Talent Recruiter/Sourcer

I

Your mission About the Role We're looking for a proactive Talent Sourcer/Recruiter to join our recruiting team. You'll own the top of our talent pipeline — finding and engaging software engineers, data annotators, and other tech professionals across Latin America, Central Europe, Eastern Europe, the Balkans, and Asia. You'll work closely with our recruiters and account managers to keep up with fast-moving client demands across multiple time zones. What You'll Do • Source qualified candidates for tech roles (software engineers, QA, DevOps, data scientists) and data annotation/labeling roles across target regions • Build and maintain regional talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Upwork, GitHub, and other platforms • Adapt outreach tone and approach per region — what works in Poland won't land the same in Brazil or Vietnam • Screen profiles against role requirements and pass qualified candidates to senior recruiters • Track sourcing activity and pipeline metrics in our internal tools • Stay current on regional tech hubs, salary benchmarks, and where talent in each market actually hangs out • Support multiple open roles simultaneously without losing quality or speed Your profile What We're Looking For Required • 1–3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience in tech roles • Hands-on experience sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter, Upwork, and GitHub • Demonstrated experience sourcing from at least two of our target regions: • Latin America — Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Chile • Central Europe — Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania • Eastern Europe — Ukraine, Moldova, Bulgaria, Georgia • Balkans — Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Albania, Kosovo • Asia — India, Pakistan • Strong written communication — outreach that feels personal, not copy-pasted • Ability to read and assess technical profiles without being a developer yourself • Self-directed and organized across multiple concurrent pipelines Nice to Have • Experience sourcing data annotation, labeling, or AI training roles • Familiarity with region-specific platforms: Djinni (Ukraine), Pracuj.pl (Poland), Naukri (India), OLX (LATAM/Eastern Europe), Freelancer.com, MojPosao / Infostud (Balkans) • Knowledge of regional English proficiency norms and how to screen for communication fit • Existing talent networks or pipelines in the Balkans or Latin America — warm contacts in either region are a strong plus • Experience at a staffing agency, talent marketplace, or global tech network • Basic understanding of tech stacks (knowing the difference between a React dev and a Python dev matters) Why us? Why Join Us • Remote-first, async-friendly team spread across time zones • Direct exposure to how a global tech talent marketplace operates • Fast feedback loops — you see your placements close • Room to grow into a full-cycle recruiter or account-facing role

Responsibilities:

• Source qualified candidates for tech roles (software engineers, QA, DevOps, data scientists) and data annotation/labeling roles across target regions

