS ROLE This is a forward-deployed solutions role at the front line of Partly's European expansion. You'll be the technical engine behind new-market deals across the UK and the Nordics, turning messy real-world problems into signed pilots and putting genuinely differentiated AI in front of the people who run the repair industry. Here's what you'd be working with. Partly runs two connected layers. Partly.com http://Partly.com is the infrastructure platform, the B2B layer that powers parts data, cataloging, and procurement across hundreds of integrations globally. Partly.ai http://Partly.ai is the AI tool for repairers, built on top of that infrastructure, that makes finding and sourcing the right part feel like magic. Both are powered by Interpreter, Partly's proprietary foundation model for understanding automotive parts at scale, trained on licensed OEM build data across 52+ manufacturer agreements and continuously sharpened by feedback from thousands of users across our global network. No general-purpose AI model comes close on parts accuracy, and that is what makes agentic procurement automation possible at the precision the repair industry demands. Your job is to deploy that into markets we haven't cracked yet. Automotive data is scattered around the world in complex, inconsistent formats, and the interesting work is in unifying it into something that drives a customer's business. You'll sit between Sales, Product, and Engineering, resolving the technical blockers that stand between a prospect and a deal, building demos and experimental features that show off what Interpreter can do, and shaping how the product gets built for and applied to each new market. Why join now: Partly closed a $50M Series B at a $500M valuation and is scaling fast across the UK, Europe, the U.S., and Australasia, in a $1.9 trillion industry that has barely been touched by modern software. You'd be early, close to the founders and the model, and given real ownership from day one. If you like ambiguity, owning a problem end to end, and being the person who makes a deal technically possible with frontier AI, this role is built for you. WHAT WILL YOU DO • Unblock new-market deals end to end. Own the technical path from first conversation to signed pilot across the UK and the Nordics: scope integrations, map end-to-end estimating and parts workflows, and clear whatever stands between a prospect and a yes. • Build integrations that make pilots possible. Stand up and debug the connections customers depend on (for example, the CABAS estimating integration for the Nordic customer pilots or quick custom interfaces for client-facing demos), working close to the data and the code to get them live in test and beyond. • Build demos and experimental features. Create market demos and portal prototypes that prove what Partly can do before committing core engineering, iterating fast on what prospects react to. • Run Technical Readiness Assessments. Produce the TRAs that map a customer's systems and dependencies so both sides know exactly what a pilot requires. • Turn data into a commercial case. Build value proposition frameworks, calculators, and reporting (for example, insurer reporting dashboards) that show customers the value in their own numbers. • Be the voice of the UK and Nordics customer to Product. Translate recurring deal blockers into clear, prioritized product asks, and …

Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register. We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us. Your main goal will be to own the forward-looking financial plan for the top and mid funnel of n8n’s commercial engine, helping Marketing leadership make sharper investment decisions across both our PLG and SLG motions. To do so, you’ll turn demand, funnel, and marketing investment decisions into an integrated financial view that leadership can act on: OWN MARKETING PLANNING & FORECASTING • Drive n8n’s annual planning and regular forecasting process for Marketing end to end, from top-down targets and cross-functional alignment through regional segmentation, budget ownership, and consolidation into the company plan. • Partner with Marketing budget owners across demand generation, brand, community and DevRel, product marketing, and events to set budgets, forecast spend, and sharpen investment trade-offs. • Own program spend with the same rigor as headcount, including agency and media contracts, event and sponsorship commitments, phasing, seasonality, and in-year reallocations. MODEL FUNNEL & CHANNEL ECONOMICS • Model demand creation, signup and MQL volume, activation, qualified opportunity, conversion, and velocity with Marketing Ops and RevOps across both PLG and SLG motions. • Translate funnel and channel levers into the demand assumptions behind n8n’s integrated top-line model and quantify the financial impact and trade-offs of changing them. • Assess CAC and payback, conversion, pipeline contribution, and expected versus realized ROI using attribution, incrementality testing, and other causal methods where appropriate. BUILD A RIGOROUS MARKETING INVESTMENT FRAMEWORK • Establish a repeatable process for material marketing bets covering hypothesis, baseline, expected return, confidence range, leading indicators, scale-or-stop triggers, and post-investment review. • Build and defend investment cases for brand, community, content, events, and other spend that does not attribute cleanly to closed revenue. • Use internal evidence, external benchmarks, and post-investment learnings to drive in-year reallocations toward the highest-impact opportunities. TURN DATA INTO DECISIONS • Partner with Marketing Ops, RevOps, Data, and Controlling to keep the financial view aligned with n8n’s attribution, measurement, and reporting frameworks. • Own the financial metric definitions behind Marketing reporting and ensure teams are operating from a consistent view of performance. • Turn financial reporting and variance analysis into tangible insights and recommendations for Marketing leadership, executives, and board-level audiences when needed. REQUIREMENTS MUST-HAVES • FP&A experience: You have 7+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally in a fast-paced technology or B2B SaaS environment. • Complex planning experience: You have led complex, multi-entity, multi-stakeholder annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes end to end. • Marketing business partnering: You have deep demand-side finance partnering experience in either a self-serve/PLG funnel or an enterprise/SLG demand generation motion, plus a strong working understanding of the other. • Funnel and channel economics: You are fluent in CAC and CAC payback by channel and motion, blended versus paid CAC, CLV/CAC, pipeline attribution, funnel conversion, and velocity. • Judgment on unattributable spend: You have built and defended investment cases for brand, community, content, or similar spend that will never attribute cleanly to a closed deal. • Program spend ownership: You are comfortable owning a budget weighted toward program spend, including commitments, phasing, agency costs, vendor …

