Drive local leads for U.S. dental practices. Apply now. $3,000 – $4,000 per month | Full-time | US overlap (5am–2pm EST) Web Marketing For Dentists helps dental practices grow through smarter, more effective digital marketing. Today, we work with clinics across the U.S., helping them consistently generate new patient opportunities through proven lead generation strategies. Our focus has always been on measurable outcomes - more booked appointments, better ROI, and long-term growth for our clients. We're a remote-first team that values trust, ownership, and continuous improvement. We give our team the freedom to take initiative, experiment, and refine systems that drive better results. Our Values • Tenacious: We stay committed and push through challenges. • TOPS (Team Oriented Problem Solvers): We collaborate and solve issues at the root. • Positive and Pleasant: We bring a supportive and respectful attitude to everything we do. • Do the Right Thing: Integrity and accountability always come first. • Open-Minded Learners: We're always improving, adapting, and growing. If this resonates with you, we'd love to meet you. We're looking for an experienced, results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on performance marketing role focused entirely on driving quality local leads for U.S.-based dental practices (B2C). This is not a brand awareness or awareness-stage role. You will own campaigns end-to-end — from strategy and build through to optimisation, reporting, and ongoing improvement. You should be comfortable working with Performance Max, Target CPA bidding, and Google Business Profile integration - and you must care deeply about lead quality, not just volume. This role is Google Ads-focused. Microsoft/Bing Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) experience is a genuine bonus and may come into play down the line, but is not part of the core scope or compensation for this position. In this role, you will: Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns for U.S.-based dental practices Build, launch, and refine Performance Max (PMax) campaigns with a focus on lead quality Implement and manage Target CPA bidding strategies to control cost-per-lead Leverage Google Business Profile (GBP) and Google Maps ad placements alongside traditional Search campaigns Accurately track and differentiate lead sources (GMB/Maps vs. Search) for client reporting Provide clear, actionable reporting and strategic recommendations on a regular basis Stay current with Google Ads platform changes, beta features, and best practices Portfolio & Growth Once fully onboarded, you can expect to manage approximately 30–40 dental accounts, at an average spend of around $5,000/month per account. You'll typically start with a smaller handful of accounts (around 4) while you settle in, growing from there. Who You'll Work With You'll report directly to our CEO, who also serves as CMO and has extensive hands-on Google Ads experience — this is someone who deeply understands the platform and the day-to-day challenges, not just a business owner asking for results. You'll work alongside 3 fellow Google Ads specialists, including one true standout performer on the team. We're hoping you'll be the second. Working hours: This is a full-time role with remote hours between 5am–2pm EST. Requirements You'll thrive in this role if you have demonstrable, hands-on experience in ALL of the following: Local lead generation via Google Ads — a proven track record managing campaigns for U.S. local B2C businesses Google Business Profile + Google Ads integration — you know how to connect and optimise GBP assets within campaigns and understand how Maps/Local ads work alongside Search Target CPA bidding — setting, monitoring, and adjusting tCPA to hit cost-per-lead goals across different business types Performance Max campaigns — building PMax campaigns that attract quality leads, not junk conversions, and optimising them over time using asset group performance, audience signals, and search term insights Bonus points if you have: Experience with Microsoft/Bing Ads — search campaign management Experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead generation campaigns Familiarity with Google Ads Editor — bulk campaign management and offline editing Experience working with U.S. dental offices Experience working with U.S. medical practices Above all, you take ownership of your work, care about results, and are always looking for ways to improve. Benefits What’s in it for you? Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 per month* Full time: 100% remote - work from wherever you’re happiest and most productive Flexibility: We trust you to manage your time and balance your work and life Paid Time Off: 27–29 days per year. *Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence. What to expect We are a startup digital agency, and no two projects, clients, or even days look the same. In ecommerce we build on Shopify and Liquid and Next.js, with custom AWS microservices and apps that take Shopify well past the defaults. On the marketing side we build highly customised sites in Next.js and React, with careful design and animation and a real focus on how the page performs and feels. In automotive we build full platforms, from stock-car locators to configurators and more. Across all of it, we bring AI into the work through our own products. Here nothing will be fixed. You will work across changing projects and settings, on long builds that run for months and shorter spikes to figure out how a business can actually use AI, and you will help us rethink how agency work is done. Sound like your kind of place? Here is what we need from you. Your competencies Mindset Is your goal to deliver great software, whether the problem is easy or hard? Do you push deeper than most to find the right solution, not just the first one that works? Then you are the person we need. Responsibility You own what you build, all the way through, not just until it ships and becomes someone else's problem. The parts that go smoothly and the parts that get messy are both yours to see through. You bring your ideas, experience and your curiosity, you use AI to build better and faster, and you stand behind what you put your name on. Drive You will not know everything yet, and that is fine. What we cannot teach is drive. We bring the tools and the guidance. You bring the push to grow fast, understand what you build, and keep reaching past what you know. What you bring to the table: • You work across crafts, not in a corner. You are close with developers, designers, and strategists, and you would rather build in the open than behind a wall. • You make the team better. You speak up when something can be sharper, and you share what you learn instead of sitting on it. • You care whether the client wins. You focus on the quality of the product and the experience, not just the ticket in front of you. What You Can Look Forward To What you will actually do: We build complex, end-to-end products for both big-name and niche clients. You will own the frontend side of that work, plus the wider circle around it. You run most of it on your own, with a foundation solid enough to pick up whatever the project throws at you, fast. Day to day, that means: • Owning features end to end: states, edge cases, accessibility, performance, not just the happy path. • Taking medium and larger pieces on your own, and pairing with seniors on the architecture-level calls. • Being a real team member and pushing past that: taking on things that stretch you, presenting your work to the client, and steering thin slices on your own. • You’re enjoying being part of a team, not a remote desk which prefers to work in isolation most of the time. The tech stack you will work with: • Languages and frameworks: React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS • APIs: REST and GraphQL • Cloud: AWS, GCP • Delivery: Existing CI/CD usage and maintenance • AI tooling: Claude, Cursor, Pi, Antigravity, plus your and our own Skills and MCP setup Who you will work with We are a bunch of colleagues originally from similar backgrounds who got tired of how things were usually done and set out to find better ways. That is the whole reason this company exists, and it is still what we are doing. We are not a place of rockstars and egos. People here ask questions out loud, show rough work without flinching, and would rather help each other get something right than look clever alone. We push each other, in the good way, and we do not take ourselves too seriously while we are at it. You would be joining that. You’ll work closely with the crafts, designers and strategists, and just as easily with the people steering the projects and the business. There is no wall between you and any of it. Take on the parts you are ready for, and when you want more, a pitch, a client conversation, a bigger call, speak up at the right moment and the door is open. Smaller team. More ownership. Bigger work.