About Wayflyer Today's small businesses need a capital provider that keeps pace with their growth ambitions. Traditional financing options are slow, cumbersome and often out of reach. That's why we built Wayflyer. Our technology allows us to assess businesses in minutes, generate financing offers that reflect their growth potential and send funds in as little as 24 hours. To date, we've deployed over $6bn to thousands of businesses worldwide, backed by Tier 1 banks like J.P. Morgan. You'll be collaborating with ambitious colleagues from around the world. We have offices in Dublin, London, New York, Charlotte, Berlin and Sydney. The challenge When a founder logs into Wayflyer, what they see, and how easily they can make sense of it, directly affects whether they trust us with their business. We're building financial products that need to feel effortless. What you'll actually do • Provide technical leadership in architectural decisions and champion our existing frontend best practices, advocating for our standards and helping push them forward across the team • Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend features using TypeScript and React, ensuring high-quality, reusable components that scale across our financial products • Partner with product and design teams to shape product outcomes, defining intuitive experiences that help e-commerce brands access and manage their funding. About Zencoder At Zencoder.ai , we build and orchestrate AI agents that ship real work - code, research, operations, and more. What started as developer tooling is becoming a platform where people and agents collaborate across knowledge work tasks. The Opportunity We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our engineering team. This is a critical role for an experienced, hands-on technical leader with a broad and deep skillset across multiple languages such as JavaScript and JVM-based (Java/Kotlin) and strong experience building and scaling distributed systems in cloud environments such as AWS or Google Cloud. As a Staff Engineer, you will help drive the technical direction of aspects of our platform, setting high standards for system design, code quality, best practices and architectural clarity. You will collaborate across product and engineering to simplify complexity, improve reliability, and make deliberate trade-offs that empower our teams to move fast without sacrificing maintainability. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage company led by serial entrepreneur Andrew Filev (founder of a unicorn startup), and shape a product that is redefining how software is built. Key Responsibilities • Act as a technical thought leader, setting a high bar for engineering quality. • Be hands-on, writing code for new features, prototyping, refactoring existing code to meet best practices, etc. • Lead design discussions and architecture reviews for high-impact projects. • Collaborate with product, design, and research teams to define and evolve user-facing functionality with real developer impact. • Evaluate trade-offs thoughtfully across performance, scalability, complexity, and cost and advocate for clear, maintainable solutions. • Guide and mentor other engineers, helping them grow while raising the overall technical maturity of the team. • Influence engineering culture, driving best practices in testing, observability, security, and cloud design. Essential Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in software engineering covering multiple large-scale, production-grade systems. • Expert in at least one of the following languages: JavaScript, JVM-based (Java/Kotlin). • Experience building and scaling distributed systems with reliability and performance in mind. This should cover both compute and data layers and include best practices on the observability of such systems. • Strong background in cloud architecture and infrastructure design in AWS or Google Cloud environments. • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex systems and reduce unnecessary technical debt while balancing the need to move fast to compete. • Strong communication skills with a track record of aligning stakeholders, leading cross-functional efforts, and influencing without authority. • A deep shift‑left mindset throughout the entire SDLC, with early integration of security, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines. • Deep familiarity with AI assistants, a solid grasp of the evolving AI landscape, and the ability to translate trends and capabilities into practical product improvements. • Curiosity, pragmatism, and a willingness to challenge assumptions. • Experience or a strong interest in building collaborative, real-time systems is beneficial. Why Join Zencoder? • Shape the Future of Software Creation: We’re not just improving how developers write code — we’re redefining how ideas turn into reality. By closing the gap between concept and execution, we’re creating tools that will influence every industry that relies on software. • Massive Impact, Real Ownership: At Zencoder, you’ll have full visibility into how your work moves the product and the company forward. You’ll ship features that matter, see the immediate impact of your decisions, and get feedback directly from users — fast. • ICs Are the Core: Individual Contributors are the highest-status role at Zencoder. Our culture celebrates those who lead by doing — who create momentum, inspire others, and turn ideas into shipped products. • High-Caliber Team & Founder: Work alongside exceptional AI and software engineers, and learn directly from Andrew Filev, founder of a unicorn startup, who brings deep expertise in scaling world-class technology companies. • Global & Flexible: We hire talent, not coordinates. Work from wherever you’re happiest and most productive — as long as you bring the energy, focus, and results. • Aligned Incentives: Our equity plan ensures that when we succeed, you succeed. Your impact compounds as the company grows. Zencoder is an equal-opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

