What you bring • An immigration lawyer licensed to practice in Germany • Extensive experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles in immigration. • An in-depth understanding of immigration and typical processes involved in immigration compliance • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Previous experience in the tech industry or a hyper-growth and scaling environment is ideal • Writes and speaks fluent English; additional languages are a plus • Experience working remotely is a plus • Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
