Remote
T

We are toogeza, a Ukrainian recruiting company that is focused on hiring talents and building teams for tech startups worldwide. People make a difference in the big game, we may help to find the right ones. Currently, we are looking for a Senior C++ Engineer for Zibra A. About our client Zibra AI is a deep-tech company building data infrastructure for spatial and physical AI. With deep expertise in 3D data compression, GPU technologies, and real-time data pipelines, the team develops technology that enables large-scale 3D datasets to be stored, streamed, visualized, and used for AI workflows more efficiently. Product Overview Zibra AI is building the data infrastructure layer for Physics AI — bringing streaming, random access, and GPU-native processing to massive 3D scientific datasets. Our goal is to make petabyte-scale simulation data as easy to access and work with as video is today. Role Overview We are looking for a senior C++ engineer to work on deep integration with ParaView and VTK, building custom readers, plugins, and visualization workflows for large scientific and engineering datasets. This role sits at the intersection of scientific visualization, high-performance C++, and large-scale data access. You will work on making massive remote datasets interactive inside ParaView, with a strong focus on progressive loading, random access, memory efficiency, and custom visualization tooling. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Develop and maintain ParaView plugins and custom readers in C++. • Integrate custom data formats and remote data sources into the VTK/ParaView pipeline. • Translate user interaction into selective data requests by field, timestep, spatial region, and resolution. • Build progressive loading and rendering workflows for datasets too large to fit fully in memory. • Implement request cancellation, caching, prefetching, and incremental scene updates. • Convert streamed data into VTK-compatible structures such as vtkUnstructuredGrid, vtkPolyData, and volumetric datasets. • Customize ParaView UI and workflows where needed for a better end-user experience. • Profile and optimize CPU, memory, network, and rendering performance. • Work with backend and GPU engineers on end-to-end data delivery. • Contribute selected generic improvements upstream to VTK/ParaView where appropriate. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Strong production experience with modern C++. • Hands-on experience with VTK and/or ParaView. • Good understanding of the VTK pipeline, readers, filters, data objects, and update requests. • Experience working with large 3D scientific or engineering datasets. • Strong understanding of memory management, multithreading, and performance profiling. • Experience with mesh, volumetric, point-cloud, or time-dependent data. • Ability to work in a complex mature C++ codebase and debug across multiple abstraction layers. • Comfortable working close to both product and low-level infrastructure teams. NICE TO HAVE • Experience writing ParaView server-manager XML, custom panels, or Qt-based ParaView UI extensions. • Knowledge of remote or distributed ParaView deployments. • Experience with CFD, FEA, CAE, HPC, or scientific computing. • Familiarity with Zarr, HDF5, ADIOS2, XDMF, CGNS, Exodus, or similar scientific data formats. • Experience with spatial indexing, LOD, progressive rendering, or out-of-core visualization. • CUDA, Vulkan, OpenGL, or GPU-data-pipeline experience. • Python experience for ParaView scripting and rapid prototyping. • Open-source contribution experience, particularly in VTK, ParaView, or related projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ParaView plugins and custom readers in C++. • Integrate custom data formats and remote data sources into the VTK/ParaView pipeline.

