• Kennenlernen vom erweiterten Team: Lerne deine zukünftigen Kolleg:innen kennen. • Entscheidung: Wenn beide Seiten überzeugt sind, heissen wir dich on board willkommen.

The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination. n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact. Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve: • Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders • Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects • Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register. We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us. n8n sits at one of the most interesting UX problems in software right now: more than 80% of workflows built on n8n today involve AI agents, and the platform is in the middle of a deliberate expansion from deeply technical developers toward a broader set of builders. That tension, keeping power users happy while dramatically lowering the floor, is the central design challenge. This is a foundational hire with a real mandate and direct exec partnership. WHAT YOU'LL DO OWN THE QUALITY BAR • Set a clear, consistent quality bar that the team can orient around and build toward, so great work becomes the natural output of how we design together. • Build review processes and critique rituals that give the team a shared language for quality and the confidence to make strong craft decisions together. • Evolve the design system and QA practices so the bar rises as the team grows. • Dig into one of the most genuinely interesting UX challenges in the space: n8n has historically had a steep learning curve for new users. Your job is to lower that floor without losing the power that experienced builders love. DRIVE DESIGN'S STRATEGIC INFLUENCE • Shape product strategy, not just respond to it. Bring design thinking into roadmap conversations and help surface user problems before they become someone else's brief. • Help lead n8n's expansion toward a broader, less technical audience, a deliberate and exciting strategic shift that design should be leading. • Build the kind of relationships with Product, Engineering, and leadership where design is a genuine thought partner at every stage. BUILD AND GROW THE TEAM • Lead a team of around 14 designers today: 2 Design Leads each working with ~6 ICs, plus Design Engineering and UX Research (with more hires ahead). • Shape the team structure, career framework, and progression paths so people know where they stand and where they're going. • Create a culture of high standards and honest feedback, where people feel supported to do their best work and have a clear sense of what great looks like. • Own hiring and headcount planning for the department, and help us grow without losing what makes the team good. BUILD RESEARCH INTO HOW WE MAKE DECISIONS • Establish a pragmatic, continuous research practice from the ground up. We're making our first dedicated UX research hires, so there's real room to shape this. • Make customer insight, product data, and community feedback a live input to product decisions, so teams are building from evidence at every step. • Connect research to the decisions that matter most: activation, adoption, retention, and helping new users find their way into n8n with confidence. HELP THE TEAM WORK IN NEW WAYS • Champion practical AI adoption inside the design org, from prototyping and research synthesis to design QA and workflow efficiency. • Help the team stay curious and current as the tools, patterns, and expectations around AI products continue to evolve fast. • Model the kind of working style you want to see: thoughtful, adaptive, and genuinely excited about what's changing. REQUIREMENTS MUST-HAVES • Product design leadership: You have managed managers, coached senior designers, and built design teams that improve both craft and business outcomes, including making hard performance calls when needed. • Complex product systems experience: You have led design across complex or developer-facing products where UX quality depends on deep product understanding. • Craft authority: You are a quality bar, not just someone who appreciates quality. You can identify great work, explain why it's great, and hold the line on …