ABOUT VIKTOR Viktor is the AI teammate. He lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does real work for real companies: finance, marketing, ops, engineering. We're building the product that replaces half the SaaS stack. The team is small. The scope is not. THE SHORT VERSION You own how Viktor is understood and how it launches. The positioning across every ICP, the messaging built on real customer evidence, the launches that put it in market, and the enablement that helps sales win with it. Founding PMM seat: no PMM above you, no playbook to inherit, a direct line to the founders. THE HARD PART The product works. Teams that try Viktor keep using Viktor. The bottleneck isn't belief, it's language, and the surfaces that carry it. In May 2026 we closed a $75M Series A led by Accel, with Slack's founders co-investing. Last quarter alone we shipped five launches: Viktor for Media Buying, E-commerce, the Skills Marketplace, the Series A, and Viktor for Microsoft Teams. More are queued, and behind them sits the biggest narrative we'll ship. Right now positioning lives in a few heads and gets produced ad hoc. Fixing that takes two people who are usually not the same person: the strategist who builds positioning from customer evidence, and the operator who ships the launch that carries it. We need both in one seat. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO • Own positioning and messaging across our ICPs: Media Buyer, CSM, AE, ecom operator, agency owner, plus whoever's next. Who we're for, what problem we win on, why us over the alternatives. Built from customer calls and win/loss evidence, not vibes, written down as the one messaging source of truth the whole company sells from, refreshed quarterly. • Run every launch end to end. Product and vertical sub-launches are yours: the narrative, the Product Hunt moment, the landing page, paid and organic assets, lifecycle email, social, PR angle, and sales enablement. You set the date and conduct eng, design, lifecycle, and creators onto one timeline so it all goes live the same day. • Arm the sales team. We're building an enterprise motion under a new CRO. Live battlecards read weekly, comparison pages, demo narratives, and answers for Glean, Harvey, ChatGPT Enterprise, Cognition, n8n, vertical agents, and the "Slack bot built in a weekend" objection. • Talk to customers constantly. Structured interviews, win/loss calls, and surveys that don't lead the witness. Turn what you hear into positioning, and turn the customers themselves into proof: case studies, testimonials, logos, and video, including chasing the permissions. • Drive adoption, not just awareness. Most of our revenue is self-serve. Messaging that moves activation and expansion, onboarding and lifecycle language, in-product moments that get teams deeper into Viktor. • Inform pricing and packaging. You'll know the buyer and the alternatives better than anyone, so when we package a vertical or tier a plan, you're in the room with a point of view. • Ship it yourself. You live in Figma, prototype the page, brief and direct in-house designers, agencies, and video editors, and put production-ready surfaces in market. Technical enough to build, not just spec. WHO YOU ARE • A real PMM, not a first-timer. You've owned positioning and launches before, ideally as the first or only PMM, and you can walk through the framework you use to keep three or more ICPs distinct. • Revenue-minded. You know which levers move pipeline, activation, and expansion, and you can show how a positioning or launch decision you made moved a number. • A launch operator. You've run product launches end to end, from positioning through Product Hunt, every shipped asset, and the comms behind it. Bring the launch and tell us what it returned. • Rigorous with customers. You run unbiased interviews and win/loss, and your positioning cites evidence. Customers into case studies and video, permissions included, is work you've done, not delegated. • A technical translator. You can go deep with engineers on how an AI agent actually works, then write the sentence that makes a media buyer care. • Hands-on. Figma, landing pages, directing designers and agencies. Range across surfaces: page, paid, lifecycle, social, sales enablement. Same person, samples across all of them. • AI-native. You run agents, not a chat window. Customer call synthesis across hundreds of conversations, competitive intel that updates itself, ten positioning variants tested before a normal team drafts one. You operate like a three-person PMM team, and you'll show us how in the interview. This is the product you'll be marketing, and we hire the way we build. • Opinionated about the category. Horizontal vs vertical, agentic vs assistive, platform vs single product. We expect you to have a point of view, not to agree with ours. • Comfortable in Notion, Linear, PostHog, Hex, and basic SQL, or willing to learn fast. …

Senior Android Engineer

Every day, patients recovering from stroke open our app to do their therapy. They count on it being fast, accurate, and smooth — in a clinic waiting room, at home, sometimes with only one working hand. nyra health builds the digital solutions that make neurological rehabilitation work outside clinic walls: myReha, the patient therapy app, and nyra insights, the clinician platform. 100+ clinics across DACH rely on both. We've raised €20M Series A and are scaling our team. nyra's Android app is the primary interface between patients and their recovery. It runs ML-powered speech feedback in real time, serves hundreds of therapy exercises, and must stay rock-solid across clinic tablets from 2018 and the latest Pixels. You'll join a small, strong Android team with real ownership and a direct impact on the product. What you'll work on • The therapy experience, end-to-end — you own the Android surface patients open every day as part of their recovery. Speech exercises, cognitive tasks, multimedia flows — you set the bar for how they feel, how fast they are, and how they grow. • ML in production — you're the bridge between our ML team's models and the patient's moment of use. You shape how speech feedback surfaces in the UI — latency, confidence, fallback states — so it feels instant and trustworthy. • Device performance — you own the performance envelope across older clinic tablets and modern phones: startup time, memory, jank, offline resilience. • Accessible product craft — partner with Product and Design on UI for users with partial mobility and cognitive load constraints • Engineering standards that scale — as one of the senior engineers on the Android team, you shape how the codebase grows. Architecture decisions, code review culture, testing strategy — what you establish now compounds as the team does.