Head of Products

Remote ✓
O

Remote within the EU | Full-time | B2B Contract | B2C SaaS ABOUT THE CLIENT Our client is a fast-growing European B2C SaaS company building and scaling its own portfolio of web and mobile subscription products. The business operates at significant scale, with more than $150M in annual recurring revenue and ambitious plans for continued growth. Unlike companies where product teams primarily manage roadmaps and feature delivery, our client operates with a strong commercial product mindset. The company owns the entire customer journey — from first interaction and onboarding to conversion, monetization, retention, and long-term customer value. They are now looking for a Head of Products to take ownership of the entire product portfolio and lead an established team of Product Managers. ABOUT THE ROLE This is not a traditional Head of Product role focused primarily on strategy and roadmap management. The Head of Products will be accountable for the commercial performance and operational health of the company's products — including monetization, onboarding, pricing, retention, experimentation, funnel performance, UX, product quality, and revenue per user. You will lead a team of 11 Product Managers, while remaining close enough to the products to identify problems, challenge assumptions, review funnels and data, and step into execution when needed. The company is looking for someone who is closer to revenue than to roadmap management — a hands-on product leader who understands how product decisions translate directly into business results. WHAT YOU'LL OWN • Lead the company's entire portfolio of B2C subscription products and maintain visibility into the performance and health of each product. • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 11 Product Managers, setting clear standards for ownership and execution. • Own monetization across the portfolio, including onboarding, pricing, paywalls, conversion funnels, retention, cancellations, and refunds. • Drive RPU growth quarter over quarter, with a target of approximately 15–20%. • Establish KPIs and OKRs for individual products and hold teams accountable for measurable outcomes. • Build and improve high-converting customer funnels through structured experimentation and A/B testing. • Use tools such as PostHog, Mixpanel, or Amplitude directly to understand user behaviour, product performance, and opportunities for improvement. • Create consistent standards and processes for how products are built, launched, monitored, and operated. • Build product monitoring, alerting, and status-tracking systems that provide clear visibility into product health. • Own product quality across UX, copy, customer-facing experiences, and underlying data. • Oversee release management and ensure clear, reliable delivery processes across products. • Work closely with Growth and Engineering to turn commercial opportunities into product improvements. • Ensure growth and monetization tactics remain within appropriate legal and compliance boundaries, including cancellation flows, customer-facing claims, and potentially problematic UX patterns. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Strong experience with B2C subscription or consumer SaaS products. • Proven ownership of commercial product metrics such as LTV, churn, RPU/ARPU, conversion, retention, cancellations, and refunds. • Hands-on experience building, optimizing, or significantly improving monetization and conversion funnels. • Strong understanding of pricing, onboarding, paywalls, subscription mechanics, and experimentation. • Practical experience designing and evaluating A/B tests, including knowing which hypotheses are worth testing. • Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as PostHog, Mixpanel, or Amplitude. • Experience leading and developing Product Managers while remaining actively involved in product decisions. • Ability to oversee multiple products simultaneously rather than owning a single product line. • Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to connect product decisions directly to revenue. • High level of ownership and initiative — you identify risks and opportunities rather than waiting for them to be escalated. • Experience creating product processes, standards, and operating systems that can scale across a portfolio. • Good judgment around legal and compliance considerations within subscription funnels and growth experimentation. WHY JOIN • Real commercial ownership: your decisions will directly influence revenue and growth across the company's entire portfolio. • Portfolio-level impact: work across multiple products, markets, and verticals rather than a single product line. • Direct influence: work closely with the founder on product and business priorities. • Established team: take leadership of an existing team of 11 Product Managers. • Hands-on environment: stay close to products, users, experiments, and data rather …

Content Marketing Manager Duetto | Remote-first, United Kingdom / Spain | Reports to VP, Growth Marketing About the role We have a bold brand voice, a growing library of campaigns, and a product story worth telling — what we need is someone who can help bring all of it to life, day in and day out. This is a hands-on content role for a versatile writer who's looking to build their craft across formats: one day you're writing campaign copy for a demand gen push, the next you're drafting a social series, the next you're turning a product update into content people actually want to engage with. You'll work from clear briefs and direction, with support from senior content and marketing colleagues, and your job is to turn that direction into content that ships — quickly and well. This isn't a role about setting content strategy — that sits elsewhere in the team. It's about strong, reliable execution: taking a brief and producing content that's on-brand and ready to go. If you're a solid writer looking to grow across formats and channels, who takes direction well and enjoys the craft of making content land — this is a great next step. What you'll work on Brand and campaign content • Help produce content that supports our demand gen campaigns, brand-building efforts, and always-on content calendar — blogs, guides, social copy, email, sales enablement material, and more • Apply our brand voice consistently across everything you touch — punchy, smart, and customer-focused • Work from briefs set by senior colleagues, asking good questions to make sure the output lands Product content • Help turn product updates and feature releases into content that goes beyond the feature list — finding the customer angle • Work with the product marketing team to stay close to what's shipping • Support launch communications and update announcements Social-first content • Think social-first on what you make — considering platform, format, and hook • Support experimentation with format and style — short-form video, carousels, text posts, customer spotlights Video and content production • Help brief video agencies and creative resources, under guidance from senior team members • Partner with design and creative to help produce on-brand content • Support individual pieces of content from concept through to publish AI-enabled content production • Use Duetto's AI-enabled content tools to help produce content at pace, without compromising quality • Use AI to speed up drafting, iteration, and adaptation of content across formats User-generated content • Help spot and support opportunities to activate customers as content creators • Work with the customer marketing function to help surface and share UGC • Contribute to a growing library of customer voices and product proof points Channel and surface coverage • Help adapt content for the right surface — social, in-app, customer newsletters, website, sales enablement, partner comms • Work with the broader content and growth teams to keep content calendars full • Help maintain a steady content cadence What we're looking for Experience • 2–4 years in a content marketing, copywriting, or brand content role, with a portfolio that shows range across formats and channels • Experience with both campaign/brand content and product-related content is a plus • Comfortable supporting work with external creative or video resources, under direction • Background in B2B SaaS is a plus, but strong writing and a willingness to learn matter more than sector experience Skills and capabilities • Strong writer — able to take a brief and turn it into content that's clear and on-brand • Social-first instincts — you naturally think about platform, format, and hook • Organised and reliable — you can manage a few pieces of content at once and hit deadlines • Good at taking direction — you don't need a strategy explained in detail to run with a brief, but you're not expected to set the strategy • Curious and eager to grow your craft across formats and channels How you operate • You're a maker — your output is content, not decks • You're genuinely curious about the product, the brand, and the industry you're writing about • You're comfortable with ambiguity and change — priorities move, and you adapt without losing momentum • You're comfortable using AI as part of how you work, and keen to get better at it What success looks like in year one • A consistent, reliable output of content across campaigns, brand, and product moments • Content that's dependable, on-brand, and ready to use across sales, customer success, and partner teams • You've grown your range across formats and become a trusted pair of hands for the wider marketing team About Duetto Duetto delivers a suite of SaaS cloud-native applications for hospitality businesses to optimize every booking opportunity for greater revenue impact. We are following the disagree & commit principle. • You're expected to work fluently with AI-assisted development tools - we build with Claude Code daily to speed up implementation, catch issues earlier, and maintain high code quality. This isn't optional tooling; it's core to how our team operates. Any of these is a plus: • Previous SW engineering experience in the crypto, online payments, banking, or retail industries. • Proven track record of actively contributing to the OPS topics and infrastructure engineering. You should be somewhat "happy" in the Linux CLI :-). • Familiarity with the backend technologies: Spring Boot, JPA, Maven. Location: Our engineering team is based in Prague and remotely across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. If you are interested in learning more, please submit your CV, and our recruiter will get back to you promptly.

