Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/ ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead (Google & Microsoft Ads), to lead and scale our advertising across the Ruby Labs portfolio. This is a senior player-coach role. You will own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads execution across multiple brands, coach and develop acquisition managers, set account standards, improve performance, and protect account health across a large multi-brand setup. You will be responsible for scaling spend profitably across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads. You will conduct regular account audits, identify missed opportunities, and make sure every brand is using Google and Bing to their full potential. This is not a reporting-only leadership role. You need to stay close to the accounts, understand the details, and be able to challenge strategy, structure, bidding, compliance, measurement, and execution yourself. We also work AI-first. You will own the Google and Bing acquisition knowledge base inside Claude, including playbooks, audit frameworks, prompts, automations, QA checklists, and repeatable workflows that help the team operate faster and better. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Portfolio Performance • Scale profitable spend across multiple brands, geos, languages, and funnels. • Manage CPA, ROAS, CAC, and payback against real revenue data, not surface-level platform metrics. • Conduct regular account audits across all brands to identify gaps, missed opportunities, inefficient structures, underused campaign types, weak signals, and scaling potential. • Make sure every brand is fully utilizing Google and Microsoft Ads opportunities across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads. • Work with Managing Directors and UA Managers to translate brand targets into practical Google and Bing execution. • Own channel-level recommendations for budget allocation, account structure, bidding approach, testing priorities, and scale-up opportunities. • Partner with Google and Microsoft teams on betas, new campaign types, product changes, escalation paths, and platform-level opportunities. Account Architecture & Governance • Define standards for account structure, naming, conversion architecture, bidding, testing, reporting, documentation, and QA. • Review major account changes before launch and make sure changes are hypothesis-driven, measured, and documented. • Run monthly account audits across all Google and Microsoft Ads accounts. • Maintain clean documentation so account knowledge, automations, tests, and learnings are not dependent on one person. • Build repeatable standards that UA managers can follow across brands without losing brand-specific context. Policy & Compliance • Own Google and Microsoft Ads policy and compliance across all Ruby Labs brands. • Protect account health across all brands. • Own policy workflows for ad review, disapprovals, appeals, account restrictions, and escalation. • Work closely with brand teams on ad-to-landing-page consistency, claims, pricing, funnel compliance, and policy-sensitive testing. • Build prevention-first processes so policy issues are caught before launch. • Maintain direct escalation paths with Google and Microsoft representatives. • Have the authority to block launches that create material account or policy risk. AI-First Operating System • Own the Google and Bing acquisition knowledge base inside Claude, including playbooks, SOPs, audit frameworks, campaign QA checklists, prompts, and reusable workflows. • Design AI-assisted workflows for keyword research, campaign builds, audits, QA, reporting, opportunity discovery, and optimization review. • Train UA managers to use Claude …

Mission Demodesk lives inside an ecosystem: CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive), dialers (Aircall, CloudCall, RingCentral), consultancies and agencies that implement sales tech for mid-market companies across Europe. Every one of those relationships is a channel, and right now they are underbuilt. You will own partnerships end to end: sourcing, closing, activating, and scaling. That means CRM ecosystem partnerships that drive co-selling and marketplace presence, referral and reseller relationships with sales consultancies and RevOps agencies in the DACH region and beyond, and technology partnerships that expand what our AI agents can connect to. This is a build role, not a manage role. You will define the partner motion, prove it works, and lay the foundation for the partnerships function as we scale. Goals • Build and own a partner pipeline: identify, pitch, and close referral, reseller, and technology partnerships • Activate CRM ecosystem partnerships (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), from marketplace listings to co-marketing and co-selling motions • Recruit and enable sales consultancies, RevOps agencies, and system integrators as implementation and referral partners • Design partner economics: commission structures, enablement materials, certification paths • Run joint go-to-market campaigns with partners, in tandem with marketing • Own partner-sourced revenue as your north star metric • Represent Demodesk at ecosystem events and partner conferences across Europe Your profile What you bring • 3+ years in partnerships, channel sales, or business development at a B2B SaaS company • A track record of building partner relationships that generated measurable revenue, not just signed logos • Understanding of the CRM and sales tech ecosystem: you know how HubSpot and Salesforce partner programs work, or you learn ecosystems fast • Strong commercial instincts: partner deals are still deals, and you know how to structure and close them • Self-direction: this is our first dedicated partnerships hire, and you will write the playbook • Fluent German and English (our strongest partner ecosystem is in the DACH region) Nice to have • Existing relationships with sales consultancies, RevOps agencies, or CRM implementation partners in Europe • Experience launching or managing app marketplace listings • Experience at an early-stage company where you built a function from scratch Why us • Well-funded and backed by Silicon Valley’s top investors & angels, including Y Combinator • Full responsibility from day one and being part of our hierarchy-free and results-driven working environment • Competitive compensation with uncapped variable • Attractive stock compensation package • Modern and central office in Munich, with free snacks and barista service • Flexible working hours • Attractive perks including gym memberships, healthcare coverage, top of the line MacBook or Linux machine, and a professional development budget • Commuter benefits and regular team face time in Munich

Recruitment at Red Sky goes beyond filling open positions. We build the teams behind new ventures and help technology companies find people who can make a real difference to their business. As a RBP, you will own recruitment projects end-to-end - from understanding the business need and defining the search strategy to sourcing, assessment, stakeholder management and closing the hire. You will work across two areas • Venture & Portfolio Recruitment - You will work closely with founders, investors and business leaders to find founders, founding team members and key hires for new ventures and growing portfolio companies. • External Recruitment - You will lead recruitment projects for external clients, working directly with decision-makers and taking ownership of successful delivery. This part of the role comes with uncapped commission linked to successful placements. Compensation We offer B2B cooperation with a fixed monthly base of PLN 10,000 plus a delivery-based commission. Depending on the number and value of successfully completed external recruitment projects, total monthly compensation can reach PLN 16,000. What you will do • Own recruitment projects from intake to successful hire. • Work directly with founders, investors, hiring managers and external clients. • Understand the business context behind each role and challenge the brief when needed. • Build candidate profiles, scorecards and tailored search strategies. • Conduct market mapping and active sourcing using LinkedIn, professional communities, alternative data sources and other channels. • Work with AI-assisted sourcing, automation and modern recruitment tools. • Create personalized outreach strategies for passive candidates. • Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates against agreed criteria. • Prepare clear, evidence-based candidate recommendations. • Manage candidate and stakeholder communication throughout the entire process. • Advise stakeholders on talent availability, compensation expectations and hiring risks. • Support offer management and negotiations. • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and recruitment data in our ATS (exp with Recruitee is a plus), • Continuously test and improve the way we source, assess and hire talent. This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who enjoys both the strategic part of recruitment and the actual search: understanding a difficult hiring problem, investigating the market, finding the right people and turning a search into a successful hire. What happens after you apply? We want our recruitment process to be transparent, focused and respectful of your time. You will always know what happens next and when you can expect to hear from us. • Application Review - Up to 5 business days • Intro Meeting - 30 min - Online - Candidate + COO • Team Meeting - 60 min - Online - Candidate + COO + People & Talent Business Partner • Full-time Collaboration or Paid Project After the interview process, there are two possible paths. Depending on mutual fit and availability, we may move directly to a full-time collaboration or suggest starting with a paid freelance recruitment project. The freelance project is not another recruitment task. It is real, paid work on an actual search, with a clearly defined scope, timeline, compensation and success criteria agreed before the project begins.