Quality Assurance Manager, International

À distance ✓DE
G

We're so happy you're here! Thank you for checking our job out and we hope to have the chance to meet you in our interview process! About the role We are hiring for our first dedicated international quality hire at Grüns. You'll own the quality system for every market outside the US: product release, specifications, complaints and adverse events, incident management, contract manufacturer oversight, stability, and transit qualification. For products sold in the EU, you'll build and run the Quality Management System processes that keep us compliant with EU and local market requirements across the product lifecycle. Today these responsibilities sit informally with the US QA team. The job is to figure out where they should live, build the processes, and then run them. You'll work across Regulatory, Supply Chain, Operations, and our external manufacturing and 3PL partners, and you'll be the escalation point when something goes wrong in an international market. Location: While this role is part of our global remote HQ, we feel a candidate based in or around Germany or the United Kingdom will be most successful in this role. The team members you’ll be working with most are in multiple countries and time zones, so we ask that you are comfortable working a way that allows for some overlap in working hours to collaborate. More generally, we operate in a fully remote, high trust environment with teammates across multiple countries and time zones. While we work async by default, we come together in person twice a year for offsites that help us connect, align, and build real relationships IRL. In this role, you will: • Release finished products only after verifying specs, COAs, manufacturing docs, deviations, and market-specific requirements • Own consumer complaint intake and triage across level 1, 2, and 3 • Build and run traceability, recall/withdrawal, mock recall, complaint, adverse-event, and food safety incident processes for EU products • Own supplier and contract manufacturer qualification: Quality Agreements, audits, CAPAs/SCARs, deviations, change controls, investigations, ongoing performance monitoring • Run BMT testing and oversee microbiological, chemical, allergen, contaminant, nutritional, and stability testing, including OOS/OOT investigations and third-party labs • Assess quality and regulatory risk on any formulation, ingredient, supplier, process, spec, packaging, or labeling change before it ships. Even a packaging color update can get held at customs in markets like China without sign-off • Partner with Regulatory Affairs to keep formulations, specs, labels, claims, and packaging compliant by market • Own quality oversight of international manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, and distribution partners, including 3PLs • Set and monitor international quality KPIs and keep us audit-ready We're looking for someone who: • Has a minimum of 5 years of quality assurance experience in food, beverage, dietary supplement, or consumer health, with meaningful time spent on products sold outside the US • Has hands-on EU and international quality experience. You've managed quality processes for food, dietary supplement, or consumer health products sold in the EU and across multiple regulatory jurisdictions, and you understand how quality and regulatory requirements differ by market • Has working knowledge of EU food and food supplement quality requirements, including GMP and food safety requirements, HACCP, traceability and recall, allergen management, specifications, supplier and contract manufacturer controls, analytical testing, stability, change control, product release, and labeling and claims oversight. Experience across multiple EU member states is a strong plus • Has real depth in core quality systems: you've owned CAPAs, investigations, root cause analysis, specification creation, document control, and change control, not just participated in them • Has qualified, audited, and managed external manufacturers and co-packers, and held them to account • Has owned or contributed materially to a recall, withdrawal, or market action, and knows what good looks like under pressure • Is comfortable owning stability protocols and managing third-party labs • Can work across US, UK/EU, and Asia time zones with a distributed team and external partners Approach to the role: • You treat documentation as protection, not paperwork • You catch the small stuff, like a packaging color change, before it turns into a blocked shipment • You build with scale in mind, since we're small today and growing internationally fast • You bring high ownership and don't need to be micromanaged to move fast Compensation & Benefits: At Grüns, we are committed to offering a competitive total compensation package grounded in market data and aligned to our size, stage, industry, and geographic location. Compensation for this role will be benchmarked to the local market and may vary based on experience and …