ABOUT POSTHOG Product development used to mean manually writing code, running analysis, diagnosing bugs, and rolling out changes using dozens of tools. PostHog makes products self-driving https://posthog.com/self-driving. It's the only platform that acts like a co-pilot for you (and your AI agents) to do it all – autonomously. We started with open-source product analytics, launched out of Y Combinator's W20 cohort https://posthog.com/handbook/story. We've since shipped more than a dozen products https://posthog.com/products, including: • PostHog Desktop https://posthog.com/desktop, the only AI devtool that understands your product, not just your codebase. • A built-in data warehouse https://posthog.com/docs/data-warehouse, so users can query product and customer data together using custom SQL insights. • PostHog AI https://posthog.com/ai, an AI-powered analyst that answers product questions, helps users find useful session recordings, and writes custom SQL queries. We are: 1. Product-led. More than 450,000 organizations have installed PostHog, mostly driven by word-of-mouth. We have intensely strong product-market fit. 2. Default alive https://paulgraham.com/aord.html. Revenue is growing incredibly quickly, and we're very efficient. We raise money to push ambition and grow faster, not to keep the lights on. 3. Well-funded. We've raised more than $180m from some of the world's top investors. We're set up for a long, ambitious journey. We're focused on building an awesome product for end users, hiring exceptional teammates, shipping fast, and being as weird as possible https://posthog.com/deskhog. THINGS WE CARE ABOUT • Transparency: Everyone can read about our roadmap, how we pay (or even let go of) people, our strategy, and how we work, in our public company handbook https://posthog.com/handbook. Internally, we share revenue, notes and slides from board meetings, and fundraising plans, so everyone has the context they need to make good decisions. • Autonomy: We don’t tell anyone what to do. Everyone chooses what to work on next based on what's going to have the biggest impact on our customers, and what they find interesting and motivating to work on. Engineers lead product teams https://posthog.com/handbook/wide-company and make product decisions https://posthog.com/handbook/which-products. Teams are flexible and easy to change when needed. • Shipping fast: Why not now? https://posthog.com/handbook/values#why-not-now We want to build a lot of products; we can't do that shipping at a normal pace. We've built the company around small teams – autonomous, highly-efficient groups of cracked engineers https://posthog.com/founders/cracked-manifesto who can outship much larger companies because they own their products end-to-end. • Time for building: Nothing gets shipped in a meeting. We're a natively remote company. We default to async communication – PRs > Issues > Slack. Tuesdays and Thursdays are meeting-free days https://posthog.com/handbook/company/culture#were-on-the-makers-schedule, and we prioritize heads down building time over perfect coordination. This will be the most productive job you've ever had. • Ambition: We want to solve big problems. We strongly believe that aiming for the best possible upside, and sometimes missing, is better than never trying. We're optimistic about what's possible and our ability to get there. • Being weird: Weird means redesigning an already world-class website for the 5th time. It means shipping literally every product that relates to customer data. It means building an objectively unnecessary developer toy https://posthog.com/deskhog with dubious shareholder value. Doing weird stuff is a competitive advantage. And it's fun. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We're seeking a Europe/UK based ingestion pipeline engineer who: • Thrives on challenges of building systems that process billions of events per day • Gets excited about designing elegant and efficient systems that can handle terabytes of data without giving people insomnia • Understands the importance of data integrity and reliability for customers The ideal candidate has experience with high-throughput data processing systems such as: • Analytics platforms • Metric collection systems • Log aggregation engines • Streaming and batch-processing pipelines We use a mixture of Node.JS and Rust for high-throughput processing. We store most of our data in Kafka, PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, S3, and Redis, but with the growing volume of data, we're constantly re-evaluating our technological choices. We're looking for someone who understands the principles of designing distributed systems and can use them to pick the best tools for the job. WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE UNIQUE At PostHog you won't get stuck maintaining an obscure microservice or working in the shadows of the product org, instead, you will: • Own the entire service from end-to-end: No committees or overzealous PMs, the …

ABOUT US: The Sports Data & Odds Engineering organization is responsible for developing, delivering, and operating a broad portfolio of products that power Sportradar's global sports data and betting ecosystem - processing millions of real-time events every day for media companies, sports federations, betting operators, and consumer apps across 120 countries. Working closely with rights holders, media organizations, and betting partners, our teams build and maintain highly scalable systems that support the collection, processing, analysis, and distribution of sports data and odds across more than 30 sports disciplines, including e-sports. The development teams based in Warsaw contribute to multiple products and initiatives across these domains, building distributed systems that operate at global scale, process millions of events daily, and deliver mission-critical services that are available 24/7. THE CHALLENGE: This is a role for an engineer who wants to own things - not just deliver them. You will take complex technical initiatives from design through to production, work across a high-performing distributed team, and have real influence over the architecture and practices of a platform used by millions of people every day. The problems here are not manufactured. They are the kind that come from operating at genuine scale in a real-time, mission-critical environment. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and operate scalable, high-performance Java services for sports data and betting products running 24/7 • Take independent ownership of complex technical initiatives from initial design through to production delivery • Contribute to cloud-native architecture on AWS, bringing experience and judgment to decisions that affect the whole platform • Mentor engineers around you - through code review, pairing, and the kind of feedback that actually helps people grow • Drive improvements to code quality, test coverage, engineering practices, and team standards • Collaborate with product and engineering leadership on technical direction - and push back constructively when it matters • Build expertise in one of the most technically demanding real-time data environments in the industry ABOUT YOU: You are an experienced engineer who can independently design, build, and operate complex software systems. You enjoy solving challenging technical problems, mentoring teammates, and influencing engineering decisions beyond your immediate deliverables. Required: • You have 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong Java expertise • You can design and deliver distributed systems in production, and you understand what it takes to keep them running • You take ownership of complex initiatives independently - from architecture decisions to post-incident reviews • You mentor others naturally and perform technical reviews that are direct, constructive, and useful • You have a deep understanding of testing strategy, CI/CD, and what engineering excellence looks like in practice • You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and know how to land a difficult message • Experience with AWS, Kafka, Kubernetes, and microservices at scale is a strong advantage OUR OFFER: • A collaborative environment with colleagues from all over the world (Engineering offices in Europe, Asia and US) • Ability to shape your own workday and career via a clearly defined professional and personal development plan • Opportunity to work with senior leadership team and develop yourself within an inspiring and fast-growing company • Vibrant and inclusive community, including Women in Tech and Pride groups which welcome all participants • Flexible working hours OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS: Initial Screening - A brief conversation with our Talent Acquisition Partner to review your background, experience, and expectations. Technical Task - A take-home coding assignment designed to reflect our daily work, completed at your convenience. Technical Interview - An in-depth discussion on your submitted coding task, including a review of your thought process, live coding exercises, and a system design discussion tailored to the level of the role. Cultural Fit Interview - A conversation with Senior Management to assess your ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the business. Final Step - Receive feedback and, if successful, an offer! At Sportradar, we celebrate our diverse group of hardworking employees. Sportradar is committed to ensuring equal access to its programs, facilities, and employment opportunities. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. We encourage you to apply even if you only meet most of the requirements (but not 100% of the listed criteria) – …