Lead Product Manager - Marketplace Merchant Experience (m/f/d)

Remote ✓
I

We're hiring a Lead Product Manager to own the merchant experience on Von Halsky – InPost's marketplace – and to lead the small PM team building it. Merchants are the supply side of the marketplace. You'll be responsible for creating the easiest way for them to list their offers, set pricing and fulfill orders. Your job is to give that side of the marketplace one coherent product direction and raise the standard of how the team gets there. The products you own: merchant onboarding and verification, catalog and listing, pricing and offer mechanics, order and fulfillment flows, payouts and settlement, seller performance tooling. You own the vision, the KPIs and the roadmap across those areas. The team: 3–5 Product Managers. You set the bar for how they do discovery, how they define success before they build, and how fast they get something in front of merchants. This is a hands-on leadership role . You'll be in the data, in merchant conversations, and in the PRDs – writing and editing them yourself. What you'll do: • Own the merchant-side product vision , KPIs and roadmap, and make sure they add up to something the business unit actually needs. • Lead a team of 3–5 PMs – priorities, feedback, development, performance. • Create a culture of product craft: real discovery, a hypothesis before a spec, a defined metric before a launch , and a written answer afterwards on whether it worked. • Get the team shipping in weeks, not quarters . Sequence work so merchants see something improve every few weeks. • Partner directly with Engineering Managers on architecture, capacity and sequencing. • Make AI a default part of how your team works – discovery, analysis, prototyping – and be able to point at what got faster or better because of it. • Find AI opportunities inside the merchant product itself and get them tested. • Be the escalation point when something cross-functional gets stuck, and unstick it. • Represent the merchant product credibly to senior stakeholders. What you'll need: • 5+ years in product management , with real ownership of a product area's outcomes. • 2+ years leading and developing Product Managers – formally, or as the person a team of PMs actually followed. • Marketplace, e-commerce or B2B/merchant-facing product experience . You have a working model of two-sided dynamics. • A track record of shipping. You can walk through something you launched, the metric it moved, and something you got wrong. • Fluency with product analytics. • Discovery you can describe in specifics: how you chose who to talk to, what you learned, and what you killed because of it. • Practical AI fluency (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or similar) in your own work, plus the judgment to check what the model gave you before acting on it. • Ability to hold a position with senior stakeholders when the evidence supports it and to change it when the evidence doesn't. • Polish and English, fluent. Nice to have: • Exposure to the enterprise systems behind billing, settlement, ERP and finance. • Experience where product sat close to commercial operations. On level This is posted as a Lead Product Manager role. If you're a strong Senior PM ready for your first people-leadership step, we're open to bringing you in as Associate Lead Product Manager and growing the scope with you. Say so in your application rather than self-rejecting. Why InPost? • Ownership of one side of a marketplace — the metrics, the spending decisions and the roadmap for your area. • A PM team to build and shape. • Engineering, design and analytics partners you work with directly. • B2B contract, remote within Poland, flexible hours. InPost has revolutionized e-commerce parcel delivery in Poland and is now one of Europe's leading out-of-home (OOH) e-commerce enablement platforms. Founded in 1999 by Rafał Brzoska, InPost provides delivery services through a network of over 64,000 Automated Parcel Machines (APMs) and more than 30,000 pick-up and drop-off (PUDO) points across nine European countries : Poland, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, alongside to-door courier and fulfillment services for e-commerce merchants. InPost's extensive OOH network supports rapidly growing parcel volumes across its markets, with 1.4 billion parcels delivered in 2025. As a leading OOH logistics provider, InPost is recognized for transforming parcel delivery economics in Europe, appealing to both consumers and merchants through its flexible, technology-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Own the merchant-side product vision , KPIs and roadmap, and make sure they add up to something the business unit actually needs. • Lead a team of 3–5 PMs – priorities, feedback, development, performance.
