Lead Product Manager - Patient Data Collection (x/f/m)

Remote
D

Set a new pulse for healthcare! We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join the Patient Profile team in the Patient domain. Your mission will be to make the patient health record complete, accurate and current enough that everything else we build can act on it, the health recommendations, care plans and assistant experiences that help people take their health into their own hands. You will work in a feature team developing the Patient Health Record, health trackers, patient account and online identity, contributing directly to the quality of the medical support we provide to both patients and practitioners. A patient record is built from four channels: what patients enter themselves, what they share when preparing a consultation, what we retrieve from health professionals' systems, and what they connect from third-party sources such as Apple Health, Google Health Connect and national health record services. Three of those channels belong to teams you will not manage. You will own the outcome across all four, the most leveraged place to sit in a health platform, and only reachable through other people. You will also work inside a hard regulatory perimeter: health data, GDPR, consent by design. What you'll do Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Own the end-to-end patient data collection programme across every channel a patient record is built from, and be accountable for the result across all four • Define what a useful record actually means for the teams that depend on it, make that definition measurable, and instrument it rather than inheriting a dashboard • Partner with the channel-owning teams inside and outside the group: set the inter-team contracts, agree how each channel contributes, and arbitrate collection priorities • Own record quality and freshness rather than volume, alongside health data storage consent, patient account and online identity • Ship the layers that serve this data to the rest of the product: the patient feature store, the patient context service and the Patient Health Record feature • Lead the Patient Profile team's roadmap and delivery, from PHR (patient health record) and trackers through to the feature store and context service Who you are Before you read on: if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply. You'll be a great fit if you: • You have owned a coverage, completeness or data quality metric as your primary objective, and can say what it went from, to what, and over how long • You have worked at millions-of-records scale • You have moved that metric through teams that did not report to you, setting interfaces, contracts and SLAs with partner teams • You have shipped under a hard regulatory or consent constraint, in health, finance or identity, with privacy and consent by design • You have real technical depth: you have owned a data platform component as a product, a feature store, a context or profile service, or an identity layer. • You are fluent in English It would be fantastic if you: • You have had a data quality problem surface only once it reached a downstream consumer, and you changed how you worked because of it • You have built a completeness or quality definition and made an organisation adopt it • You have worked on interoperability, health data standards, or identity and account models What we offer • Free comprehensive health insurance (basic package) for you and your children • 25 days of paid vacation per year, plus up to 14 days of RTT • Free mental health and coaching services through our partner Moka.care • Work from abroad for up to 10 days per year thanks to our flexibility days policy • Lunch vouchers (Swile card) worth €8.50 per working day, with €4.50 covered by Doctolib • A subsidy from the work council to refund part of the membership to a sport club or a creative class • 50% reimbursement of your public transport subscription • ParentCare Program: Enjoy full salary coverage (100%) during your first month of birth leave and 75% during the second, covered by Doctolib • For caregivers and workers with disabilities, a package including an adaptation of the remote policy, extra days off for medical reasons, and psychological support • Relocation support in case of international mobility • Access to the best AI tools for coding, development and dedicated training Our interview process • Talent Acquisition Interview (Maxime Balme) • Hiring Manager Interview (Léo Lanzarotti) • Case Study with Product Panel • Behavioral Interview with peers, including at least one channel-owning team • At least one reference check We want your experience to be clear, respectful, and transparent. What makes this different from most security leadership roles: we don't only protect data centres and laptops. We run connected energy systems in people's homes, and those systems are part of critical energy infrastructure. You protect exactly the infrastructure that drives the transition towards renewable energy. This is a hands-on leadership role. You build the team and the framework, and you stay close enough to the technology to make good calls yourself. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Leading Team Trust: direction, hiring, growth, health and mentoring. • Cloud and IoT Security: protect our cloud, our applications, and the connected hardware in our customers' homes. • Risk and Compliance: own cybersecurity frameworks and the regulations that applies to energy companies. • Identity and Access Management: internal permissions and secure development that scale with the engineering org. • Security as a Product: capabilities developers use by default. • Translating Risk: make security risk concrete for non-technical decision makers, up to C-level. Technologies your team works with include: • Google Cloud Platform, Vercel • Auth0 • Wiz • GitHub Advanced Security • Terraform / Terramate • Datadog, OpenTelemetry, Incident.io • Cursor, MCP, and agentic engineering workflows • TypeScript, Python and GoLang Dein Profil • Several years of experience in security engineering or security leadership, including leading or mentoring engineers. • A technical background in cloud security, preferably Google Cloud Platform, with enough depth to reason about infrastructure, CI/CD, identity, and application security. • Startup agility: you have built a security framework from scratch, or close to it, with limited initial resources and a clear view of what matters first. • Regulatory knowledge: you are familiar with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO 27001, and ideally with critical infrastructure rules like NIS2 and KRITIS. • Strong communication skills and the ability to make security risk concrete for engineers, product managers, and senior business stakeholders. • A pragmatic, outcome-oriented way of working. • Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus. Bonus points for: • Hands-on coding experience. • Experience with security in an AI-assisted engineering setup, including agentic workflows and their guardrails. • Experience running or coordinating security incident response. • Experience with security and IT controls in a company preparing for a public listing. • Experience in a scale-up environment with roughly 100 to 1000 employees. • Interest in climate tech and renewable energy. Benefits • You are part of an international, dynamic, and highly motivated team of people who have proven to make things happen • With your work, you accelerate the "energy transition" and hence have a direct impact on our climate • Work with and learn from other super-smart colleagues • You will enjoy direct contact with core decision-makers • Flat hierarchies and short decision paths, so your work reaches production quickly • You work remotely (Germany-wide) with a genuinely flexible remote policy, and our offices in Hamburg, Berlin and Munich are there whenever you want them • Create a healthy balance alongside your work and enjoy all the benefits of the EGYM Wellpass • Benefits and discounts are yours with Futurebens • Whether city bike or e-bike - be flexible with our job bike leasing and do something good for the environment at the same time
