Deine Aufgaben Teilzeit | 15–20 Stunden/Woche | Hybrid (Raum München) / Remote möglich Worum es in dieser Rolle wirklich geht Du sorgst dafür, dass aus einer Bestellung eine reibungslose Lieferung und Montage wird. Dabei koordinierst du: • unseren Logistikpartner • Montageteams • Kunden Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen allen Beteiligten und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Projekte strukturiert vorbereitet, professionell begleitet und erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden. Mit zunehmender Erfahrung übernimmst du zusätzlich Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Abläufe und Prozesse. Besonderheit der Rolle (wichtig) Diese Rolle ist nicht vollständig planbar. Ein Teil deiner Arbeit ist strukturiert (Vorbereitung, Abstimmung). Ein Teil entsteht situativ (Lieferung, Montage, Rückfragen). Ein Großteil der operativen Koordination findet an Werktagen am Vormittag statt. In diesem Zeitraum erfolgen die meisten Anlieferungen sowie die Abstimmung mit Speditionen, Montageteams und Kunden. Deshalb ist eine zuverlässige Erreichbarkeit während definierter Zeitfenster, insbesondere vormittags, ein zentraler Bestandteil der Rolle. Staff Backend Engineer, Alerting This is a remote opportunity and we would be interested in applications from Spain. The Opportunity: The Grafana Alerting squad operates at the core of the Grafana open-source project (link) , and our mission is to provide the most in-depth way to let users manage their alerts. The backend-focused team works closely with customers and the Grafana Cloud teams to make Alerting work on-prem and at infinite scale in Cloud. Our domain is quite large, so to get an idea of the kind of work we do, here are some projects we recently worked on: • Build distributed systems to scale alert ingestion and delivery of Prometheus-based alerts • Unify Alerting setup and delivery to work the same for Grafana and Prometheus-based alerts • Build distributed systems to scale alert evaluation of Grafana-managed alerts, reaching over 500 evaluations per second in production.