Senior MLOps Engineer - Edge

À distance ✓EN
H

At Hudl, we build great teams. We hire the best of the best to ensure you’re working with people you can constantly learn from. You’re trusted to get your work done your way while testing the limits of what’s possible and what’s next. We work hard to provide a culture where everyone feels supported, and our employees feel it—their votes helped us become one of Newsweek's Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces . We think of ourselves as the team behind the team, supporting the lifelong impact sports can have: the lessons in teamwork and dedication; the influence of inspiring coaches; and the opportunities to reach new heights. That’s why we help teams from all over the world see their game differently. Our products make it easier for coaches and athletes at any level to capture video, analyze data, share highlights and more. Ready to join us? Your Role We're hiring a Senior MLOps Engineer for our Hardware Group to build and scale the machine learning infrastructure that powers Focus, our line of smart cameras. You'll own the edge deployment pipelines that transport neural networks from training clusters to tens of thousands of devices globally, and contribute to the platform that compiles trained models into optimised inference engines for devices like the Jetson Orin, building the "nervous system" for the next generation of automated sports capture. As a Senior MLOps Engineer, you'll: • Build scalable Edge infrastructure. You'll design, develop, and maintain the delivery systems that enable us to deploy models to fleets of devices. • Own the model compilation platform. You'll build and maintain the pipeline that takes trained models and produces optimised, hardware-specific inference engines — managing TensorRT compilation, precision trade-offs (FP16/INT8), calibration, and engine validation to ensure models run reliably and efficiently on target devices. • Work with cross-functional teams. You'll collaborate with Data Scientists, Embedded Engineers, and Product Managers to ensure smooth integration of complex features and capabilities • Drive automation and reliability. You'll implement infrastructure to silently test candidate models on production devices and build telemetry pipelines to monitor drift, thermal impact, and inference latency in the wild. • Solve complex physical challenges. You'll tackle the unique constraints of the edge - building resilient update mechanisms for low-bandwidth environments, optimising for limited storage, and ensuring devices recover gracefully from network failures. • Mentor and lead. You'll share your expertise to establish best practices in Python tooling, Infrastructure-as-Code, and CI/CD, guiding the team toward a more robust, automated future. Location We'd like to hire someone for this role who lives near our offices in London or Barcelona, but we're also open to remote candidates in the UK and Spain. Must-Haves • Production MLOps expertise. You've played a key role in building and operating pipelines that deploy models to production, with deep experience in CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and Linux systems. • Edge inference & compilation know-how. You have hands-on experience compiling and optimising models for embedded hardware - ideally with TensorRT - and understand the practical implications of precision, quantisation, and engine validation at scale. • Collaborative. You understand that shipping to hardware is a team sport and can communicate effectively with researchers and low-level embedded engineers to translate constraints into solutions. • Systems thinking. You can design architectures that handle failure gracefully and understand the implications of deploying to 10,000 heterogeneous devices, including how to manage risk via canary releases and safe rollbacks. • Bias towards action. You see your role as solving problems; this means filling gaps and taking initiative as needed to help the team win together. Nice-to-Haves • Experience with our Edge AI stack. Experience with the NVIDIA edge ecosystem (Jetson Orin, DeepStream SDK, TensorRT) is a huge plus. • Video Technologies. Familiarity with video pipelines, GStreamer, or ffmpeg. • Fleet management. Experience with tools like AWS IoT Greengrass, Balena, or custom OTA / fleet management solutions. • Sports Passion. You have an interest in sports technology, video analytics, or performance metrics—but if not, we'll teach you the domain. Our Role • Champion work-life harmony . We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too. • Guarantee autonomy . We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas. • Encourage career growth . We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of …
