ABOUT JIMDO We exist to unleash the power of the self-employed - helping solopreneurs and micro-businesses thrive by doing what they're passionate about and removing the complexity of building lasting, successful businesses. Jimdo started in 2007 when three school friends built a website builder in a Northern German farmhouse to help everyone build a presence online. Today, we're a profitable, remote-first company with 220+ people from 50+ nationalities working across 15+ countries. We've helped build over 36 million websites to get online across the world. We're more than just a website builder. We're an AI-powered platform that helps self-employed people actually run and build successful businesses — from getting found online, winning customers and running their business with a peace of mind by knowing exactly what to do next to move forward. At the heart of Jimdo is a strong belief in personalized, data-driven guidance. Our platform combines design, business tools, and an AI-powered core that turns real customer data into clear insights and next steps helping our customers focus on what moves their business forward. ROLE OVERVIEW : As a Senior AI Fullstack Engineer, you'll join our AI Team to build Jimdo Companion—our intelligent AI assistant designed to become the trusted business partner for millions of entrepreneurs. Companion orchestrates multiple AI agents to automate business tasks, provide personalised recommendations, and help customers grow their businesses through proactive, AI-powered experiences. You'll work across the full stack, designing scalable backend systems, building intuitive frontend experiences, and developing agentic AI workflows powered by large language models. This is a highly impactful senior individual contributor role where you'll help shape our AI platform, influence technical direction, and enable other product teams to build AI-powered experiences on top of the foundations you create. You'll report directly to the Engineering Manager, AI Team. WHAT YOU BRING: • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including experience in a senior or technical leadership capacity. • Strong full-stack expertise with Node.js, TypeScript, and React. • Hands-on experience building AI-powered products using LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, or AI APIs that have reached production users. Preferably using the LangChain & LangGraph framework. • Strong understanding of distributed systems, REST APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), and modern engineering practices. • Experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar to accelerate software development while maintaining engineering quality. • Strong system design skills, product thinking, and the ability to quickly understand complex technical domains. • Excellent collaboration skills and enthusiasm for working in a remote-first, cross-functional environment. WHAT WE OFFER: Inspiring Mission: At our core, we are driven by a meaningful mission - to empower solopreneurs and small businesses to succeed and to contribute to the sustainability and vibrancy of the communities they serve.

LOOP is a digital-first lead agency, exploring the intersections between design, technology and digital brand building for leading brands. With a team of 400 digital talents and through data driven marketing, we help brave clients to stand out in the digital age. Over the last few years our brilliant team has done remarkable and innovative work for internationally recognised high-profile brands such as Puma, Audi, Breitling, Red Bull and numerous others. At LOOP, social isn’t distribution — it’s culture in motion. We’re looking for a Creative who thrives in fast-moving feeds, turning cultural signals into scroll-stopping, platform-native content for a global automotive brand. You’ll bring bold ideas, strong visual instincts, and a deep understanding of what makes audiences stop, watch, and share, crafting work that feels native to each platform while staying true to the brand. You’ll live and breathe platform trends, formats, and behaviors, iterating quickly to produce content that is visually sharp, culturally relevant, and optimized for reach and engagement. Your work will make Meta and TikTok feeds feel alive, fun, and impossible to scroll past. Requirements • Create Platform-Native Content: Design TikTok- and Meta-first posts, series, and formats that capture attention and drive engagement • Translate Brand Stories: Turn brand and product narratives into creative executions that feel native to each platform • Stay Ahead of Trends: Spot and leverage emerging cultural and platform trends to keep content timely and relevant • Think Visually First: Develop ideas with strong visual storytelling, balancing clarity and cultural resonance • Experiment with Formats: Test and iterate on creative approaches, video lengths, and styles to optimize performance • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with internal creatives, copywriters, and production to ensure ideas are executed flawlessly • Benchmark and Elevate: Analyze top creators, competitors, and trends to push content quality beyond the norm Benefits • 4-day Workweek: At LOOP you can choose between a 5-day or a 4-day workweek after one year with us — and have the freedom to switch between these models twice a year. • Free Sports and Fitness: Yoga, fitness, climbing, tennis and more. LOOP covers the costs and gives you access to fitness studios and sports facilities across Austria or Germany. • +20% Vacation: We don’t believe there can be enough time to recharge, that’s why all our team members get +20% vacation days per year, we call it Sunny Hours. • 4000+ m² Office Space: Our loft space is part of our identity. An ideal environment for working, collaborating and finding inspiration — with an additional 600m² film- and photo studio. • 100% Hybrid Work: Home office or LOOP office space? It’s your choice every day, and you don’t even need approval. • International and Diverse: Team members from 40+ different nationalities in 7 locations, English as main language and a 55% female leadership quota. • And much more: Language Courses, Visa Support, LOOP.Horizon workshops and trainings, Klimaticket Contribution, Audiobook Library, Headspace App Subscription, etc. At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 55,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer. Our internal compensation framework is designed to keep things fair, structured, and clear. So, if you are motivated to join the LOOP Team, we are happy to offer you a position as a Senior Concept Creative in Salzburg or Vienna.
