Du arbeitest entweder in unserem Headquarter in Würzburg oder 100% remote – solange du bei Bedarf mal vorbeikommst. Deine Mission • Du verantwortest die Produktentwicklung unserer REST-API und sorgst dafür, dass sie für unsere Partner und Integratoren optimal nutzbar ist • Du steuerst die Weiterentwicklung unserer Payment-Prozesse mit Stripe – von der Optimierung bestehender Flows bis zur Einführung neuer Zahlungswege • Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer Partner- und Administrationsoberflächen voran – die zentralen Tools, mit denen unsere Partner und unser internes Team täglich arbeiten • Du bist Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Partner, die sich auf unsere API integrieren wollen, und übersetzt ihre Anforderungen in umsetzbare Features • Du priorisierst und pflegst das Product Backlog in enger Abstimmung mit dem Head of Product und den Senior-Developern • Du arbeitest eng mit Key-Account-Management, Projektleitern und dem Entwicklungsteam zusammen • Du übernimmst eigenständig die Leitung von Projekten in deinem Verantwortungsbereich • Du behältst den Überblick über die technische Produktlandschaft und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale Deine Skills • Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Product Management mit, idealerweise mit technischem Schwerpunkt • Du verstehst REST-APIs und Webhooks – du kannst API-Dokumentation lesen, Use Cases definieren und mit Developern auf Augenhöhe sprechen • Du hast bereits mit Payment-Providern gearbeitet (Stripe, Adyen oder vergleichbar) und verstehst die Komplexität von Bezahlprozessen • Du hast Erfahrung im B2B-SaaS- oder Plattform-Umfeld und verstehst Multi-Stakeholder-Dynamiken • Du arbeitest routiniert mit Jira oder vergleichbaren Projektmanagement-Tools • KI-Tools wie Claude, ChatGPT oder Copilot sind für dich bereits tägliche Begleiter in der Arbeit • Du bringst fließende Deutschkenntnisse mit • Du kommunizierst klar und eigenständig – sowohl mit technischen als auch mit nicht-technischen Stakeholdern Nice-to-Have • Erfahrung mit Stripe im Speziellen (Billing, Connect, Payment Intents) • Erfahrung mit Multi-Tenant-Architekturen oder White-Label-Plattformen • Technischer Hintergrund (z.B. ehemaliger Entwickler oder technisches Studium) • Erfahrung mit API-Design und Developer Experience (DX) • Erfahrung in der Automobilbranche oder im Mobility-Sektor Warum wir? • Freundschaftliches Miteinander: Wir sind das absolut coolste Team, das du dir vorstellen kannst!