Fullstack Software Engineer (AI-Native)

Fullstack Software Engineer (AI-Native) About Us Proton is building the AI operating system for wholesale distribution, embedded in the workflows that move nearly every physical product on the planet. Distribution is a $9 trillion industry, and the software that runs it has been stuck in the past for decades — most tools create more work than they eliminate. We unify CRM, PIM, eCommerce AI, and Order & Quote Entry AI into one platform with one data layer and one AI brain, so reps spend their time deepening customer relationships, not entering data. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. At Proton, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and ships AI-native software faster than anyone else in the category. The median Proton customer reports 3x profit return per dollar spent, an extra day of sales per rep per month, and “the best ROI of any tech investment in 30 years.” Hundreds of leading distributors — from family-owned shops to publicly-traded enterprises across, industrial, HVAC, electrical — run on Proton. We’re backed by Felicis Ventures (Twitch, Shopify, Opendoor) and Battery Ventures. If you want to build the systems that shape how trillions of dollars of physical goods move through the economy, Proton is the place to do it. The Role We're hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer to ship products end-to-end across our CRM platform for distributors. This is a generalist role: any layer of the stack, any type of work — frontend, backend, data, integrations — wherever the user impact is. You'll work closely with PMs, designers, and other engineers to scope, build, and deploy features that distributors feel directly. Periodically, you'll work directly with customers to support onboarding, troubleshoot integrations, and help distributors get the most out of the platform. You'll be the person who can sit with a customer's IT team, understand how their ERP is configured, and translate that into something Proton can work with. Expect occasional travel to customer sites a few times a year. Two things make this role different from a standard fullstack opening: • You're an AI-native operator, not a code writer. Every engineer at Proton uses Claude Code (and other agentic dev tools) as a first-class collaborator. We expect features to be designed, built, reviewed, tested, and shipped with heavy AI leverage. You should already work this way — guiding agents, structuring context, validating output, and making judgment calls AI can't. • You're a generalist by default. We don't silo engineers into "frontend only" or "backend only." When a feature needs a Vue component, a Python handler, a Postgres migration, an Airflow DAG, and an ERP integration, you're expected to handle all of it — with AI doing the typing and you doing the thinking. Location : Remote Compensation : $80k – $100k base salary, depending on experience. Includes equity and full benefits. What You'll Do • Own end-to-end delivery of features — from refining tickets to deployment, monitoring, and iteration. • Operate AI coding agents (Claude Code and similar) at a high level: scope work, structure context, run multiple agents in parallel where it makes sense, and ship reviewed, production-quality output. • Move fluidly across the stack — TypeScript/Vue on the frontend, Python on the backend, SQL and data modeling, infra touchpoints. Pick up whatever the work needs. • Collaborate in a squad model with PMs, designers, and engineers; participate in 2-week sprints, standups, refinements, retros, and code reviews. • Design schemas, queries, and APIs that hold up at scale — performance, reliability, and correctness are on you, not on the agent. • Contribute to engineering practices: better patterns, better tooling, better ways to use AI across the team. • Spend time with customers onsite a few times a year — distributors operate in warehouses and on sales floors, and the best product calls come from being there in person. Requirements • 5+ years as a software engineer with real, demonstrable fullstack delivery — production systems, real users, real ownership. Resume-level hands-on experience, not LLM-generated portfolios. • Strong fundamentals. You understand what the code is doing and why. You can read a stack trace, reason about a query plan, debug a race condition, and tell when an agent is wrong. We are explicitly not hiring "vibe coders" who depend on AI to compensate for missing fundamentals — AI amplifies seniority, it doesn't replace it. • Daily, hands-on use of agentic dev tools. Claude Code, Cursor agent mode, Codex, or equivalent — used to ship real features, not just autocomplete. You can talk concretely about how you structure prompts, manage context, parallelize agents, and verify their output. • Generalist instinct. You're comfortable jumping between Vue, Python, SQL, infra, and integrations. You don't wait for someone else to take the layer you're "not assigned to." • Database and systems chops. You …
